Horse licks on a car

Below is a photograph that I took last year, while I was on my way home from school...

We were stuck in a traffic jam when that horse carriage suddenly came along and started licking the trunk of someone else's car.

Horse: "Mmm... metal... tastes so good..."

It reminds me of a certain Alaska regulation involving moose and what you can be fined for if they do something in the street, and you happen to be unlucky enough to own one. I'll let you look that one up.
