Hey this looks pretty good! Ali is drawn well and expression looks good. Just a couple things that I noticed in it that could be improved on. First is the top of the nose part of Ali is coloured in the same colour as her belly, where it should be the light pinkish. The other is how the background colours overlap passed the lineart for Ali. Since you're drawing digitally it might be better to separate the subject and background as separate layers to help with this in the future.
