Keep your ears up Arvens!
The only thing certain is that I will go to Scotland next year. Maybe I still have to go to an English speaking country for two months, if my petition (to accept my American school degree and the three Scotland weeks for the two months) fails. But please let not that keep your fingers crossed for the petition to fail. No matter what I'm very content to visit the east and north east of the United States when I have the necessary money (which most likely would have never been the case by next August. The Scotland trip is relatively cheap). And if I come voluntarily with no job to attend to during the time I spend in America (or at least a job of my own choosing to keep costs low rather than making the whole thing possible in the first place), I will have much more time for visits.
It's only that I don't know WHEN it would be.
As for a micro and a webcam, I can assure you that they are on my Christmas wish list. And christmas is certainly much more definite a date. Than anything I could ever say about my coming to America so far.
