We dont give present with christmas, we only do Sinterklaas, which is kind of thesame but celebrated on the 5th.
I can tell you what I got for that:
- Some party stuff from pirates of the caribean
- Chocolate
- A liong king blanket and towel
- Wall-e on dvd
- A lot of donald duck and mickey mouse comic specials

Well, I KNOW I'm getting pajamas tonight! I love getting PJ's on Christmas Eve night :)
But what I'm hoping for...
* "Stupid Stupid Rat Tails: The Adventures of Big Johnson Bone, Frontier Hero"...one of the two "Bone" prequels...this one being a lot more...'lighthearted' compared to "Rose"
* Graphic Tablet
* Wall-E and/or Never-Ending Story
* An animation program of some kind (or a better photoshop that comes with that)

I'll be posting what I got later since no one here has their christmas shopping done yet.

All my siblings and I always know what we're getting. Since it was so hard for our parents to know what we like enough to want for Christmas, a while ago, my mother made things simple. She has an amazon.com account and she has each of us take turns putting things in her online cart as long as each of us stay within the range she set up. But every year, she always gets one extra thing for each us that she absolutely knows we want but didn't ask for so we can always have a surprise. This time my list was:
1. A complete N.E.S., otherwise known as the regular nintendo. Complete as in coming with all original parts- the box, manual, controllers, cords, core system, etcetera.
2. An advanced sega saturn controller.
3. Kingdom Hearts: Re Chain of Memories. System- PS2.
4. Spyro: Attack of the Rhynocs. System- GBA.
5. ReBoot. System- PS.
6. Sewer Shark. System- SMCD. Considering the system's rarity these days, SMCD stands for Sega Mega CD.
7. Caution: Seaman. System- DC.
As for my surprise, it was a collection of all the old claymation Christmas movies in one box set. I've always loved those. I got a fair amount of money, a gift card for Game Stop, and as usual, lots of chocolate and sour candy.
You probably think because of most of my choices that I am a serious old school gaming fan. Well, you're abolutely right! Highly detailed, full freedom, three dimensional games can be a bit overwhelming for me with my legally blind left eye, so I stick to older games mostly, unless I am a big fan of the series, like Kingdom Hearts. In that case, the exciting story is worth not being able to fully enjoy the gameplay. I have such bad depth perseption that most sports are out of the question, so I usually stick to indoor activities, thus explaining the reason for the theme of my lists. I like this topic. It is always pleasant to see the tastes of people my age these days. It can also show me a bit of your personality, because people don't normally ask for things that just aren't "them." This is quite the learning experience. Please continue.

Best part for me, though, was just going out to my parent's place for Christmas Eve, followed by a larger-scale family get-together on Christmas Day. Some time with my family was something I've needed for a while.

My family decided that instead of spending money on ourselves this year, we thought it would be best to donate the money we would have spent on presents to ASPCA. I'm sure we made a lot of poor animals happy and I'm glad we decided to do it. Through EVERYONE in the family, we donated a total of a little over $30,000 (we have a BIG family). Let's just say they sent us a lot of T-shirts. :lol Naw, just kidding. :p

Um, I think about $200 for my new laptop, the movie Bender's Game (I love it from its hilarity), a $50 Best-buy gift card, and $25 for iTunes. I'm happy.
EDIT: Oh! I forgot my Secret-Santa gift exchange through my class. I got a nice roll of duck tape, a Dragonforce CD, and two glowsticks for our annual talent show. This satisfied me the most.
