Though I"m the only one on here I would not vote for him since I'm the only one on here who doesn't like the character.  Though if it were a vote on this board he'd likely get every vote but mine.  If the Great Valley were to have a vote he'd win by being able to bully the vast majority to vote for him out of fear.   Just my take on the character and most will dislike my opinion, but I don't care.

He doesn't seem too different from some rulers some countries of the the world are having at the moment (and always had), except for the fact that as a ruler Topsy doesn't seem to have the advice of some smarter kids to get a little sense into him at times.

Why not Mr Thicknose, or one of Littlefoot's Grandparents?  They seem like they'd be ok as presidents.   Or one of the yellowbellies, if you want a more fun president.
