Generally okay, but the claims on climate change and anarchy were quite awful to be honest.
The danger from climate change is in the long-term as the locations where fresh water and irrigable land are available could change leading to a rise in global conflict. And this is to say nothing about the increase in atmospheric energy that could make storms much more violent, and the rise in ocean levels which could threaten coastal cities and numerous island nations.
As for anarchy I take it that these people never studied what happened during the
New York Blackout of 1977 which led to widespread looting and vandalism within hours. If a group lacks a set leadership structure or emergency training (like in a city of a few million where everyone is effectively a stranger to everyone else) then things can go south quickly if the established source of authority is taken out or if communications are cut. This is why New York in 1977 went bad quickly, whereas after 9/11 it stayed quite controlled. In 2001 there was more of a sense of clear leadership, authority, and cultural cohesion so people reacted more calmly and orderly in the face of disaster. For the person to indicate that humans did fine without government for many millennia disregards the fact that the life expectancy during most of that time was below 30 years.
