It is definitely not pond that was found by gang in the middle of film, so I think it happened right before Hyp&Co arrived and then adults (Topps) were mad at children for loosing water.

If I remember correctly, this is after Petrie fell into the water while playing bully and then Ducky says something like "Petrie, you are a Flyer, not a Swimmer."

If you don't know what scene to do, just do it like me and look into the caption this forum for inspiration. You just need to find the original link of the picture so you can post it here. Usually, you should find one where you know the scene pretty quick since you seem to know the movies very well as it is
