Title: What's different in LBT 12

I have noticed that they have altered the aspect ratio of the new LBT 12.  When I first watched it, it looked sort of compressed so I ripped it onto the computer and latered it's aspect ratio.  It looks a lot more normal now.  Why would they change the aspect ration on us?
