You've never seen that before? We had to memorize it in beginning computer class in second grade. Then later in 9th grade we were forced to type it 100 times in order to prove our proficiency while typing. You were allowed 1,000 mistakes. Not enough considering you REALLY have to pay attention to what you're typing or you might spell things correctly according to their context. :bang I HATE that poem!

I saw it in middle school... on a poster in the hallways...
-
I've never seen that. I couldn't finish it though. It's like you have to concentrate to read it.
-
Never saw or heard of it until now.
-
First I've seen that one. Very true though, that's why its always good to have a second person to read things over.
-
This is why I love the English language. :lol
-
I had to read the thing aloud. Only then could I understand (almost) the whole thing. A few lines still confuse me.
-
Man, this is funny! Such a great play on the English language!
-
We've got the same thing in Dutch in our Dutch classes, it's aweful :p
-
I had to type that once in middle school... I hated it too.
-
I remember we read that poem in school on english language lessons. :)
Or at least some part of it.

Does anyone know who came up with it?
