I don't know of any good argonian names. I'll look things up and make a character similar to the one I did in either Oblivion or Morrowind. Will the magic points thing regenerate over time like in oblivion or only when you sleep like morrowind? And any restrictions on oc's like no game quests could they have done, no plug ins like free homes, ect?

MP only regenerates when you sleep, and there are no OC restrictions.

I guess since the magic system is like in morrowind if I do an argonian thief fighter type who knows some spells since you can run out of magic to fast if you were a mage in morrowind.

If you wish. but it starts in the present day where we're all just doing our normal routine until one of us accidently opens the gate to the medieval world, so you could say you were arrested right after you ended up there.
