I haven't attempted a Ducky-centered music video before, to my knowledge, so here's my first attempt.

Hey, I would love to see a Pterano tribute with the songs:

1. Red-Almost Over

2. Nickelback-Do This Anymore (that song totally fits Pterano :lol )

But wow! Awesome video, man! It made me think of how Ducky's original voice actress from the original film, dying at just 10 years old, by the hands of her spycotic father. I like the song too!  :D
Petra is a variant of the Greek name "Petros" meaning "strong" or "rock." Andi is a variant of the Greek name "Andy" meaning "masculine" or "brave." Therefore, I am tremendously brave and strong! :lol

^DarkHououmon is female, trulyfantasticme. I like the video, but I don't share your taste in music, DH. But I admit, in "Be Yourself" the music was absolutely spot on.

Oh really? And what kind of music do you think is good?

All music is good. You like something, I like something else. It's your music video, after all.

I was asking what kind of music you prefer. Sorry if I didn't make that clear in my previous post. I was just curious.

Dark I Thought the song you picked fit really well with the music video. It fit Ducky's mood perfectly.

@DarkHououmon

Most of the time I prefer pure instrumental. It can be either electronic or classical music. These are usually movie and game soundtracks, though I do listen to Wagner, Stravinsky, Kraftwerk etc. On some other occasions I also listen to blues and some forms of rock, like hard rock (Black Sabbath), and more specifically heavy metal, which is a form of hard rock (Judas Priest, Iron Maiden).

In an LBT video I would prefer to use some instrumental, like on a piano or even a synth, to try to convey the emotion shown by the video. It would be probably be a melancholic video if I were to make one.

But your videos are good too. You are good at editing and know most of LBT by heart, so you can always find the perfect scene for some part of a song. As I said, "Be Yourself" is a video I greatly admire, more than some TV episodes of LBT.

Instrumentals aren't my forte. The reason why you don't see a lot of instrumentals with my mvs is because I find them a lot harder to work with. With no words, it's harder for me to edit the footage to it. Instrumentals make things way too broad. I have attempted before and I feel I have less control over it. There are a few instrumentals I do like and might do an mv to. One in particular I'm thinking of using is this one: http://www.metroidmetal.com/wordpress/wp-c...id_itemroom.mp3

Now you're talking. :)  This is the kind of music I could enjoy. Reminds me of industrial music. The pre-Rammstein stuff.

But I agree that instrumentals are vaguer. That way the listener can interpret it in different ways. I understand why an artist might not be comfortable with that.

Short, yet, awesome Ducky-centered Music video there. The music fits into the video perfectly and the little effects made the music video better. :DD Just one question, what video-editing software did you use to make that?

Edit: Oh! and the music by the way... From the first 3 seconds of the video, I started searching for the song you used and I found the music flawlessly on youtube  :smile I love the music you chose. I'm thinking to continue making music videos, because I kinda got into a break with music videos. I might use that music as well, but don't worry I'll use a different character, not Ducky. :DD

Dang... I don't have that.  :smile Is it easy to make music videos there? I only have Adobe After Effects here... which is... kinda hard for me to understand.

I haven't used Premiere before so I can't help you directly. However, the way I learned Sony Vegas initially was through a tutorial on Youtube. I searched Adobe After Effects and here's the result:

Some of these videos may help you get a grasp on After Effects. I don't know how much you'll be able to do with it though. Probably not a lot.

Oh and to answer your question, yes it is easy for me to make mvs on Vegas, but only after learning the basic controls. If you're new to Vegas, coming from Windows Movie Maker (like I did), it can be hard to figure out how to use the program.
