As a few of you may know, Sept. 19th is international "Talk like a Pirate day!" as seen here:

As a rather savvy pirate fan ( ) I couldn't help but see if we can get this going here on the GoF for a day!

So let's see what ye scurvy dogs got!  Get some pirate talk posts going around here for a day and have some fun!
I've got a little extra incentive: Anyone I see Talking like a Pirate will receive a bit of treasure at the end of it all! B)

Simple: Follow the forum rules.  It's "talk like a pirate day" not "act like a pirate day"

Tim I didn't catch this the first time through.  I don't approve of this.  This just makes a lot of work for us to award "unofficial" holidays.  I mean if you want to do this, I guess its fine but I don't want this to be the norm around here because there are so many "unofficial" holidays out there.
