In connection with our discussion about Chomper in the sequel forum I mentioned this one story I have written in which Chomper is hunting Ali. When Littlefoot and the other show up on the scene he accidentally almost kills Littlefoot (being attacked by him as neither of them recognized the other one in that moment).
The following picture shows that very scene with Chomper being about to strike at Littlefoot and Ali (who has been fleeing just instants before) opening her mouth to call Littlefoot's name (her quick recognizing of him and her call may have prevented a bad outcome of the situation). In the rear you can see Cera approaching who (not having recognized Chomper either) is about to give quite a push to the little sharptooth. Further back you can see Ducky, Spike and Petrie. The picture is titled after what it most obviously is, "A rather rough reunion":

Did I really? Sorry, I'm afraid my leaking memory failed me with the result that there is not much new in this thread. I just posted this picture as it seemed to fit to our very intriguing Chomper discussion.

That does indeed look nice. The characters don't look as boxy as you once had drew them Malte. :) I will agree with Drew, that Chomper does look pretty human in this pic. Then again the whole LBT series is anthropomorphistic so I'm not about to be too critical in that sense. ;)

Well, yeah, its anthro, but mostly in the sense that the dinos talk. Chomper never looked 'that' human.
He looks good, though.

You do have a good point of criticism. He does look too human.
It may be because his arms are way too long, and his head (in relationship to his body) is too small.

The long arms and thin legs kind of led to that conclusion. ;)

could be a mix up of such since Ali never met Chomper. Only Littlefoot and the others know him not even their parents know about the meat eater child that their children is friends with.

I HAVE finished this one story, and I've sent it to anyone who was interested in it. I can send it to you right away WeirdRaptor. The only thing is that it was translated to English several years ago, when my English was much poorer. Since then I've edited almost the first half of the story while the second one may contain more mistakes. Just tell me your email address and I'll send it over to you.

Most people don't at least I didn't hear from many after sending my stories to them. Guess there must be something that makes the stories not very readable. Perhaps a tendency of mine to write somewhat long winded. I don't know.

I will, though I'm afraid it may take some more time as I'm busy writing the new story. This one has about 158 pages by the way.

I guess you misunderstood me Arvens. This 158 pages story is the one I finished. It is titled "The Cold Time" (and I consider it important to point out that it was finished before LBT 8 was released, and that there is almost no similarity except for snow). As I'm afraid it may really take ages for me to complete the correction of this story I think it may be a good idea if I send it to you before I finish the correction. Really, I don't know when and maybe not even IF I'll ever finish it. Last time I worked with the correction was on August 24th. So far the corrected part ends on page 67. However, those who read it and told me about their thoughts never told me about problems to understand anything (though I encouraged the readers to criticize whatever ought to be criticized), so it might not be too bad. Littlefoot-1616 read a totally uncorrected version of it, so you can ask him if there were any real problems.
As for the story I'm working with right now, it is titled "Old Threehorns" and I'm now on page 177 :) .

Either way completed or not, that's currently longer than anything I've ever written fiction-wise. :p

Speak for yourself, I've seen 'Lord of the Rings' fanfics longer than the actual 1000 Plus page book.

I don't mean to brag with the number of pages, the much the more as we don't have to look at Lord of the rings fanfictions to see more pages. Littlefoot-1616 is working with a land before time fanfiction which is much longer than 200 pages for all I know. Did you reach number 300 Jason?
