There is no download available. In fact, from what I read, that's not even real gameplay footage. It's all concept footage of what the guy wants for the game. Instead of gameplay, from what I understand, what's actually showing is just his animations for the levels, designed to look like gameplay footage.

The co-operative part of video looked really fun. I would love for this type of game to come out!

Yeah, I kind of figured it out AFTER I posted this, DH.

Still, wish this was real.

Here's an idea. Maybe he should send the idea to Capcom. I think they'd love it!

I think the idea's been beaten to the punch. Capcom is already working on a new Megaman game called MegaMan Universe and its 2.5D. It's supposed to feature some new unlockable characters and incorporate nostalgic elements from across the MegaMan series. It was announced at this year's Penny Arcade Expo (which I think has just finished). Check out the link below for a video on it.
