Chris Mclean, after realizing the high ratings the first season of TDV got, he realized he had to do another season of the show with many of the same cast members. Using the evil ability we call "They didn't read the fine print," he had gotten 14 of the players back for season 2.
Rhett, Tricia, Tera, Hyp, Mutt, Nod, Ichy, and Mo considered themselves lucky.
Chomper, being one of the Final Two from last year, got to pick where the second season would be set at. He chose his home island, so his parents could be nearby.
Chris and Chef were taking the dinos to the island via boat, which the players, new to human technology, found impressive.
"Me can't believe we're doing another season of this," Petrie laughed.

"And I cant believe that so many of us have made to it from the first season" Guido said "Maybe they couldnt find anyone else willing to participate in this?"

"Yeah, if I'd have known it was going to be like this, I wouldn't have joined in the first place," Rory laughed in leafeater. "I mean, Chef couldn't even make good food."

"Dont mention it, Rory" Guido with disgusted look on his face "I want not to think for a moment, that we will be 'enjoying' results of Chef's cooking skills in coming days".

"Yeah, me almost hope me get voted off early," Petrie joked.

"Oh... It can be done, Petrie. Just say a word" Guido joked along, grinning slightly "After all, there is no thing a true friends couldnt do for each other, right?"

"Yeah.." Petrie said, confused by Guido's tone.
Rita meanwhile was giving Chomper some kisses, congratulating him on his victory last season.

Cera scoffed.
"Oh yeah, well I for one think that Chef needs his head checked. He certainly can't make us eat that disgusting stuff he calls food!"
Ducky hopped off Cera's back and gave her own comment. "Well Cera, I think it was nice that he fed us. He didn't have to after all, and it did kind of help us...I think."
Tippy however was sleeping the boat ride away, hoping to be well rested when they arrived for the second season.

Guido glanced at Rita and Chomper.
"They dont waste time" He said to himself and turn to Cera who was talking about Chef.
"Do you think it would help him? I am not really convinced." he asked whispering, not wanting Chef to overhear him.

Myra was also resting.
Chris came out in front of the other players. "Ok dudes, listen up. When we arrive on Chomper's island, your first challenge starts right away. Chomper's parents are techincally part of the show's staff, and they will be chasing you around the island. When they tag you or catch you, you are eliminated from the challenge. The last two not tagged get to be the two team captains and pick who the teams will be this season."

Cera's jaw dropped.
"YOU CAN NOT BE SERIOUS?! What if they decide to try and eat us and pick their teeth with our bones?!" she then remembered Chomper was with them and she quickly blushed in embarrassment and stuttered an apology.
Ducky giggled at Cera's reaction as seeing her scared was something Cera did not do very often.
The sounds of Cera screaming woke Tippy up and she looked around and asked, "Why is Cera screaming...Tippy is trying to sleep."

Chomper didn't look too angry. "Don't worry guys, I told them about everything, don't worry."
Soon, the boat arrived on Sharptooth Island. Spike made a noise suggesting. "Here we go again."

"They will be chasing us? That sounds very... intimidating." Guido said. Then he started thinking... Being a glider he could just stay in the air long enough for Chomper's parents to caugh everybody else, but there is one problem with this plan. He needed to get off the ground first and it might be a little hard for him, if the wind wont be strong enough...

"I am sure I will last longer in this challenge than everyone else, because I am a fast-runner, and I will need to run fast to win," commented Ruby.
"I just have one question, where should we be running to?" asked Shorty.

"Oh pretty much anywhere man," Chris said. "Like I said, if you're one of the last two not tagged, you win."
The players got off the boat.

"So we are starting now?" Guido asked with a fearful voice.

They soon heard the roar of Chomper's parents. "Yup," Chris replied with his sadistic grin

Guido gulped. Even if those were Chomper's parents and they werent supposed to eat him, he was still a bit anxious when he heard roar. Then he saw a very tall tree, that might do well as his starting point. He run towards it with intention to climb up.
"Good luck guys!" he shouted back to the rest of players.

"See ya guys!" Chomper called, running in another direction.
Petrie took to the air.

Cera sighed.
"Yeah, you too Guido...hope ya break a wing!"
Ducky gasped.
"He won't really be hurt will he?" she asked, momentarily forgetting the sharpteeth that were going to chase them.
Tippy however stared shaking in fear at the loud roar that echoed.

Soon, Dein and Teri could see the contestants running about. "Time for our part," Dein smiled to Mama Sharptooth

Ali and Littlefoot climbed off onto the island. Ali had made the Finals last season, and she was determined to win the whole thing this time. Littlefoot had been tricked off the show last time by Cera, an he hadn't forgotten it.. he still waas looking to pay her back for that..

Chomper and Rita were running together. "Ya know, you would think they wouldn't try to wear us out as soon as we got here," laughed Rita.

Guess we have to start running" Ali said, taking off, with LIttlefoot right behind her..

Myra dashed through a place where trees were very close by each other. "It'd be hard to tag me here," she strategized.

Ruby had wanted everyone to stay together. However, as she saw most of the other players running off in different directions, she had to admit that she would probably do better in the challenge on her own, without someone slowing her down. She decided to start running along the beach.
Already, Shorty was more than willing to resume the alliance between himself, Rory, and Petrie. He called to them and told them to follow him as he ran off in another direction.

"Got it," Rory and Petrie said, following the green longneck.
Petrie stayed in the skies to watch for Chomper's parents.
Meanwhile, Dein and Terri were closing in on Ducky

Rita and Chomper ran past Tippy.

Terri nodded to Dein and smiled.
"It seems one of the little ones is scared stiff. What should we do?"

Tippy was still scared too much to move. She could see the others running past her, and she just stood there.
Cera took off as soon as she could...and immediately ran into a tree, or more correctly right threw it. and kept running, with Ducky riding on her back.

Dein bent over and picked up Ducky, eliminating her from the challenge. He then safely set her back on the ground.
"Ducky's been caught!" Chris called from his megaphone on his helicopter.

Why didn't you explain this more clearly Chris? Ali and I just just got here!' littklefoot said a little put out "What's this challenge going to be about?"

Chris explained it again. "If chomper's parents tag you, you've been eliminated. The last two players not tagged become the Captains of the team this season, and get to pick the teams."

Thanks. " Ali nodded, as she took off. "Sorry Littlefoot, but Its best if we split up.. that way we won't both get caugfht at the same time..

Terri bent over and lightly nudged Tippy, who promptly fell over like a falling tree.
"Well...that...was a little too easy." she commented to Dein.
Ducky giggled as Dein set her down. She then turned and thanked Chompers dad.
"Thank you for putting me down. Yes, yes, yes!"

Guido had just climbed the tree and saw that two players were already eliminated from the game. With a bit luck it may not happen to him...
"Alright. It's time to go up" he said and then looked directly down.
"It is sure a long fall" Guido shuddered. He just thought: what if he wont be able to glide? He would be smashed against the ground, so Chomper's parents wouldnt have to tag him at all. Maybe he should hide instead of flying?
"No! I have to this... I can do this. I will do this!" he said to himself and jumped down, stretching his wings as far as they could go. For a moment it seemed like he wasnt going to make it, but then a very strong wind hit his feathers and he was lifted high in the sky.
"Ha! I've made it!" Guido cheered, making a few rolls.

Dein noticed Ali heading one way, his son and Rita the other.
"I'll take the longneck, you catch our son and his girlfriend," Dein smiled.

And out of the brought back time machine came out Lindsay.

Terri nodded her head and began chasing her son and Rita. She then chuckled and said aloud, "I'm catching up...you two really should run faster."

Cera was still running even though she'd lost CHomper's folks a while ago. She did not want to chance getting caught this early and eliminated from being a group leader, so she kept running.
"This is nuts...I wonder who's been caught? Don't you Ducky?" she asked, but when no response came she realized that Ducky must've been tagged, and she grinned.

"Good point," Rita roared back. However, they were running so fast, they tripped on a tree root. "Oh great," Chomper laughed. His mom was closing in.

Dein was still chasing Ali when he noticed Cera nearby. He wondered who to go after

Terri saw both her targets fall, and for a moment she considered stopping to give them a fair chance....but the moment passed as she was still walking, and in seconds was standing over the pair...now she had to decide who to tag first...her son was the winner of the last season...but Chris had specifically said, no special treatment. This was going to be harder than she though.

Chomper didn't want his mom to be worried, so he and Rita put their hands on her leg, doing Terri's job for her.
Meanwhile, Spike tried to slip between Dein's legs but the father sharptooth saw him and tagged him.

In the meantime Guido was gliding over Dein's head, as he realised that he can watch sharptooth "hunt" without risk of being caught. Maybe he will be able to warn some other players, so even if he hadnt become a captain he would still make a few allies.

Meanwhile, the trio of Rory, Shorty, and Petrie had stopped. "Me think we're safe here," Petrie said.

Dein noticed Guido fly above. "You're mine!" he laughed.
Myra ran behind Terri, hoping she couldn't catch her.

"I beg to differ, Mister Sharptooth" Guido said mockingly, but Dein's laugh worried him, so he put much more distance between himself and Chomper's dad.
(Dein said that in flattooth, right?)

(Yeah, he and Terri can speak both in this rp.)
"And I beg to differ too," Dein added. He ran towards Guido and jumped up, grabbing him.
"Guido's been eliminated!" called Chris.

"How nice." Guido said sarcastically, then asked: "What am I suppose to do now? Seat and wait?"

Chris appeared. "We set up a bonfire on the beach. All the losers should head there."

Guido started walking towards the bonfire without another word...

Spike, Chomper, Rita, Ducky, and Tippy were already there.
Myra ran besides Ali. "Come on, there aren't many of us left in the game!" she called.

Guido came closer to bonfire.
"Your parents must be a good hunters, if they've caught six of us already" he said to Chomper.

"Don't underestimate my folks," Chomper grinned.
And this was proven as Myra was soon dropped off by Dein.

"Yeah. I shall remember that next time" Guido said, with resigned tone in his voice. Then he saw Myra:
"It leaves seven players to catch." he stated matter-of-factly.

Ruby was rather surprised by how well she had been doing in the challenge, so far. She had not yet seen either Dein or Terri at all yet. She figured that the lack of obstacles on the beach had allowed her run further away than they could have hoped to run. Despite her good luck, she knew not to let it get to her head, so she continued running.
Shorty decided it was time to talk strategy with Rory and Petrie. "Okay, there's three of us, and there can only be two winners in this challenge, and those two winners will have to be on different teams. If we want to stay on the same team, then only one of us should win."

"I just wonder who the winners will pick for their teams," Rita said.

"Good point," said Rory.

:o Hey Brek I don't want to sound this way, but you sould have held off on doing TDV season 2. Because in a way you just killed the outcome of the TDV season one story on fanfiction.net!?

He does have a point there, also you should allow some time for others to work their way into the story..

Well, I did kinda give away the answer already before this RP, and I was hoping we could still do this Rp.
And Nick22, this is my fault, not yours at all, I'm not sure of what your comment means. Does it mean I should slow down with posts?
Edit: Also, I felt since it could take a while to type more episodes, but I really wanted to continue the TDV storyline, and Nick22 had suggested the idea of an RP before, so I rolled with that.

Personally I think the TDV season two RP, sould be put on hold until the TDV season one story on fanfiction.net is finished.

Littlefoot raced away throiugh the bushes, the roar of Chomper's parents reaching him from a distance. He keopt running, it had been awhiole since he had been on the island..
)Oh and you have to add new characters too, not just the 14 returning characters)

Dein kept looking around, when he caught Rory's trail. "Where are you..." he said.
Petrie noticed this, and decided to act. "Me over here!" he called, and that got Dein's attention. The big sharptooth began going after the flyer.

On another part of the island far away from the rest of the players, the 8 non-returning players from season 1 (Mo, Tricia, Nod, Rhett, Hyp, Tera, Mutt, and Ichy) were watching all the action on a big TV monitor.
"Glad we don't have to play this anymore," Tera said relieved, but she was angry about how she was cheated out of the game by Guido last season.
(Like I mentioned in the RP discussion, all of us can control the 8 non-returners.)

"It depends on who will be the winner and we dont know which of them will make it." Guido said "I just hope it will be over soon. I hate seating down and doing nothing"
(Do we have to? By the way... Is Confession Camera working? :) )

Guido: (Or Whoever): Then say whatever.
Chris looked over at the players who had been caught. "Well, I'm sure Chef could whip up something for you, or you could use the confession cam dudes," Chris said to guido.
All the dinos groaned at the thought of Chef's food.

Realizing Rory and Petrie were now caught, Shorty said, "I think I've figured out which of us should win." He then shoved Rory out into the open and made a run for it.

Guido: I dont know about others, but I will surely get myself my own food. I even spoted from above a few promising places... I would eat Chef's food only if I had no other choice.
Guido looked around the bonfire, but except for him and the rest of "losers", there was nothing at the beach.
"Where are we going to live in, Chris? I dont see any cabins around here..." he asked.

"Hey!" Rory called as Dein bumped him with his foot, eliminating him. Dein then snatched Petrie, who wasn't flying fast enough. "Hey, two fliers, one rock," he laughed. (Two birds, one stone.)

Chris had an answer to Guido's question. "Look up there dude." At thee tops of a few very tall trees were treehouses. "Our interns made those a week ago. We lost 7 in the process, but they still got the job done. That's where you'll be sleeping in."

"After the next 3 tags, the game will be over!" the host announced.

Brek I'd feel a lot better if you would still put the TDV season two RP on hold until the TDV season one story was finished? Because even though I know Chomper wins. I would still would like finish reading it, that is you and the others wouldn't mind waiting until you did finish the first story!

Look, at the rate it's going, I wouldn't finish the story until May, and I don't want to put this RP on Hiatus too.

"Well... They look solid" Guido commented, then he glanced at two more players who were tagged. The ending was nearing now at the very fast pace...

Done to the last five, littlefoot continued running down a marked path.. 'I wonder what crazy ideas Chris has cooked up for us this time.."

While Terri went after Ali and Cera, Dein was following Littlefoot's trail. "The longneck can't be too far away," he thought to himself.
Rita just gave Chomper another kiss. "Another season of insanity," she sighed happily.

The heavy sounds of the male sharptooth, gew louder, and littlefoot, respondingf it to it, changed direction, cut through some cbrush and noticed a large log with a hole in it, he stuck his head and neck into it, abnd squeezed himself through, it was a tighr squeeze, bu t he managed to crawl though the hole and out the other side, LIttlefoot now focused on putting distance between himseldf on the Sharptooth,,

Tippy tilted her head for a moment and asked, "Uhh...how are the four footers going to get in...we aren't that good at climbing. Tippy really isn't that good."

Terri was glad that both Chomper and Rita had both given up together. She was now still looking for someone to tag, and she spotted Cera taking a break from running. Terri smiled gleefully and tried to be as quiet as possible so she could properly sneak up on her prey.
Cera was getting a drink when she got this bad feeling and on instinct alone, she bolted forward and ran into a cave at the far end of the pond. She turned and continued walking backwards as Terri walked closer, and it was then that she realized the sharptooth couldn't fit.
Terri heard laughter as she approached the cave and immediately knew she wouldn't be able to fit...so she did the only thing she could think of, she laid herself down in the water with her face peering into the cave right at Cera.
Cera not one to back down from a challenge sat down as well, and stared Terri down.

Confession Cam:
"HA! I can't believe I talked Chris into letting me be a spectator for this season...hehehe....this is going to be good!" said Longtail aloud as he rubbed his claws together with a menacing laugh.

Chris had an explanation for Tippy. "Using these lifts Tippy," Chris explained. It was basically a pulley system.

Dein as closing in on Littlefoot. "You're mine!" he laughed, cornering the longneck.

Chomper: My parents are great hunters. I'm sure we'll be down to two in no time.

Terri and Cera continued to stare each other down, waiting for the other to make a move, and yet still neither one of the two females moved.

Tippy smiled and giggled as she said aloud, "Tippy wonders how she missed that. Oh well...it looks like fun!"

Longtail: They think those pulleys are going to be fun...yeah right...I can't wait to see them use those things....I almost lost my tail just standing next to one! hahahaha!

Dein walked behind the cave where Cera was hidden, and he realized his mate's tactics. He figured out one of the players was in the cave, and he had a plan.
Bending down towards a small gap in the cave, he let out a mighty roar when Cera wasn't expecting it behind her back.

"So what do you guys wanna do?" Rhett asked the other losers from season 1.

Littlefoot crouched down low to the ground and dashed between Dein's legs, the move caught the Sharptooth by surprise and Littlefoot managded to evade capture for now..

Cera screamed in surprise and darted out of the cave, right towards Terri. However even in her fear induced state she had enough sense to jump to the right and evaded Terri's snout by mere inches. And she kept running for her life.
Terri had to admit, she thought Cera would've run right into her...but the little threehorn proved difficult to tag...and that in itself was a surprise. She then looked to Dein.
"Thank you. I was getting tired of waiting for her to come out."

"You're welcome dear," Dein grinned. He had another idea. He dashed ahead, secretly following besides Cera, he was hidden by the trees.
When the threehorn didn't see it coming, Dein stuck his foot out in frot of him, and Cera was unable to stop running in time, and she bumped into it.
"Gotcha!" he laughed

When Cera realized she'd been caught she let loose a scream that echoed across the entire island for several minutes.
Terri had to grin and bear the sounds Cera was making at being tagged.
"She does not take losing well does she?" Terri asked her mate.

Longtail: Wow....I can still hear Cera screaming. She must've been tagged already, and not been one of the final three.

"It looks like someone is not very happy right now" Guido sneered as he heard Cera's scream of deafeat.
CC:
Guido: Maybe it would be better that Cera wont be a captain of a team. Dont get me wrong. I wouldnt be glad of getting caught either, but Cera is clearly overreacting...

"Only 4 players left dudes!" Chris announced.
"Littlefoot, Shorty, Ali, and Ruby: After 2 of them are eliminated, we have our captains!"

"No she does not," Dein smirked, dropping Cera off at the beach.

"How will they choose their teams?" Guido asked Chris "And after all this is over what we will be doing next?"

Cera was grumbling to herself as she felt the sand benith her feet. When she made eye contact with the rest of her friends her glare was one of extreme anger and rage, so much so that it was almost palpable.
Tippy took several steps away from Cera out of sheer fear of what might happen, and she didn't have the guts to say anything either.
Ducky wanted to help Cera, but she also knew that leaving her to vent her anger was most likely to smarter choice in the matter. So she climbed atop Spike and said, "maybe we should go find a safe place."

Chris let out a sinister grin. He had something in mind. "Each captain will pick a player, then the other, until each team is consisted of 6 players each."
Chomper looked confused. "6 per team, but there's 14 of us," he said. Chris laughed. "I know dudes, before the captains pick their teammates, we will have the first double elimination in the TDV series: So in other words, you'll be voting off 2 players tonight, and the only invincible ones are the captains."
"Huh?!" they went.

Dein and Terri were chasing after Ali and Littlefoot

Cera in her fit of anger turned and gave Chris and her friends a death glare.
"If any of you vote me off...I'll get you back! I SWEAR!" She screamed and then stormed off further down the beach.
Ducky was shocked both at Cera's outburst and at learning of the double elimination.
"But that is not fair, no,no, no!" she cried.
Tippy sighed.
"Tippy knew something like this would happen."

Everyone was thinking about who to vote off.
Rory and Petrie had a common thought: Guido, but they couldn't think of a second one.
Myra meanwhile was getting anoyed slightly by Rita's obsession over Chomper. She liked both of them, but she felt this was too much sometimes.....

Shorty: I'll admit that what I did to Rory probably wasn't very nice, but hey, I'll do anything to improve my chances of winning.
Shorty continued running. However, after running through a few bushes, he suddenly noticed he was falling. Fortunately, he didn't fall far, and ended up in a river. He quickly got out of the river and said, "I really need to learn to watch where I'm going."
Ruby had been running along the beach for so long that she thought she was probably on the other side of the island, by now. "This island seems a lot bigger than I thought it would be," she said to herself. She was now starting to worry about soon reaching a cliff, which would easily force her to change direction. For now, there were no cliffs to be seen.

As the sharpteeth were running after Littlefoot and Ali, Dein's sniffer began acting up.
"I smell another longneck, along the river," he said, picking up Shorty's trail. "I'll handle him."

"Hi Ruby!" Tricia waved from the area the non-returners were.

"What's got into Cera? She is acting so sharply, that I am beginning to be afraid of her." Guido said hesitantly to the rest, but not too loud, so Cera could not hear him.

Dein could tell Shorty had left the river, so he realized he needed to change direction. "Where did you go...." he said, sniffing the air.
He caught Shorty's trail. "A-ha! Here I come!"

Although Shorty was strongly convinced that had made it to safety, he didn't want to take chances. He soon found a few trees that were full of treesweets. He had once heard from Littlefoot that there was a certain kind of treesweet that had a smell strong enough to keep sharpteeth away. He wasn't sure if these treesweets were that same kind, but he didn't have any other plans, so he decided find a good hiding spot near these trees.
Ruby was rather confused when she noticed Tricia. "I don't remember seeing you on the boat. How did you manage to get here if you can't get to this island by walking?"

While Dein persued Shorty, Terri had kept on the trail of Ali and Littlefoot, and she could tell she was getting close. She slowed her run to a brisk walk and began using her sniffer to pick up on either Ali or Littlefoots scent.
"Got one of you." she mumbled to herself as she stepped forward now moving very slowly trying to make as few vibrations in the ground as possible.

Cera had sat down a distance from the others. She was still uncontrolably angry at losing before she could be picked as a leader for the two groups...but almost as quickly as her anger at losing had come....she got a horribly devious idea!
"Oh...I'm feeling better already!" she said to herself aloud.

Longtail looked up and indeed as Tricia had said, Ruby was in view. He smiled and waved at her. "How ya doing Ruby?"

Guido overheard Cera's statement, but he remained sceptical about her nerves' stability. Then he came closer to Tippy. Maybe he will get to know how she will be voting tonight, but mostly he just wanted to talk with her.
"It seems that two of our fourteen will leave this island... Who you think they will be?" he asked Tippy.

Rhett had the answer for Ruby's question. "Chris brought us here on a seperate boat. Even though we aren't qualified to compete, he wouldn't let us get on with our lives, so we're just here to watch this season."
"Why he's here, I don't know," Nod went on, pointing to Longtail.

Dein lost shorty's tail, and he knew why. "He must be hiding in the treesweats." Dein used one of his hands to cover his sniffer. He had to rely on his eyesight. He began walking through the trees, breathing only through his mouth. Soon, he caught a glimpse of Shorty's tail. "This is it!" he said, leaning over and tagging him.

(Actually, I was basing it off the format of TDI season 2, when they brought back only 14 of the contestants. If you guys have ideas for contestants, I'd be glad to hear them.)

(I was thinking of Chris letting back in some of the old players, like Rhett, Tera, Ichy, Nod, cause in TDA they didn't actually add new people. But perhaps Longtail could join the games, since GVG has him in here.)

Littlefoot continued ruunning, the next contestant to be eliminated would end the competition, and leave the two surviving campers as captains. Littledoot smiled as he ran. "If Ali and I are captains, that would be great.. or one of us could pick the other as a teammate, if one of us gets knocked out" Thinking these thoughts to himself. He continued running onward.

"Darn it!" exclaimed Shorty when he got caught. Frustrated that his plan didn't work, he headed for the campground. At least, he hoped he was going in the right direction.
Ruby wanted to ask more questions, but she knew she was still in the challenge. "I'm sorry everyone, but I have a challenge to win. I'll talk to you later, talk to you later I will." She then continued running along the beach.

Dein joined Terri in going after Littlefoot and Ali. "Just one more player to catch," he smiled.

"Bye Ruby!" called Tricia, Tera, Mo, and Rhett.

Ali continued running down the path, cutting left then right as she heard the heavy rumble of the Sharpteeth get closer. she spotted a small cave nearby and headed for it, squeezing in, she found that it was not a cave but a tunnel. "This should be a pretty safe place" She thought, moving along the tunnel. which was much too small for a grown sharptooth to enter..

Chris, sadistic as always, had another surprise in store for the layers.
He walked up to the 11 players who had been caught. "After the double elimination but before the captains pick their teams, we have a little surprise: Remember the 8 players from season 1 who didn't come back? We're gonna bring back two of them. So they'll be 7 players on each team.
Now you 11 tagged dudes, who would you like to see back?" Chris went over the list:

Petrie meanwhile wanted Tera back in the games.

Cera had returned just in time to hear Chris' announcement and she scoffed at the idea. As she personally didn't want or need any more competition for this game. But it seemed like she didn't have a choice and she tried to think on who she wanted to come back. She then said:
"I guess Tricia...she is my little sister after all!"
Tippy looked at Guido as he asked his question and smiled.
"Well...Tippy hopes that whoever is voted off...that we all stay friends. That's what's important.

Terri could smell her last target but she had yet to find either of them...and she had admit this was getting hard. "We have to find them and soon...all this chasing is making me hungry!" she commented to Dein.

Longtail sat back and sighed as he continued to watch the events unfold, and as a bonus he'd heard Nod's comment about him being here and he just smiled in response.

"You can be sure we will" Guido said with smile. "But I hope I wont be voted off, because I would have to leave this island and I started to like this place. It seems like it is always blowy here, so I can glide whenever I want." he said flappig his wings to emphasize his point "There is enough food, nice views and er... sharpteeth, but since they are Chomper's parents it is not a problem. First of all though, here are all my friends and one person I particularly care about" he said looking at Tippy intently.
(I hope I remembered correctly, that Guido had a feeling for Tippy in first season of TDV?)

Dein and Terri were picking up a trail. "I think it's the longneck called Littlefoot dear," he deduced.

Spike made a noise suggesting he'd want either Nod or Tricia back, he did like those two.

Terri smiled at Dein's comment and picked up her pace a bit, wanting to get this part of the challenge over with.
"I think your sniffer is better than mine dear, perhaps you should take the lead." she said with a smile.

Tippy smiled brightly at Guido and giggled.
"Don't worry...Tippy will be sure you stay on the island no matter what." she said with another giggle.

Longtail looked over to the other losers and asked a question.
"Who here else is wondering why I'm here at all? I just want to know."

"That's really nice of you to say that, Tippy." Guido said grinning.

"Us," Ichy, Rhett, and Tera confessed.

Dein went ahead. "I know he's close by...." he said, Littlefoot's trail more noticeable. He charged ahead, and soon he saw a little longneck running

Terri kept up behind Dein and sure enough Littlefoot was still running.

Longtail gave a sly smile before explaining.
"Well, when Season 1 ended Chris came into the valley looking for 'interns' to help with the show, and while almost everyone refused I thought it sounded like fun! Even though most of the other interns uhhh...died, I'm sure I'll be fine. I'm used to living near death anyway."

"You sure are on the crazy side Longtail," laughed Tricia.

The two sharpteeth charged towards Littlefoot. "He's almost caught," smirked Dein

Longtail laughed as well.
"I know...isn't it great!"

Terri smiled.
"And this challenge is almost over. Good thing too."

And then it was. Dein grabbed Littlefoot's table, edning the challenge.
"We have our captains!" Chris called from the TDV helicopter. "Ali and Ruby are the captains this season! Now all of you players, go into the Confession Cam and vote off 2 players!"

Ruby heard the announcement. "I won? I guess I used a good strategy, a good strategy it was." She then began heading back to the other side of the island, where the campground was. As she thought about who she wanted to vote off, she realized what Chris had just said. "Wait, I have to vote off two players? This decision just became so much harder, so much harder it is."
Now that it was time to vote, Shorty decided to make sure that at least some players would vote the same way he would. He turned to Rory and Petrie and said, "Okay, I think it's obvious that we are going to vote off Guido, but since we have to vote off two players, who else should we also vote off?"

"Alright" Guido said and he went to Confession Cam. He firstly voted off Cera, as he thoguht she was taking this show too much serious and it might be better for everybody else if she was off the game. The second name he voted for was Shorty. Guido still remembered how this longneck was picking on him at previous season (the incident in freezer was one of most memorable).

"Cera," Rory said quickly. "Actually, Rita been creeping me out for a while," Petrie commented.

Myra meanwhile was being creeped out by Rita's love for Chomper. "I think i'll vote off Cera and Rita..." she thought to herself.
Spike was also creeped out by Rita's affection. He was going to vote off her and Cera.

Cera: Oh yeah! I knew Littlefoot wouldn't be able to get away! Oh and I'm voting him off. I can use everybody else for my own prupose, but Littlefoot is so gone! And I guess maybe Guido.
Tippy: I don't know who to vote off...well except for Cera, she deserves it. But I guess maybe for the second vote would have to be....well...can I choose myself?"

Chomper: Who do I want gone? I dunno. Rita would hate to separated from me, so what if I voted myself off along with her?
Rita: Cera and Shorty, for sure.

Shorty agreed with Rory's choice, but wasn't sure about Petrie's choice. "Why do you want Rita voted off?"

"Her obession with Chomper is creeping me out," explained Petrie.

"Yeah, I have noticed that a lot recently," said Shorty. "But we can only vote off two players, so who should they be? Guido, Cera, or Rita."

"Well, it's obvious that Guido probably won't make it far," said Rory. "So I say Cera and Rita."
"Me agree, even though me don't dislike Rita," Petrie agreed.

Tippy frowned.
"Well Tippy thinks Rita and Chomper are cute together. I wouldn't want to separate them this early in the game."
Terri walked alongside Littlefoot back to the beach. She then sat down and waited for the children to finish voting.

Chris laughed. "Who says that if one of them gets eliminated that they will be seperated," he said. "Because the first two players voted off will become part of this season's staff!"

Ali climbed out of the cave. 'I won! Great! That means Littlefoot got caught though.. oh well. I know whom I'm picking as my first teab member.."

Chris looked at all the players. "Just cast your ballots and meet by this bonfire later tonight."

Tippy smiled at the news Chris had just given them, but then she frowned.
"Uhhh....won't that be kinda dangerous? you do keep saying your interns keep dying, right? Tippy is not so sure she likes that."

Longtail smiled as he watched the cameras, then he laughed as Chris gave the news.
"So that's the surprise he had for me! Oh this game just got a whole lot better!" he said as he continued laughing.

THAT NIGHT..............
The 14 players were all gathered around the bonfire, Chris came out with a show staple form Season 1: The plate of sweet bubbles. "I only have 12 sweet bubbles on this plate. You've all cast your ballots in the confession cam. If I do not call your name, you have to get the heck out of this game."
There was a 14-way gulp among the players.
"Let's see, Ruby....Ali....Ducky....Petrie....Spike.....Myra....Chomper....Littlefoot." He called out for the first 8 names.

Littlefoot took his bubble and quickly gulped it dowen..

Ali chewed her bubble slowly.. "So have you given names to the teams like last time Chris?

"Yup Ali. Ruby's team will be the "Rabid Runners" and your team will be the "Battling Brontos." He continued the ceremony.
"Rory......Tippy........Shorty."
Now there was only 3 players left: Cera, Rita, and Guido. "Two of you are about to go down," Chris laughed. The final sweet bubble goes to......

The Battling brontos? sounds cool" Ali nodded.. "I gueess he's already picked out teams.." She thought..

"Um, you and Ruby are bicking your teams remember?" Chris said, accidentally ruining the tension of the moment, then he realized this.
"Ah, forget suspense....the final sweet bubble goes to Guido."

Littlefoot was shocked to hear that Cera was knocked out so early. "Wiow" He simply said..
Ali smirked a little. cera wasn't going to be the bully again this year..

Tippy quickly ate her sweet bubble and gave a small smirk to hear that Cera had been kicked off.
Cera however wasn't the least bit upset...in fact, she seemed happy about it..which was evident as she began to laugh hysterically, and as she finally managed to stop a sadistic grin appeared on her face as she faced her friends.
"Just....wait." was all she said as she stood up and walked away.

Longtail: I knew Cera had it coming even before the game began...but wow...that look scares even me!

"I stay in a game? Fantastic!" Guido said smiling happyly, as he wasnt voted off at first day of the new season. Smile dissapeared from his mouth though, when he saw Cera's reaction. Saying it was weird would be an understatement of the year. He ate his sweet bubble with not so much enthusiasm as he had just a moment ago.

So when do we picjk the teams?' Ali asked. "You picked the teams last year Chris...'

The 10 remaining players gathered around the captains. "Here's how it works ali, you call one name, and that player is your teammate. Then Ruby calls one, then you again, and so on."

"I thought you said there will be two players coming back before captains pick their teams?" Guido asked Chris.

"Those are preselected. Now captains, make your picks."

Littlefoot" Ali called out. Littlefoot smiled briefly as he went up by Ali. "thanks' He whispered to her...

Ruby: When I realized that I would be picking who would be on my team, I knew I had to pick players that would always work together. After all, if I have a team that argues a lot, we won't win many challenges, and if we don't win many challenges, a lot of us would go home quickly. That's always a bad thing, a bad thing it is.

I pick Guido next" ali said. that now made 3 on her team, in all she would have six.

Ducky smiled knowing that whoever picked her for their team would get along, and that gave her reason to just sit and wait for her name to be called.
Tippy as well knew that the team she was to be a part of would try to get along, and she hoped that they didn't argue as much, but with Cera out of the way that would be a far less likely problem.

Shorty now realized that of his former alliance, one of them would end up on the other team. It was rather easy for him to decide which the the remaining two to be picked he would rather have on his team. "Pick Rory," he whispered to Ali.

Fine... I pick Rory' Ali called out.. "We work as a team, until the teams are broken" She said to Shorty.. "Now, where are we going to sleep/"

Chris pointed out the treehouses, and the platforms with pulleys needed to get up there. "Good night dudes," he laughed.

"I guess this means Petrie is on our team," said Ruby. "We are a great team, a great team we are."

Ali strained her head as she looked up at the treehouses. 'tHose don't look very safe Chris.. " she stopped herself. Chris was only concerned about three things, ratings, laughs(at thier expense), and making money.. thier safety was not high on his priority list.. she figured they ranked just above the interns..

"Well, we have to go up there," gulped Chomper.

Ducky smiled at Ruby as she called her name and she was now standing with her team. wondering how the pulley system was supposed to work.
Tippy on the other team was wondering the exact same thing.
"Tippy thinks this is going to be harder than I thought."

Chris explained how the pulley system worked, and the players began to use them to make the lifts go up.

"At least it keep us out of harm's way, away from sharpteeth." Guido said to Ali " Those who would intend to eat us I mean" he added quickly, not wanting to insult any of his sharpteeth friends or their parents.

littlefoot climbed up and reached the top. the houses were big enough to hold ten, but there were only 5 beds in the house "Ok, so who gets what bed. are we splitting up, boys and girls.."

Ali slowly climbed up... and joined Littlefoot in exploring the treehouse..

"These places don't look too bad," Petrie commented. They even had refrigerators filled with soda pop, which the dinosaurs were introduced to last year.
"I call this bed," Chomper said.

Littlefoot looked around as the rest of thier team reached the house. He looked intently at ali.. "Thanks for picking me..'

Ruby soon chose the bed she was willing to sleep it. "It is good to see that everyone on this team can easily get along. Let's just hope that it will not change over the next few days."

"Only five beds for six of us?" Guido asked "Well... I am small so I dont need a whole bed and I could surely share one with someone else" he proposed.

Ali noticed Shorty looking at her. "What do you want Shorty.. nothing inapropriate remember my mom's watching this.."

"I can share mine Guido," Chomper offered, reaching into the fridge. "Anyone want a ko-la?"

"Ok, sorry," Chomper apologized, going over to the RR treehouse, where Ruby, Ducky, Tippy, Spike, and Petrie were.

"So how are we going to handle this?' littlefoot looked at Ali as the Brontos were left alone.." Well, everyone has to share a bed. that will leave two beds free." Ali said. "Girls share with girls, guys share with guys. you pick your side, thats your side for as long as you're here. I plan pn keeping this team together as long as possible " Ali said.

"I will take that one" Guido said tapping free bed with his hand. Then he glanced outside of his team's cabin. The sky was red as the Bright Circle was slowly setting. It was still bright enough to get a little snack before going to sleep. He saw earlier that day a great bush of berries not far from the treehouse. Then one idea hit him. Why do not bring some of these berries to Tippy? Yes... Perhaps it would make her happy.
"I am going out for few moments" Guido informed the rest of the Battling Brontos team.

Chris, Chef, now along with Cera and Rita were discussing the next day's challenge. "It's going to be a scavenger hunt, we just need to decide what items the teams need to find," Chris explained.

Littlefoot pointed to the middle bed. I get left side. " He said, Shorty would have to take the right..

"Me like it up here, treehouse reminds me of my nest at home," Petrie commented.

Tippy pointed to a bed on the far bed against the wall.
"Tippy takes this one." she called out.
Ducky smiled and asked Ruby,
"Are we going to share beds, cause if we are I'd like to share with you I would, I would." she said with a happy grin.

"That is very nice of you, Ducky, nice it is." said Ruby, who accepted Ducky's offer.

"Any idea where Guido is going?" asked Shorty, a little annoyed.

"Whoops man, forgot," Chris said to Longtail. He turned to Longtail, Cera, Rita, and the 8 non-returners. "Do you dudes have any idea for the scavenger hunt?" he asked.
(Remember, we all can control the 8 losers.)

Longtail smiled deviously.
"I say we make them swim through a mud pond filled with blood suckers. That should be fun." he said aloud.
Cera laughed, "I like your style Longtail but no...I say we make walk over fire water for the hunt...that'll make them really nervous!"
Nod smiled.
"I just say make them run around the island looking for stuff that isn't there!"

Chris liked Cera and Longtail's style. "I think you might be some prehistoric ancestor of Izzy," he said.
"I agree with Nod," said Rhett, "We shouldn't have them suffer or anything."

Cera turned on Rhett with a death glare as she shouted "THEY VOTED ME OFF BEFORE THE GAMES COULD EVEN START! THEY GET NO MERCY!!!"
Longtail took a step back from Cera and smiled at the compliment Chris had just given.
"Thank you Chris....I like to live on the edge!"
Nod sighed.
"I just think you two are crazy!"

"Well, you were kinda mean last season," Rhett said, hoping he wouldn';t regret these words.
Rhett hoped Ali would win this year.

Cera continued to glare at him and the stare was getting worse as she heard his words...but then a smile appeared with the glare and she said,
"Fine...Rhett...just hope you don't mind I give Ali a little....trouble."
Longtail smirked.
"I smell a bitter end coming for this game." he said aloud.

Welll if you hadn't been syuch a devious pain in the tail over the course of the last season they wouldn't have kicked you off' rita said, glaring at Cera. 'You should consider yourself lucky. Most of the contestants have a serious bone to pick with you after the way you treated them ;ast time . You wouldn't have lasted long anyway, they would have tried to get even with you, Cera, and once that was achieved, they'd vote you off.. You've would have lasted a couple weeks tops..'

Cera's glare softened as she thought about Ritas words.
"I guess you may have a point." She frowned though. "Still...I would have like to see how far I could've gotten before being voted off."
Nod shook his head.
"I don't think so, you are one tough threehorn, but I'm sure if the others had gotten their revenge it wouldn't be a good week for you."

Back at the treehouses, the Bright Circle was going down.
"Good night everyone," Chomper and Petrie called.

Guido glided through the air until he found what he was looking for: the bush of berries. He landed nearby and he came to the shrub at pick up some of the berries...
"Mmm... These taste really good" He said to himself. He eat some more before he decide he has enough and it was time to gather berries for Tippy. Guido teared off big leaf, which would suffice for carrying purposes, then he started to fill it with fruits...

Ducky was sitting outside the cabin trying hard not to look down, but at the setting bright circle. She smiled as she thought about the challenges that awaited her group in the following days.
Tippy on the other paw was pacing in a circle trying not to worry, but she couldn't help herself. The last season had been brutal and this one was almost certain to be worse with Chris, and most importantly Cera being part of the cast now.
"Tippy doesn't like this." she said to herself.

"It's a pretty cool sight," Chomper said, looking at the Bright Circle.

Guido finnaly finished gathering the berries and he begun walking towards the treehouses, dragging the "leaf-bag" along, but it was very heavy...
"Maybe I shouln't have picked up so many berries" he said with effort, but suddenly the leaf with berries lightened significantly and Guido could carry it with more easy.
"Ha. I didnt expect myself to be so strong." he said and continued with walking. If he looked back, he would notice that it was someone else who was helping him, and it was a creature few times bigger than a glider...

Ali climbed into bed. "Good night guys. See you in the morning" she called out...

You too Ali" Littlefoot replied from his bed.."Where's Guido?' He asked.

"Not far now" Guido said when he reached the base of the tree with teams cabins.
"Not far, but very high though, dont you think?" he heard the voice right behind him, which scared Guido so much that he could only let out a weak squeak. He turned around abruptly and saw a purple fastrunner standing a few steps of him.
"Hello" the omnivore said.
"W-who are you?" Guido asked, stuttering.
"I am a fastrunner" the latter answered simply, smiling.
"Really? I didn't notice that" Guido snorted with apparent frown on his face.
"Don't get upset. I know you can see what I am. I just thought if I present myself by my species you will do the same, bacause I've never seen the creature like you." fastrunner said patiently.
"Oh, right" Guido told ashamed by his outburst.
"Let me introduce myself properly though" fastrunner said "I am the one who runs quicker than wind itself" he sprinted around confused Guido. "I throw stones with outstanding accuracy and I am a expert in hiding" fastrunner jumped behind nearby tree. After a few moments he stick out his head. "I am a good observer too" he said. Then he walked from behind the tree and told:
"So... Long introduction short: I am Tor."
"Umm... er... I am Guido the Glider" Guido said with tentative smile, holding out his hand.
"Glider, eh? It's pleasure to meet you, Guido." Tor said, shaking strongly former's hand with his own...

(Hey brek, you said any of us can control any of the 8 non-returning players, right? Does that also mean we can take control and give up control of those 8 at any time, too?)
Hyp looked angrily at Cera. He shouted, "You think you're mad about being voted off!? I was voted off right on the first episode, last season! Now I'm not even given another chance this season! Don't tell me you've got plans for payback against them, because those plans could never compare to the kinds I'm willing to come up with!"

Ali snuggled in against the pilow on the bed. She wondfdered how many interns had been 'sacrificed' to build these tree houses..

"Hopefully Chris won't wake us up early," Chomper sighed as he dozed off.

"Would I be right if I said you were the one who helped me carry these berries?" Guido asked. Tor just nodded. "Thank you, but could I ask why did you do that?".
"Well... Since my parents passed on I am the only fastrunner on this island and there are not many other leafeaters, who would be willing to befriend me, so I thought it will be a good idea to acquaint with your group..." Tor answered.
"I understand" Guido said, smiling "but I am afraid that my friends are sleeping, so..."
"Then I will come tomorrow" Tor replied "Bye, Guido", then he started walking away.
"Bye. And thanks again" glider said.
Guido climbed up with his leaf-bag and entered his team's cabin. Then he put down the berries close to his bed and he bunked on it, quickly falling asleep...

Chris meanwhile was coming up with the final objects for the scavenger hunt.

Cera turned to face Hyp and headbutted him in the belly.
"I don't care! All I want to do now is make the others suffer!"
Nod laughed aloud.
"You two would make a horrible team."
Cera's face brightened almost immediately as she spoke, "Oh...now that's the best thing I've heard all day! What'dya say Hyp? Partners?"
Longtail and Nod both sighed at the sight of Cera motivation.
"She doesn't miss a beat does she?" asked Longtail to himself rhetorically

Your job is to help Chris and Chef, not make life as miserable for the players as possible.." Rita said.

Cera grinned, "So, that doesn't mean we can't have a little fun along the way right?"

Rita frowned.. "Yeah, but don't go out of your way to make guys miserable.. but on the other paw, they'd expect it coming from you..' She shrugged..

The next morning came. Chris came out with his megaphone. "WAKE UP DUDES!" his amplified voice yelled.

"This guy has a nasty way to wake other people" Guido grumbled.

Both Al anf Littlefoot were jolted out of the bed. Outside the sky pink with the early dawn. Ali grumbled as she stretched. "You HAD to wake up THIS early Chris?"

Littlefoot shok his head as he climbed inthe basket. 'Come in Ali, wwe have a challenge to win.."

"Yes, the challenge is important, but could we eat something first?" Guido asked "After all we will do better with full stomachs than with empty ones, right?"

"Good point, but with Chef's cooking, perhjaps its better to go hungry" Ali said .

"Well... I gathered some berries last night. It wont be enough to fill our stomachs to the fullness, but at least we wont be walking around hungry" Guido said, pointing at his "leaf-bag". Although he had intended to give that to Tippy, he knew that he must also help his team as best as he could. Besides he could always pick up for her a new ones - fresher and better tasting...

Shorty quickly took a few of the berries for himself. "Thanks. How nice of you to be thinking about what's best for the team." He wasn't telling anyone, but he wasn't really thanking Guido, like he had just said. The way he saw it, he was the dominant player on his team, and the team would only be slowed down by weaker players, like Guido.

Ruby climbed out of her bed, still a little tired. "I guess I will have to get used to this, get used to this I must."

"Thanks Guido' Ali said, picking out a few berries and sharing them with Littlefoot. "MM.. these are good.. thanks!;' She licked Guido in thanks.. and she smiled at his reaction.

Guido flushed noticeably, but he was able to say without stutter:
"You're welcome, Ali".

Littlefoot laughed. "Thanks Guido for the berries.." the pulley reache the bottom and the group headed over to where Chris was standing..

"Morning players," Chris grinned, "Last night me and the non-returning players and the interns came up with ideas for today's challenge: A scavenger hunt," he explained. "The game lasts two hours. The team who finishes every item on the list first or has more of the items done by the end of the time limit wins."

Wheres the list?" Ali asked.. as the RR team came up..

"Here you go dudes," Chris grinned, handing them to the teams.
(You guys can make up items on the lists, since we never set them in stone.)

Ruby grabbed the list for her team and began to read it over. "This is a rather strange list, a strange list this is."

Ducky smiled.
"Well a strange list can only mean we have to find not strange things...I think."
Tippy was still waking up and as she padded over to see the list.
"Tippy knows this will be easy, you will see." she said aloud.

Longtail: Oh, they think this is going to be easy I'll bet. How very wrong they are...hehe...this'll be fun to watch!
Cera: I hope they have fun! *She begins to laugh cruelly*

"The first item," Chomper noticed. "A treestar from the top of the tallest ree on the island."
"Me handle that," smiled Petrie.

A trestar from the tal;est tree on the island.. oh this is going to be fun.. next a blue berry from a busgh in the middle of the island..a pawful of mud.. who made up this list?' Ali asked..

"The non-returners from season 1, plus Cera and Rita, and Chef and myself," Chris smirked.

Tippy wondered for a moment and then said,
Tippy can get the paw full of mud. That one will be easy."
Ducky asked her team a question.
"Can I get the blue berry? It sounds like fun it does, it does."

Great.. it sounds like something you and cGHef might make up.. "a thornbranch from a thornbush.. whats a thornbush?' Ali asked continuing to read off the list..

"Something pointy," Chris smirked.
"I'll get the thornbranch," Chomper told his team. Using his claws, he can avoid feeling the prickle.

"I will take care of this treestar. After all I am a glider so it shouldn't be so hard to get it from the top of a tree once we find it." Guido said to his team.

"Let's go!" Chomper, Petrie, Myra, and Rory said.
-
"Yeah. Just give me a moment to get into air" Guido said, climbing some tall tree. After he reached the top, he jumped and he was able to glide without a problem. He flew in circles above his team.

Littlefoot and Ali walked out after Guido. "Myra you get the blueberry Shioorty, you'tre getting the paaeful of mi\ud. Isthere a time limit Chris?' Ali asked.

"1.5 hours, and remember, there are way more items then just those few," he said.
Myra took off to find the blueberries, holding her sniffer.

As Tippy walked along she began to wonder what or where she could get the paw full of mud. Chris had never said where to go, so she was walking around looking for any kind of mud she could find, but this was an island and there might not be any mud to find.
"Tippy thinks this is going to be harder than Tippy thinks."
Ducky on the other paw was doing rather well as she'd found a bush covered in Blueberries.
"Oh this is good it is, it is!" she exclaimed happily.

Myra also found the blueberries. "Here we go," she grinned, grabbing a handful.
Meanwhile, Petrie was having a hard time finding any of the items on the list.

Ok, so we have to find green moss. I'll go look for that' Ali said.. "I'll come with you.. to help' Littlefoot said.. 'Alright we need to find some red leaves too.."

Petrie went to find the red leaves for his team. And, know that he thought about it, he was kinda hungry. Little did he know....these red leaves were not for eating.

"Can we eat the red leaves?' Littlefoot asked as they moved along. "No, because then we'd have nothing to show Chris..' Ali replied giving Littlefoot a look. "Come on we have to keep going.."

Ducky had a rather large armful of blueberries, and she suddenly realized she couldn't walk without dropping any.
"I never askeded how many we needed. No, no, no this will not do. I guess I could put these down and find Chris and ask him."

Longtail: HA! I can't believe Chris didn't tell them...the list said a blueberry but Chris wants them to bring back the whole bush! *Grins and laughs* I am having waaay too much fun!

Myra ripped the bush from the ground. "Maybe this'll be enough," she thought to herself.
Petrie meanwhile found the treestars from the top of the tree. "Me love me ability to fly," he smiled.

Ali and Littlefoot found the moss.. attached to the side of tree. 'Lets pick it up..' Littlefoot said.. picking up somme with his front foor. "I can carry it on my back...'

Ducky smiled for a moment.
"Myra I know we are on different teams, but can help you if you help me?"
Tippy had finally found a small pond and had one of her paws covered in mud...and she was trying to walk back to show Chris.

Myra grabbed a big leave, and put the berries Ducky got into it, then folded it. "There we go, just don't tell them about it," she advised.
Petrie, after snagging the treestar, then noticed the red leaves nearby...

Guido finnaly found the tallest tree with a treestar on top of it. He glided straight to it and when he was very, very close to it, he grabbed a treestar with his feet. The tree let go of of it without trouble.
"Ha! This will show Shorty, that I am not the useless member of this team" Guido said with a smile of satisfaction, gliding towards Chris to show him a treestar.

"Of all the items on that stupid list, I have to go get the mud," grumbled Shorty. "I don't see how that can be possible. I hasn't even rained for days!" He then arrived at the pond just in time to see Tippy walking away with her pawfull of mud. "That was easy." He then grabbed his pawfull of mud and headed back.

Ruby had already found some moss for her team and had just returned to the campground. "I think the best way to make sure we get everything on the list is to put everything we have found in a single pile. That way, we can check to see if we are missing anything." She then placed the moss on the ground, starting the collection pile for her team. She then looked up and saw Petrie flying overhead. "How are you doing, Petrie?"

Ali took the moss oand placed it onm lIttlefoot's back, then they resumed walking.. after fifteen minutes they came upon a thorn brush, which wad large and each branch was covered with sharp, long thorn. "Great so how are we going to get these without getting basdly poked/ Ali asked.

"Ok...me guess," he sighed. "Me ate one of those leaves...and now me don't feel so good."

"What do you mean? Are you starting to feel sick?" asked Ruby.

"Kinda....." Petrie replied.
Meanwhile, Myra returned to her team's base with the big bush she collected.

"Maybe you should rest for a while," suggested Ruby. "I'll try to make sure we win the challenge, so we won't have to vote someone off."

Ruby: If we lose this challenge, I honestly don't know who to vote off, and I would hate to have to vote off Petrie because of an illness.

"Me will," Petrie said to Ruby. Little did they know...Ducky was also making a mistake.

we could try ripping it out and carrying it from the roots..' Littlefoot suggested.."We don;'t have time for that. we only have a hour or so left.. just look for a brach thats easy to pick off' Ali said looking around the bush..

Ducky returned at the same time as Myra with her leaf full of Blueberries and a wide smile on her face.
"Lookie what I've got! yep, yep, it was easy too. It was, it was." she stated while putting the leaf down for a moment.

Tippy had finally gotten the hang of walking while carrying the mud and she was making good time unaware that Shorty had found the mud pool as well.
"Tippy hopes we win this challenge."

Petrie flew back to the Rabid Runner's cabin, not feeling very well.
"Um, Ducky...that's not enough blueberries, you need a whole bush," Chris said.

"Uhhh...this is bad, it is, it is." said Ducky with a sigh. "I can go and get more, but I cannot pick up a bush like Myra can. I cannot."
Tippy finally returned with her paw full of mud, but she suddenly realized she couldn't put her foot down now as the muscle cramped up and locked into place.
"Can Tippy get some help...Tippy can't put her foot down."

Longtail: And it just keeps getting better and better. I wonder how the others are going to help Tippy.
Cera: Its a good thing I tricked one of the other interns to spray those leaves with first aid spray. It won't hurt Petrie for long...he'll just feel sick until the bonfire ceremony! *Laughs manically*

"Yes, I did" Guido said, puting down the treestar. He was going to check how the others are doing, but then he heard Tippy's crying for help. Rival or not, she was still a friend so he came to her:
"What is the matter with your foot, Tippy?" he asked.

"Why do you want to pick off one of these thorn-full branches, if may I be curious?" someone who was behind Ali and Littlefoot asked. It was a purple fastrunner, that Guido met last night...

"I'll help you wit the mud Tippy," Chomper offered, having collected

"Um..because it part of the game" Ali said nervously.. 'We're having quite a lot of trouble with it.."
_ Could you.. um.. help us?' Littlefoot asked..

"Aaah.... Game. That indeed explains everything" fastrunner said without even a slightest tone of sarcasm in his voice. He came to a bush and grasped carefully (so he wouldnt be stinged by a thorn) one of its branches. Then he ripped it and gave to Littlefoot.
"There you go. I hope it is enough. By the way my name is Tor. Yes, it is" fastrunner said.

thank you Tor" ali smiled. "Now , we should head back to the campfire to find Chris and how this branch and moss'
_ Thanks Tor" Littlefoot said as they turned and strted heading back..

"Let me help you, Ducky," offered Ruby. "We don't have much time left, and I have a feeling we might lose if we don't hurry." Ruby then noticed Tippy was having problems of her own. "Chomper, Spike, could you be good friends and help Tippy?"

Shorty returned just in time to overhear the problems the other team were now facing. He had to admit, he was pleasantly surprised by today's results, so far.

"Of course," Chomper smiled. Spike also nodded. They went over and helped Tippy.

Ducky smiled and thanked Ruby over and over again for a few moments as she led the way back to the blueberry bush. "It is right over here it is." she said after a minutes silence.
Tippy was glad for the help especially from Guido.
"Thank you for your help everyone." she said to her friends that were helping her. She then whispered to Guido "I owe you one."
After a several minutes Tippy was finally able to lower her foot again. "That feels nice." she said aloud.

"Don't mention it," Chomper grinned.
Chris called out from the TDV helicopter. "Only 10 minutes left before the game's end!" he yelled.

Cera: Hmmm....maybe I shouldn't be too mean to the others...after all...nah! Being mean is waaaay too much fun! Oh and since these are private, I personally hope that Ali is voted off! Littlefoot doesn't deserve to have his little girlfriend in this game at all!
Longtail: If it were up to me, I'd have everyone recast for this season just so I could torture everyone!!!! *Laughs evilly*

Littlefoot and Ali reached the grounds with 5 minutes to spare. Ali put the thornbrach on thier pile, and Littlefoot put the moss on the pile as well.

It was a very close game, but based on the items that were returned.....
"The Battling Brontos win!" declared Chris.

'Yes!" Ali Embraced Littlefoot in her joy. The six of them were safe for the week....
- Littlefoot was slightly embrasssed by Ali hugging him, but only slightly..

Ducky frowned as she heard the answer, but she was happy that her friends won.
Tippy was glad her team won, and smiled at Guido as she said, "Well I'm glad you helped me. I'll try to return the favor someday."

"Alright Rabid Runners, one of your butts is out of the game tonight! Go vote someone off, and I'll see you at the bonfire!" Chris laughed.

Ducky: Oh, this is not fun. No, no, no. But....if I had to vote someone off...I guess I could vote off Petrie, only because his tummy is feeling bad and I don't want him to get hurt. I do not.
Tippy: Yeah....definetly Petrie. He's sick and he should get better first.

Ali smiled as she headed back to thier treehouse. the first challenge was thiers. "Nice work guys.. as long as we keep this up, the RRs will be gone in short order.."

"Oh that was nothing, Tippy. I am just glad that I could help you" Guido said modestly, then he noticed that his team was going to their treehouse. "See you later" he said goodbye and went to the Battling Brontos cabin.
"Unless Chris wont make some suprise for us" Guido said at Ali's statement.

Spike, even though they were friends, was going to vote off Petrie as well.
THE BONFIRE CEREMONY...........

Both Tippy and Ducky were anxious to hear who'd be voted off, and they continued to sit in silence, hoping Chris would get the suspense over with soon.

"One for Ruby, one for Tippy, one for Chomper," Chris said, tossing 3 of them to the players.
"Spike, here ya go my man," he said, throwing one to the spiketail. Down to Ducky and Petrie.
"The last sweet bubble of the night goes to.....Ducky."

"Sorry we had to vote you off, Petrie, sorry we are," said Ruby, sadly. "We just couldn't have you stay here and do challenges while you are sick. Not only would you slow us down, but you also need need to get a lot of rest, a lot of rest you need."

"It ok guys," Petrie smiled. Chris turned to the parental sharpteeth. "Take him to the location for losers," he said.

"Look guys. It seems that Petrie was voted off" Guido said to the rest of BB team, as he was watching the bonfire ceremony from the treehouse.

Tippy really only wanted Petrie to get better, and besides, he wouldn't be leaving the island so it wouldn't be all bad.
"So what is next?" asked Ducky as she looked around at her group.

"Just head back to your treehouses," Chris smirked. "The next challenge will start tomorrow."

One of them had to leave and unfoetunately it was him that got the boot..." Ali said.

"Yeah, I liked PEtrie too," added Myra. "At least cera's gone," she added.

Not really, she's part of the show, so she gets to think of the challenges we have to complete" Ali said. "Knowing her from the way she treated most of us last year, she'll try to make things as difficult for us as possible..

"You're right...." Myra gulped. "Anyways, I'm going to the mess hall. Anyone else wanna get something to eat?" the girl fast biter asked.

No thanks" ali replied. I'm not eating chef's cooking unless I absolutely have to.."

I'm going to turn in" Littlefoot said. "See you guys in the morning.." He said climbing into bed.

"If this is Chef's food, then I would rather look for something to eat elsewhere" Guido said a bit too loud in response to Myra question. Fortunately not loud enough for Chef to overhear it, but somebody else, other than BB team members, could hear it.
"As you did the last night, Guido the Glider?!" the voice came apparently from outside and below the treehouse. Guido looked out and saw the fastrunner he met before.
"Tor? Are you spying on us or something like that?" Guido asked.
"No. I've just came, but I have a good ear and winds here carry suprisingly well your shouts" Tor answered and though there was a darkness of night, Guido could swear that the fastrunner was smiling.
"Can I come up?" Tor asked "I would like to meet your friends. If you or they dont mind, that is." he added.

"At least we don't have to eat Chef's food dear," Dein smiled to Terri who was carrying Petrie. "The producers let us hunt the non-players."

Tippy sat under her teams treehouse staring up at the moon. She smiled after a few moments and turned around to heaed up and off to sleep, but suddenly realized she couldn't get up without help.
"Tippy has a problem." she said.
Ducky however was getting very hungry as she turned to Myra and nodded her. "I am hungry yep, yep!" she said with a smile.

"I'm going to get a bite to eat in the Mess Hall," Myra said toDucky. "Wanna come?"
"What's wrong Tippy?" asked Chomper.

"Yeah... I guess it will be alright, Tor..." Guido said, then he walked to the platform pull, to let Tor get up. He did what Chris told them to do if they wanted to bring it down and it worked.
-
Tippy turned to face Chomper as she said, "Tippy wanted to go up to the treehouse, but Tippy needs someone to help her." She then looked up at the treehouse and for a moment she shook her head. "Tippy will go to the mess hall too...the challenge has made Tippy hungry."

"I'll help," Chomper said.

Guido overheard Chomper&Tippy conversation and decided to speak:
"Platform is going down already. In few moments you will be able to get here, Tippy. And you too, Tor"
"That's nice" fastrunner responded shortly.

"Thanks for the help Guido," Chomper said.

Ali sat down on her side of the bed, refklecting on the tiring day she had gone through.. the next challenge awaited, hopefully they could repeat today's sucess.

"We did good today," Rory said.
-
Tippy smiled at Guido and thanked him again.
"That's two Tippy owes you Guido." she said with a giggle.
Ducky continued to walk with Myra to the mess hall.
"I hope Chef is making something...well good this time." she mentioned with a frown.

"With him, you never know really," Myra said.
-
Ducky giggled.
"I suppose so, but at least he could try to make the food edible." she stated with a smile
Tippy stepped onto the lift and sat down waiting for Tor to get on as well, knowing the lift could carry at least two dinos at a time.

Chef did have dinner prepared: Some clubtails for the sharpteeth, and some old treestars for the leafeaters. "Eat this yuppies," he said.
Myra nodded.

Tor got on lift and said "Hello" to Tippy. Without a delay Guido used a pulley to make platform move up. After a few seconds, both spiketail and fastrunner were on the same level as Guido and Chomper.

"Hi there, I'm Chomper," Chomper greeted when he saw Tor.
-
"Oh... Um... Hello" Tor said uneasily. Seeing his wariness, Guido told reassuringly:
"It's okay, Tor. Chomper is friendly sharptooth. There is nothing to worry about."
"Er... If you say so" Tor said much more calmly and even tried to smile to Chomper, which was not very succesful attemt. "I was chased by other sharpteeth so many times, that I may be a bit... anxious about being in your company, Chomper, but I guess I will get used to it" he said to the little biter.

"You will," Chomper said. "You'll also like my friends, Rory and Myra, they are fast biters, but they are nice also. My girlfriend Rita is nice too, but she's been voted off."

Tippy nodded to Guido's statement about Chomper being nice.
"He is very nice, Tippy is glad to have all the sharpteeth on TDV as her friends."
Ducky stood on the table as Chef placed the food.
"Oh goody treestars...at least this is one food he can not get wrong oh no!" she stated with a wide smile.

They were treestars that were several months old, however.

As Ducky bit into one of the treestars her eyes widened, and for several moments she didn't move, breath, or even blink as she stopped chewing and just sat there. The treestar fell from her hand and she immediately came back by spitting the disgusting food all over the floor trying to get the icky taste out of her mouth.
"EWWWW!!!! Bad tasting treestars taste really bad yep, yep, yep!"

Spike was meanwhile finding normal, in good condition green food all over the island.
"Come on Ducky, I'll find you something good to eat," Myra offered.

"It looks like Chef once more ruined somebody's meal" Guido said, hearing Ducky's shouts of disgust "A piece of advice, Tor. Never eat something cooked by Chef unless you are either desperate or really starving. Or both."
"I will remember" Tor answered. "It is getting late now" he said, looking at the night sky, which was full of stars now "But I dont want to go back to my cave. Could I stay here, with you all? he asked.

Ruby soon noticed Tor in the treehouse with Chomper, Tippy, and Guido. "Hello my friends, my friends hello. It is nice to see another fast-runner here on this island. What is your name?"

Shorty briefly looked outside the window of his team's treehouse and immediately saw that Guido was in the other treehouse, which belonged to the other team. Shorty stuck his head out the window and shouted, "Guido! What are you doing over there! Are you trying to switch teams, or did you forget you were supposed to be in this treehouse!?"

(I thought we were near mess hall, between treehouses and not in one of it...)
"My name is Tor, it is." Tor answered "I am glad to see another fastruner, too. Especially one looking so pretty" at that sentence he made a very embarrassed expression "Umm... Did I just say that out loud ?"
Guido giggled a bit at that, but then he heard Shorty speaking and his words didn't make green glider particulary happy.
"Firstly, oh great longneck," he asnwered to Shorty question with voice full of sarcasm "Tippy, Ruby and Chomper are still my friends, even if we compate against each other. And secondly, mind your own business!" he shouted in anger. Then he clamped his beak with his hands, realizing what he had just said.
"I am dead now" he whispered in fear and trembling...

"Let him visit his friemds shorty, " Ali said from the bed. 'We're still friends even though we're competing against each other.. Lets not lose sight of that.. "

(the way I read it, Tippy needed help getting up the lift to get to the treehouse, then Chomper and Guido offered to help, with Tor following, so that's why I thought they were in the treehouse)
Shorty knew better that to argue with his own team, particularly Ali. "Fine, I'll let it go, but only this time. At least we're ahead of them by one player."

Ruby also giggled at Tor's comment. She was about to say something when the argument between Shorty and Guido started. Now that the conflict was over, she turned to face Tor again, resuming the introduction. "Anyway, I'll accept what you said as a compliment. My name is Ruby. You said you needed a place to sleep, right? You can sleep in my team's treehouse. Now that Petrie has been voted off, there is an empty bed available, which you can take."

Rory agreed with Ali, though he was friends with Shorty. "I'm going to sleep," the orange fast biter said.

Ali settled back into bed and soon fell asleep..she and Littlefoot were the only ones sleeping..

"Thank you for your kindness, Ruby. If you are sure that others wont mind it, then I will move in" Tor said with sheepish smile.
"It is settled then. And I am going to sleep. See you tomorrow." Guido said to Chomper, Ruby, Tippy and Tor. Next he went to his team treehouse and lay down on his bed...

"Night," Chomper waved, climbing into bed. Meanwhile, Myra found Ducky some good treestars.

Ducky was too glad to be eating fresh treestars again. But she was also extremely tired, and to prove it she yawned outloud and said, "Thank you Myra, but I am tired...yep, yep, yep. I will eat these in the morning." She then turned around and began heading back to her teams cabin.

"Night," Myra called, heading back to the BB's treehouse, using the pulley.
Little did they know their next challenge was going to start soon.

Tor walked along with Ruby to Rabid Runners cabin. For the first time in his life he was acquainted with human-made bed. He lay down on a free one.
"Gosh! It is very nice to the touch" he said to Ruby quietly, so he would not wake anybody.

Little did Kor know, he made a mistake by entering the cabin. "Looks like we have a new player Chef..." Chris laughed, watching from a monitor.

Tor quickly fell asleep on his bed, not aware that he was observed.

Ducky was indeed sleeping, but she was having a very hard time...considering that the next challenge was fast approaching and she had no clue as to what Chris and Chef had planned.

Longtail: Ahhh...nothing like a little anxious sleeping to make a player tired and weak hehe...

Guido had an easy task to fall asleep, but he had a bad sleep-story. Actually it was a real nightmare, in which he was in a labyrinth of tunnels and he was running from Terra, who wanted to kill him by throwing very large rocks at him. Guido was trying to dodge them all, but eventually he run into dead end. There was no any other way of escape for him. At that moment Terra approached him, carrying the stone bigger than any other she threw earlier. She tossed it and Guido could only watch as rock was flying at him. Then, just before it was about to hit him, he woke up with squeak. Guido's breathing was fast, as was his heart beating. After a while he calmed down and tried to sleep once more. He managed to do that and this time he had much more peaceful and pleasant dreams...

Just then, Chris called "Wake up dudes!" he called through his loudspeaker.
"Today's challenge is going to be a learning experience: You're going to learn a thing we humans call: driving!"

Tippy woke up and almost immediately smiled as she said, "Driving sounds like fun! I can't wait to try."

"Hey Rabid Runners, since Tor is sleeping in your treehouse, he's now a member of your team!"
"Wha?" Chomper said surprised.
Meanwhile, Chef brought over some things called go-carts.

Tor woke up and immediately after that he was shocked by the news Chris gave them.
"What? I am in a team just because I slept here? That was unexpected, indeed" he said.

Longtail and Cera: Ohhhh new member to mess with...good! *Both begin to laugh evilly*
Tippy: Wow...Tippy didn't see that coming!
Ducky: Ohh a new team member...that is a good thing it is, it is.
Tippy then stepped over to Tor and asked, "Hello, how are you?"

Ruby was also surprised by this. "This is rather unexpected, but at least we now have six team members again. It is good to have you on our team, Tor, good it is."

Spike made a noise suggesting "Let's just hope it's enough to win."

Ducky smiled.
"Do not worry Spike...it will help it will, it will!"
Tippy smiled and asked, "Ducky are you going to eat your treestars? Or can Tippy have one?"

"Well... I am fine, but a bit suprised by this event's development" Tor answered Tippy.
"Thank you Ruby, but could you tell me more about all of these "challenges"?" he asked meaning also the show and team issue. After all he didnt participate in TDV before, so he had not so much knowledge about it as the rest...

Chris then came up to Tor and explained everything about humans, TV, and TDV he needed to know.
"So eat breakfast players, your next challenge starts soon," he said, pointing towards the go-cart5s. "And let's jut say, you will each need a partner."

"We need a partner for this challenge?" said Ruby to herself. She then turned to Tor and said, "You wouldn't mind being my partner for this challenge, would you?"

"Hey Shorty, partners?" asked Rory.

"Sure, Rory," said Shorty.

Littlefoot, will you be my partner?' ali asked as they walked towards the go-karts. 'Sure, now hoe exactly do you "drive this?' he asked.

"Not at all" Tor answered with wide smile, then glanced at go-karts. "Have you ever done anything like this before?" he asked Ruby.

Chris began explaining how to drive. "You see those circular things? Those are steering wheels and you use them to turn left and right. The things on the floor are called the pedals. One speeds you up, one slows you down dudes. You each need two to a kart because a four-footer couldn't possibly do this by himself."

Ruby answered Tor's question by saying, "Not really, even though I did do a few unusual things last season." After Chris's explanation on why partners were needed, she commented, "Good point, Chris, a good point it is.

Shorty asked, "So which of those two 'pedals' is the one that makes you go faster?" He was eager to try out the go-kart and see how fast it could really go.

Ali climbed into the kart, and Littlefoot followed suit. "i'm taller so I should drive, you press down on this "pedal" and this will allow us to go faster" Littlefoot said..

"The one on the right dude," Chris explained. "The races will start in 30 minutes. The first team to win two out of 3 races wins invincibility for their team."
Meanwhile, Rory was also eager to see how fast these things could go.
Chomper and Spike teamed up, so that left Ducky and Tippy to team up.

"It looks like we have to team up, as the only ones without partner for this challenge" Guido said to Myra.

"Looks like it," Myra replied. "But let's get something to eat first."
-
"I like that idea" Guido said "And if this something is a food not cooked by Chef, then I like that idea even more" he added.

"Yeah, I still have the key to the good sharptooth food fridge I won last season," Rory said. "Come on Myra, I'll get you something you like," he smiled to his girlfriend.

After Littlefoot and Ali had figured how the kart worked, they climbed out to get some lunch.. "Giiven Chef's cooking, we'd be better off picking leaves off of trees.." Littlefoot grimaced. as they headed into the mess hall..

Shorty agreed with Littlefoot, as he followed his team into the mess hall.

Ruby saw everyone heading for the mess hall to get something to eat. She followed them and commented, "It is always good to eat something before doing something else."

Tor went with Ruby and others to the mess hall.
"My mom used to say something similar: eat now, worry later." he spoke to Ruby, when he heard her comment.

Seeing that most of his friends are going to mess hall, Guido went there too...
(do we have leafeater's fridge and if answer is "yes", then who has the key to it?)

(They do, but no one has the key to it, yet....)
Chris came out with a wheel with all the leafeater player's names on it. "We need to have a nother round of this the producers told me," Chris explained, spinning the wheel.
"The one who gets the key to the flattooth fridge is.....Shorty!"

"Really? Thanks, Chris," said Shorty. "Hey, Ali, Littlefoot, feel free to take whatever you want, once I have that key."

Thanks, Shorty" ali smiled. "I'll take you up on that.."

"Yeah... Thanks for remembering about a team" Guido said "But what about the other leafeaters here? Will they be allowed to get food from that fridge too?" he asked, hoping that answer will be "yes", because he didn't want the others (particulary Tippy) to eat only Chef's cooking results. He wouldn't wish that even his worst enemies...

Chris put up a chart. This would be the races.
RACE 1:
Chomper and Spike Vs. Littlefoot and Ali.
RACE 2:
Ruby and Tor Vs. Shorty and Rory.
RACE 3:
Ducky and Tippy Vs. Guido and Myra.
"Shorty can share with the rest if he wants," Chris said.

Shorty, obviously, decided to share only with the players on his team, but not the other team.

Tippy and Ducky followed everyone to the mess hall.
"I'm happy for you Shorty." said Ducky with a smile.
"Tippy is happy too. Now what are we flatteeth going to eat?" asked Tippy with a smile.

Breakfast is served," Chef said in a meloncoly tone.
Luckily, Rory shared with Chomper, so he got meat that was in good condition, as did Myra.

Chomper: At least here I can eat meat and my friends aren't freaked out.

Alright... we go first" Littlefoot said, as he watched Shorty open the fridge ..

Chomper, Rory, and Myra ate a threehorn from the fridge.
Spike was getting ready for the first race.

"Good luck everyone!" Tippy said as she sat down while Chef palced several plates of seven month old green food in front of Ducky and Tippy.
"Uhh...do you have any fresh green food?" asked Ducky with a frown on her face.

"The staff gets the fresh vegetables," Chris explained, much o the leafeater player's displeasure.
After eating , Chomper and Spike got n their go-kart.

Ruby: It is nice to make new friends, like Tor, nice it is. It is also just as nice to have him on the same team as me.
While everyone was eating, Ruby decided to get to know Tor. "So Tor, how long have you been on this island?" she asked.

Ali and Littlefoot ate some leaves from the fridge then headed out to thier kart..

Ducky had to decide between not eating, and making herself sick off of Chef's food. She decided it would be best to keep her health and not eat. She stood up and went to watch the first race. "Go Spike....I hope you win!"
Tippy stepped outside as well choosing not to eat and followed Ducky outside.
"I'm racing against Guido...oh dear. I hope one of us wins."

"Since I hatched, actually, but my parents lived in Mysterious Beyond long before they came here through the Land Bridge. After several bright circles passed since my hatching, this Bridge dissapeared and we all were stranded on this island" Tor responded to Ruby's question. Then he tried to eat some Chef's treestars, but when he tasted one he flinched and made an esxpression of distaste.
"My dad always believed that whatever doesnt kill you will make you stronger, but I am sure he didn't have to feed on this stuff" Tor grumbled slowly swallowing another treestars.

Chomper and Spike got in thier kart, Chomper working the wheel, Spike the pedals. Chris explained the course route. "Once around the beach dudes," he said.

Littlefoot placed his front paws on the wheel , Ali was ready at the pedal and brake. "We're ready Chris" Littlefoot called out..

"On your marks.....get set....go!" Chris called, shooting his starting gun. Guess what? Another random flyer fell dead.

Ali pressed down hard on the gas pedal and thier gkart shot into the lead. Littlefoot steered the wheel as best as he could, being arched over the wheel so Ali could press down on the pedals. Ali tried to keep heself from staring at LIttlefoot's underbelly.. which was large and.. Ali shook her head. "focus" Ali said to herself..

Chomper and Spike were catching up. Chomper, having hands, could handle the steering wheel better. "We can do this Spike," he cheered. Soon, they caught up with Littlefoot and Ali.

Ali prsessed down on the pedal as hard as she could and Littlefoot opened up some breatjing space again. they were now to the quarter flag, 1/4th of the way through the course..

"Look out Spike!" called Chomper they hit some bumpy dunes in the sand, but Chomper didn't lose control. Spike had breathing space the whole time.

Littlefoot cut through the dunes their low enmds, causing slight jumps, but not nearly as bad as the jumps Spike and Chomper were enduring.. the sand settled down in front of them as they neared the halfway point, Ali continuing as press her front feet to the gas pedal, and Littlefoot continuinf steering.

Chomper and Spike managed to make it to a flat surface, so they could keep accelerating.
"Hi guys!" Chomper waved as they took the lead.

Hey to you too"Littlefoot said as Ali kept pressing on the pedal, and drew back even. Ahead the beach narrowed to a thin strip of the land and the waves crashed against the shore with loud crahes. Littlefoot shifted slightly and gradually pulled ahead, as they moved onward toward the narrow beach ahead..

Chomper veered away from the shore too. If water got into the karts, they'd be in trouble. "This isn't over yet," Chomper thought.

Ali made a renewed effort to press down on the accellerator and their kart was first to traverse the narrow ledge. a hUge wave approached from the sea. 'Watch out Chomper" Littlefoot called back, pointing at the approaching wave. at the rate Chomper kart was moving, they'd arrive at the strip right as the wave would reach shore. while that would result in them gaining a probably insyrmountable lead over Chomper and Spike, still, they were his friends and Littlefoot felt it was goos sportsmanship to warm them. They passed through the narrow area and the beach began to widen again. the island began to curve, they wre now starting the trip around to the starting line..

Chomper thanked Littlefoot for the warning. It was a close race, Chris had the checkered flag ready.
"And the winner is...." Chris began to say

Ali made one final push h as they pushed ahead of Chomper and Spike, nipping them at the finish line by a kart length. Littlefoot let go of the steering wheel, his feet were white from gripping it. Ali slid back out, her front feet were exhausted from pressing down for all that time. "nice race, Chmomper and Spike.."Ali said, she was really tired, and tumbled around a bit..

"Yeah, good game," Chomper smiled.
"Looks like it's our turn Shorty," Rory said.
(I PM'd GVG about who we'd eliminate next, so this race, the RR team has to win the second race, got it?)

"That's us!" Rory smirked.

Shorty: My strategy was simple; hold down the fast pedal all the way all time. I honestly thought that was the best strategy there could be. Speed was everything.

"Are you ready,Tor?" asked Ruby.

Rory held on to the steering wheel. He and Ruby were on the same team last season, but they weren't this year. "You're going down Ruby," Rory called, but in just a competitive way.
Chris started the countdown. But before that he explained this course would go through the center of the island.

"Yes, I am. Which of us is going to hold steering wheel?" he asked Ruby.
-
"I think I'll hold the steering wheel," answered Ruby. "I'm just not sure if I could hold down the pedal hard enough to make us go fast."

"Alright. I will take care of pedal then. Yes, I will" Tor said, seating in go-kart in a way, that would allow him to press on pedal with adequate force and at the same time he would have enough breathing space...

Rory would handle the wheel while Shorty would work the pedals.
"3....2...1...GO!" Chris said. The BB team took the lead

Shorty managed to see his strategy working already, he and Rory were in the lead. He continued putting the pedal to the medal, as a human would say it.

"How did they do that?" said Ruby to herself as she saw the BB team take the lead so quickly.

Hyp: Remember earlier when I said that Cera's attempts at sabotage would be nothing compared to mine? Well, I decided to demonstrate that for you.
Somewhere near the end of the course of the second race, Hyp and Mutt stood at the base of a large tree. They were both holding onto a two-handed saw they had stolen from Chef. "You ready, Nod?" shouted Hyp.
Nod was on the other side of the path, holding onto a rope that was tied to the middle of the tree. "Ready to bring this tree down!" he shouted back.
"Okay, Mutt, start cutting." said Hyp. He and Mutt then began to saw through the tree, intending to bring it down to block the course.

The tree Hyp and Nod were sawing was on one path of a frk in the road...one that Shorty and Rory happened to go down.
"What's that?!" Rory called. "Stop the kart!"

Rory: That was too close.
Rhett, Tricia, and even Ichy didn't like cheating, as they watched Hyp and Nod put their plan into action.

By the time the BB team came into view, Hyp and Mutt managed to saw through just enough of the tree to allow Nod to pull the tree towards the path and let gravity do all the rest. Once the tree was down, Hyp realized that they were being watched, and not by the cameras this time. "Let's get outta here!" shouted Hyp, as he, Mutt, and Nod ran off.

Shorty looked up just in time to see the tree coming down. Reluctantly, he slammed his foot on the other pedal. The tree came down in front of them, and they hit it with just enough force to shake them out of their seats a little. "What just happened!?" exclaimed Shorty, who could hardly believe what had just happened.

The RR team was far behind enough to see the fork in the road. The BB team was so far ahead that the RR team was unaware of what had happened to them. Fortunately, Ruby decided to take the path that was now the only unblocked path.

Rory growled as he saw Hyp and Nod slip away. "We gotta turn around," he said to Shorty.

"What did you guys do?" Rhett asked as Hyp and Nod returned to the place for the non-returners of season 1.

Shorty: After what Hyp did back there, I can definitely say, without regrets, that I'm so glad he was the first player voted off, last season. I don't like the way he plays.

Hyp shouted, "Come on! All I did was block the path to slow them down a bit! Why are you so angry at me for this!? Cera practically poisoned Petrie, yesterday!" As soon as he realized what he had just said, he chose not to take it back. After all, it made him seem less of a bad guy than Cera.

Rory went around the other way, only to see Ruby almost at the finish line. "Oh no!" he called.

Tor was too busy pressing the pedal to notice what happened on the road, but he could see part of Ruby's face and he saw from it that they were doing rather well.

After turning around, Shorty continued to put the pedal to the metal, but when he heard Rory, he knew it was already too late to win.

The RR team crossed the finish line with a large lead. "We won! We won the race!" exclaimed Ruby.

"Aw man," said Rory.

"Final race: Guido and Myra Vs. Tippy and Ducky!" Chris called.

"Really? That is great news, for sure!" Tor shouted happily, but his cry was a little muffled, as he was still seating under the Ruby. He stopped pushing the pedal at that moment, so the go-kart could gently slow down, before he pressed the brake.

Once the go-kart had stopped, Ruby stepped out and helped Tor out. "That was a great race, a great race that was!"

"I don't see what's so great about it," grumbled Shorty. "I mean, the only reason we lost was because some bully blocked out path with a tree."

"Agreed, but my head is a bit dizzy. I guess it was too stuffy for me down there" Tor said, coming out of the go-kart.

"It's not over yet Shorty," Rory assured his teammate. "There's still one race left."
-
"It is our time now, Myra" Guido said matter-of-factly "but I am not sure if i am strong enough to push these pedals. Maybe I will do better steering the wheel."

"You got it," Myra replied.

Ali waited as the third and deciding race was about to begin. "Good luck Guido! good luck myra!" She called out..
Yeah, good luck guys its all up to you!" Littlefoot said..

Myra wondered about one thing: Guido and Tippy had crushes on each other. She just hoped Guido wouldn't go easy on Tippy.

Guido seated behind steering wheel.

Guido: It's hard for me to compate against Tippy in this challenge. Especially when I am aware of the fact that if my team would win then Tippy might be voted off. But if we loose then I am almost sure who Rory and Shorty will be voting against. Well... I guess I have to do my best and what will happen will happen.

Myra got the gas pedal ready. "We can do this," she said, encouraging Guido o do his best.

Tippy took her spot in the go-kart and she looked over to Guido for a moment and she blushed.
"Tippy hopes we win this!"

Tippy: Tippy is nervous...I want to win....but what about Guido?
Longtail: Cera and I have a bet going that Tippy is going to throw the race...I know she will.
Cera: I think Guido is so going to let Tippy win. He's a wimp...and besides we girls know how to win.

Ali stood by Littlefoot as they waited for the race to begin

ALi: I dio hope that Guido and Myra win.. because otherwise one of the 4 members of the team that lost is going home. Littlefoot and I did our part..

Chomper hoped for Tippy to win. "Let's not go for two losses in a row," he cheered on.
"Put your pedal to the metal dudes!" Chris called. That confused the dinos. "That means go..."

For a moment Tippy was shocked to hear Chirs say go, but once her sock faded shen put her paw down on the pedal and felt the go-kart speed under her body and she couldn't help but scream.
Ducky continued to watch the third race begin. She was hoping that both teams would do their best

The race covered both the beach and jungle. "How are we doing Guido?" the fast biter asked.

Tippy couldn't help but watch Guido...he had helped her before, and she had said 'Tippy owes you one Guido'. She planned to make good on that promise, but to throw the race...was she ready to let her team lose to keep a promise?

Tippy: This is the hardest thing Tippy has ever had to do...oh, I'm so confused!
Longtail: Yep I knew it...Tippy is so going to crack!

"We doing good Guido?" asked Myra as she pressed harder on the pedal.

Tippy smiled as she and Ducky were racing as well as they could. Tippy kept her paw on the gas pedal and hoped Ducky was able to steer the go-kart.
Ducky however giggled and said, "This is fun yep yep, yep!"

Ducky: I know my mama would not like it, but I want to keep one of those car thingies, they are very fun!
Longtail: Oh, I knew Hyp would pull a stunt like that...but I pulled one better!

As Ducky and Tippys go-kart came around a corner a can of Nitroglycerin was activated and gave the two girls a large boost of speed putting them in the lead for the race. Needless to say both girls being unprepared for such an acceleration were screaming rather loudly as it happened.

"Yes, we are doing... oh dear!" Guido said when he saw that Tippy and Ducky suddenly gained a lead in the race.
"Um... Myra? Can we go any faster?" he asked. To say he was worried would be an understatement.

"I'll try!" Myra replied. She slammed down on the pedal as hard as she could, hoping they could catch up.

Tippy: Whoever made our car go faster....thank you!
Ducky: It was too fast, but I did try to keep it going forward I did, I did.
The can of Nitro came to an end and Ducky could see they had a rather large lead over Guido and Myra. But then Ducky suddenly got a bad feeling...like something was going to stop the race.
"Tippy just make sure we keep going okay!" Ducky said as she held onto the steering wheel.
Tippy however was still conflicted about the race in general...she wanted Guido to win...but she didn't want to betray her team...but the end of the race was coming up and with the lead they had, she and Ducky would win for sure...but as she closed her eyes to think...she couldn't do it...She owed Guido, and as a friend and crush she was going to keep her promise!
At that moment however the can of Nitro dropped from the back of their go-kart and landed on the ground...now normally that wouldn't be a bad thing, but it was tied to the car with a vine and it acted like a giant anchor and stopped the go-kart dead in its' tracks throwing both Tippy and Ducky out of their racer and into the bushes.
...then their go-kart exploded!

Longtail: Oops...hehe...didn't see that one coming. Oh well...I can always blame Chris.
Ducky who was still upside down groaned and asked, "What happened?"
Tippy who had landed right side up but on her belly said, "Tippy does not know...but it hurt, alot!"

"If Tippy and Ducky can cross the finish line before Guido and Myra cross, they can still win even without their cart!" Chris called.
Myra put the pedal to the metal. But Myra wondered what Tippy was going to do.

Guido was handling the steering wheel, when he saw the explosion. At first he was very afraid that something bad happened to Tippy and Ducky, but when he noticed they are completly fine he relaxed a bit.
"It looks like we still have a chance to win this race" he said to Myra. Then he asked himself in thought, if he really wants to win against Tippy? He couldnt let his team down. What a dilemma! He decided to just keep direction of kart, hoping that he was doing the right thing...

Tippy could see Guido's go-kart coming up fast, and although she was a little bruised she had made her choice...even before their go-kart had exploded into bits. She was going to throw the race.
Ducky upon hearing Chris' announcement immediately jumped up and tried to pull Tippy to her feet.
"Come along Tippy we can still win, we can, we can!" she cried.
But Tippy knew what she had to do...
"Tippy is sorry Ducky." she said aloud as she pinned Ducky under her front paws.
"Ugh...Tippy what are you doing? We can still win!" shouted Ducky as she watched Guido and Myra's kart go sailing by.
Tippy however just waved to Guido and smiled.

Myra pushed harder, and soon they crossed the finish line. "The Battling Brontos win invincibility!" Chris called. "Runners, time to vote off someone again,"

Chomper: What did Tippy do? I couldn't see it.

We won! Nice!" Littlefoot said, pumping his foot. Nice job Myra and shorty! you guys get first dibs on dinner tonight as a reward!

"Here Myra, you can use my key," Rory said, congratulating her.
"Ok Rabid Runners, after dinner meet me at the bonfire!" Chris announced.

Tippy was in the mess hall but she was keeping away from the rest of her team for obvious reasons. She was knew what she'd done was wrong, but at the time it felt like the right thing to do. She ate her five month old treestars in relative peace.
Ducky on the other paw was sitting next to Ruby and looked confused.
"I do not know why Tippy kept me from winning the race I do not. But Tippy is also my friend, and I don't want to be mad at her, but I think it is fair that we vote her off." She then looked to Ruby and asked, "Are you going to vote Tippy off?"

"Couldn't we just ask her?" Tor suggested "Maybe there was some important reason for her to do it?"

"Thank you guys. I am glad that we won once again" Guido said, but then he saw that Tippy was sitting in mess hall, alone. "Excuse me for a moment" he said to his teammates. After that he walked slowly to Tippy. He said quietly:
"You let me and my team win the race, even if you didnt have to. That was very..." he stopped, searching for a good word but he failed "Well... I dont know what it was, yet it was good of you to do that. Thank you, Tippy"
(Did you want to say: "Nice job Myra and Guido", Nick? Because Shorty was in second race and he didn't do too well :p)

"But why would Tippy do that?" Chomper asked. "But, yeah....I think I'm gonna vote her off."
Spike also looked confused by what Tippy did.

Ruby never wanted to vote off someone without a good reason, so she decided to take Tor's suggestion, even though she had a suspicion of why Tippy lost the race. "I think I might know why Tippy chose not to win the race, but I think I should asked her why she lost, just to see if my thoughts are correct." She walked over to Tippy and, at first, her suspicion seemed correct simply because Guido was there, too. Ruby put her hand on Tippy and calmly said, "Tippy, I know you might not be feeling good about yourself right now, but your team would like to know why you lost the race."

Well its gonna be one of Either Ducky tippy chomper or spike.. since they lost.." Littlefoot replied. The Runners were giving Tippy bad looks.. I think they think Tippy threw the race.."

Tippy had stayed quiet as Guido spoke, but once Ruby came over and asked her question Tippy immediately broke down and began to cry as she spoke.
"Tippy didn't...mean to lose....Tippy didn't want to lose...but Tippy made a promise to Guido...and T-Tippy keeps her promises! That is why Tippy lost the race...Tippy is so sorry to Tippy's team...but...I-I...had to. Tippy hopes you can understand."
Tippy then quickly stood up and rushed out of the dining hall and back towards the beach.

Tippy: I'm so...confused...I-I wanted to keep my promise...but now Tippy's friends hate her...Tippy wants to go home!
Longtail: Geez I could hear Tippy from my perch above the cabins. She sounded sad...and do I have the perfect remedy for that! Muhahahahah!!!
Cera: We girls have to stick together so when they vote Tippy off, and I know they will I'll be there to...'help' her get over her sadness.

Ducky was sad and there was no hiding it, but she stayed in her seat and tried to finish her lunch.

Chris came out with a plate of 5 sweet bubbles. "It's been an eventful day, and now one of you is about to be voted off and chased by Chomper's folks to the Place for losers."
There was a 6-way gulp. "Ducky....Ruby....Tor....Spike.....".
Down to Chomper and Tippy. "The last sweet bubble goes to.....Chomper."

"I am sorry, Tippy, but we had to vote off somebody and you..." Tor said not finishing his sentence.

Guido: "It is sad that Tippy is voted off. I am feeling guilty for her loosing the race, bcause she owed me one. Perhaps I shouldn't did her any favour, so she wouldn't have to loose the challenge and she would stay. But then again she wouldn't like me so much... Ohhhh!"

Tippy wasn't too sad at this point, as she'd had the rest of the day alone, but she was glad to see the others being apologetic, as it made her feel better. Her small smile widened as she walked past Guido.
Terri smiled as she ushered Tippy away from the group.

Shorty: To tell you the truth, ever since the teams were chosen, I was afraid that Guido might have ended up doing what Tippy did today. It may be a shame that Tippy is gone, but at least it's now one less thing for me to worry about.

Ruby slowly walked back to the treehouse. She was clearly sad to see Tippy leave.

Ruby: When I chose my team, all I thought about was choosing a team that would never argue. It never occurred to me that splitting up a pair of lovers would be a bad thing. My father always told me that you can't learn from your mistakes if you don't make them in the first place. In my case, Tippy being voted off was an example of that.

Chris only laughed as he watched the players' confessions.
"Heh heh, wait until the next challenge players....it'll be a real "scream."

Tor also walked into the treehouse. When he saw that Ruby was sitting there alone with cheerless expresion on her face, he came closer.
"Umm... Hi Ruby. Are you alright?" he asked with a concern "You know... I thought that after today's challenge it would be a good idea for our team to have a little... vacation? It would be a lot better for all of us to put our minds off this show and have some fun after all. What you say?"

"I think that might be a good idea," said Ruby. She climbed into her bed. "Give me some time to myself tomorrow morning before we do anything. I think I need to do some thinking, first."

"That's alright. I only hope Chris does not have anything planned for us tomorrow morning or else our plan might not work" Tor said, lying down on his bed. He stayed quiet only for few minutes, until he glanced at Ruby and asked:
"You were hatched not on this island but in this whole Mysterious Beyond, right? Could you tell how it is like there?"

Ruby thought for a minute. Somehow, talking to Tor was making her feel better about herself. "Well, the Mysterious Beyond is a very big place, a big place it is. There are definitely a lot of things you can learn out there, especially the kind of things that can save the lives of you and others."

Ali meanwhile was lying down in her bed. 'Nice job guys, we're 2for2. lets see if we can keep it up..

"It sounds like an interesting place to live in even if it is dangerous too. Not like this island anyway..." he said and then asked:
"When this game is over... When all challenges will be over... You all are going to leave this island for ever?" One could see, that when saying these words he had a sadness on his face. Before contestants arrived he was all alone on the Mysterious Island and was get used to it, but now... he didn't want to become solitary once again. Especially once he met Ruby.

Ruby could easily see what made Tor seem so sad. She could hardly imagine having to live alone for her entire life, and even harder to imagine how bad it might be to have to live alone after making some great friends. Before falling asleep, she said, "Well, no one ever said you have to stay on this island."

Ducky had been trying to sleep but the conversation between Tor and Ruby was keeping her up. She tried going back to sleep once Ruby had settled down, but found it so much harder to sleep. She decided to step outside, and looked up at the sky.
"I wonder who will be next to be voted off...I do, I do. I just hope we can all still be friends when it is over." she said with a sigh.

Tippy: well now that Tippy is part of the cast, tippy is supposed to help with the challenges...and Cera talked to Tippy about having fun. Tippy isn't sure what Cera meant, but maybe Tippy should trust Cera.
Cera: This is getting too easy.
Tippy: Nah...Tippy is smarter than to trust Cera!

The next morning, Chris used his megaphone to wake up the players.

Ducky blinked as she heard Chris' voice over the loud speaker and she stretched as she stood up and yawned.
"Today is a good day, yep, yep, yep!" she said enthusiastically.

Longtail stepped up next to Chris.
"So what's the plan for today..."
Cera however cut him off as she said, "And how can we make it worse!"
Tippy followed closely behind Cera but stayed quiet for the moment.

Chris looked at all the players. "You might find this challenge a bit easier dudes," he explained. "Today, you will be free to do whatever you want....but whatever you do, don't scream out loud. Myself, Chef, and the losers will be doing various things today to try to make you scream, whether it be in anger or fear. Last team with a player who hasn't screamed out loud wins!"

"That's it? Ha! There's no way I could possibly lose this challenge! Although I can't say the same for that guy," said Shorty, gesturing towards Guido.

"At least we get to do whatever we want to do," said Ruby to Tor.

Ducky smiled.
"Oh yes, yes, this will be much easier."
Tippy giggled and walked away into the bushes.
"Tippy is gonna try and help Guido. It sounds like fun...but he and Petrie scares easy...Tippy needs to be careful."

"Oh... That is alright, since this guy can speak for himself and I am rather astonished by your ability to say anything, Shorty. After all, you use so many muscles, except two: your tongue and your... brain " Guido said extremely sarcastic to longneck.

Just then, the players heard Dein and Terri roar. "We're pullinjg out all the stops," Chris grinned.

So we can't scream?' Ali said. Alright" Littlefoot said.."Lets try for 3 straight guys.."

"I know those roars" Tor said "These two often gave me a hard time, while chasing me... Anyway, what would you want to do now?" he asked Ruby and the rest of the team.

"Try not to scream," Chomper said. Little did the Rabid Runner know....Spike was going to a big help in this challenge.

"Chris said that we are allowed to do anything we want to do, today," said Ruby. "Tor, you suggested last night that we take a break from these challenges, so that we can calm down a little. What exactly were you thinking of for that vacation you suggested?"

"You guys wanna play some volleyball?" Rory and Myra asked their teammates, remembering that they liked the game they were introduced to last season.

"I know the location of small Watering Hole. We could play and swim there, if you'd like" Tor answered.

"Yes, as long as ball is light enough for me to handle it" Guido said to Rory and Myra.

Ducky giggled and said, "I want to play..I do, I do!"

Terri however was grinning widely.
"These challenges get better all the time." she said with a laugh. "I do hope we don't scare the little ones too badly."

"Maybe we should try to help our son's team this time," Dein suggested to his mate. "I'm sure the humans will make the BBs scream and yell easily."

"That's a good idea, a good idea that is," said Ruby to Tor's suggestion. "Does anybody else want to come?" she asked the rest of her team.

"I'll come," said Chomper, "But I'm still kinda sleepy."

Tippy: Tippy doesn't like what Cera is laughing about. It is probably something Tippy should stop! Tippy just hopes Tippy can...but Tippy has to help Guido too.

Ducky smiled as Littlefoot and Ali walked off together.
"They make a good couple they do, they do!" she said at a whisper. She then turned to Ruby and asked, "Well...I would like to swim! I am a swimmer after all I am!"

Terri nodded at Deins' statement and replied, "I suppose it would only be fair. After all most of Chompers teammates have been in the Mysterious beyond for a while, and not a lot may scare them."

"Exactly," Dein said. "Of course, Chris will probably make them angry to yell, but we should do our part too."

"Follow me then." Tor said and started going towards the Watering Hole he told about.

"Ok," Chomper nodded, as Spike went to eat food from the Mess Hall.

Shorty didn't have anything better to do today, so he decided to go back to the treehouse to rest.

"You guys know where I can find some meat?" Rita asked the losers from season 1 as well as the recently voted-off players/now part of the staff.

How much do you want to bet cera has something planned for us?' Littlefoot frowned as they continued walking.. 'in these games, I don't trust her one bit.."

Ducky had followed Ruby and Tor to the watering hole and was surprised at how close it was to the camp.
"Oh this is wonderful! I ill like swimming here I will, I will!" she declared with a giggle.

Cera was walking by the cabins as she started to put her plan into motion. She snuck into the girls cabin first and placed a leaf with a note on it saying for Ali to meet Littlefoot by the bonfire after everyone was asleep.
She then stalked over to the boys cabin and was surprised to find Shorty asleep! She knew she had to be careful with this one...but hey...when a good idea gives itself away...don't hit it with your horn!
Cera stepped forward and placed the second note to meet Ali by the bonfire.
"I am so good I scare myself." whispered Cera as she stepped back outside the boys cabin and disappeared into the woods laughing the whole time.

Tippy had been following Guido but hadn't said anything too him as she was afraid to startle him and force him to scream. But the silence was getting annoying...even for Tippy!
She then decided to run a few feet ahead and stepped out of the bushes looking confused as if she'd gotten lost.
"Oh...Hi Guido!" she said as she turned to face him.

Chomper went to the beach with Ruby, Ducky, and Tor.
Chris snickered meanwhile. "Dynamite will make them scream for sure!" he laughed.

"I am glad that you like it" Tor said, smiling "See, this Watering Hole has even a Noisy Falling Stream" he added and pointed at watterfall on the other side of the lake.

"Hello Tippy. I am glad to see you again." Guido said walking up to spiketail girl "What are you doing here anyway?" he asked curiously.

BANG! An explosion went off nearby, causing sand to fly everywhere.
"WH..at was that?" Chomper said, avoiding a yell.

After hearing and seeing the explosion Ducky had to clasp her hands over her mouth to keep herself from screaming, as that was her natural reaction to danger, when it presented itself. She then coward next to Chomper and began to shake with fear.

Tippy blushed at Guido as she responded.
"Well Tippy wanted to make sure Guido didn't get scared so easy so Tippy is going to stay with Guido until this challenge is over." she said with a smile as she began to walk along side the microraptor.

"Just stay calm..." Chomper advised. "I think we should get out of this are."

Meanwhile, Spike, Myra, and Rory were in the Mess hall. "I'll get you some meat Myra," Rory said, holding the key he had won.

Tor shuddered at explosion, but he tried to ramain calm and not to scream. He didnt want to let down his new found friends.
"If you want to leave this place, then I can lead you to somewhere else" Tor said and then he thought for a moment before asking "What would you say if I showed you a cave, but not usual cave. In this cavern I am talking about you can find Sky Colors Stones".

"You are too nice for me, Tippy" Guido said. Then, on impulse, he kissed Tippy at her cheek.

"That is a great idea, Tor, a great idea it is," said Ruby.

Tippy felt her face warm up as she blushed from Guido's kiss. And to return the favor she kissed him back. She then giggled and said, "Tippy hopes Guido will go for a walk?"

Ducky took a deep breath and calmed herself down rather quickly as she followed Tor, Ruby and Chomper away from the pond with a rather sad face. "I wanted to swim, I did...silly Chris making the ground shake like that!" she exclaimed.

Hyp: Chris said we have to try to make the players scream out loud, whether it be in fear or anger. I intend to make some of them shout in anger. It's what I do best.
Shorty was still sleeping in the treehouse, so he didn't notice Hyp tying a rope around one of his back legs. Once the rope was on, Hyp headed out of the treehouse, but he didn't use the platform. The rope went up over a tree branch overhead, and the untied end of the rope was just touching the ground. Hyp put his plan into action by jumping off the treehouse and grabbing onto the rope. The weight of him on the untied end of the rope cased Shorty to be yanked out of bed, out of the treehouse, and left hanging upside down. Shorty was very startled, but recovered just in time to see Hyp finishing tying the untied end of the rope to the base of a large tree.
"Ha, ha! Got you!" shouted Hyp.
"Grrrr, you are so dead," grumbled Shorty.
"Let's see you try, Stumpy!" shouted Hyp, before running off, laughing the whole way.
Shorty was now so angry that he roared out in anger so loudly that it could have been heard half a mile away.

Just then, Rory began choking on some meat he was eating! "RORY!" screamed Myra, eliminating herself. "Oh, who cares," she said, beginning performing CPR on Rory.

Ruby: I think I stand a good chance of winning this challenge. When you live your whole life in the Mysterious Beyond, you learn to not to be so scared of scary things.
Ruby and her group was just nearby enough to hear Shorty's roar of anger. "Did you hear that?" asked Ruby, not sure if what she heard was real.

Only a second after Shorty had finished his roar of anger, he realized that he had just been eliminated by a huge amount. He sighed in frustration and crossed his forelegs. He had no idea if his team would tease him for being eliminated so quickly, or for ending up hanging upside down from a tree.

Ducky was startled but she looked around as she said, "That sounded like Shorty it did, it did. Should we go check on him?"

Cera was now looking for Littlefoot and Ali. And as she came around a tree she bumped into them nose first.
"OW! Oh...hi guys. Listen I know I'm supposed to be part of the crew and try to scare you, but Ali Shorty said he wanted to talk to you back at the cabins. It sounded important, you'd better go." she said with a fake friendly smile.
Longtail at that moment was in the mess hall and had against all odds found a way to break the lock on the meat freezer, and he was currently raiding said freezer for food.

Littlefoot gavwe Cera a withering look. "I don't trust you Cera, not after that prank you pulled on me last season... I'm coming with her..." KLittlefoot said.

Ali looked At cera. "lright, But I'm taking Littlefoot with me.. just in case..' She gave Cera a look. "you better not be planning anything Cera..' She frowned. "You fooled me last time, and got Littlefoot kicked off. Thats not happenming again.."

"Here we are" Tor exclaimed as they reached the entrance to the cave.

"Of course I will" Guido asnwered Tippy's question.

Cera groaned and stepped inbetween the two of them and said, "Look! I know what I did last season was wrong, but I got competitive...you know how we threehorns are...I am sorry about that, but you have to trust me Shorty wanted to speak with Ali alone, if you go with her Littlefoot, you'll only be breaking Shorty's trust in you and her."

Longtail: ....*eating a large piece of meat* What...I'm hungry and Rory wouldn't gibe me the key!

"I hughly doubt that Cera'Ali said.. "In fact I don't think Shorty even WROTE me a letter... you'kll have to do bettwer than that.. come on Littlefoot. Lets go see what Shoerty 'wants'.. together.." She said, starting walking away towards the treehouses.

We don't trust you Cera, thats all there is too it" Littlefoot said. "You were too much of a pain in the butt last year for me to forgive you that easily, or forget the tricks you pulled. so forgive me.. if I don't take your word on this..' He said, following Ali towards the tree house.. "Go mess with someone else, like Tippy and Guido..'

Chomper looked angrily at Cera, but noticed Rita nearby. "Hi Chomper," she smiled, and the two rexes hugged.

Rory coughed up the piece of meat he nearly choked on. "Thanks Myra," he said relieved.

Rhett noticed Hyp's tactics again. "I'll try to scare the Rabid Runners," he said. "Do you have a grudge against shorty or something?"

Meanwhile, surprisingly, Ichy, Tricia, and Tera teamed-up were planning to scare the feathers off Guido.

"okay, then we walk together. Where would Guido like to go?" she asked as they began to walk.

Ducky smiled as they reached the cave. "oh...it is beautiful it is! Can we go inside?" she pleaded with Tor

Longtail walked out of the kitchen and could see Rory and Myra having trouble. He stepped over and said "Hi' guys, how ya doing?"

"I don't know... Maybe we could go to the treehouse?" Guido proposed.

"Of course you can. We have came here for that after all" Tor said laughing a bit "And it is even more beautiful inside than it looks from outside, it is"

"There's the runt Guido," Tera said angrily, looking down at the glider from the top of a tree they were on.
"Yuo guys with me?" she asked Ichy and Tricia.

Longtail smiled and said, "That was good...oh by the way, don't bother using the key to the freezer anymore...I kinda broke it when I raided the kitchen. Sorry bout that!" he exclaimed with a smile.

Tippy smiled and nodded her head as Guido suggested the cabins knowing at this time of day they would be empty. "Okay, let's go then...Tippy can't wait!" she said with a cheerful look in her eyes.

Cera was annoyed now...her plan wasn't working and she wanted to split them up again...and fast...but then she thought, maybe both of them going to see shorty would be a good thing! She chuckled darkly as she followed behind her friends.

"Can we still get the meat?" Rory asked.

Longtail chuckled nervously and replied, "Well..yes...but most of it is starting to rot...sorry. I got it open just fine...but I couldn't figure out how to close it again...and with the lock broken...it won't stay closed."

Tippy suddenly had a really bad feeling and just to make sure she was right she inhaled deeply and let loose an ear piercing scream that echoed over the whole island, trying to stop someone from scaring Guido.

Guido jumped violently when Tippy had screamed. He wasn't expecting that and was scared. He fell on the ground with quiet thud right after he made the leap. For a second he stayed silent, before he asked fearfully:
"Um... What did you do that for, Tippy?"

"PROBABLY FOR THIS!!!" Tera yelled, swooping down towards Guido.
-
Guido seeing coming Tera just... fainted. The second before he lost his consciousness, one thought crossed his mind: And to think that Tera used to be such a nice flyer.

Littlefoot continued walking, ingoring Cera. "Just go bother someone else cEra!' He repeated.
"Just ignore her Littlefoot " ali said. Breaking into a run..

"You're gonna pay!" yelled Tera.

"How beautiful?" asked Ruby to Tor. "What exactly in inside that cave?"

Hyp answered Rhett's question about Shorty. "No, he just happened to be an easy target today. Besides, he's one of the tougher guys. Tough guys tend to be a challenge to take down, and I love a good challenge."

Shorty was still hanging upside down from the tree. Ever since Hyp ran off, nobody has walked nearby, which means nobody to get him down. This is ridiculous, thought Shorty.

"Hey Shorty! What's wrong?" called Rory, walking out of the Mess Hall

"Blame Hyp," replied Shorty, whose forelegs were still crossed. "His dirty tricks are really starting to annoy me." He then angrily waved his legs around and shouted, "Well, what are you waiting for!? Get me down from here! This position is starting to make me feel dizzy."

"As I said earlier, there are Sky Colors Stones inside and there is a gap in the ceiling, so sun shines right at them" Tor answered "Its beautiful sight, but of course at this world there are more beautiful things or... persons" he added looking at Ruby. Then he became silent, before he asked:
"So... Are we going inside?"

"Hang on! I'm coming!" called Rory, accidentally eliminating himself.

"Of course we will go inside, go inside we will," said Ruby, before heading into the cave. She couldn't help but notice that Tor had said yet another comment about how beautiful she was. She was okay with it. Tor seemed like such a nice guy. She just wasn't sure if she could say something about Tor the way he had spoken about her.

"It's cool in here," Chomper said, followed by Spike.

Longtail followed after Rory, and heard him scream Shorty's name. He smiled, but then he said, "You're out!"
Ducky followed her friends inside the cave and she smiled brightly.
"These caves are pretty! Can we take some sky color stones with us? Huh, huh?" she asked Tor happily.
Tippy immediately turned around to face Tera and frowned at her.
"Look at what you did to Guido! Tippy won't stand for that!" She then stood inbetween Tera and Guido and growled lightly.
Cera ran ahead of Littlefoot and Ali and ran to the cabins. She could still see Shorty hanging from a tree...and while she had no idea how he got up there she smiled and ran back to Ali and Littlefoot, "Hey, guys the cabins are a trap to try and get you to scream...you have to move away from here."

Knock it off Cera' Ali said. She was really getting ticked off "stop trying to break us up!" She glowered at the threehorn. "you pulled the same trick last year! It won't work this time!" Ali continued to the rope ladder and began climbing. As she did she saw Shorty hanging upside down. She bit her lip to keep from screaming. "Littlefoot. Shorty;s hanging from a tree1 We need to help him get down from there..." she called down, then she continued climbing, soon reaching the top..

Cera sat down now extremely upset and huffed as she realized that her plan wasn't going to work. She looked around and stayed quiet for a moment.

"He cheated me out of the game last year!" Tera retorted.

"I like sky color stones too," said Chomper.
As did Chris, who had taken dozens for himself earlier.

"Certainly" Tor asnwered simply. He started looking for some Sky Color Stones, wanting to find the most beautiful for one partucular friend.

"Haven't seen a lot of these for a while," Chomper noted, grabbing two he was able to find.

Ducky smiled as she picked up a sky color stone. "These are pretty. I forgot how much I enjoyed them." she said with a giggle
Cera stepped away from the cabins and began grumbling to herself..."I need someone to work with...someone the others trust...but it can't be just anyone...hmmmm...." she continued thinking as she stepped into the woods and out of sight.

Cera: Okay, so maybe this is harder than I thought it would be....I know the others don't trust me, but come on!!!! I said I was sorry at the end of the last game...and Ali and Littlefoot even hooked up! And they still can't trust me?! This is crazy!
Longtail: *Holding a hammer in his tail and a screwdriver in his mouth* I'm just gonna start taking things apart....why? Cause I can!

Tippy stepped closer to Trya and said, "It doesnt' matter! You scared Guido...and that wasn't nice! Tippy doesn't like it when her friends are scared!" she shouted.

Ruby was also having a good time finding sky color stones. She was amazed at how many there were, and how easy it was to get them. "This is a great place, Tor, a great place it is."

"Come on, Rory! Hurry it up! I don't want to be hanging here all day!" shouted Shorty. He was getting frustrated for many reasons: he was still hanging upside down from a tree, it was because of Hyp that he ended up hanging upside down from a tree, Rory was taking way to long to get him down, and from what he has heard, the only players that have been eliminated so far are all from his team. To say that he was having a bad day would be an understatement.

littlefoot reached the top of the ladder as Ali was making her way over to Shorty. 'Hold on shorty' Ali said calmly. "we'll help you get down. " She said, examining the rope which bound hiis head. She got up on her back leg , pressed her front paws against Shorty, and began d\gnawibng at the ropes with her teeth..

Shorty was somewhat glad that Ali was facing his back as she tried to get him down. The way he was hanging from the tree and the way Ali was trying to get him down, it would seem rather embarrassing if they were face to face. Shorty then looked at the ground below and realized that it was quite a long way down, and there certainly wasn't anything to soften his landing. If Littlefoot and Ali were indeed the last ones on his team not eliminated, he did not want them screaming in fear if he fell. "Uh, I don't think that would be a good way to get me down," said Shorty, but he said it so quietly that Ali might not have heard it.

Rory came back with a ladder, but he saw Littlefoot and Ali were already helping.

Guido just awaked at that moment. He raised his head and looked around.
"Oh... I've just had this amazing sleep story in which I..." he said, but then he noticed Tera "Err... Hello, Tera" he greeted girl flyer with sheepish smile.

"Uh, Ali? I think you should-" said Shorty, before the rope was cut, causing him to fall all the way to the ground. Put mildly, the impact was painful. "Ow, I think I broke something." He had landed on his back. He rolled over and realized that he had just landed right on top of Rory, who clearly seemed to be in more pain than him. Oh well, better him than me, thought Shorty.

"Hello Guido," Tera said, gritting her teeth.

"Ow......" said Rory. Then Rita and Nod came by. "We'll get you two back to your treehouse," Nod said.
A FEW MINUTES LATER.......
When they were back in their treehouse, Rory noticed something. "There's a letter addressed to you Shorty," Rory pointed out.

Guido leant his head and became quiet, but after a few moments of strained silence he asked Tera:
"Is it meanigless to apologize for what I did to you?" he couldnt look into her eyes, expecting that she would only shout in anger at him...

"Maybe not meaningless..." Tera said.

"Can me join you in taking things apart?" Petrie asked Longtail.

"I am sorry. I wanted to stay in the game and... to get back at Shorty and Petrie and Rory for all that teasing... But it was wrong to do that by cheating on you." Guido said still looking down "I guess I dont deserve to be in the second season... You should be in my place... Not in the sense of space that is. Not that I am telling you where you should be in sense of space. This is something for you to decide on not to be here or elsewhere in the sense of space..." he fell silent. This was another time, when he tried too much to explain what he meant to say. One of this times was when he called Topsy a "Big Guy" and at that moment he had started explaining that he meant "Big" as "Tall" and not "Fat" even if it was not necessary...

"A letter?" asked Shorty. "I wonder who it's from."

Ruby had already collected about half a dozen sky color stones by now. She said, "You know, we're all still in this challenge. I was wondering how well the other team has been doing. Are they doing just as well as us, or have we already won the challenge?"

"It says it's from Ali," Rory read, handing it to Shorty."

"Maybe we'll win this time," said Chomper hopefully.

I didn't write anything to you>' Ali frowned. 'Wait a minute.. that means theres a Letter, supposedly from Shorty to me, in my treehouse! Oh... that Cera.." Ali stopped, not finishing that thought..

Shorty sighed when he heard that Ali didn't actually write that letter. So much for having something good out of one of the worst days of my life, thought Shorty. He tossed the fake letter out the window and headed for the Mess Hall.

"Shorty!" Ali paused. "Let me come with you.." She said following him to the mess hall. "We can hang out for a bit.."

"Maybe we will win. It would be a good change, good change indeed." Tor said, sounding almost like Ruby.

"Well... Bye." Guido said after Tera flew off. He stood up. "Are we going to treehouse now?" he asked TIppy.

Rory and Myra looke dintrigued: Why was Ali hanging out with Shorty all of a sudden?

Ducky giggled as she had one too many Skycolor stones and could no longer move.

Tippy smiled as Tera flapped away. She then turned to Guido and nodded.
"Sure, Tippy would like that!" she said as she began walking back to the cabins.
Cera was nearby watching as Ali joined Shorty going to the mess hall and she smiled deviously. "My plan could work after all....hehe..." she said at a whisper.

Spike walked over to her stepsister, and picked some up for her.

"Well...I was planing on taking apart one of the cabins....just to mix things up a little!" he then chuckled and said, "And then...I was gonna steal a camera or two and just mess with the rest of the players."

Shorty entered the mess hall and sat at one of the tables. The expression on his face clearly showed that he was quite grumpy right now. As he thought about how bad this day had been for him, he couldn't stop thinking about the source of his bad day: Hyp. "I'm going to kill him," grumbled Shorty.

Ali followed Shorty into the mess hall, and sat down beside Shorty. 'is something wrong Shorty?' Ali asked."You look really down."

Shorty sighed in frustration. "This has just been one of the worst days of my life! First, I get hung up a tree, thanks to Hyp and his dirty tricks again! As if it wasn't bad enough, he called me a name I refuse to say, which caused me to lose this challenge! I swear, if he tries to pull another dirty trick on me, I'm going to kill him!" On finishing that last statement, Shorty pounded the table so hard that it actually cracked. "I thought my day couldn't get worse after that, but no! I was left hanging there for a long time and, thanks to you, I end up getting hurt, along with Rory! And then my only hope of something good today, a letter from you, turned out to be a fake!" He looked furious now, almost to the point of wanting to seriously hurt someone.

'Maybe I can help your day become a little better by spending some time with you.. anything you want to do Shorty, I'm alright with it..' ali replied softly. "I'm sorry that you got hurt when I was trying to help you.." she added. 'and I'm sorry your day's not going so well. But theres always tommorow, and as long our team keeps winning, none of us will have to leave.." Ali replied, looking at Shorty.

"What a rough day," Rory sighed.
"We've probably lost too...." Myra said.

Guido saw Rory and Myra by the treehouse. Ha waved to them with his wing. After he and Tippy came closer to them, he said:
"Hello Rory. Hello Myra. Are we doing fine?" he was curious if the game was already finished or they still needed to play it.

"We've most likely lost," Myra sighed.

Littlefoot went to the mess hall, where he noticed Ali and Shorty sitting togetther.. He paid no mind to this and went over to the fridge with leaves in it..

"Why? How many of us screamed?" Guido asked.

"Well, I'm not sure about Littlefoot and Ali actually," said Rory, "But, me, Myra, Shorty, and I think you screamed too right?"

"Not yet, but i have to admit it was close" Guido asnwered smiling. He was glad that Shorty screamed already. It should show this longneck not to be overly sure of himself.

"DIE!" Tera's voice called, flying right into the Mess Hall and heading for Guido.

Guido i fear just covered his eyes with his wings and waited for the comming hit...

"SCREAM YOU JERK!" Tera demanded.
"Um Tera, you're kinda overreacting," Tricia said, walking in with Ichy.

"Alright." Guido said surprisingly calm "But under one condition: you will get over the fact that I cheated against you. You will forgive me doing that and by that I mean you will never ever try to harm me. If you can not do that, then I will remain silent." he looked at Tera expectantly "But if you agree with my terms, then I will do what you want, even if this will probably get me voted off. What you say?"

"Fine, I won't try to kill you," Tera said, shaking Guido's wing for agreement.

"Then we have a deal." Guido said, before he screamed loudly.

Once Guido had finished screaming, Shorty slammed his head down onto the table and grumbled, "We're gonna lose."

We've still got me and klittlefoot" Ali replied. "Come on Shorty, lets go do something. anything is on the table. And while you're at it, we can go try and scare the Runners so that they scream, and elimate themselves..

Chomper, Rory, and Myra looked intrigued by Ali's actions. "Don't tell me she's falling for Shorty," Myra thought.

"Hey. Here is an idea: meaybe we should go back to treehouse and look how the other team did so far?" Tor proposed.

"That sounds like a good idea, a good idea it is," said Ruby. "But first, I think we should bring these sky color stones back to our own treehouse. I wouldn't want to be carrying them around all day."

Littlefoot piled up a good sized portion of leaves.. "I'll be in the treehouse guys, having lunch. if you guys want to find me, you'll know where I'll be." He said to Ali and Shorty as he passed.

"Good job guys! Now I think we should get out of her before the others get back! I can't wait to see the look on their faces!" he said with a laugh.
Cera was watching everything from the control room and she began to laugh as well.
"This is too good! I didn't even have to do anything, Ali is feeling so bad for shorty right now...I'll bet she even kisses him! Oh this is going to be great!"

"Um... Where is our treehouse?" Tor asked nobody particular.

Ruby also noticed the strange disappearance of their treehouse. "This is very strange, very strange this is."

"It looks like we have nowhere to go. Except for mess hall. Maybe others saw what happened to our treehouse." Tor suggested.

Ali smiled. "I have an idea.. Follow me Shorty.." She said, getting up from where shhe was seated. "I think what I have in mind in going to make you feel at least a little bit better.."

Having nothing better to do, Shorty decided to follow Ali.

"Good idea, Tor," said Ruby. "But first, I think we should find someplace to put these sky color stones. I did say that we probably shouldn't be carrying them around all day."

Ali lead Shorty off into a nearby clearing, and sat down in front of a tree. 'Shorty, would you like me to give you a kiss?' Ali asked, looking at him.

"But where should we leave them? Somewhere around where our treehouse were, but is not here?" Tor asked "If needed we could take them to my home cave. It is not far away." he added.

Littlefoot carried his leaves with out of the mess hall. he intended to eat them in the treehouse...

"I'm okay with going to your cave," said Ruby. "If we don't have our treehouse, we could use that cave instead."

"Really?" asked Shorty. He didn't bother waiting for an answer. He immediately began to kiss her on the lips. He was so desperate for some sort of happiness today that whatever little common sense he had was now almost nonexistent. He was starting to feel better already, so he kept going.

Ali wrapped her arms around Shorty as he kissed her, and slowly, both thier mouths opened, and thier tongues touched, first gently, then more and more firmly as the long kiss continued.. Ali nibbled on shorty's upper lip,then on his lower lip. Ali probed shorty's mouth with her tongue and allowed him to do the same to her. thier mouths came together again and again, finally she pulled away with a loud smacking sound as thier lips came apart.. 'That was.. really nice Shorty. you're a good kisser.' Ali smiled. the kiss had taken her by surprise, but she had quickly decided to go with the flow..

"Thanks," said Shorty. His brief make-out with Ali had left him in a far better mood even than when he woke up this morning. "Wanna do it again sometime?" The smile on his face was very obvious.

Sure..anytime" Ali grinned. She leaned in and gave him a brief kiss on the lips, and parted with a smile on her lips. "I enjoyed it.. Shorty...I'm going to try everything to make sure, You Littlefoot and me are the last 3 standing.."

"Whoa..." Rory said silently, having secretly witnessed the whole thing. Luckily Ali and Shorty didn't see him.

"Somebody must've destroyed our treehouse," Chomper said, following Ruby and Tor.

"Whoa.." Rory said to himself, walking back, "Littlefoot and Ali must've broken up..."

"You want me to lead you there now?" Tor asked his team. He was glad that Ruby accepted his offer of living in his cave. He didnt feel much sadness by the fact their treehouse was destroyed, as he didn't saw it as a home and besides... he still had his new friends.

"Sure," replied Ruby. "It is always nice when friends do nice things for their friends."

"Yeah, the three of us definitely should be the final three," said Shorty. Suddenly, the thought of Littlefoot made him realize something he hadn't thought about, until just now. "Um, Ali? Do you think it would be best to not tell Littlefoot about... you know... us?"

I'll try but, given that this entire show is taped, he's going to find out at some point.. It would be better for both of us if we let him know as quickly as possible, so he doesn't get too angry at both of us.. and me especially' Ali replied. " I want the three of us to be a striong group.. that requires being honest with all of us..

"I see," said Shorty. "Well, I think we should head back now. The other players will probably start wondering why we've been gone this whole time."

"Well... I will take that for a compliment" Tor replied with a smile, then he pointed in direction of centre of island "My cave is this way. Follow me, please." He started walking away.

"How long you think this challenge will take?" Guido asked Rory and Myra in the mess hall.

"Yeah" ali nodded. Come on Shorty.. we'll head back.. at least you're feeling better now, right" she grinned...

"Of course I feel better," replied Shorty, happily. "Sure, I still wanna kill Hyp, but at least now I have better things on my mind." He grinned back at her as they began walking back to the campground.

Shorty: Somehow, I think it's best to let Ali deal with telling Littlefoot about us. I certainly wouldn't want to be the one to tell him. That might get ugly. But about my kiss with Ali... I never imagined it would feel that good. I'll admit, I've had a few girlfriends before, but none of those relationships ever lasted more than a week. The excuse they gave me was always the same: "You're not my type." "You're too rough." I just hope Ali will treat me better than that. I'm really starting to like her... I really do like her.

Shorty sighed and decided to explain his side of the story. "I was having a bad day. Ali wanted to help me feel better... I'm not sure which of us decided to take it that far, but... I guess I am starting to like her."

"And so, you guys started making out?' Littlefoot said. His voice was low but a undercuurrent of anger was clear in his voice. "You guys realioze this entire island is covered with cameras right? so your makeout session was captured on camera! Cera probably is going to take full advantage of this.. you can bet a whole tree of treesweets on it. probably involving a close-up of you two making out.'

Littlefoot gave both of them cold looks. "Alright.. but if we lose this challenge Shorty, You're going to be on the hot seat. " Littlefoot finished speaking and starting walking.

Shorty sighed. Once Littlefoot was far enough away, he whispered to Ali, "I knew we shouldn't have told him. There's no way I'll let myself be voted off."

We had no choice" ali replied. 'he was going to find out anyway, and there's no wy I was going to allow someone like cEra to hold the knowledge of our relationship over our heads.. Come on.. lets go scare the Runners.. we've got a bunch of them to scare..."

Littlefoot had accidently eliminated himself. "We are so screwed..." Rory thought to himself.
Only Ali was left in the non-screamers for the BB team.

"Here it is." Tor said, when they arrived before high rock wall "Behind those..." he pointed at bushes covering some part of wall "...is an entrance to the tunnel. We will go through there and then we will see a small valley and my home cave."

"Then I say let's start scaring the others," said Shorty. "It's starting to get late in the day, and I somehow have a feeling that this challenge won't be allowed to continue into tomorrow. If that's true, it may come down to how many of each team is left, which means we might lose!"

Ruby pulled aside some of the bushes to reveal the tunnel entrance. "I would have never guessed there was something behind these bushes. I certainly can't wait to see what's on the other side of this tunnel."

yeaH" Littlefoot said. "Iff you can help us make a comeback Shoprty, it would mean a lot.."

"It is well hidden and because of that it is safest place on this island known to me" Tor said, making 'after you' motion with his hand to others. "Well... It was hidden, but if what this human, Chris, told about his cameras is true, then it is no longer a secret place... It is still comfortable though." he added with cheerful face.

Ruby stepped into the tunnel. after taking only a few steps, she decided to put down all of the sky color stones she was still carrying. Not wanting Tor to be confused by this, she explained, "Since this tunnel is hidden by those bushes, I don't think anyone will be able to find these if I leave them here. I'm more interested in seeing what you're home cave is like."

Now knowing that him staying would depend on his efforts in the next few minutes, Shorty said, "Okay, if we want to make everyone on the other team scream, the first thing we need to do is find out where they are. Um... do you know where any of them are? I was in the treehouse when they left."

"Oh... Alrigt. I think I will put mine here too. It is not like someone will steal it, right?"Tor asked rhetorically and then he walked through the tunnel. When he exited a darkness his eyes needed a moment to accustom again to daylight. After that he could clearly see a small valley with tiny stream comming through the centre of it. On the other side of glade one could notice an entrance to a cave.
"Here we are... Home." Tor said with attachment to this place evident in his voice.

"Wow," said Ruby, clearly amazed at the beautiful small valley. "This is a great place, Tor, a great place it is."

"That sounds like a good place to start," said Shorty. "I think I have a few ideas that might work." He then began heading to the mess hall.

"Lets hear them. its not like we've got many options.." Ali said, following Shorty, Littlefoot following atr a close distance...

Shorty thought for a second. "Let's see... I've heard Guido say that one of the floorboards in the mess hall is lose. If someone small happened to be standing on one end and I suddenly step on the other end, I'm sure that would be enough to make them scream, not to mention I could send them flying over a table."

Chomper and Spike walked into the mess hall.
"Only 30 minutes left in the challenge!" called Chris through a loudspeaker

"30 minutes? grest so we have to scare at least 5 of them.." Ali said , looking down..

"If there's one thing I'll never do, it's give up," said Shorty, with determination. "We'll use that floorboard prank as a backup plan. I've got one that might be able to make everyone scream."

"We need to run Shprty. time is short..' Ali said.

Tor smiled at Ruby's statement "I am glad that you like it here... Maybe we will have better life in this place than we could ever have in that trehouse." he said.

Ruby had to agree with Tor. "Oh yes, this place is much better than that treehouse, much better it is." She then walked over to the stream to get a drink.

Hyp was up to his dirty tricks again. He had stolen a crate of supplies from Chef's tool-shed. He opened up the crate and the first thing he grabbed was a paintball gun. "I wonder how this works," he said to himself, before accidentally pulling the trigger and hitting a nearby tree with a green paintball. He fired at the tree a few more times, then decided to shoot his own foot. It stung a little, but he could handle the pain. "Perfect," he said in an evil tone. He then noticed a hockey mask in the crate and decided to put it on. He than began heading to the mess hall, being careful to stay hidden.

Hyp: What can I say? I'll do anything to get the results I want. I think it's time for those Loser Longnecks to kick somebody off, for once. I mean, come on, any game gets boring when one team always wins and the other team always loses.

Alright. Go with hi Littlefoot" ali said, stopping in front of the mess hall. "Good luck boys.. " She said softly, as Littlefoot and shorty entered.
"So whats the plan" Littlefoot said to Shorty.

Shorty whispered the plan to Littlefoot to make sure no one else would hear him. "Okay, first I'm going to hide somewhere, like, I dunno, the fridge? Then, you'll get everyone on the other team to stand near my hiding spot. Then, when you give the signal, I'll jump out of my hiding spot and, hopefully, surprise everyone enough to make them scream." Unfortunately, Shorty didn't notice that two particular fast-runners were not in or near the mess hall. This meant that, unless they were found, there would be no way to win the challenge.

Hyp was hiding behind a tree as he watched Shorty and Littlefoot walk into the mess hall, leaving Ali outside. If what he heard was correct, Ali was the only player on the BB team left in the challenge, making his task all the more easier. It's go time, thought Hyp, tightening his grip on the paintball gun and knowing that the hockey mask on his face would be very intimidating. Hyp then charged at Ali, roaring loudly, and madly shooting paintballs at her.

Alibducked to the groung keeoing her mouth because she knew if she opened it she would scream and all the boys efforts would be for naught. Akloi was pelted by green and yellow painballs and it was all she could do to keep her mouth shut. she winced as more painballs these were hard.

Whats the signal.'littlefoot whispered back, Shorty's idea was a good one,he thought.

"5 minutes left people!" Chris called.

"What was that?" Rory said. "Hyp, stop that!" said Myra.

Ali, suddenly had an idea. Climbing to her feet, she ran at Hyp... that device he was using would be perfect.. and given that the rest of the group would be returning with just 5 minutes left.. if she could get that gun, they had a chance..

"We should head back to the Mess Hall," Chomper called to Ruby and Tor.

"I agree," said Ruby. "I have a feeling that we might have actually won this challenge."

Shorty was about to answer when he heard the shouting outside. As soon as he saw what was happening, he became extremely furious. "THAT'S IT! YOU'RE DEAD, HYP!" shouted Shorty as he charged at Hyp.
Hyp easily saw what was coming at him. He quickly stepped aside, causing Shorty to rush past him and fall over. He fired a few paintballs at Shorty before running out of ammo. It was obvious that his original plan had failed and he was out of paintballs. He then saw how infuriated he had made everyone at him. He said, "Um... yeah." He then ran off as fast as he could.

Hyp: Okay, maybe I pushed my luck too far today, but there's always another day. I just have to make sure I don't make the same mistakes. I should also watch out for Chef, since I've been "borrowing" a lot of his things. I'd rather let Shorty have a chance to kill me than to find out what Chef could do to me.

Ali dove for the paintball gun only to find out it out of ammo. "Ok.. we lost guys.." She said , tossing the gun aside. "lets go to the confession booth and select the person to vote off.."

littlefoot looked at Shorty. "Its not your fault Shorty.. ewe just ran out of time.." he turned and headed to the Mess Hall.

Rory was friends with Shorty and Ali, and he thought Ali had broken up with the longneck...so his vote was Littlefoot. As was Myra's.
"We won!" cheered Chomper.

littlefoot paused in the confession booth. He had in his mind to vote for someone other than Ali or Shorty, even though he was pretty ticked at Shorty...Guido" Littlefoot said.
Ali waited for her turn in the booth.

Ali entered the booth... Er.. I have to pick someone..not Littlefoot or Shorty, we're a team, so it has to be Myra Roryor Guido... Ali liked them all but she had to vote foe 1 of them.. Guido"

Shorty: This has been one of the roughest days of my life, and Hyp is to blame for most of it. If it wasn't for him, we might have actually won this challenge! Anyway, I'm voting off Guido.

THE BONFIRE CEREMONY........
Chris came out with a plate of 5 sweet bubbles. "You all cast your votes and made your decision," he began.
"And sweet bubbles go to......Ali, Shorty, Rory, and Myra."
Down to Littlefoot and Guido.

Ali took a deep breath.. she was safe for a week
Littlefoot was sweating profusely... he looked at the last sweet bubble in Chris' hand.

"Littlefoot...." Chris concluded.

"Well... I could not expect anything else, could I?" Guido said with slim smile.

Chris smirked at the players. "Some of you may have thought this challenge was easy. But let's just say, tomorrow's challenge will tie you in knots!" he laughed cryptically.

Littlefoot breathed a huge sigh of relief. he had barely made it through..

"Take Guido away dudes," Chirs said to Dein and Terri "Or, better yet, chase him off," he laughed.
Dein smiled at his mate. "How about we chase the player off this time dear?" he asked.

Meanwhile, Chef was setting up the next challenge.
He got 2 very long ropes. For each rope, he made about 5 loops, and each loop was as wide as each player's waistline.
"This is gonna be fun to watch" he smirked.
"That's right viewers," Chris said to those watching at home, "Tomorrow's challenge: A series of 3 games where the teams are tied to each other!"

"Oh, and players," Chris called to the players. "Tomorrow, a TDI camper will guest star."

Great" Alittlefoot said.. As Ali Ran up to him, and gave him and huge hug. "So guys baxck to the Treehouse.. we need to plan our strategy for tommorow..' She said to Shorty and the others. "You made it' Ali said softly in Littlefoot's ear. "Come on..'

"Night everyone!" Chomper called.
Littl3e did they know, during that night, some interns snuck in and tied the rope around the player's waists so they were all connected while they were sleeping.

Ali stirred, and found she was tied to Shorty.. "What the..' She stopped..

"Huh? What's going on?" Myra asked, seeing she was tied to Rory...as well as Shorty, Littlefoot, and Ali.

"Great" Littlefoor muttered as he noticed he was tied to the rest of his team. "This is probably's chris' doing..'

Chomper and Spike had awoke, and noticed that themselves were tied to Ducky, Ruby, and Tor.
"Oh great," laughed Chomper.

Ruby awoke and also noticed the rope that tied her and her teammates together. "I think this might be for today's challenge," she said.

Shorty was also surprised to see himself tied to his team, but he didn't think too badly about it. After all, yesterday's experiences had proven how bad things could really get.

"Ok players, get to the river in 5 minutes for your first challenge today, as well as to meet the next TDI guest star!" Chris called in his megaphone

Littlefoot slowly made his way down the ladder, followed by Ali, who was trying to not lose her balance..."I wionder what crazy challenge chris has planned for us today..

"Me too," Rory said. "This game's been pure insanity since season 1."

"This is the weirdest challenge I have seen so far." Tor stated, looking at the ropes "Going anywhere will be very tricky now."

"It won't be so tricky if all of us can learn to move together," stated Ruby.

At the river, Chris was waiting with Ezekial, the player who had been brought back.
When the players arrived, Chris explained the game. "Your first challenge: you must race across this shallow river on foot, while tied together."
True, the river was not deep, up to about Ali's knees. However, there was a little current, and it was going in the opposite direction of they way the teams had to run.

Ezekiel was quite happy that he was actually getting the chance to be in the time of the dinosaurs and even talk with them. He wanted to talk to them about a few things, but decided to wait until after the challenge. He looked at the river and said, "It doesn't look that hard, eh."

"It doesn't look hard, but I wouldnt count my hatchling before they hatched." Tor said aloud to Ezekiel, after which he wshipered to his team: "I bet that someone will do everything to make this challenge harder, so I guess we we have to be prepared for unexpecting."

"Ezekiel can support which ever team he wants, so get ready players!" Chris called.

"I agree with you, Tor, agree with you I do," said Ruby. "You can never know how fast that water is moving until you're actually in the water."

"Well, we won't win this challenge by just standing here," said Shorty. "Let's get going!"

Ezekiel decided to assist both teams, since both of them seemed to be of equal strength, and he didn't know the players personally yet to have friends on either team. He would put most of his support on whichever team was currently losing.

"Come on!" Rory called, but the teams could feel the current try to push them back as they were running.

Chomper: Ducky's a swimmer, but even she was having a hard time in this challenge.

Ezekiel followed close behind the two teams. As soon as he stepped into the river, the current was strong enough to cause him to slip on the bottom of the river and fall over, proving his lack of outdoor experience. "I think I underestimated the strength of the current, eh."

"We can do this," Rory strained, stepping forward.

Myra: While I was at Loser Valley last season, I was told about some of these old TDI players who we didn't meet. I heard this "Ezekiel" kid said some sexist things about girls...

"It is hard, but I think we can make it." Tor said "As long as nobody..." he stopped as he slipped on underwater stone. Since he was in a middle of his team living chain, his trip had a very bad outcome...

Seeing the whole RR team fall over, Ezekiel rushed over to help them up. "Don't worry, I'll help-" he then slipped on another rock and fell into the river again. He got back up. "If I can, eh." He helped Tor and Ruby get back up.
"Thank you for helping, but I'm getting the feeling you might need just as much help as we do," said Ruby, noticing how often Ezekiel had slipped in the river.

"We gotta be careful," said Chomper, stepping carefully after he got back up.

Ducky wasn't too concerned she actually thought this challenge could be fun as she stated,
"Oh yes, this will be a fun day it will, it will!"
Tippy on the other paw was rather upset as Guido had been voted off again! But at least this time he couldn't go anywhere as they were all stuck on the island, and she was sure he'd show up eventually as part of the crew so it gave her a little hope and forced a smile on her face.
"Tippy is ready for this..." She then looked at the water and how each team was tied together and finished her sentence. "...Tippy hopes."

Littlefoot slowly made his way across the lake. given his larger bulk the current didn't push him back as much. "Be careful where you step" He said.
-ali followed close behind. the current was pretty fast here, but they kept pressing on..nearby they could see the RRs and Ezekiel slowly makingtheir way across..

Spike made a noise suggesting he was happy they were gaining speed.
"All right!" cheered Chomper.

"I am standing again." Tor said as he got up from water. He had to watch better how he was making his stepps, if he wanted to avoid another accident...

Guido suddenly flew (or rather glided) to Tippy. When he landed he greeted her and asked with smile:
"Hi, Tippy. How averyone else is doing?"

"Keep going! We're almost in the lead!" cheered Ruby.

Shorty briefly looked back and saw how close the other team was. "Hurry! They're catching up!"

Ezekiel followed the RR team after he had helped them back up.

Littlefoot continued moving they now emtred a part of the river where it sloped upntowards the bank on the other side.. this allowed them to pick up speed, and littlefoot now moved faster in the siatance he could see what looked to be a white board. now as he got closer it said "follow the arrows" there were white arrows on the ground leading into the forest.. "I guess there's more to the challenge than just crossing the river" Littlefoot called bsaack to the others, as he did he noticed the RR's getting closer.. thier lead was sim. lIttlefoot continued moving up the slope and became the first to reach the other bank."Ok guys we neeed to follow these arrows. Hurry! The Runners are just behind.."
Ali made it shore just behind Littlefoot. "So we keeping moving together..'

"Oh great, more of a distance to go," said Rory.
Meanwhile, Chris was waiting by the finish line, as were Dein and Terri. They were going to be a part of the 2nd challenge.

"And we keep moving fast!" added Shorty.

"Hurry! We're not that far behind!" said Ruby, trying to encourage her team.
Ezekiel quickly made it to the top of the riverbank and offered to help the RR team climb up it.

littlefoot kept moving at a steady pace, following the arrows down the opaths, the arrows curved around corners and forced the team to travel in loops. but they were making good progress..

Chomper and Spike sped up, and the teams were pretty close together.
"I can see the finish line!" Myra called, seing Chris, Dein, and Terri.

Littlefoot broke into a run pulled the group along as he broke into the small clearing where the finish line was. above Chris' head were three counter.. two were for the two teams, the third.. was showing the gap between the two teams, currently the Broncos had a lead of five seconds... Littlefoot flung himself across the line...
Ali followed a second afterwards.."So we have a few seconds lead on the Runners.. thats not much..

"Come on son!" called Dein.
The teams kept running. The Battling Brontos were only 3 seconds away from the finish line!

Littlefoot movee into a fullout sprint.. as he crossed the line, ending the first part of the challenge he slowed down and allowed the rest of his team to cross the line. Ali crossed the line and looked back. Chomper Ruby and the Other Runners had reached the line, 3 .5 seconds behind them. 'Nice job" ali said to them as they finished..

Ezekiel was the last one to cross the finish line. When he saw the results of the race, he said to the RR team, "Not bad, eh. You almost won this part of the challenge."

"The Brontos win the first part of the challenge!" Chris announced.
Dein and Terri stepped forward.
"Part 2 of the challenge: Each team climbs onto one of Chomper's parents, and they will be running around the island. If your team falls off and hits the ground, you lose!"
Myra talked aloud about what she had herd about Ezekiel.

"So you have thing against girls huh? that we're not as smart, not as fast, and not good as boys at.. anything? Ali frowned. "I think Ezakieal, that you'll find thats as not true here, as it is among among your species.. Girls can do several things that boys can't.."

"But, I don't think that way anymore, eh!" said Ezekiel, trying to prevent getting everyone mad at him.

Ruby was a little angered at Ezekiel's comments from TDI, but she knew that a conflict now would be a bad idea.

Ali frowned but said nothing.. she merely walked on past Ezekiel.

Ezekiel simply stood there and stared at the ground in shame. I can't believe this is happening again, he thought.

Dein and Terri leaned down so the teams could climb on their backs.
"Let's hope we can hold on," Chomper said.

Ruby agreed with Chomper. "We will have to if we want to win this challenge."

"Come on, time to win another challenge!" said Shorty, as he began walking to one of Chomper's parents.

Ezekiel continued to stare at the ground in shame with his hand in the pockets of his sweatshirt.

The RR team climbed on Terri, while the BB team climbed on Dein.
"Ready dudes and dudettes? 3...2...1...Move!" He called to the sharptooth parents, and they began walking.

Climb on Ezekiel!" Ali saisd, as Dein began to move...
_ Yeah, otherwise You'll be left behind!' Littlefoot said. hanging on to the back of Dein's head.

"No thanks, I'll walk," said Ezekiel, as he began walking away to where the next challenge would be. He still looked depressed.

Ruby: I'm sure every girl was offended by what Ezekiel had said about girls, including me. But as soon as someone mentioned it, he looked really sad, and anytime I see someone sad makes me feel a little sad too.

The sharpteeth had begun walking around.
"I do kinda feel bad for him," said Chomper, holding onto his mother's back.
Myra meanwhile felt like he had made a mistake by talking about Ezekiel's past incident.

"So how long do we have to hang on?' Ali asked . She was holding onto Deim's neck, just below littlefoot. ' They have to go around the island, I think..' Littlefoot replied..

"And if we fall off, we lose," Rory said, holding onto Chomper's dad's tail.

'so everyone needs to hang on as tight as we can.." Ali said, as Dein moved on down the path..

"Got it," Rory and Myra called back.
After a few minutes, Dein and Terri were told to walk faster.

Littlefoot moved a little futher up Dein's head.. Ali moved up a little futerher as well..
-
Chomper had an easy time holding onto his mom. "We can win this," he said hopefully.

"Er.. what happppens if neither team falls off?' Ali asked..

Just hang on Ali..' Littlefoot said. "We don't want to have to vote some one off again.."

"Oh, one team will, but if not, both teams get dropped down and the first one to touch the ground loses," Chris explained.

"Great..' Littlefoot said. 'Guys climb up little higher on Dein if you can.. the speed which Dein was mnmoving at increased again.. Littlefoot could feel the wind whip past him..

"This is awesome!" Rory caled, climbing higher and enjoying the ride

Ali Continued to climb... right behind Littlefoot..

"This is actually kind of fun, fun it is!" said Ruby, enjoying this part of the challenge.

Shorty climbed with the rest of his team, but soon started to slip. "Um, little help?" he said. His front legs were now holding up most of his weight.

Grab onto my Tail, and I'll pull you up" Ali Said, lowering her tail down to Shorty.. "Just Climb up slowly.." She said smiling at Shorty..

"As long we are not falling, I agree with that, Ruby." Tor said, holding firmly to Mama Sharptooth neck.

Chomper sat atop his mom's head, his balance was good.
-
As soon as Shorty had regained his balance, a rock flew by, barely missing his his head. "Whoa!" exclaimed Shorty, ducking his head a little. "Is somebody throwing rocks?"

"Yeah, that would be me," said Hyp, quietly enough that only he would have heard it. He was hiding behind some thick vegetation with a pile of rocks at his feet. He picked up another rock and threw it. Again, it barely missed Shorty's head.

"Who's doing this?!" called Rory.
Meanwhile, Rhett was a little jealous of shorty and Littlefoot.

Whoever's doing that needs to stop' ali said, she had seen the second rock just miss Shoerty..

Hyp threw another rock. This time, his aim was a little off. The rock hit Rory in the chest.

"Hey!" Rory called, but luckily he didn't fall off.

Ali movred high until she was bumping into Littlefoot. The Stones kept flying. 'Climb higher guys" she called down to the others..

"I'm sure this will stop soon," said Shorty. "I mean, whoever's throwing them can't possibly have a limitless amount of rocks to throw.

Hyp truly did have bad aim. He kept on missing. He threw the last rock he had, which hit Myra in the head.

Ali breahed a sigh of relief as thje rocks finally stopped coming.. "Hang in there guys. I think Dein's going faster now.." She said..

Rory managed to keep his girlfriend from falling. "That was a close one," Myra sighed relieved
-
Habng on guys' Littlefoot said. From what he could see, there was a big bruise on Myra's head from where the rock had struck.."Whoever threw those rockls is going to pay.." He muttered

Darn it! thought Hyp, who was now out of rocks to throw. I'm going to need a backup plan.

"We can worry about that Later, Littlefoot" Ali replied, "once the challenge is over.. hopefully we'll get a few days to rest after this one.."

Ichy and Tricia came by. "Need any help?" they asked Hyp.

"Ow.." said Myra.
"Whoever threw that is gonna pay..." muttered Rory angrily.

"Sure," said Hyp. He then got an idea. "How about we do what I'd like to call 'Trip a Sharptooth'. We'll simply roll a log down a hill and hopefully cause one of those sharpteeth to trip on it and fall, preferably the one carrying the Loser Longneck team." 'Loser Longneck' had become Hyp's way of referring to the BB team.

Ali and Littlefoot switched grips, as Dein broke into a full run....

"Sure!" Tricia and Ichy agreed, helping Hyp with a log

"Great!" said Hyp, seeing that they now had a log. "Now help me get this to the top of that hill over there. Those sharpteeth will be back any minute."

How much longer do we have to do this?' Littlefoot asked...His arms were startigng to ache, and he moved them around to get some feeling back into them..

Tricia and Ichy pushed with all their might, and soon, the log was in place.

Spikenearly lost his grip! "Hang on!" called chomper, grabbing Spike

Ruby also grabbed Spike and helped him back up. "That was a close one, a close one that was."

At the top of the hill, Hyp held onto the log to keep it in place. He then pointed and said, "Here they come!" Chomper's parents, carrying the two teams, could be seen approaching.

"I guess it is harder for fourfooter to hold to something or someone." Tor said, trying to help Spike without loosing his own grip.

Just then, Dein saw the logs coming. "Hang on!" he called to his passengers as he lost his footing.

As Dein Stumbled, Littlefoot and Ali, hung onto the back off his head , with all thieir strength. Dein stumbled onward for a while, trying to regain his blance, which was no easy task with passengers hanging onto him. finally, after stumbling onto flat ground, Dein manasaged to fully regain his footing..

Who put those logs there?' Ali asked after Dein regained his footing..

"Someone from the side lines," Rory deduced, keeping his grip too.

"Lets just hope that whoever it was isn't simply targeting us.." Littlefoot said...."If they're part of the crew they have to be impartial.."

"Well, we know how much Chris loves chaos," Myra commented.

"Shoot!" exclaimed Hyp. "Is there nothing that can bring those losers down!?"

Shorty looked at the top of a nearby hill and saw Hyp jumping around in anger. This could only mean one thing. "Hyp," grumbled Shorty. "I should have know that coward was behind all this! As soon as I get the chance, I'm going to- WOAH!" Shorty was so angered that he completely lost his balance and fell off.

....and with the rest of his team tied together, you could guess what happened next.

the shorty falling out, quickly dragged those below him off, and put pressure on the those above. soon Littlefoot and Ali were the only two hanging on. "Climb back on guys' Hurry" Littlefoot called out, Shorty , Myra and Rory were dangling off of Dein's back, and he was not stopping. Ali tried to arch her back, the strain of the other three members are slowly starting to pull her down Dein's back..

"Oh crap, this isn't good..." Rory said, slipping further, trying to climb back on.

Shorty tried to grab onto the rope he was tied to to help pull himself back up. However, being a 4-footer made this really difficult. As he struggled to get a grip, his constant movements were making it harder for Littlefoot and Ali to hold on.

Littlefoot felt himself being pulled down Dein's back. "Shorty,hurry! grab onto DEin's back.. " Littlefoot struggled tioo get back up towards Dein's head..

Hyp stopped jumping around in anger and saw what was happening. Shocked as he was, he didn't bother to ask any questions. He knew he had to finish the job. Rolling logs clearly wouldn't work, and there were no rocks up here to throw, not to mention he had bad aim. With absolutely no other ideas, he decided to just go for it. He ran down the hill towards Dien. He then jumped and grabbed onto the rope that tied the BB team together. "You're going down!" He then yanked on the rope continuously to try to pull the whole team down off of Dien's back.

Shorty was too focused on trying to get back up to see Hyp approaching until it was too late. As soon as he felt the rope jerk, he looked down and saw Hyp trying to pull them down. Shorty was now infuriated. "Stop that! Stop that now!" he shouted. Clearly, Hyp was not backing down.
______
Ruby saw Hyp run down the hill and grab onto the BB team's rope. "Hey! Is he allowed to do that?" she said, pointing at him.

"Yup," Chris called nearby.

"This sucks!" Rory said, almost falling off, which he probably would any second.

"Stop that, now! I'll kill you if you don't!" shouted Shorty.
"You don't scare me!" taunted Hyp. He still held onto the rope and was hanging a few feet off the ground. He then saw they were getting closer to a large tree branch and got an idea. He wrapped his legs and tail around the branch and, with one mighty tug, pulled the entire BB team off of Dien. The weight of the whole team was so great that the branch broke and he fell to the ground with them. Not wasting any time, he quickly got up and ran off.
Shorty was quick to get up. "Get back here!" He tried to run after Hyp, but the fact that he was tied to his team stopped him in his tracks. Once again, another bad day for Shorty.

"The Rabid Runners win the second challenge!" Chris announced. "Just one more team-tied-together game to go! Follow me dudes."
Chris led the players to a big trampoline, which was one of the things the players had learned about. On each end of the trampoline were basketball hoops, and in the center was a basketball.
"Challenge Number 3: A game of basketball," the host smirked.

Ezekiel had been waiting here since the start of the second challenge. "I thought basketball was played on a court, not a trampoline, eh." said Ezekiel.

"PEople and dinosaurs love originality, what can you do," Chris replied.
Each team climbed on. "First team to seven points wins," Chris said.
Chomper smiled.

Ali Dove for the ball, and grabbed it with her frontrt feet. she tell passed it to Littlefoot, who carried the ball towards the hoop. "Shorty! Catch!" He called out tossing the ball to the other longneck.

Ducky being smaller and faster jumped into the air with trampolines help of course and grabbed the ball out of the air and shouted, "Ruby Catch!" As she threw the ball as hard as she could to the pink fastrunner.
Tippy was having fun even though she was still playing against the others. She smiled as she used the trampoline to literally jump over Ali and tried to keep the ball with her team.

Longtail had for one reason or another decided to take a nap during this three part game. However he was startled awake as something bumped the tree he was sleeping in causing him too fall out and hit his head. "Ow...Cera! What's the idea?"
Cera scoffed as she stepped back and said, "I found the cave with everyones skycolor stones and I was planning to throw them off a cliff...wanna join me?"
Longtail was up on his feet with a smile on his beak in a matter of moments and replied, "Well then what are we waiting for?! Let's get rid of some stones!"

"I got it!" Chomper called, picking up the ball and running toward the basket, his team-tied to him followed of course.

Ali raced back to the hoop, as Chomper's razor-sharp claws punctured the ball, and it began to deflate..

Chris tossed another one onto the trampoline, Chomper knew to be more careful this time.

Ali Grabbed the ball from Chomper, And launched the ball from where she was. the ball sailed throough the air, and it was on track to go in. it caught the front rim and rattled in. 'WOW1 Great shot Ali. A basketr is worth 1 point right? No matter hoew far away it is, right" Littlefoot asked.

"Yup," Chris said.

Ok, so We're up 1-0. Is it win by 2 , or first to 7?" Littlefoot said.

"First to 7," Chris replied.
Spike quickly grabbed the ball.

Ducky giggled watching Spike. She turned to Ruby and asked, "Should we get the ball now?"

"Pass it here, Spike!' shouted Ruby, who was close to the hoop.

Shorty quickly intercepted and grabbed the ball. He then tossed the ball towards the hoop.

Before this part of the challenge had started, Ezekiel had overheard Ruby saying that she felt bad for him. He decided to talk to her after the challenge and help her team win. Seeing Shorty trying to score a point, he intercepted. Unfortunately, he jumped a little too high and the ball ended up hitting him in the face. When he came back down, he held his hands over his face and said, "Ow. I think I need to be more careful, eh."

"Thanks Ezekiel," Chomper called, picking up the ball. Chomper dashed toward the other hoop and scored a basket.

Ali took the ball and passed it to Littlefoot who made a beautiful arcing shot to give ther BBs a 2-1 lead...

Ezekiel quickly grabbed the ball and shot it towards the other hoop. However, the ball didn't go in and only hit the backboard. Ruby quickly retrieved the ball and, thanks to the effects of the trampoline, did a slam dunk. The score was now 2-2.

Spike jumped up and down happily. The teams raced back to the center where the ball had been placed.

Ali grabbed the ball and passed it to Rory. Take a shot!" She called out..

The fast biter jumped and threw the ball, scoring a point. "Yeah!" he said.

Nice shot1' Littlefoot cheered. They were now up 3-2

Chomper grabbed the ball. "We can do this!" he said hopefully.

We get a stop and we can go up 2" Ali called out, moving to guard chomper, her Front legs raised high in defense..

"Spike, here!" Chomper called, tossing the ball to him.

Guard Spike" Littlefoot called out, moving over to cover the Spiketail.

Spike passed the ball to Ruby

Akli moved over to cover Ruby, who was 15 feet away from the basket.

"Pass it to me, Ruby!" Tor shouted. He wasn't covered at the moment and he was standing pretty close to the hoop.

Ruby quickly passed to Tor. Shorty tried to intercept, but was pushed out of the way by Ezekiel.
-
Tor grabbed a ball and by using trampoline he jumped over the rivals. After that he made another jump to basket and in right moment he threw the ball, for the first time scoring point for his team.

It was 3-3 now.
"I got it!" called Chomper, pouncing for the ball. He grabbed it, and charged for the hoop again.
-
Littl;efoot stuck out his foot and knocked the ball away from him. Ali pounced on it and Drove up to the basket he ,ade a shot , her second of the game, to gave the Brontos a 4-3 lead.

Clearly, if the game kept going the way it currently was, the BB team would win by one point. A new strategy was needed for the RR team.
Ezekiel decided to act quickly by quickly grabbing the ball. Shorty tried to block, but Ezekiel simply went right over him by stepping on his back and using the momentum to soar right to the hoop. He was one foot short of a slam dunk, but he managed to toss the ball just enough to score a point. He landed rather awkwardly, but was able to quickly recover.
Now that the score was tied again, Ezekiel quickly whispered a strategy to Ruby. Ruby wasn't sure of it, but Ezekiel told her that she would have to trust him. Despite feeling bad for him earlier, Ruby still wasn't sure if she could trust him.

While Ezekiel was talking,. Ali grabbed the ball. She passed it to Littlefoot. "Shorty! Get open near the basket" He called out..

Chomper ran over to block Shorty hopefully.

Shorty caught the ball and made a shot before Chomper could have the chance to block. The ball bounced around on the hoop a few times, but didn't go in.
Since nobody had any idea if the ball would go in, Ezekiel took the chance and managed to reach the hoop just as soon as it was clear the ball wouldn't go in. He caught the ball and then threw it all the way to the other hoop, where Ruby caught it and then scored a point. Ruby was glad her team was now in the lead, and hoped that they wouldn't have to use the more risky part of Ezekiel's strategy.
The score was now 5-4 with the RR team in the lead.

Littlefoot got the ball and made a long jumper, tying the score at 5.

Spike retrieved the ball and jumped out of the way of Ali, who was blocking.

Littlefoot Jumped into Shorty, and they both fell down, with the ball squirting away. "Rory! Myra! Get the ball..! Littlefoot said.

Tor was quicker than fastbiters, as he grabbed the ball and before they could block him, he threw it to Ruby.

Ruby was close to the hoop when she caught the ball, which meant that she wouldn't have to rely on Ezekiel, for now. She easily scored a point.
The score was now 6-5 with the RR team in the lead. One more point would win the challenge for them.

Rory grabbed the ball, but Chomper was blocking. "Shorty, here!" he called.
-
Shorty grabbed the ball and wasted no time in making another shot. This time, he did score a point. Now that they were tied for the game point, Shorty was glad to have not made a fool of himself, for once.
Again, Ezekiel was quick to grab the ball. This time, however, the BB team was doing everything they could to block him. He passed to Ruby and then held his hands together near the floor. The plan was to have Ruby step on his hands and he would launch her over the other team towards the hoop for the game point.
However, Ruby hesitated. She would usually have little trouble trusting her friends, but she was having a hard time trusting Ezekiel.

"It's all or nothing Ruby!" Chomper called. "You have to do it!"

Before Ruby could act, Ezekiel was shoved aside by Shorty. Shorty did this because he just realized that, based on what he saw, Ezekiel was trying to make a desperate attempt for the game point.
With the risky option now gone, Ruby passed the ball to Tor.

Littlefoot reached in and swatted the ball out of tor's hands, and the ball rolled away, carried by its own momentum it rolled onto the other side of the trampoline. Get It! ali called out..

Chomper picked it up. He ran to the center of the trampoline and tossed it towards the hoop.......

the ball hit the bacboard, rolled around the rim, and rimmed out. Ali grabbed the ball and began moving it up the tramplone"If We score- we win" She thought as she encountered pressure..

Spike blocked Ali, and using his tail, whipped the bal....right into the hoop for the win!

"Nice Shot Spike' ali said as they walked off the trampoline....

"The Rabid Runners win!" Chris announced. "Battling Brontos, time to vote someone off."

Littlefoot hung hjis head as the team headed towards the Confessional

Rory, although they were friends, cast a vote for Ali.

Ali wwas waitinf for Shorty after he finished casting his ballot.. "Hi Shorty.. it was my fault we lost the last challenge. i should have gotten the ball o you sooner. You wre open, and would have scored easily" Ali said softly. "I think I may be going home tonight.. just a hunch..

THE BONFIRE CEREMONY............
Chris came out with 4 sweet bubbles.
"Shorty, Littlefoot, and Rory, you're safe," Chris announced, tossing them sweet bubbles. Down to Ali and Myra.
"The final sweet bubble goes to.........Ali."
But after Myra was eliminated, Chris came out with a surprise:
A wheel was brought out with pictures of the 8 non-returners from Season 1. "One of the old losers is about to join your team!" Chris smiled.

Ali rolled back her chair, her surprise, was mixed with relief, and sadness. It was her fault they had lost.. she had been holding the ball when spike stole it from her and scored..

Chris spun the wheel...."And your new teammate will be..."

The last thing he needed was for another longneck with designs on ali on the team..

Ruby was sitting just outside the mess hall. Ezekiel walked by and decided to sit next to her. After a few seconds of silence, Ezekiel spoke up. "It's nice that you managed to win the challenge, eh. But I wonder why you didn't follow my strategy."
Ruby shrugged. "I don't know. I guess I just didn't trust you as must as I trust my friends."
Ezekiel sighed. "It's about those comments, right?"
Ruby slowly nodded.
Ezekiel sighed again. "You know, when I said those comments, I honestly didn't know I was hurting anyone's feelings, eh. I only said what I always thought was true."
"Why would you think those comments were true?" asked Ruby.
"I've been home-schooled my whole live." Ezekiel thought about how to better describe it to a dinosaur. "It's like... always staying near your nest and the only people you ever talk with are your parents."
"Wow, I can't imaging having to live like that, hard to imagine it is," said Ruby. "Why would your parents teach you such things?"
Ezekiel shrugged. "It's the way my parents were raised. I guess people these days don't think the way they used to, eh." After a few seconds of silence, Ezekiel sighed again. "One reason I joined this show was so that I could have the chance to finally meet other people of my age, for real. I can't believe that those simple comments have prevented me from having any friends, eh. I was happy to be given the chance to come here because I thought those comments wouldn't have such an effect on dinosaurs, but I guess I was wrong."
Ruby now felt very bad for him. It was tragic to think that Ezekiel still didn't have any friends because of what he had once thought was true. He definitely seemed changed now. "Maybe if you told everyone why you didn't mean to upset anybody with those comments, you might actually make some friends."
"Really?"
"Yes. In fact, if it makes you feel better, I won't mind being considered your first friend, mind it I won't."
Ezekiel smiled at this. "Thanks." Maybe the real world isn't so bad after all, eh, he thought.

"Rhett is waiting for you dudes at your treehouse," Chris explained.
Rory missed Myra, but he thought it would be neat to have Rhett back.

"Just a second, Ali. I need to deal with something first," said Shorty. He turned to Rhett and asked, "Do you have any idea why Hyp keeps targeting me in the challenges? He's really annoying me."

Well, I don't think he was targeting you specifically but the team in general. you guys looked like you were about to turn this competition into a one sided affair. you guys were winning every challrenge. So Hyp took matters into his own claws. Now I don't agree with his methods.. you're not suposed to interfere with a challenge.. for one... but he was sucessful in evening the score. Hyp is not going to stop Shorty" rhette replied loooking at him. He was roughly the same size as Shorty, and Rhette now was sizing him up..

Tor walked to Ruby and Ezekiel, whom were talking right now. "We won and none of us had to be voted off. I call it a good day." he said, then he looked at Ezekiel "By the way... Thank you for your help with challenges, Ezekiel."

"Thanks," said Ezekiel. "I'm just glad that you guys can see me as a good friend and not some sexist creep, eh."
"Everybody can be a good friend," said Ruby. "They just need to know how to be a good friend so they can have their own friends."

"If you are not like that anymore, then it doesn't matter to me." Tor said to Ezekiel with smile, but it faded as he turned to Ruby "I am afraid I have a bad news. Our sky colors stones... They are all gone. Somobody must have stolen them..."

"And I'm willing to bet it was Cera," Chomper said.

"What!?" exclaimed Ruby, who was very shocked to hear this. She then ran to the tunnel where they had kept their sky color stones, just to see if this was true.
Now that he was friends with Ruby and Tor, Ezekiel decided to follow.

Spike looked upset."Where could Cera have taken them?" asked Chomper.

Longtail: I gotta admit...I feel kinda bad...I did manage to keep one a secret from Cera, but the others might think I had something to do with it....but I did...awww...I feel bad now...
Tippy: Tippy wasn't sure about Cera's plan, but to see Longtail helping...that just made Tippy sad. Longtail is a nice flyer.

Ducky stepped forward to see for herself if the sky color stones were really gone and she shed several tears as she realized that they were indeed gone, and she looked up to Ruby, Tor, and Ezekiel and asked, "What do we do now?"

Tor run along with others and he looked into a tunnel, despite the fact that he knew that stones were gone. Seeing Ducky's sad expression, he trieyed to cheer her by saying:
"We can find another ones, but not now I am afraid. It is a dusk already and we coudn't see anything in a darkness of the cave." he sighed. It was the first time that someone stole something from him and his friends and he surely wasn't happy with it...
"Hello guys!" someone called from above. Tor look up to see Guido gliding towards them. In next second blue-green flyer landed beside them and said with a smile "I thought I will pay you a visit, so here I am and... er... What is wrong with your faces? Did I said anything bad?" he asked with concern...

"It's not you Guido, it's that someone stole our shiny stones," Chomper explained.

Meanwhile, Chris came up to Ezekiel. "Time to head back to the future dude," he announced.

Ezekiel felt a little disappointed that he had to leave, but knew that he had to. "Thanks again for the helpful advice, Ruby," said Ezekiel. "If I can get the chance, I'll try to visit as often as possible, eh."
"You're welcome," said Ruby. "I'm sure that helpful advice I gave will be very helpful for you."
Ezekiel then said his goodbyes to everyone else, then followed Chris to go back home.

All in all Ezekiel isn't a bad guy" ali said they watched him leave.. "I wonder who the next guest player will be.."

"Who knows," said Rory, climbing into his bed. "Night..."

Good night Rorry" Ali nodded as she looked at Littlefoot, then at Shorty.. Finally she looked at Rhette , who broke into a big grin as he saw her loooking at him..

"What we do now?" Tor asked "It is almost time o sleep, I guess, and my cave is closest."
Guido frowned a bit. "Time to sleep? During a day you have challenges to win and during night you all sleep, so the only time we will have the chance to meet each other is when this show will be over..." he stated gloomily.

Chris already had tomorrow's challenge planned: A game of Capture the Flag.
"Get some sleep dudes," he called through a loudspeaker, "Oh and Rabid Runners, we'll have some interns repair your treehouse."
"Night guys," Chomper said to his team, and began sleeping.

"That is nice that we will have our treehouse back soon, nice it is," said Ruby. She soon went to sleep.

"I don't know about you guys, but I really need some sleep," said Shorty, as he headed to his bed. "We'll deal with this in the morning."

Spike fell asleep, and had a great sleep story:
One where he was King of the Great Valley, and had a never-ending supply of treestars.

"Good night guys" Ali said.. "Good night littlefoot " She said, kissing him on the cheek, before climbing into bed..
"Good night ali.. Good night guys"Littlefoot said climbing into bed himself..
_ Hey..' Rheete frowned as he was now the only one not in bed.. He grumbled as he climbed into bed..

Tippy was wandering the island even though they were supposed to be sleeping. She just wanted to see what the island offered at night. "Tippy is hungry, Tippy should get some food." She said to herself as she moved to the nearest bush and began to eat the leafs.

Tor fell asleep too and Guido, seeing that no one else was awake, decided to glide around for a minute or two...

The human interns rebuilt the treehouse. 4 died and 2 were severely injured.

The next morning came. Chris came into the BB treehouse with his megaphone. "I love doing things they can't sue me for," Chris chuckled, then turned his megaphone on.
"WAKE UP PLAYERS!" he called.

As Tippy neared the cabins she noticed one of them had been rebuilt...and she was glad her friends would have a place to sleep now. However she almost jumped out of her scales when she heard Chris' voice over the mega phone in the BB treehouse.
"Tippy feels she should get out of the way." Tippy said wisely as she hid in several of the bushes and waited for the other players to arrive.
Longtail was also nearby to see how his friends took their wake up call.
"They have got to be angry after that!" he said with a chuckle.

Ali, Littlefoot and Rhette were jarred awake by the megaphone.. "Was that REALLy necessary Chris?' Ali, asked curtlyy rubbing her head where she had struck it against the bed rest...

"No, no it wasn't," smirked Chris.
"Anyways, get back to the ground. Today's challenge is a game of Capture the Flag."

Shorty got out of bed, still feeling a little sleepy. "For once, can't he let us have just a little more time to sleep?"

That would be a "No" Littlefioot said yawniung and stretcxhing..

Hey guys Rhettte said, grinning goofily as he looked at Ali..Ali ignored himm and began climbing down the rope ladder

"Ok players, today's challenge is a human favorite: Capture the Flag." Chris explained, "Each team is given a flag, and we'll give you 30 minutes for you to pick a base. To win, you must snatch the opposing team's flag and get back to your base without getting tagged. If you get tagged, you're out and must return the opposing team's flag. The winner is the team who succesfully steals the other flag, or if you manage to tag every member of the other team."

Shorty was really hoping that Hyp wouldn't interfere this time. This should be true, considering the fact that the teams were now even.

"Ok teams," Chris said, giving each one a flag, "Time to set up your bases!"

Littlefoot grabbed the flag and started walking off. "Come ion guys lets find a good hiding place for it. "

What about in a cave?" Rhette suggested.

"You dudes can hide it any place you can think of," Chris assured them.

But it has to be someplace the other team can get it, and vice versa for the Runners' ali said..as they walked along..

"Well... We were not planning on throwing a flag off the cliff." Tor murmured, before turning to his team "I guess we cannot hide this thing in my cave. It is not so safe anymore, since Cera has stolen our stones from there earlier..."

'Shorty, Rory, we need your imput. Rhette has suggested a cave' Ali said lookinng at them. "I'm open to any ideas you may have.."

"I'm okay with using a cave," said Shorty. "Caves are always easy to protect."

Ruby thought for a minute. Then, remembering that Chomper used to live on this island, she asked, "Chomper, do you know of any places on this island where we could hide our flag?"

Alright, then lets pick a cave, and guyard it.." Littlefoot said..
Ali nodded alright we'll use a cave. Rhette grinned They had chosen his idea!

Cera walked up to Chris with a devious smile on her face.
"So...what can I do to make this more...fun?" She asked darkly.
Longtail had decided to follow the RR Team and asked from the sky, "So, guys have you found a place to hide your flag yet?"
Tippy was sitting on the beach of the island enjoying the quiet calm of the splashing of the water. She then stood up and stretched as she asked herself aloud, "Tippy wonders if the teams have started the next challenge? Tippy will go see."

You're fast, so your job Rory is to guard the flag itself, and give the alarm if someone gets close.. You'll be the first one to try to get the flag back.." ali said..

"I guess I'll try to grab the other team's flag," said Shorty. "I mean, how hard can it be?"

"Does anybody else have any suggestions?" asked Ruby to her team.

Longtail smiled as it seemed they at least had a plan on how to keep their flag safe. He landed in front of Ruby with a nervous smile on his face and said, "I...I have something to tell you all..."

Chomper, who was standing outside the confessional and overheard Ducky's confession got an idea.
He went over and grabbed the flag and put it into his mouth."They'll never find it here," he smiled, trying not to swallow.
Spike waved to Longtail

"That is some good thinking, Chomper, good thinking it is," said Ruby. She then turned to Longtail and asked, "What is it that you have to say, Longtail?"

"Yeah,, what is it Longtail?" asked Chomper, carefully keeping the flag in his mouth.

Ali noticed a large cave in the clearing ahead. "How about we put the flag in there?' She pointed..

"Is that a good spot guys? Shorty?' Littlefoot asked. 'Rory I want to hear from you guys.."

"I really don't mind," said Shorty. "I did say that I was going to take the other team's flag, instead of guarding ours."

' Ali nodded. "You just have to got the flag back to us..Shorty..And if the plater who has it, won't let go of it, you bring them along with.." She grinned.

"And I'll guard ours," Rory smiled. "LEt's do this!"
"Go!" Chris called though a megaphone from his helicopter.

Littlefoot and Rhette ran down the path away from the cave towards the Runners.. "Now to find out where they hid their flag..

Chomper kept silent, not wanting to give away where the flag was.
Spike went ahead on another path to find the Brontos' flag.

Ali wentdown another path, across a small brook that ran through the forest..

Spike signaled for his teammates to follow.

Ruby came up with a good strategy. "How about Tor and I go in one direction, while Spike and Ducky go in another direction. By splitting up, we increase our chances of finding the other team's flag, and by working in groups of two, we can work together, which will also make winning easier." She then turned to Chomper. "I also think Chomper should walk around wherever he want's to, just to make sure the other team thinks our flag is not with him."

Shorty chose to follow Ali. As he headed down the path, he said to himself, "Hm, where would the other team try to hide their flag?"

Chomper nodded, agreeing with Ruby's plan. He began moving like he was looking for the flag with the rest of the team. "Got it," the sharptooth said.

Ali allowed Shorty to catch up with her. "I think we should work together Shorty..' she smiled at him.. "Got any ideas on where they might have hidden the flag?'

Tor nodded, agreeing with Ruby's plan, especially when he was supposed to be in group with her.
"In which direction you want to go now, Ruby?" he asked other fastrunner.

Spike and Ducky ran through some trees, passing by Littlefoot and Rhett.

Littlefoot and Rhette continued on, heading iin the general of the "stinky place" The smell grew as they approached..

"How about that way?" said Ruby, pointing to a part of the island where there were many caves. "I have a feeling they might be hiding their flag in a cave."

"I think we should start looking in some of the caves," suggested Shorty.

Chomper looked around, hoping the other team wouldn't see him.

Alright " ali agreed... But the other team, may have it on them too.. so we'd better check them too.. We'll pass the flag back and forth, to avoid getting knocked out.. sound like a good idea..

Ducky smiled but stayed silent as she and Spike contineued looking for the other teams flag.
Longtail had followed the group and finally said quietly to Ruby, "For those of you guys who think Cera stole your sky color stones...and...I..I helped her steal them...b-but then...we...kinda...sorta...ummm..t-threw them off a cliff..." He then closed his eyes and cringed in fear of what they would do to him once the game was over.

Chomper saw Shorty and Ali in the distance, and took a different path towards the cave.

"Alright. Lets go." Tor said taking the point.

Ali noticed Chompoe.. and the oddbumps in his face.. "Lets go after him< Shorty! I think he might have the flag.." ali said, turning and running afyter Chomper..

Ducky was worried as she nor Spike had run into the other team yet. "Spike I do not think this is working...no, no, no." she said aloud as she continued to look around.

"Uh oh..." Chomper noticed Ali and shorty and began running as fast as he could.

As soon as Chomper started running away, Shorty knew that Chomper probably knew something that he didn't want them to know. "Hey! He's getting away!" exclaimed Shorty, as he started to chase after Chomper.

Ruby immediately stopped when she heard what Longtail had said. After a few seconds, she said in a calm voice, "We'll talk about this later." She then continued walking.

Chomper dashed over a log over the river and pushed it off, to create some distance between himself and the longnecks.

Ducky got a bad feeling and looked around and as she did she saw Chomper and he was running...which she knew couldn't be good. "Spike hurry we have to help Chomper we do, we do!" she said to her brother as she hopped off of his back and started to run after Shorty and Ali

Ali Spead up and leaped over the creek. He definitely has the Fllag. If he won't cough it up. We'll just carry him ovrer to our side that that will be it..,' ali called back to Shorty. she was slowly gaining on Chomper.. who was headed towardsthe bRontos side of the field.
_ lIttlefoot turnbed as he heard the loud splash of the log hitting the water. "Cone on Rhette! he said turning and running back from whence he came.

Ypou think they found the flag?' Rhette askedas he turned and began running after Littlefoot..

Meanwhile, Spike arrived at the cave where the Brontos' flag and Rory was.

Littlefoot reached the creek and ran right through it. RRhette followed Right Behind him.

Chomper dashed faster. "We're gonna lose!" he panicked.

AlI leaped forward and tackled chomper to the Ground. the blow caused himn to spit out the flag. Littlefootran up and grabbed the flag. As he grabbed the flag a gun rang out. He looked up and saw Cheff riding above in a helicopter. "Scrawny Longnecks win! He bellowed. "Runners, get yourselves to the confession booth! Chop Chop!"

In this moment Tor heard Chomper's scream and he headed towards it, running. He saw that sharptooth was chased by two longnecks.
"If it wasn't for the fact that Chomper has our flag, I would find this scene funny." fastrunner said to himself, picking up a few pine cones from the ground. Then he threw it at Shorty and Ali, hoping to distract longnecks. He had a good aim, as the cones hit their targets.

"Aw man we lost and so quickly too..." Chomper said sadly.

Hyp: See what I mean? I decide to take a break for just one challenge, and those Loser Longnecks completely blow away the competition! I know, there's a lot of viewers who don't want to see me being up to my dirty tricks again, but I also know that a lot of viewers won't like seeing one team constantly winning. Therefore, my dirty tricks are necessary. The only thing I have to be worried about is Chef coming after me, because I've been "borrowing" a lot of his stuff.

Ali Ran up to Shorty and kissed him. "I owed you" She said as she pulled away.. "Lets head back to the treehouse and rest. " She said to the others.."We're back on the winning track.. nice work guys.." She said.

Tor looked around, seeking for Ruby, who surely could not be that far away.

Ruby had chosen to keep looking for the other team's flag, until she heard that her team had lost the challenge. Disappointed to have lost, she decided to find Tor and talk with him. She then saw Tor and said, "Hey, Tor. I want to talk to you about a few things, now that we've lost today's challenge."

"Alright, Ruby." Tor nodded "Perhaps our treehouse will be a perfect place for our talk." he said.

Ruby agreed with Tor and headed to her team's treehouse with him. She had a lot on her mind, considering that her team had lost today's challenge.

Chomper and Spike arrived back at the main area of the competition, and each headed for the Mess Hall.

When Tor and Ruby arrived at their treehouse, Tor entered team's cabin and sat down.
"So... What you want to talk about, Ruby?" he asked.

Ruby sighed. She then said, "First of all, I'm a little sad about our team. When we lost today, I realized something I should have realized a while ago. Our team is clearly not as strong as the other team, and the only reason we've won nearly half of the challenges was because Hyp made the other team lose, or so I've heard."

Ali , littlefoot and Rhette gathered inside thier treehouse.. "So the 5 of us are still in it..' Rhette was relieved. He had made it through the first challenge with the team. What was even better: Ali had kissed him! he grinned thinking about it..

"We did it!" Rory cheered, entering the treehouse.

Yes we did" Littlefoot smiled. "We've earned a coiuple days rest..."
_ Do you guys want to hang out here, or get something to eat?' Ali asked.

Tor looked ar her surprised. Mostly because she sounded so resigned, defeated...
"Ruby..." he said quietly "Maybe we are not as good as Littlefoot, Ali, Rhet, Shorty and Rory, but it doesn't mean we can't get better."

Ruby already began feeling better, thanks to Tor's kindness. She hugged him and said, "Thank you, Tor. You really are a good friend, a very good friend you are." She continued to hug him for about a minute.
Once Ruby was sure she was feeling much better, she let go and continued what she had to talk about. "Maybe someday, we might win a challenge without having to rely on Hyp's dirty tricks. But we still have to vote off someone tonight. Chomper really tried to keep us from losing, so I think he should stay. I came up with a good strategy that might have worked, so I think I deserve to stay, too. For some reason I can't figure out, I certainly don't ever want to vote you off, so that just leaves Ducky and Spike."

Tor really enjoyed this hug. He secretly wished it to last forever and when Ruby finally let go, for a moment he had a trouble to think clearly about anything else than her. He shook his head and focused at words Ruby was saying.
"Well... Ducky is small, but she a swimmer and that may come handy in the future." he said "On the other hand Spike is strong, although he is a bit slow." It was a hard choice and Tor felt a bit guilty for debating who they should vote off...

Ducky was sad that her team had lost...again! But as she stepped in front of her teams treehouse she sighed.
Logntail however stepped up beside her and asked, "What's wrong Ducky?"
The little swimmer sighed aloud and replied, "We lost...again...but we are so few, I dont' want to vote anyone off no, no, no!" She then began to cry.
Longtail couldn't stand to see Ducky so sad, so he did the one thing he thought was best, he reached behind him with his tail and pulled out the last remaining Sky color stone. "Ducky...I want you to have this...I...I stole it from the Tor's cave earlier, but I couldn't get rid of it and I want you to have it."
Ducky was startled, but...glad that Longtail told the truth and gave the last stone to her. She turned and hugged the flyer for a moment. She then had to ask a question.
"Why did you steal our stones? I thought you were going to help us."
Longtail sighed as he answered.
"Well Cera kinda talked me into it....but I swear everything after stealing the stones was her idea!"
Ducky looked suspiciously at Longtail now and asked, "What do you mean?"
Longtail stepped away from Ducky before answering this question.
"She...t-threw them off a cliff..."
Ducky's eyes widened as she screamed loudly, "SHE DID WHAT?!"
Longtail pulled a stunt Spike was famous for and buried his head into the ground.

"What's wrong Ducky?" Chomper asked, having officially not cats his vote yet.

Ali paused. "We'll have a vote, those who want to get something to eat.. can go.. those who want to stay behind.. can stay..'

Ducky turned to face Chomper and said, "Cera took our sky color stones and tossed them off a cliff!" She then asked Chomper "Who are going to vote off?"

"I don't know yet," Chomper said.

Well, I'm getting something to eat" Rbhette said.. "i'm hungry..."

Chomper was served a bigmouth by Chef, which was the type of dino Hyp was.

Ruby sighed and said, "I guess we should. Since he can't talk, there really isn't much he could do, compared to the rest of us."

"You dudes kinda sucked today," Chris said to the Rabid Runners, 4 sweet bubbles on his plate.
"Let's see, Sweet bubbles go to Chomper, Ruby, and Ducky." Now it was down to Tor and Spike. "The final sweet bubble goes to........Tor."

Ducky really didn't want to but tears could be seen running down her face as she turned to face Spike. "I am so sorry...I am, I am...please do not be angry with me Spike."
Longtail took that moment to walk up to Ruby and asked, "N-now you wanted to speak...t-to me about....the sky colored stones...."
Tippy walked over to Spike as well. "Do not feel bad Spike...Tippy will keep you company!"

Ruby could easily tell how scared Longtail was. "Well, you may have been the one who decided to steal those stones, but it wasn't your idea to trow them off a cliff. Besides, you eventually realized that you made a bad decision and apologized for it. I think your apology deserves to be accepted. I accept your apology."

Chris came on over the loudspeaker. "Ok players, my treat: You have the next 2 days challenge-free!"
Spike didn't look angry at Ducky. Chris turned to Dein and Terri. "Chase him off," he said, as that was part of the ceremony this season.
"Finally we catch a break...." Chomper sighed.

Longtail sat down almost immediately as Ruby accepted his apology...and he sighed from relief. "Y-you...had me worried for a moment Ruby...t-thank you for not getting angry at me."

Terri gave a gentle smile to Chris as she nudged Spike with her snout and ushered the spiketail away.
Ducky smiled to see that Spike wasn't angry with her, and she waved goodbye to her brother.

Spike meanwhile was now a part of the show's staff, joining Tippy, Guido, and Rita who were currently at the Craft service Table.

"Night Chomper." Tor said to sharptooth, before turning ro Ruby "It is getting dark and sky seems to be clear, so the stars should be pretty much visible. Would you like to watch them with me?" he asked her, hoping that answer would be 'yes'.

"Sure," said Ruby. "After sleeping in a cave or the treehouse for a long time, I haven't really looked at the stars in quite a while."

Rory was snoozing away in his team's treehouse.

"I know a nice grassy hill, from which we will get the best sight." Tor said "It lies that way." he pointed in some direction.

Ali followed Rhette to the mess hal " wait up Rhette" She dsaoid, as she climbed down the ladder..

Shorty decided to stay in the treehouse with Littlefoot. He had something on his mind, but wasn't comfortable with letting Ali hear about it. He said to Littlefoot, "Now that we've won another challenge, I'm kind of worried that Hyp will try to make us lose the next challenge. I know, he's only doing it to keep the teams even, but I'm getting the feeling that maybe we should stop trying so hard."

Littlefoot sighed. " Yeah he probably will, but Shorty, he's not going to stop, even if we dial it back.. he's doing it for his own reasons, his own enjoyment.. I think it was a mistake for Chris and Chef to hire him.. He 's not going to stop trying to mak us lose, and we have to factor that in.."

"But we can stop him right?" Rory asked, waking up.

We can try.. We have to make him think before trying to interfere with us.. We could have Chris put him on the Runners team, and then he;d have to follow the rules..

Ali caught up To Rhette " So Ali.. " rhette said " Um.. can I talk to you?'

"I'd hate to see Hyp win though," Rory responded to Littlefoot's plan.

Ruby walked alongside Tor, who was currently taking her to the grassy hill he mentioned.

"Good, so we all agree ibn that.. "So.. Shorty.. about Ali" He looked his brither square in the eye.. "You really like her.. don't you?'

"So... We are almost there, Ruby." Tor said, when they reached a bottom of the hill. It wasn't overly big, which was good, as they would not have to climb for long to get to the top. After they arrived there, Tor lied down on the grass, so he could have a good and comfortable look at sky.

Rita, in the Intern's area on the other side of the island, went up to Tippy and Guido. "So who do you guys want to win?"

Ruby lied down on the grass near Tor. She looked up at the stars and said, "Wow! It's been so long since I've really looked at the stars like this, I forgot how beautiful they really are."

Shorty sighed. "Yeah, I guess. I just don't have many chances to see how much I do like her. There's just too many distractions on this island."

there won't be the next two days.. " Littlefoot said. "You can go off with her if you want, I won't get jealous. Ali and I have a strong bond, a special bond, but she deserves to have more than just one friend..What you guys do together, is between the two oof you, I won't ask, and you don't have to say anything.."

Meanwhile, Petrie flew over to Ichy. "Me getting over sickness," he said.
"Like I care," responded Ichy. Petrie just sighed.
Tera looked over at Guido through the corner of her eye.

Guido shrugged at Rita's question "As I am out of competition it does not matter to me so much. It would be easier for me to tell which person I want to lose though." he said.

"Yes, they are." Tor said "Do you see that star over there? It doesn't shine strongly now, but it is still visible." he pointed to some light spot at the sky. "Its my parents star. They actually hathed at the same day."

"Wow, that must be quite a coincidence," commented Ruby. She then pointed to another bright star. "I think that star over there is my Starday star, but I'm not sure since it's so far away from the Night Circle. My Starday comes when that star is near the Night Circle."

"Shorty, right?" asked Rita.

"Yeah. They joked that they never knew who should wish 'Happy star day' first." Tor said with chuckle. Then he pointed to bright star, which was not very far from the group of five stars lying in line "And that is my Starday star. When it gets very, very close to this group of bright spots, then it will mean that I can celebrate my another Starday."

"Yeah... This guy has not given me many reasons to like him. Quite the opposite." Guido said, then he glanced at Tera for a second "But maybe I am not the one that may judge other people."

"Wow, I guess our Stardays are not that far apart," said Ruby. She then realized that Tor hadn't spoken much about his family. "Tor? I don't remember hearing you say anything about your parents until just now. Where is your family?" She wasn't sure if she should be asking that question.

Ali sat down in the mess hall with Rhette. "I'm glad that we won' Rhette said , tryinmg to make conversation.. "I like you Ali.. ou know that?

Yes, and theres a line ogf longnecks in front of you.. I think, You Shorty and Littlefoot are fighting over me.." Ali said.

Tor suddenly saddened, before he said just a single word: "Sharpteeth." A moment of silence had passed and he added "It happened one Cold Time after we got here. Since then I've been living on this island alone."

Ruby now realized how lonely Tor really was. Sure, she really missed her family, but she always knew they were alright. Tor, on the other hand, had no family left. This made her feel really sorry for him. "That is a very bad thing to have happen to you, a very bad thing it is. Now I know how lonely you have been this whole time." She decided to make him feel better by hugging him. This time, she didn't let go.

"How cute," Petrie said silently, looking at Ruby and Tor from high in the sky.

Tor felt familiar warmth spreading out inside his body. He was utterly happy at this moment and he was only wishing it could last forever. He returned a hug to Ruby. He hoped that she was doing this because of something more than having a pity for him.

Chomper and Rory were sleeping in their respective cabins.

That night, as the interns were sleeping, Tera still wasn't done with her revenge on Guido. While the glider was sleeping, she grabbed one of his feathers.

Ali and Rhette finished eating, with them sharing some small talk..

Chomper got hungry and went to get a midnight snack.

Ruby still didn't want to let go of Tor. Although she started the hug out of pity, she continued it for a different reason. For some reason that was hard to explain, she didn't want to let go of him. She then realized that she might have feelings for him, like her parents had for each other. She wanted to tell Tor about this, but felt it was too soon to do so. Not long ago, her mother had given her advice on starting such a relationship. She had said that the slower a relationship is developed, better it will be. Ruby's parents were a good example of this working, and Ruby decided to follow that example.

Chomper slept peacefully that night.

After continuing her hug with Tor for a few minutes, Ruby finally let go and said, "It's getting really late now. We should probably go back to the treehouse so we can get some sleep."

Chomper got up for another late-night snack. "Hi," he waved to Ruby and Tor on his way to the Mess Hall.

"Hmm...?" Tor murmured, then he get up as well "Alright. I think I had enough star-watching for one night, so lets go back." he said going along with Ruby.

Ali and Rhette reached the treehouse..
So what are you going to do about Ali, Shorty?' Littlefoot asked again

"I'm not sure yet," replied Shorty. "I'll think about it. After all, Chris is giving us two free days without challenges." Shorty yawned, then got into his bed and said goodnight.

As Ruby arrived at the treehouse and got into her bed, she thought about what she would do for the next two days. Now that she realized that she might have feelings for Tor, she knew she would have a lot of thinking to do. Perhaps, if she felt ready enough, she would admit her feelings to Tor on the second of the two days.

Tera was watching the BB team from the sky. "Guido's not rid of me yet..." she laughed, still holding the feather she stole from him.

Spike meanwhile was eating nearly all the food in the place meant for the interns.

Tor thought quite about the same thing Ruby was thinking. He had to admit that being around her was making him much more happy that he would ever expect to be and he wanted to stay with her forever. Question was... Does she feel in the same way about him? Maybe the answer to this question will reveal itself in next days?

As Spike ate the food, Longtail was sitting nearby and laughing his tail off. He just found it funny that Spike of all his friends would be the one to not only find the interns food, but eat it all in one midnight snack. He then flapped down and smiled.
"Hi Spike, you like the food I see." he said with a small laugh.
Cera was stalking Longtail for the last few days just waiting for a moment to embarrass him, and make him feel stupid. "I'll get my moment...I promise Longtail!"

"At least he won't eat the sharpteeth intern's food," Rita smiled, biting a longneck.

Longtail: I don't know why...but I've just got a bad feeling about the next challenge...

Longtail smiled at Rita's comment.
"Yeah, you're right about that. Mind if I had a bite...watching Spike eat is making me hungry."

"Sure," Rita smiled, handing Longtail some chunks of longneck meat.

Ali stirred from her sleep. She was having a hard time sleeping.. She tosse and turned, but ccouldn't make herself comfortable..

Longtail smiled.
"Thank you Rita." He then began eating, and almost chocked on a bone he tried to bite through.

"Careful with those bones," Rita advised.

Longtail smiled at the comment.
"Thanks...I'll remember that."

"See you tomorrow," Rita said.

Longtail smiled as he watched Rita leave. He then choose a spot on the floor away from the food so Spike wouldn't accidently eat him and curled into a ball and quickly fell asleep.

Ducky was walking around the island when she noticed Rita walking. "Hi Rita, are you going to bed now?" she asked innocently.

"Yup, I had a good night snack too," she smiled.

Ducky giggled and smiled.
"That is good, yup, yup, yup!" She then looked to the sky. "I wonder who is going to win the prize this time?"
Tippy stepped out of the bushes with a smile as she answered.
"Tippy doesn't care as long as everyone is friends at the end."

"I'm rooting for Chomper," Rita smiled.

Tippy giggled as she responded,
"Tippy knew you'd say that."
Ducky smiled as well.
"I did too, yep, yep, yep! You are very loyal Rita, you are, you are."
Cera then stepped out of the shadows and asked, "What's up? Why are you all out here so late?"

"Midnight snacks," burped Rita.

Cera smiled gleefully as she stepped forward.
"you guys looking forward to the next elimnation?"
Ducky shook her head.
"No, because one of our friends won't be able to play anymore...why do you ask?"
Tippy was concerned too...but she wondered what plan Cera had.
"Why does Tippy have a bad feeling about this?" she asked aloud.

Littlefoot was awakened by Ali's tossings and turning.. "Can't sleep?' He asked. 'Yeah, I guessed i"m worried.. she admitted. " About what?"
_ I don't know, exactly, I just have a bad feeling about soomething.."

Cera turned to Rita and asked, "Well what about you? You excited about the next elimination?"

"As long as Chomper's not the one voted off, then yes," Rita replied. "By the way, do you know where I can get more meat?"

Cera chuckled for a moment as she listened to Rita.
"Well I'm not sure where Rita, but you being a sharptooth, I'm sure if you look hard enough you'll find some." she said while averting her eyes.
Ducky smiled and replied, "I will come with you I will."
Tippy was still cautious as to whatever Cera had planned.

Littlefoot moved over to Alki, and wrapped his arms around her in a embrace ' Its okay Ali..'

Chomper wanted another late night snack.

Ducky smiled at Rita.
"No I do not mind, you are my friend and mama says we should always help our friends, yep,yep!" she said in a cheerful voice.
Cera sighed for a moment before saying "I'll come and help too...I am kinda bored right now."
Tippy however stepped away from the group and went looking for Chris or anything that would help her get to the bottom of what Cera was planning.

"Ok," Rita smiled. "I'll find some prey, and you two lure it into postion so I can attack!"

Ali relazed as Littlefoot held her. she leaneed over and nuzzled him. ' Thanks lIttlefoot," She whispered as the two young longnecks snuggledin the darkness. 'good night' she yawned.

Tor was sleeping quite well in his bed and he was dreaming of a time when he was barely a hatchling and his parents were alive. Although he didn't have any siblings or friends to play with, he was still having a good time...
In this dream he was watching one bug, that looked different from others Tor had seen. He turned around and called to his parents, wanting them to see this weird bug too. But... There was no-one there, which was strange as he didn't hear them walking away and why would they? There was no mistake there, though. His parents dissapeard without a trace and he was alone. Where are they? he asked himself in thought. Tor didn't scream for his parents, despite he knew that he should, but some voice in his mind was telling him that it would be no use. Everything was silent at that moment and suddenly Tor had this feeling that he was being watched. He turned around to see pair of red eyes and mouth full of sharp teeth. The mouth had opened, closing in on him and then...
...He woke up (surprisingly) without a scream, but it didn't mean he wasn't scared. Quite opposite. His heart was beating so fast, as if he had been running away for a long time and he was trembling...

the morning came, and Ali stirred. Littlefoot slept next to her, they had both noddedcoff together.. Ali pushed him away and climbed out of the bed, and headed towards the rope ladder..

"How'd you sleep Ali?" Rory asked, the only boy left on Ali's team who wasn't a longneck obsessed with her.

i slept well' Ali replied " how about you..? I trust you slept well as well.."

"Fine," Rory smiled, "I just wish Myra was still in the game."

are you going to try to kiss me like Littlefoot, Rhette or shorty? " ali asked 'sorry.. its just those guys have a one track mind, and I don;t like where that track is headed..

Ali nodded " Thats fine.. it would be awkward anyway.. so what do you think Chris is cooking up for us next? It probably will be something disgusting.."

Littlefoot came up to them, as they looked down the the treehouse " Morning guys" He said cheerfully "at least we get one more day before Chris tries any more crazy ideas on us..How are you doing Rory?" he asked " Ali, how about you?
