LBT Scruples, would you risk your life for a friend? Someone you'd just met?

because of my physical confidence in myself, I'd probably only risk my life for a close friend or a relative, I don't believe I'd be strong enough

I would risk my life for just about anyone but an enemy. I would rather die with honor then die an old man lying in a hospital waiting for death.

I will wait for that moment to come before making any predictions on how I would act. Few people can predict accurately how they would act in the face of peril. I hope to be good enough to risk my life for others. I hope I'm smart enough not to risk it uselessly. And I hope I don't have to risk it at all. A good live is usually better than death, however heroic it might be. If a heroic death saves the lives of others this makes the matter more complicate of course.
