There are a couple of "switching to Trevor" moments that didn't get covered in that video.
One starts with Trevor laying passed out in a empty swimming pool in his underwear and holding a beer bottle. He's surrounded by burning debris. As he gets up he makes a comment about "moments that you just don't want to end". If you pan the camera around, there is a burning police helicopter imbedded in the side of a nearby motel. I later realized that this was the same helicopter that got shot down during the Paleto Bay bank robbery. Apparently it permanently becomes part of the scenery.
Another one involved Trevor driving down the highway stuck behind a bunch of bicyclists riding down the middle of the road.
Trevor's response: Get off the road you peddling pricks! The highway was made for the automobile by the automobile! Go to France with your sissy little bikes! And try wearing some clothing that actually leaves something to the imagination! I can see your anal polyps through those shorts!
Some of the things the hipsters say while they're dying during the hipster rampage are pretty hilarious too.
Male hipster: You wouldn't kill and undiscovered video artist would you?
Male hipster: My trousers are too tight for this!
Male hipster: I'm a writer!
Female hipster: I thought this area got gentrified!
Female hipster: I don't understand what statement you're making!
Female hipster: I was trying to write my screenplay!
Female hipster: Come on, man! I just started a food drug!
Female hipster: Why did I leave the .50 at home?
