YouTube's New Look

So, I was just recently on YouTube and I noted there was a new look to it. So, what does everyone think?

Do you like it or dislike it? Why?

Personally, I don't really like it.

It's a bit too dark and confuses me so. Also, the new channel looks are incredibly confusing and takes forever to load a picture for the background.

That's just my two cents anyway. -_-

What new channel looks? They seem more or less the same to me.

As for YT's new look for the main page, while it will take me a bit to get used to, I kinda like it. Hard to explain why, though. There's just something about it that makes me like it a little.

Granted the change was unnecessary, but as far as changes go, it could have been a lot worse.

I kinda have to agree with LBTDiclonius, I don't like the new layout of YouTube seeing as it's too dark and rather dull (seeing as I'm used to the older, brighter layout)... But, it certainly could've have been worse, so, um, I don't enjoy the new layout but I don't hate it either.

My thoughts are: despite what YouTube says about the new layout making it easier to "connect to the videos that matter to you" (

), I think it was more of a change in aesthetics than organization. The layout looks nice (the color scheme is, as LBTDiclonius stated, dull and dark), but it's cluttered. If it was more organized, I would be more accepting.

I've been trying the new look for nearly two weeks now, and I will admit that it is NOT better than the old one.

It's dull. It's dark. It's cluttered. Really, I just don't like it.

Definitely a step in the wrong direction, YouTube. -_-

All I'm going to say is that I hate the new look. Its hard to navigate, hard to look at (compared to the old look), and the worst part of all the changes is the user profiles.

I don't know if it's my computer or YT, but when the videos are playing the video and audio stutters.

YouTube: We made this nice and easy to navigate...it may take a while for you to adapt, but you will soon go at ease...until we change it again.
