Well, there's one mystery explained. I never could figure out how the deleted frames of sharptooth standing by the thorns fit in, but apparently, the storyboards show that Littlefoot got caught in the vines BEFORE entering the brush area. MIND BLOWN.I was wondering why he had his eye shut when we first saw him, but then when he was trying to snatch a trapped Littlefoot in the vines, he magically had his eye open for the first (and only) time.
The only remaining question is: did the extra sharptooth stuff get animated? I know there's a couple frames floating around, but the eye could have been the product of animators following rearranged storyboards.
