Yes, I’m finally back on! I’ve been wanting to do something in the lbt community, but life aaah!

Anyway, I don’t think I’ll make it for this current prompt, since we’re at the midpoint, but I’ll try to get something done. I’ll be more prepared for the next prompt though!

Me realising today that I'm yet again only a couple of days away from the deadline without making a proper start on my entry:

I swear, these things are like school assignments to me now. I'll feel bad if I miss any.

I'm a little delayed in announcing the next prompt as I was busy moving into a new place. So let's see what the next prompt is shall we?

Sept/Oct: Redemption/Betrayal: Draw a villain who has turned to the side of good. Alternatively, draw a good guy that turns to the dark side.

Oh, maybe there's a chance for a legit Rhett drawing this time around?

Hope to see some interesting choices for this one!

Lol, I'm so tempted to draw a sequel to the October prompt from last year but I'm not sure if that would be too much of a betrayal.

Ok, for realizies, I'm deffinetly doing these from now on! Last time, I had something planned but I had to start over because a littlefoot running away from a sharptooth is not a fight scene!

For this one, I have an idea in mind, but I feel it's not that exciting. I was gonna draw Littlefoot being evil, but I kinda want to take advantage of dis one. Hee heem

Oops, a little late on the reminder for the current prompt. I've barely had any time to think about the GoF, LBT, or fanart as school picks up once again.

Anyways, we're just a little under half way for the current prompt of betrayal/redemption. I know SRFG and Jewel, you both were interested in trying to participate in this one right? Thanks again for carrying the fanart team

heh, no worries! I'm nearly done with my sketch, I've even posted parts of it on my art thread. But yep, I still plan on participating! As you've said, school is always in the way.

I still really don't know what to do so I haven't got a sketch or anything just yet. I seem to be really lacking inspiration at the moment. Maybe when it comes to last week or so and I end up doing another last-minute entry. There is one idea I have in mind but idk if that would be going a bit too far.

We'll see.

I was so last minute this month that I missed the deadline.

I'll try and finish what I had though. And try and get started on the corrupted wish one early (yes, you can laugh at me). At least for that one, I've had an idea in my head since I came up with it, so no excuse this time.

And speaking of the next prompt, I suppose it's about time I get off my butt and officially announce it right?

Nov/Dec: Be Careful What You Wish For: Your wish to the Stone of Cold Fire has been granted, but has some unexpected consequences. Draw a character's corrupted wish!

This is a good one! Who knew the Stone of Cold Fire had Monkey Paw qualities to it?

Hopefully this will be as creative as the writers for LBT deciding on canonizing aliens into a dinosaur franchise

Also a good time to give a massive shout-out to SRFG for coming up with all of these very cool prompt ideas for this year! I'm sure everyone knows how lazy I am when coming up with new prompt ideas every year. In fact, I think I've only ever come up with like 2 of them

This might also be a good time to open up the floor for possible ideas for next years prompt list! Feel free to post any ideas you might have! (Doesn't have to be only relegated to fanartists as well, though they would be given higher preference in the final decision)

Yippe! I've got an idea for this one, and if you're used to reading fanfics, you might know what I'm getting at. All I can say is that this story has been very insperational to me and I've read it multiple times!

It's coming for sure! I'm so excited, as I've wanted to make fanart of one of Rhombos's fanfic stories. I wanted to keep it a surprise but my heart couldn't take it.
