What anti-virus program do you think would be better for a mac OS X out of all of these:

I won't pretend to be the #1 mac guru, but virus barrier has always been a good program for mac users when it comes to antivirus. I have 4 macs myself and I don't install virus protection. I really don't think it's needed that much yet. When it is, I'm sure apple will provide an application for free to solve the problem. They're not like MS and just say "Oh well. You bought this $1,000 computer. Have a great life and try not to get viruses!"

Ya know...I've had my Mac for well over two years now..and I have yet to install, or need for that matter any anti-virus protection for my computer. Although I'm sure Landbeforetimelover is right, when the time comes I'm sure Apple will have the consumers covered with a free software...or something.
I hope! :p

I agree with GVG. I have not needed, and therefore not installed, any anti-virus software. However, on the subject of software, I could give a few good applications that I know work very well.
- Firefox - This is a very reliable browser. I personally like the fact that you can put add-ons on it and make it different. The open-source code really improves its quality
- NeoOffice - It is a good replacement for Microsoft Office. Plus, it is free. Instead of spending $100+ on Microsoft Office, use NeoOffice for free.
