A priest goes to China, and discovers he has the power to transform into a Velociraptor. He is urged by a Lady of the Loose morals to fight crime as his dino self, and oh there are ninjas!

I have to confess when I saw this in the Amazon que I thought it was a joke, but no its a movie.

I actually saw a review of this movie. Yeah it's bad but it was clearly made to be bad.
