I wholeheartedly hate the measure of banning anyone from the GOF, but this guy had been outright offensive to anyone who disagreed with him and did not change his attitude one jot even after repeated warnings, PMs, and temporary suspension.
No disadvantage in wishing him a happy birthday (though pointless as he will be unable to see it and it once again brings up the question how heartfelt these congratulations really are), but he really got what he deserved after multiple chances had been offered to him to change his attitude.

What you can't view the fridge as a guest? I don't know about this stuff. I was only a "guest" for about 10 seconds before I decided to join. :p

You can when you are not banned, but supposedly when you are, you'll get an error message. This is just what I hear though. I only know for certain guests CAN see the Fridge when they are not banned.

I think if you are ip banned you'd get some sort of error message but would not be able to see any message, though likely the admin would know better then I would since I'm just guessing.

The only way he could see this is if he changed his ISP address. In that case, yes, he can see if we are wishing him a happy starday.

Not hard to do. :p I'm sure he can see this. It's a good thing he's not good at acting otherwise I'd suspect he's still here. But a guy like that couldn't act any other way. I think he might have had some issues.....
