So, I've read on The Land Before Time 4 wiki that a Land Before Time fan pitch shifted Candice Hutson and Anndi McAfee's voices.
This below is the claim:
"a Land Before Time fan had discovered how the actors would have sounded two years later, if test pitched, Candance Hutson would likely keep her role as Cera than her successor and current actor (despite her voice making Cera's voice sound older regardless)"
