Um, guys, Sony pissed Square off. There are going to be no more PS KH titles. the one's going to the Wii.
Did they? What are your sources of that statement? I just made a search about it and all I'm finding are rumors of Kingdom Hearts going to the Wii.

When did you hear about this? I don't remember hearing Square say that. In fact, Square could not wait to put their games on the PS3 from what I heard.

Also, the three games have been offically announced. The first is called Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep for the PSP.

The second one is Kingdom Hearts 358/2 for the DS. (Yeah, I went WTF when I saw the title XD)

And the third is a moble game called Kingdom Hearts: Coded. (Aw! Why did they have to make a moble game that is relative to the game? XD)

Anyways, we'll hopefully get a trailers of these new games soon.

I'm having a hard time believing the next KH game will only come on the Wii.

KingdomKey23 is right, the three Kingdom Hearts titles have been announced:

Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep (PSP)
- Single-Player Adventure Game
- Features: Terra, Aqua, Ven, Master Xehanort, Sora & Riku
- Oylmpus Coliseum & Sleeping Beauty are Confirmed Worlds

Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days (Nintendo DS)
- Single & Multiplayer 3D Adventure Game
- Playable Roxas & Org. XIII Members (Axel, Saix & Xigbar)
- New Characters inc. 14th Org. Member (Female)

Kingdom Hearts: Coded (Mobile)
- Single-Player Game (inc. Puzzle Elements)
- Set between Kingdom Hearts 1/2
- Features Destiny Islands & Traverse Town

Well, I'm glad we're going to have a DS KH game, and the PSP game sounds interesting. But mobile? O.o
I mean, I know mobile games in Japan are pretty impressive (There's going to be a Resident Evil 4: Mobile Edition for pete's sakes) but are they really this good? Wow o.O

According to what I read of the mobile game, it's said to have an unlimited range of Disney worlds. God will I be angry if it's going to have a Brother Bear world and I won't be able to even play it! XD

You know what would be awesome? If the mutiplayer in KH: 358/2 was online play. You could get four friends from across the world together to play as the Org members. That would be cool!

This is all news to me! All I was aware of was KH3 on PS3 (to which I somehow doubt Square Enix would suddenly throw a paddy and move over to the Wii). Still, this is good news to hear!  :D A multiplayer KH sounds wickid and as you guys already said, Wi-Fi linkup would be even better!  :DD Anything online anywhere regarding these new KH spinoffs? Vids, previews...anything? Will be greatly appreciated!  ;)

There aren't any trailers for it out as far as I know, only trailer summaries and information about them.

KINGDOM HEARTS: BIRTH BY SLEEP (PSP)
Story & Information

The legendary Keyblade is said to hold phenomenal power.
Some legends say that long ago, its wielder saved the world, while some say that he brought chaos and ruin upon it.
(Ansem Report 8)

Before Sora gained the Keyblade, there were many "Keyblade Masters" in the world.
One of those Masters, Master Xehanort, and his only disciple suddenly disappears, an omen of the great disaster that would subsequently erupt.
And as soon as one Master realises this, he tells his three disciples that they must track down Master Xehanort at all costs...

This is a story of awakening, one which connects to the grand beginning of the Kingdom Hearts story.

The PSP's high-level graphics ability is taken to its very limits.
A new set of three protagonists compose three different scenarios.
The controls, system and graphics follow those of the series so far, while at the same time bringing a whole new feeling to the system!
Directed by Tetsuya Nomura & Tomohiro Hasegawa

Trailer Summary
Video begins by showing scenes of the ending of "Kingdom Hearts 1", Soon the text "Deep Past" comes up, to be followed by "Shut-Eyes gives birth to the concealed fate"

Scene cuts to an area featuring the boy who looks like Roxas, Ven, talking to a young male with black hair, the area seeming to be like "Hollow Bastion". The boy soon calls the young male "Ven." The scene continuously changes before showing the Old Man that is seen in the Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix+ Secret Ending.

The old man's name is "Master Xehanort" and "Master Xehanort" calls the young boy "Terra". Soon Terra summons the keyblade into his hand.

Soon some worlds are shown, such as "Olympus Coliseum" and a new world, which resembles that of Sleeping Beauty is shown, confirming it's existence.

The scene then changes to Terra fighting against the mysterious dark male, who looks like he's in a bicycle suit, also from the secret ending. Terra manages to knock off the helmet, but his face isn't shown.

The scene soon moves to King Mickey summoning his Keyblade. Soon the scene begins to change rapidly, and Terra is at a beach, watching two boys playing before resting his sword into the grove. The two boys soon begin to become more visible, and it looks like Sora and Riku playing at the beach.

Finally, Terra says..
"Please don't depend on me, just erase me...friend"

KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 DAYS (Nintendo DS)
Story & Information

Twilight Town.
As always, Roxas and Axel are watching the sun from the clock tower.
Their mission as members of the Organization: find and destroy Heartless, and collect their hearts.
And at the end of that mission, they always meet up at that clock tower, eat ice-cream together and chat about the day's missions.

"Do you know why the evening sun is red? It's because light has lots of colours, and of all of those, red reaches us from the furthest away."
"What're you getting all proud about, Axel?"

Two who should not have hearts, continuing to engage in their exclusive conversation.
This is the untold story of Roxas's time in Organization XIII...

In single player mode, go and explore all of the Disney worlds! Then in multiplayer mode, go and do missions with your friends!
Directed by Tetsuya Nomura & Tai Yasue

Trailer summary
The trailer starts from the scene where re:COM ended, afterwards the words "The other side attached to Sora still sleeps" and "The mind comes back whenever they touch." The scene then moves to Twilight Town, where Roxas, and Axel are sitting on the edge, as seen in KH2FM+.

Soon the trailer switches to Roxas being invited to the Organization XIII, and introduced to them, which soon cuts out to another scene of Roxas joining the Organization for the first time. Soon the scene then switches to the King talking about Axel, and Saix with Roxas pulling out his keyblade, moving into gameplay.

The gameplay features Roxas fighting with other Organization Members in a multiplayer game. This one confirms the allowance of being able to play as Roxas, Axel, Saix and Xigbar.

The scene then switches to Xemnas talking towards other Organization members. Xemnas explains that a 14th member has joined the Organization, and the 14th member appears to be a female, wearing a black hood. Soon the title comes up as "Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days"

You can then hear Roxas in the background saying "I will disappear from this world in 151 days"

KINGDOM HEARTS: CODED (Mobile)
Story & Information

This story revolves around a single fragment of Jiminy Cricket's "Jiminy Memo".
Following the events of "Kingdom Hearts II", Jiminy returns to Disney Castle. Jiminy has been reading his memo along the way, and a single page makes him stop in his tracks.

This page contains a mysterious message:
"We have to go back, to heal their pain."

But no matter how much he racks his brains, he can't remember what the page is referring to.
The King turns the Jiminy into data, and begin to investigate. And in a world traced by the Jiminy Memo, the Destiny Islands, a sleeping boy awakens.
Thus Sora's new adventure in the Data World begins.

An unlimited range of Disney worlds, distributed to your mobile phone.

An adventure spanning across many diverse, rich Disney worlds.
A new system and new graphics put high-end mobile phones on the same level as game consoles!
Our first collaboration with Disney's Internet division, the Disney Internet Group.

Trailer summary
First thing that was shown, was the ending of Kingdom Hearts II, afterwards the text "The secret ending is solved, and the worlds still extend" Is shown, and then the words "Flow" is shown.

The video then officially begins with Jiminy Cricket looking at his journal, the words "Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories" pop-up. He then notices something he did not right in his journal "You need to return, to heal the wounds" Jiminy Cricket then rushes to report to King Mickey. Mickey who is startled by this only replies with "Only he is the one who can solve it." The scene soon changes to Sora standing in Destiny Islands, in Kingdom Hearts 1. However Sora only appears in the form of computer data that is being transmitted.

After the image, the game soon changes to a battle scene. Heartless are attacking, and the gameplay mechanic seems odd, as Sora appears to be moving pies of blocks making it a puzzle game in a sense. Soon the command "Debugging" comes up. When this command is clicked, Sora moves at high speed, and vanishes as well. The scene soon changes to Sora being in Traverse Town with Mickey (As seen in the latest scans) With Mickey saying "I was here on that day." and then "Let's speak truly"

You haven't heard? Sony has been intensifying the contracts used to OK game releases on their system just the way Nintendo was right when Square left them and made FFVII for the PSX, instead. These games you mentioned have been planned for along time, likely before Sony went contract crazy.

But you still provided no source. For all we know, the statement you have mentioned above is just part of some crazy rumor going around (and no I'm not accusing you of anything). If you have indeed found an article from an official and reliable source, then please provide the link. Until then, I'm going to dismiss this as just an unconfirmed rumor.

Well apparently, this was supposed to be blatently obvious, that the secret trailer at the end of KH2 FM+ isn't actually a trailer for KH3 as many thought (including myself)...it is in fact the trailer for the PSP KH game due soon. Hence the game title and the Text at the start of the trailer being "Birth By Sleep". The penny didn't drop for me until it was confirmed by Gamespot when the Square team revealed their upcoming titles at the latest TGS (Tokyo Game Show). Everything from the new KH spinoffs, FF13, FF Vs XIII. They were all apparently mentioned. Looks like Sqaure Enix is hitting hard next year with their RPG titles  ;)

Anyone know which one?

For some reason, I have this natural instince to stay away from anything related to Final Fantasy (Kindom Hearts included), and most other similar RPGs, as well.

Too Disney for you, Manny? Just remember that we likely wouldn't have a lot of video games as they are without Disney's influence over young pre-adult future gamer makers' imaginations, so don't dare say that that is your reason.

Mercy no. In fact, the mere idea of Kingdom Hearts (I still couldn't be bothered to try the dozen of the Final Fantasy games) is right up my ally -- a Disney crossover where Disney characters are "kicking *rse". However, even if I wanted to get these games, not only do I:
  • Not have a PlayStation 2
  • Have a malfunctioning PlayStation original
but I must also carefully manage what games and game systems I get with my money based on my interests, what I know I will like, and what I've heard others say of other games.
