A chance for me to create two new characters. One, a kind of generic villain character, the other, his supposed flunky. Both are simply put: Outcasts of the valley. not the meat eating type, just mischievious power lusting pests.

though the flunky might have a heart and may turn from the dark side

both characters are currently not named however.

Glad to have you back. This could use a new RP, but I think that some of the older ones should be finished first. Like this one right here. No hard feelings, but I've been waiting for this RP to finish for a while. It was good, but when you vanished, it sort of died. This one should be revived first, and while it is finishing up, this new RP should start.
