Computer and Electronics / How can I recover a recycled account

Hello:
My father has an e-mail account in Yahoo that was not active enough for their liking (it receives e-mails from work), but now they say the account was recycled. I tried to check on Google and people talk a lot but say nothing; and Yahoo Help Center requieres me to send info I can no longer access in order to send an e-mail for help.
I wish I can understand why Companies making sudden changes like this one, when there is no need for, like Microsoft forcing Skype on us.
Do any of you have any idea how can I fix this recycled account thing? Please?

Computer and Electronics / How can skype been so faulty?

Hello:
Today's problems with Skype are just freaking ridiculous to say it very softly. First the update whenever they want, ok that's fine. But I spent like 15 minutes trying to log-in again.
And then there are problems with some of my contacts suddenly go as like they were never my contacts to start with and I have to add them all over again so I have many contatcs duplicated.
Also, unlike MSN, I cannot add a friend to a chat group because he doesn't use Skype. So skype is also elitist somehow.
And today, I was chatting with Nick but I thought he was busy since I received no answers from him for over an hour, then I changed status to buy some bread and suddenly all of his replies appeared from nowhere.
Can be Skype be this faulty? Why Micro$oft forced us to use that lame program with the excuse of their "newer and better techlogies"? MSN never gave me any of these problems

Yesterday, my brother found this trailer in YouTube:

So, even though the prequel of the Re-imagined Battlestar Galactica was cancelled before, it will indeed be premiered, even if it is a web series, it is something I am so looking forward to see. Sepcially the new ship designs .
On my opinion, both trailers i have seen look very good, so I hope you'll all enjoy what is coming now for that series .

The Fridge / Simulation of Earthquake and Tsunami

Hello:
Minutes ago started a simulation of an earthquake (over 8 in the Richter scale) with a tsunami in my city as a preparation for an event we all know can happen.
What makes this simulation great is because it is:
1) the first time it is made here at this magnitude and
2) Two combat airplanes flew at a very low altitude giving the start for the event and then the evacuation of the population into safety zones.
This might not be the best video, and I wish I could say it is mine, but here is a video and the guy filming was able to take a glance at one of the two planes that passed over the city.

And in a quick note, one of the helicopters that are now flying around the city is a variety of the Bell222, so we have our own Airwolf

I've been having this idea for quite some time now, but I was never sure when to post it because of time restrains (there is never enough time as we want it to be).
My idea is that we can choose any OC from a LBT or non-LBT rpgs of the ones actually been played here in GoF. After the OC is chosen, we give some days so people can post questions for that OC, after that, the creator of that OC will try and reply the questions in the best possible way as we know there could be questions that could spoil plots for the rpgs and for the character's own stories too, so we must be careful with what we ask.
So what do you think? is it possible for this idea to be carried out?
If there are any OCs voluntaries, they can be chosen too .
