Can someone tell me about this Warn thing that appeared on the bottom of my profile name on a post?

I fumbled with the settings of the board and for the heck of it decided to turn them on so everyone can see their warning....not that I hope to ever have to use them mind you. ;)

Nobody has ever been warned here, and I don't want to start, I just turned the bar on so everyone can see it, so if someone does do something rash, all the members will be aware including the one warned.

For the time being, for reasons I wish not to discuss, I made it so anyone that wants to join will have to be approved by me before they can post.  Hopefully I won't have to keep that on long.
