Any ideas? for one that have a even stevens RPG that we all like?

Well, knowing that we each had different ideas of adding otherworldly characters and story bases and tried to blend it all together, which proved it doesn't work especially in an RPG mainly about Land Before Time dinosaurs. Perhaps if we keep time-travel and interdimensional-travel out and magic to a minimum, like another Stone of Cold Fire mystery, then it could be something that we can all get along with
Besides, there were other people who wanted to try out the RPG, but chose to quit because we may be either too fast to catch up or trying to blend what each of us wanted in one story. We can still keep our dinosaur characters, like the spikethumbs and Trihorn, but pretty much limit it as far as the Rainbowfaces when doing something a little sci-fi.
This is what I think about the next RPG.

I agree to those terms Kenjiro. Lets do one with charcaters that not time travel or dimensional travelled. So we come up with a RPG no where near that bases as agreed. I think we could do a RPG based into the valley and somewhere away from that valley.
I got a idea for one. Called the Great Lake
A place with fresh water with a very large lake, larger the anyone had seen before that Ducky's mum once was and talk about it to the young when that name of the place came up with the new travellers that enter the valley.
what do you think of that?

Well it mainly happens at a point of time and the others sadly don't turn up at that point and it would put fustration to the rpg'ers.

I Think Kenji should have a turn directing the flow of the story. Threehorn did the First one, I did the Second one, and now its Kenji's turn. And I'll try to keep the magic use to a minimum. The story should occur after the Second Guardians'a arrival. Other than that I have no problem with the proposal.

uh oh... I've kind of started one. But it can be put on hold. Put the mixute of story fics mixed with RPGs kind of over did it on the last one.

As I said, my Guardians stories stay out of the RPGs for a while, since I have to have my magic brought to a minimum too. Only my dinosaur characters will remain.

Since you brought up the plot, we can do it how you start off. And since you lead, I'll follow. And since no one has been using Spike for a while, I'll play him this time.

Right the lastest Land Before Time RPG is done and dusted. Any new Ideas for a new one? this time trying to get a fourth person in. maybe Hyp if his on at leasted. but other then that any ideas????

I thought of a Idea of a new RPG for Land Before time but it adding a charcater I like into it. Latias
But we need to think about this hard. I would like that Nick you can join in this with your own charcaters being in it if you like to. But we need to talk this over to see if this idea will work out. not or do.

Well, I know that magic and inter-dimensional stuff won't work. GBut on the other hand, treying to keep it strictly to LBT is at least for me, pretty difficult. So, sort sort of compromise imo would be needed. Some magic, but not too much, could be included, but no time travel or other things klike that. What do you guys think?

Yeah that sounds alright to a degree and I don't see any problems but just wondering to add Latias into it nothing more then that. or will this one charcater cause a problem?

Well , I don't know much about her, apart from the little you postedc in you Latias thread. I Think she coould fit, just add some background first .

Latias is a Psyhic/dragon type PokÈmon she has the ablity to sense others feelings even they hiding it. She has a caring heart and well has a playful mind and likes to have fun. Another of her powers is going invisible bending light around her body.
I will put a picture of her on fanart.

Magic is good to a degree. And if we can get a strong and workable plot behind Latias' appearance in LBT, then it might actually work here.

Kenji has good points. As I See it the last Rpg with magic collasped because:
1. there was TOO MUCh magic, so much that the lBT characters became mere secondary characters in the plot
2. the plot, which was magic-driven,placed the characters in situations that simply couldn't be reconciled within the LBT genre. While this was tolerable at first (ie we simply went along with it) it eventually got out of control. In other words Threehorn and I let our imaginations run amok, without much consideration of how kenji's ideas and storyline were to fit within the storylines we were devising. At the end, it become impossible to go on because of the disparity between storylines.
Latias and Stripetail could fit in a lBt story, if the plot is strong enough, and enough safeguards and limitations are put in.

She wouldn't cause to much of a magic problem, Latias like to play around more then use her powers and the only time she use them in the greater need, danger, fearing or defending. that the only real time she would use her deepest powers but takes alot of out Latias though.

So should we start a new rpg?

First, we need a starting plot. How does Latias enters into a land before time? (bad pun) How does Stripetail fall into this situation? What villains will be popping up in this story? And what's there can we be able to make it more unique, different, and a little more interesting than the last posts?
These are some of the questions I'm asking.

Well it could start with a storm over some seas with Latias fleeing from something that after her. She ends up defending herself with a psychic power and a lightning bolt from the sky hits the field of energy she maded around her causing a massive flash of light with her vanishing into thin air with the one chasing her unable to know where she went to.
The reason for the creatures actions could be unknown at first and reviled as the rpg progressd along. Stripetail could appear in this rpg later on with the sense of Latias in the Great Valley never sensing a creature like her before that could come along somewhere little feather in the RPG.
The Villain that will appear is only after Latias for a reason which like I said be coming up later into the RPG.
I hope this is a good enough around about idea for the rpg.

Sounds good threehorn. I'm waiting until we finish the Sowarkard Rp before I join this Rp. If You want to start without me, thats ok. I'll try to fit Stripetail in when I join in, hopefully you guys won't be too far along...

Alright, so should I start off the beginning of the rp. and us two do so much but not too much so you can fit Stripetail into the rp. Well is that ok with you Kenjiro? we start it off and Nick joins in somewhere into it?

I can work with it. My spikethumbs characters are going to be minor chars this time. I'll still play Littlefoot, his grandparents, and Spike if that's ok.

I think I'm starting to see a continuing pattern in our current LBT RPG as we had in the last few RPG's.

what type of pattern? I don't see any contining pattern. All we doing is adding things to it as the RPG progress. no one knows of the outcome and a pattern. so I don't see any continuing pattern.

Probably. Usually I work with the boundries of RPG rules set up by the administrator, so that they create limits. But since there hasn't been any rules around here, it has often gotten a little chaotic at times...a bit like now in a few ways.
