Max Burkholder.  Honestly, his voice fits Chomper very well than Cannon Young in the fifth film.  Issac Brown fits the voice well too, but Max Burkholder did it better.

That’s a little tricky, but I will say The Secret of NIMH, which was another movie animated by the same person who animated LBT.

My second favorite would be LBT VIII, because it gives the other characters besides Littlefoot a chance to tell their story (this movie tells Ducky’s story).
