Blacker then Night
The Sun was setting over the Great Valley as another normal day ended for those dinosaurs living there. Life was plentful and calm. No threats lurking in the shadows waiting to feed on those who ate leafs. The night was coming and the day was going but this would be a night that would bring something new something that be their own doing.
It begins...
The dinosaurs all but settled when a mighty bang in the sky could be heard followed by a burning sound and a second bang more on ground level waking everyone up.

Patrie was awakened by the first bang, and the impact shook him out of the tree where his family was sleeping. " Oh, me no like loud noise. Petrie fly to see what it is." He thought to himself as he took off.

Cera snapped her eyes open from the first bang looking around seeing nothing and about to go back to sleep when the impact happened. "Ahh!" Cera looked around seeing her dad was awake looking around as well wondering what just happened.

Petrie, was flying overhead when he saw Cera. He glided down to the ground. " Hi Cera .Did you hear that big noise? It woke me up and now I 'm trying to find out where it came from. Me no like loud noises, Petrie was having a nice dream."

"Oh cause I heard it! it loud enough to wake even Spike up!" Cera snorted at Petrie. "Let get the others before Daddy sees us" Cera dash off into the bushes

" Cera sure be cranky today. Me think it because she just woke up." Petrie shook his head, then quickly flew off after the threehorn. In the distance, he could see the forms of Grandpa and Grandma Longneck.

Cera first to come with Petrie shortly after. "Hey Littlefoot are you up?" Whispers out of hearing of the two grandparent longnecks.

Hyp was woken up by the burning sound and the loud bang. "Whoa. What was that?" he asked aloud. 'I better find Nod and Mutt.' he tought and went to find them. While on the way, he ran into right into Cera.

"Hey! Watch where your going Hyp!" Cera sneers at him

Hyp jumps back in surprise, and looks down at the small threehorn before him. "YOU BETTER watch where YOU'RE going!" He sneers back. "Now get of my way!" He adds and shoves Cera aside, grumbling something about dinosaurs that just appear out of bushes and bump into him.

"If we wasn't going for Littlefoot I would teach that idiot a lesson!" Cera groaned looking at Petrie. "Now lets get Littlefoot and the others" Turns back to the two old longnecks trying to spot Littlefoot.

"You be careful Cera. He bigger than you." Petrie said shakily. " Me see Littlefoot!" he flew over to a smaller longneck behind Grandpa Longneck.

"Whatever..." Cera snorted then following Petrie to Littlefoot

Littlefoot sees Petrie and Cera and strolls over to them.
"Hey guys! So, did you hear it too? The loud noise?! Grandma and Grandpa were going to see if we could see what it was!"

"Whatever it was, I saw nothing landing. but heard it from somewhere over there" Cera points her head to the Land break area of the Great Valley.
-
Nod and Mutt have met together as soon as everyone was awakened by the loud explosions.
"What do you think it was?" Mutt was the first to ask.
"I don't know," Nod replies. "What do you think it was?"
"I don't know either. Wait, maybe Hyp knows something."
"You're right. We gotta go find him fast."
The two young dinosaurs set off in search of their friend.

Meanwhile, Grandpa and Grandma Longneck were searching the sky and the land for where the explosions might be.
"It sounds as if a flying rock coming down from the sky was what made that noise we heard," Grandma says.
"I agree," Grandpa says, "but it sounded louder and closer than all the other flying rocks we heard. It may have even landed here in the Great Valley. I'll go talk with the other grown-ups so we can search for the flying rock, while you go check up on Littlefoot and the other children."
Nodding to each other, the longnecks head off in different directions into the trees.

" Yes, we all hear it, it wake Petrie from nice dream". Petrie landed on Littlefoot's head.

"Looks like your grandparents have gone to get the other adults" Cera said noticing the grandparents leaving.

Hyp finds Nod and Mutt. "Where have you two been? I've been looking all over for you?"
-
"Sorry Hyp. We were looking for you too," says Nod.
"It seems everyone's been woken up by the noise," Mutt added.

As Grandpa left to meet up with the other adults, Grandma returns to the nest to find Littlefoot with Cera & Petrie.
"It is a good thing you little ones are safe," Grandma says. "Hopefully the only harm the noise has done was wake up the whole valley."

"I see." Hyp said, crossing his arms.
After a moment of discussing what it could have been with his two friends, Hyp suggested, "I think we should check it out and see what it was before anyone or anything gets hurt." Before Nod or Mutt could protest, he added, "The grown-ups will take forever deciding what to do, and we might not have the time. All we have to do is see what it was, come back, and tell them what we know. No danger involved."

Nod looks at Mutt. "Hyp does have a good point. Whatever made that noise must have landed somewhere here the Great Valley, so there should be no dangers here."
Mutt nods in agreement. They both look at Hyp showing they are ready to follow.

Cera looked up at Grabdma "It was sure loud enough. It sound real close more or less"
Cera then notice Hyp, Nod and Mutt going by "What are those idiots up too?" Cera thought with a frown watching them go by

Petrie looked around from the top of Littlefoot's head. " Me see nothing from here. Do you see any thing Littlefoot?"

Hyp noticed Cera and her unfriendly look, but decided to ignore it for now. They had something to check. The only explanation was a flying rock, which brought back some unpleasent memories of a dry valley, a great fire, the mysterious beyond, a tar pit, and sharpclaws. Which was why Hyp was especially anxious to make sure that nothing was wrong. Something nagged at his mind, saying that Littlefoor and the others in his gang would be needed. He looked back to where he had seen Cera.
'Bah, forget it.' he thought, 'No time.'

"Littlefoot! Cera! Petrie!" Ducky called to her friends as they arrived at Littlefoot's nest, 'Mom let us come by until she gets back. Oh yes, she did, yep yep yep."
Spike smiled and grunted, while nodding his head.
Ducky noticed the trio of former bullies. "Where are they going? Do you think they are going to see what the big bang was?"

Cera sighed "I bet they are remember what happened last time with them when flying rock landed... Littlefoot I think we should go after them make sure they don't get in the same mess as before" Cera said hating the part of remembering how annoying those three was before.

"What mess could they get themselves into this time? This time the flying rock landed in the valley." Ducky said. (Yes, Ducky had come to the same conclusion as Hyp.)

Hyp ad his two friends wondered the valley, looking for the source of this evening's chaos.
"Hey, look." Hyp said, pointing. There visible smoke rising up from the treetops. "There it is. Go let!"

Hyp and his friends burst through the bushes coming to the clearing that they could see the crater left from the impact but where the smoke was coming from something very black was inside and very hard to see only the small flames could show that a black and unusally rock sat there in the middle of it.

Nod and Mutt both stared in surprise that the crater and black rock within it.
"So it IS a flying rock after all," says Nod.
"That's right," Mutt agrees. "But, it looks weird."

'I've seen flying rocks up close before and they've never looked like this.' Hyp thought. "We better not get any closer." He advised, "It could be dangerous."

"Is that smoke?" Ducky asked the others, looking in the direction where Hyp and the others had gone, "It looks like it just now got high enough for us to see. Yep, yep, yep."

"Then lets go!" Cera said to the gang

"The smoke's clearing out of the hole a bit." Hyp said, straining to see the rock. "Whoa." He said when he got his first look at it, "I don't like this. Maybe we should go tell the grown-ups about this right."

"Yes, maybe you should. Yep, yep, yep." Ducky said, as the gang of five (pardon the term) appeared in the clearing.

"I was planning on it." Hyp said, secretly relieved to see them, "What took you so long?"

"So you three found it... it just a stupid hole with a rock in it" Cera said not even looking in it making her mind up at once.

Littlefoot stepped forwards.
"It may just be a rock Cera but remember the trouble the last time a strange flying rock came close to the Valley? Remember the Stone of Cold Fire and the problems that caused?"

Cera looked into it only just barely seeing the rock in the hole "It black? what type of flying rock is this?"
-
" It black because it was on fire. Me no like it." Petrie took off from Littlefoot's head, hovering over the strange rock. " Me no like it at all."

"Which is why we aren't touching it." Hyp said. "Its been on fire and I've never seen this kind of rock before."

"Good idea. Yep, yep, yep." Ducky replied, then asked, "So what are we going to do?"

"Maybe we should tell the grown-ups like Hyp said," answers Nod.
"Right," Mutt adds.

"I almost forgot about that." Hyp said (Hyp isn't the only one, WeirdRaptor almost forgot, too.) "hey'll probably be at their meeting place." Hyp then said, "Let's go!"

The group left ahead of Cera, she looked back at the hole and got a creepy chill from the tip of her tail up her back hearing a spokey sound like wind was blowing even there was none. Not wanting to find out what it was she turned and ran after the others fast as possible "Hey wait up!!!"

Meanwhile, all of the grown-ups have met in the meeting grounds not too far away from the kids. Grandpa was the first to speak.
"As what we can be able to guess by what happened recently, the noises that have woken us all was a flying rock that may have landed here in our Great Valley."

Mr Threehorn looked at Grandpa "Of course... but I bet some of us was awake then it hit... did anyone see it coming down?" Mr Threehorn moved his eyes around the gathered dinosaurs.

"I thought I heard something but I didn't see exactly what it was," Ducky (and Spike's) mother said. She continued to glance around the rest of the huddled group.

"Does anyone know where abouts the sound came from?" Mr Threehorn put his question forwards.
-
Just then, the kids emerged from the darkness and into view.
Hyp was the first to speak. He told the adults of the rock's whereabouts and that it was highly unusual.
-
Grandpa listens, quite surprised. "Highly unusual?"
"Yes sir," answers Nod. "Like Stone of Cold Fire unusual."
"Right," agrees Mutt.

"It was creepy. Yes, yes, yes." Ducky confirmed.
"Its not the kind of flying we usually see." Hyp added. "None of us were able to say that we've ever seen one like that before."

"I see. Then until we find out more about this flying rock, I must ask that you children steer clear from that rock for now. Now where did the rock land again?"

(Oops...just a note that Grandpa made that statement.)

Hyp and the others tell the adults where it is, even going as far as offering to show them the way.

Mr Threehorn shook his head. "No just point the way and we will go, you children helped enough... all we need is something bad happening and you children geting hurt." Mr Threehorn told Hyp
Hyp's father gave a nod and looked at his son "Threehorn is right. I don't know what I do if you got hurt."

Hyp looked a little doubtful, but nodded. He told them where it was.
"And its in the exact middle of the clearing, too." Ducky said, "Like it was aimed or something. It was weird."
Spike nodded, confirming what she said.

Cera spoke up "Yeah and just before I left there was some crazy howling sound like wind blowing but there was none around it. Chilly as well right down my back" Others started laughing getting a clue she got scared.
"Hey stop laughing! I mean it!"
Mr Threehorn didn't take notice or much of it wanted to "Now I suggested we go and see this rock"

"Okay, guys, cut it out." Hyp just loud enough for only Nod and Mutt, who were still laughing, seeing how embarrassed Cera was, "You wouldn't want us laughing at you."

Nod and Mutt zipped their mouths shut.
Grandpa nods to Threehorn. "I agree. Littlefoot, you and your friends should go get some sleep. The Bright Circle has already left the sky and you kids need the sleep. Us grown-ups will take care of the flying rock."

"Cera you and the other children go to the tall trees till we return" Mr Threehorn tells Cera.
"Yes Daddy..." Cera replied.

"Yes, Mr. Longneck and Mr. Threehorn." Hyp said. He whispered to Nod and Mutt, "Although I don't see how we're expected to get any sleep this night."

Hyp's dad heard this "How about I keep a eye on the kids while you Threehorn go with the others to this weird flying rock"
"Not bad idea spriter." Mr Threehorn nods agreeing to the idea "At least that way they would be able to sleep knowing grown-up is not too far"

" Me stay behind with the others, black rock give me bad feeling." Petrie said " What we do now Cera?"

"I guess we go to the tall trees, I hate to go near that rock it making creepy sounds" Cera said to Petrie

Nod and Mutt hears this and gulps simultaniously.
Grandpa Longneck lowers his head to the kids. "You children don't have to worry about that flying rock tonight. It might look strange, but it could be no danger at all. Now get some sleep. It will be a while before the Bright Circle returns to the sky."

Hyp's dad walked up to the kids. "I'll stay close keeping a eye out for trouble. So you kids don't have anything to worry about. now lets go to the tall trees."

'Danger?' Hyp thought, 'It was one flying rock, and it didn't block the water or bust a hole in the wall of the valley. What danger?' He was beginning to wonder if the adults knew more than they were letting on.

" If grownups say there danger, then Petrie think they right. Black rock give me bad feeling, me no want to go near it." He shuddered. " Me stay here where it safe."

"Oh don't be a scardy egg... I would go back but that sound that I only heard was very creepy and came out of no where" Cera said thinking about that sounds she heard.

"You scared too, Cera, me know it!" Petrie said defensively.

"Hey I know I was! you would be too if you heard that sound I heard!" Cera glares at him "But if you want I go and prove I can go near it again!" Cera told Petrie.
"Not when I am around, your in my care till your parents get back" Hyp's dad said from behind the children

Suddenly, a howling sound like the wind blowing came out of nowhere, and yet there no wind.
"Was that the sound you heard?" Hyp asked nervously.
Ducky cowered in fear and Spike buried his head in the ground.
(If you have a planned storyline set that I might be wrecking, Threehorn, I'll gladly change this addition to this RPG.)

Cera Gulps "Erm... yes that what I heard... but not that loud!" Cera shivered a bit.

" It the black rock again!' Petrie said, shaking in fear.

"How can anyone sleep through that sound, why don't we go and watch the adults see what they think of that black rock? Littlefoot what do you think?" Cera looks at Littlefoot wanting his view of the plan.

Mutt and Nod also hear the howling sound and gulp simutaneously again.

"I don't like this." Hyp said, "What on earth could it be?" He looked over at his father, "Any idea what that sound is, Dad?"

Littlefoot shudders at the sound. "I really don't know what that sound is but I've got a real bad feeling about it..." He looks up to Hyp's father

"I am going against the better judgement here... children come with me, we will go to the rock meet up with the others" Hyp's father telling the children to come with him to the rock.

Mr Threehorn and the other adults looked into the hole seeing the rock "I never seen a rock like this before but that sound it making is annoying!"

"The rock was creepy." Ducky said, "Its shape was too perfect. It was a circle, and it was like something made it, somehow."

"Made? what can make something like that? it a stupid rock that look round like the night circle" Cera believed it was nothing special about it
-
"Yeah,but the great circle is natural, and what about that weird sound that showed up only after the flying did?" Hyp asked, then stepped into a hole, tripping him up. "What the...?" he asked, and looked at the hol ehe stepped in. "And what about this?!" He asked, staring at the footprint that was not like anything to he's ever seen before.

"They look like the footprints of the strange sharptooth from Chomper's Island!" Ducky said, hiding under Spike, who buried his head in the ground, again.

Hyp's dad stared at it "That no sharptooth footprint... I never saw a sharptooth print that has two toes flat edged." Hyp's dad looked at the children. "Whatever it is... it no sharptooth that I know about"

' maybe it a smaller Sharptooth, like Chomper." Petrie said.

"I will check this thing out, you kids stay here" Hyp's father follow the direction of the tracks disappearing from view of the kids as he sprited off.

'I hope he comes back alive.' Hyp said.

Cera looked at Hyp "Don't worry your dad is a fast spriter. He can out run any old sharptooth."

Hyp still looked a little worried.
"Cera's right, you're da..." Ducky started to say, but was interrupted by a vicious roar heard, indicating that there was trouble.

Hyp's father ran up to the children "I didn't see what it was but it near I was there, let go! Move it kids!" Hyp's dad ordered pointint to the place the other adults are at.

Cera looked back at the direction Hyp's father ran from and the sound that came before that "If that a Sharptooth then it one weird sharptooth making a odd and new sound that I never heard off" Cera said looking at Hyp "I dare you to come with me to see what it is"

Grandpa looks at the strange rock as well. "This rock certainly does not look natural. I have never seen a flying rock like this before."
Then the roar is heard. The longnecks look over in the direction the roar came from.
"Could that have been a sharptooth?" asks Grandma, worried.
"I don't know, but we must check on the children right away," answers Grandpa.
Littlefoot's grandparents head in the direction to meet the spriter and the kids.

Mutt and Nod didn't have to think twice before following Hyp's father to the other grown-ups, but Nod quickly stops to notice Hyp and Cera and runs over to them. "C'mon guys! We gotta get out of here!"

"Alright we coming!" Cera snorted having Nod cut in on her dare.
-
"I wouldn' t have gone to see what it was, anyway. I'm brave, not stupid." Hyp said.

"I will see what this roar is... no sharptooth will get through me" Mr Threehorn said looking at the other adults then the children "I will be back Cera." He started to walk off towards the location of the sound.

"Still think the rock has nothing special about it?" Hyp asked Cera.
"Speaking of the rock," Ducky cut in, "Where is it?"
It had mysteriously vanished and no one had any idea of where it had gone.

"Hey it is... huh? what type of foot holes are these? there two sets and they covered with weird bits in the middle..." Cera stared at the foot prints at the light printed two sets and then the two heavy printed two sets.
Hyp's father looked at them "It looks like something else arrived when that odd rock hit the ground, something or someone must of carried it away"

"This is getting weird." Hyp said, looking around, nervously. "How could something be quick enough and agile enough to make off with the rock right under everyone's nose?"
"And the rock was still very hot." Ducky added, "I could feel the heat from far away when it was here. So, how did whatever it was even touch it?"

"How it happened. Happened and the tracks lead that way towards the east entrance of our Valley" Hyp's father looked at the tracks leading away into some near by tree patched area.

"And that is not where I am going. Nope nope nope." Ducky said.
Suddenly, a roar alien to the leaf eaters of the Great Valley sounded out in the direction of the East Entrance of the Valley, along with the raors and screams of several leaf eaters who apparently were standing in the rock thief's way.

"What ever it was that took the rock, it's attacking the other leaf eaters. Come on!" Grandpa says, heading towards the Eastern Entrance as fast as he could.
"You little ones stay right here," Grandma says, and she follows Grandpa.
Mutt stands there, terrified. "What do you think it was?" he manages to say.

"I take it back. This is not 'getting weird'. This IS weird." Hyp said.

Loud bang noises came after it as the adults rushed to the place which it was all happening at. They got there to find new comers all alright but very shaken up.
"What happened!? what did you see!?" Mr Threehorn demanded at once to anyone in the new comers herd.
-
"I couldn't tell you what it was, but I can tell you what it looked like." One answered. "It was like a sharptooth, just with arms to match its proportions. Not those puny ones we're used to seeing on a sharptooth."
"And it had spikes alon gits back." Another said.

"It's face I never saw before as well... it was round and the front was black and shiny... they also... talked..." a thrid said.
"Talked!? sharpteeth can't talk!!" Mr Threehorn thought it was outrages and crazy.

"If you don't believe us, smart guy: Go talk to him!" The third said, "He just went out that exit." He pointed to the nearby way out of the Valley.

"Fine I will!" Mr Threehorn glared at the vistor "Cera I will right back" Mr Threehorn went out the exit of the Great Valley.
"Daddy! Don't..." Cera watched her father disappear out of view.

"You just had to provoke you, didn't you." One of the visitor's friends said.
"Hey, he ticked me off."

"If daddy get hurt you will be sorry!!!" Cera glares at the adult.
-
"Then, perhaps, daddy shouldn't have been stupid enough to run ahead, alone."

"If I was bigger I will teach you a lesson you creep!!!!" Cera shouted out with rage
-
"Which reminds me: Why didn't one of you go after him? This makes no sense." the adult asked.
-
Hyp's father stepped forwards. "I will go, I'm the fastest runner here." Hyp's dad said. He took off after Mr Threehorn

" me go with Hyp's father. Me can fly fast." Petrie said. He took off after Hyp's father.

"I hope daddy will be ok..." Cera mumbled watching Petrie chase after Hyp's father.

Grandma takes one worried at Grandpa, who nods and says "I'm already there." And Grandpa follows Hyp's father and Petrie through the exit. Odon, a spikethumb (hehe...finally got one of my own characters in it :D ), glares at the newcomers.
"You should be ashamed of yourselves! I'm surprised why YOU did not choose to help the threehorn!"
Guan, Odon's teenage nephew, appears next to Nod, Mutt, and Hyp.
"So it was a sharptooth that took whatever it that landed here."
Mutt looks to Guan and nods. "Yeah, and a talking sharptooth too."
(sorry for the sudden addition of characters, guys, but I kind of had to do it)

(it perfectly fine) Meanwhile Mr Threehorn was close on the tracks of the odd creatures soon he saw lit flicking area ahead reflecting off rocks with orange, red and yellow. "Fire? in a rocky place like this? how can that be possible?"
Mr Threehorn about to go check it when Hyp's father arrived "Care if I come with you to find that out?"
"Whatever you feel spriter... if you followed then I guess there will be a thrid coming or a fouth..." Mr Threehorn muttered "Even I don't need this but it too late now your here."
"We'll wait here for a bit for anyone else from the valley to come" Hyp's father said back and both adults stood where they are in silence

After they were out in the open, they saw the light. It was held by a strange looing creature that stood perfectly still. the light suddenly vanished, and then reappeared in a different spot, it continued doing this, but in a pettern. It would vanish and reappear about twenty yards to the left of its previous position every time. It would be perfectly still while it was visible for the time period of half a moment. The time between disappearance and reappearance was only a few seconds.
After doing this about six times, it settled on top of a ledge of a mountain where they couldn't reach it.

Mr Threehorn watched the light and thought he saw about 5 creatures running in the darkness like a warning. "I think we been spoted it"
"I agree. Look the lit flame like point behind that ridge is dying down" Hyp's father repiled.
"Lets quickly look what it is before they get away" Hyp's father agreed to Mr Threehorn's idea and both went off to investgate it before the strange creatures vanished.
Just as they went to investgate Grandpa and Petrie arrived.

(this is a taking a turn for the seriously werid. I wonder how this will be resolved.)
"This is getting old." Hyp said as paced back and forth. "Where are they? And what is going on around here?"
"I do not know." Ducky said.

"So much got us getting sleep... all it had to do is that black rock... it had to crash in the valley at night!" Cera groaned with anger.

Hyp's father looked over the top of a high rock using Mr Threehorn's head for getting the height to look over it. "What do you see?" Mr Threehorn asked.
"Nothing... just a lot of track movements with a circle of rocks and wood almost burnt to nothing" Hyp's father said jumping down off Mr Threehorn's head. They went to the rock circle smelling the burning wood.
"Where did they go now?" Mr Threehorn growled with annoyance.
"They moved pretty fast... we better head back and tell the others what we seen" Hyp's father suggested.
"Fine..." Mr Threehorn replied both turning back heading back to the Great Valley.

Petrie reached Mr. Threehorn and Hyp's father." What be that strange light?". He landed on Mr Threehorn's frill. He saws the remnants of wood smoldering on the ground. " Somebody were here, but who?' He asked Hyp's father.

"Yes I know someone was here kid! But they gone! we not going to chase them all over the place." Mr Threehorn said couldn't be bothered to tell the little flyer to get off his head.

" Then we go home and get sleep? ' Petrie asked hopefully.
Nick

"Yes Petrie, we heading back and you and the other children can get some rest before the Great Cicrle raises" Hyp's dad said to Petrie
"Then we better be going before that happens" Mr Threehorn said with them starting to head back to the Valley.

Oh me hoping you say that." Petrie said joyfully. He took off of Mr Threehorn's head and flew towards the Great Valley.

"Kid get back here! your not flying back in the dark! if you was going to get hurt I will get a mouthful of your mother!" Mr Threehorn shouted at Petrie before he got to far from Hyp's dad and Mr Threehorn.

"Leave the Great Valley because of one rock? that a laugh! what going to happen? those crazy cretures got what they wanted. they will never come back" Cera said pridly and looked away a bit "I hope" whispers to herself

Grandma looked at the entrance to see Mr Threehorn, Hyp's dad and Petrie return but no Grandpa longneck.
"Where is Grandpa longneck?" Grandma said worriedly

Littlefoot gasped and lowered his head in sadness.
' Grandpa!' he said. He felt terrible, as if he should've told him not to go.

Mr Threehorn saw the sadness on Littlefoot's face "I'll go back and find him" Mr Threehorn said turning around running back out the Great Valley "One stupid rock caused my sleep to be ruined... good thing I have the will to do this" Mr Threehorn said as he ran out the Valley.
"Don't worry daddy will find your grandpa Littlefoot" Cera said to Littlefoot.

Mr Threehorn came up to the smoking wood half the time it took to get back. He looked around to see Grandpa longneck just a bit ahead. "There you are Longneck! your Littlefoot is worried." Mr Threehorn walked towards him. "Hey..." Mr Threehorn gets cut short by Grandpa Longneck

Me coming with you." Petrie exclaimed as he flew after Mr. Threehorn.

Mr Threehorn groaned hearing the flyer but didn't say anything just waiting for Grandpa to give his reasons for cutting Mr Threehorn short.

(sorry guys. I normally come on about once a day, and because of winter break, my time will be limited. Thanks for taking over some of the other characters)
Since the little flyer flew far ahead of him out of sight a long while ago, Grandpa knew he was lost. He realizes he must return to the Great Valley before he runs into an ambush of sharpteeth. He takes a 180-degree turn and tries to find his way back, unaware that he is being followed. It wasn't long until he meets up with Threehorn and hears what he has to say.
"I'm sorry I took to long. I see that the sharptooth that took the flying rock is gone?"

Guan looks to his uncle and whispers, "Grandfather Longneck has been gone for a while. Maybe we should look for him too?"
Odon keeps watch on the entrance, but whispers. "We should give them a little more time. Longneck and Threehorn both have a good reputation of protecting themselves. We will not step in until they truly need our help."
Mutt and Nod were listening to the conversation between the spikethumbs. Nod inches closer to Guan and asks, "You think they could be in danger?"
"Who knows?" replied Guan. "It was a sharptooth that was in the Valley, and they're in the Mysterious Beyond, which means more sharpteeth. We'll just have to wait and see."

"Longneck how do we know it a Sharptooth? We not even sure what they really look like" Mr Threehorn replied looking at Grandpa. "I suggest for now we go home"

Hyp looked towards the exit where Threehorn and Littlefoot's Grandpa had vanished into. He caught sight of a strange glow. 'What is that?' he wondered silently.
From where the light was, a pair of cold eyes glared down on the valley.

Cera notices it too "What is that?"

Grandpa nods in agreement and heads back to the Valley with Threehorn, still unaware of whatever it is that's following them.

Guan looks to where the others are looking at, and sees the pair of glowing eyes. He turns to his uncle and whispers. "Uncle, look."
Odon sees the eyes as well. "That does not look like either Threehorn or Longneck. We still have unwanted company."
Mutt cowers behind Nod, who's legs are frozen in fear.

Suddenly from the location of the glowing eyes a red light flew up into the air and was so bright that it light everything around it for a mile in a red glow.
"What the!? the red thing is making red light! How!? it not the bright circle or the night circle" Cera stared in confusion as many others was.

"Perhaps we can be of assistance." The Rainbow Faces said, suddenly appearing.

Cera looked at them "you! what brings you two crazy rainbow faces back to the Great valley!?" Cera looked at them strongly and then turn back to see the red light in the sky fall and fade away before reaching the surface turning the area back to it normal colour in the night light of the moon.
She looked back at them "Do you know what they are!?"

"Intruders to this world." The Male said before his mate could shush him. "The red light vanished, but they will be back."

Guan watches in surprise at the rainbowfaces' appearance.
"Hey! Weren't you two the ones that were talking about the Stone of Cold Fire last time you were here? And who are 'they'?"

Meanwhile with Mr Threehorn and Grandpa Longneck they walked up to a pass towards the valley when two of the creatures jumped from behind rocks with odd looking sticks in their hands. "Freeze!" one of the creatures shouted
"What if we don't?" Mr Threehorn tested the creatures words. the second one aimed the stick in the air and then...

The sound was loud enough to be heard inside the Great Valley. "Whoa what was that!?" Cera looked around for the source of the loud sound.
"Oh my this isn't such a good night..." Grandma said

"Your father and Littlefoot's Grandfather may have met a bad fate." The female said, upon hearing the sound.

"No your wrong! I don't believe you!" Cera yelled at them.

"What kind stick is that!?" Mr Threehorn stared at the smoke coming from the end.
"erm what did it say?" the second creature said lowering his weapon.
"Put your translater on your idiot" the first said back.
"Oh right" put his hand near his head and pushed his finger on something.
"Are these meant to be sharpteeth? they sound like fools to be" Mr Threehorn whispers to Grandpa longneck.

"Is that Petrie I see?" Grandma noticed Petrie flying back into the Valley in a hurry.

Petrie was out of breath when he landed. " Red light ... make more red light ... Petrie scared and fly away from light but light chase Petrie...."
He collasped on the ground.

"Yes.. Him and Longneck were with 2 small creatures . With sticks. The stick... gave off the light. Me think they in trouble." Petrie gasped.

"Daddy in trouble! I got to go and help him!" Cera said about to go off to help her father.

Littlefoot nodded.
' i gotta go too! Grandpa needs me!' he said. He began to walk off

Odon stops Littlefoot and Cera. "Hold it. You're both too young to go off into the Mysterious Beyond. We'll go and help them. Guan, you'll have to stay here too."
Guan lowers his head. "Darn!"
Odon looks to Hyp's father and the two rainbowfaces (perhaps we need to make up some names for them :blink: ). "They'll need our help, and you two know especially what help they need." His words were directed to the rainbowfaces.

Grandpa Longneck heards what Threehorn says, but thinks of a more settle approach. He looks to the creatures. "We don't mean any harm to you, but we have the right to know why you attacked our Valley."

The two laughed and then looked at the dinosaurs "Attacked? we've not here to start a war just to pick up the rocks and return home. So the sooner you forget this and go back to your valley. what will be your price?" First said to them.
"Price?" Mr Threehorn blinked, second creature sighed this time getting a sense he didn't understand the word Price.

Hyp's father looked at the Rainbow faces "Do you know who these creatures are? Are they sharpteeth? where did these creatures come from?" Hyp's father put a line of questions forwards to them.

Just then, a more familiar roar is heard from not far away at all...

The sharptooth's roar is heard through the entrance. Nod and Mutt hid behind Hyp.
Guan was surprised. "I'm pretty sure that roar belonged to a creature we DO know about..."
"The sharptooth is not far from the entrance," Odon says. "We must get Longneck & Threehorn back and seal this entrance as quickly as possible. We can deal with the rock and the strange creatures later."

"Oh great... you and your big mouth..." Mr Threehorn mumbled.
"Perpare to defend ourselfs!" the first said raised is stick from Mr Threehorn's view.
"What!? these guns will do hell nothing to it! that sounds like a Rex!" the second one said back.
"We have to try" first said back and the second sighed getting his gun ready waiting for the arrival of the Sharptooh.

The gradually louder footsteps of the sharptooth converges nearer to Longneck, Threehorn, and the two creatures.
"We must get back to the Great Valley," Grandpa Longneck says. He looks to the creatures. "If you want safety from the sharptooth, then come with us."

first looks at the second then they both looked at him "At this point that is the only choice."
"Agreed"
"What!? Longneck are you crazy!?" Mr Threehorn looked at Grandpa

Grandpa looks at Threehorn. "We can't just leave them here to the sharptooth."
Another roar comes from the sharptooth, found to be only around the corner of a tall cliff face.
(Sorry for being a little late. I'm coming down with a pretty tought cold, so my appearance for the winter break will be less. I'm also wondering why not many people are responding to the RP.)

Mr Threehorn looked at grandpa "Fine we take them with us, let go!" Mr Threehorn said with the two creatues not waiting a second sooner running with the two dinosaurs going off after them heading the Great Valley disappearing around the bend just before the Sharptooth appeared.

Cera walked back and forwards "Why did this have to happen?" Cera moaned with a yawn even tired she felt like she couldn't sleep at all.

As Petrie came to the opening Mr Threehorn and Grandpa Longneck came into view running with two creatures that Petrie never saw before. "Move out of the way kid!" Mr Threehorn yelled as they fastly approched.

Petrie hurriedly complied, letting the two adults and the other creatures pass.

Mr Threehorn and grandpa stopped in front of the group with the two creatures reaching them minutes later coughing and puffing until they saw the Rainbow faces.
"You!" the first shouted pointing at them
"This is your fault that this mess happened!" the other shouted
"If you didn't interfer with the mission of collecting the metal black sphere from space we wouldn't be in this mess and the sphere wouldn't be shattered into 6 pieces!" the first man shouted with anger. Leaving the dinosaur aroudn them much confused.

"What you taking about?" Petrie asked in confusion.

"Ask them!" Both said at once pointing again at the two rainbow faces "They caused this!" they said again.

Hyp had had just about enough of this and how he felt was becoming a bit hard to conceal.

"Yes what are the creatures speaking about? they surely know you two" Mr Threehorn looked hard at the two.

"Instead of yelling at each other, I say we fix this problem, so this can just end." Scully said, "I think we've caused enough anxiety on the Great Valley occupants' minds."

"Oh give it a rest... this is plainly your fault. When this is over the Earth High Command going to trail both of yous for interfering in human affairs" Zac said to the rainbow faces, specially to Scully

"Hu-man?" Mr Threehorn stared at the two creatures.
"So that what those creatures are. Weird name for their kind" Cera looks at the other kids.

"Excuse us" Scully said, "but you were stealing some items that didn't belong to you, and if you hadn't opened fire when we tried to retrieve them, you would have been just fine. And about your threat: Your cohorts in crime have not the power to hold us, or to even find us." Scully said to the human who had been yelling at her, "Now, are you going to help clean up a mess you are not blameless in or continue behaving like a child?"

Mike stood between them "Well if I can speak. this is needed to be let out. I am part of a joint group serect formation created by the Rainbow command and Earth High command. So is Mulder we was to play as normal offices between two races but we are part of a hidden operatations to find out more about the theifs. the ones that attacked your ship Scully was a rebal group of humans and rainbow faces. They want the Sphere to take over Earth and your world." Mike told them both then showing the symbol to them.
The dinosaurs looked totally lost at this stage. "I want to know what the blazes going on! no more riddles and questions!!!" Mr Threehorn sneered at the humans and Rainbow faces.

Question from WeirdRaptor: Okay, there is a misunderstanidng going on here, right? The Rainbowface, Scully, was on a ship that was robbed and they were tricked into thinking that it was Mike and the loud guy who stole it, right?

Asnwer from Threehorn: No nothing like that. the ship was involded in a attack by a rebal attacker looking like a human ship. Only Mike and Mulder really knew about it and the rebal forces but kept it quiet. A protocall that they follow.

So, where is the friction between Scully and Zac coming from? And how come the normally more knowledgable Scully is in the dark?
Sorry I'm just not getting this yet. I'm still trying to hold onto a 'Land Before Time' mindset and there's a spaceship plotline to it.

"This is just getting ridiculous." Hyp said, "What are they talking about?"

Guan looks to Hyp and shrugs. "I have absolutely no idea."
Even Uncle Odon and Grandpa are at a complete loss of words.

Mike looked at them "here is the simple words, we from the future and a black sphere from our time crashed here in 6 pieces, soon as they are collected we will be on the way. But it has to be done before the rebals find out what happened and come here" Mike told them with Zac standing there not even saying a word.

"Uh-huh." Hyp replied, cynically, "From the future. And may I ask how anybody could go from one time to another?"

Zac looked at Hyp "Simple, our ships been fitted with a system that has enough energy to tear through bounders of time and space going to any point in future or past and this sphere was able to do that" Zac said.

Guan slowly manages to piece the thing together (he's still a dinosaur, anyway). "So, you need to find the pieces of this sphere and put them together to be able to return to where you came from?"

Zac nods "Yes soon as we get them we can leave and..."
"You said I always talked to much" Mulder cuts off Zac looking at Scully

Hyp held his face in his hands, exasperated, groaning a little with frustration. "So, this is just too weird for me."

"You still do" Mike joked "You always give your moves away in chess games and talk about things that I never heard of" Mike said and Mulder was about to say something back but got caught up in it and shout his beak not able to make a come back.

If you do something to mess things up now, you might change what actually was supposed to happen in your time." Hyp said, "I say we do what Scully here suggested, and get all six pieces collected so you can go home."

Zac's comm. device in his pocket makes sound that gives everyone the jump "Sir... sir... d...o... yo...u Cop.y" the sound had a lot of static
"I can't hear you private. What the problem with connection?" Zac asks.
"Me......or coming.... cl...se... transmissions a...e diffentcult. re...et... Metor... in...oming........." The comm. goes dead with heavy static.
"Metor!? oh crap... if you can hear me!!! destory it! repeat destory the metor coming in!!!" Zac shouts in his radio.
"Dest..ry? ye..." nothing more is said when the comm. makes no sound.
"What!? you can't it will change the time line as we know it!!!!" Mike screamed at Zac punching him in the face knocking him to the ground "Our mission is to get the pieces or die when that rock falls! not destory the rock!"
Zac gets up "I have other plans" he said with a dark grin pulling out a control pushing keys down on it then looking at them and the dinosaurs. "This is only the beginning..." He said pushing the button and disappearing before their eyes.

Hyp's father looks at Petrie "I think we should find those pieces soon so you can leave" he looks at the human and two rainbow faces.

Grandpa and Odon both nod in agreement with Hyp's father. Grandpa looks to the children. "Littlefoot, you and the other young ones must stay here. The rest of us will go look for the pieces."
Guan steps forward. "But we have a better chance of finding those pieces if ALL of us work together..."
"May be true," Odon says, "But it's still too dangerous. This situation is much more serious now, especially with this 'meteor'."
Grandpa steps in. "You both have a point, but as Mr. Strider said, we must find those pieces soon. We can't waist any more time sitting around."

Mike looked at them "And get them before Zac does, he going to destory the metor before we can stop him... so we have to get the four others pieces to get a edge over him" Mike said to the dinosaurs.

"We can fit in smaller places than you or the other parents Mr. Longneck. So we're helping too."

"What do you know! it your and their fault this happened!!" He looks at the Rainbow faces as well

Grandpa thinks for a while. "Well, alright. But we need to split up and cover more ground, and we need at least one other grown-up to look after you."

Odon stares at his nephew. "We will only search for the pieces and return here. No heroics."
Guan salutes. "Yes sir."

Mr Threehorn looks at the rainbow faces and the human "I will go with these three... how ever weird they are I will keep a close eye on them" Mr Threehorn said staring that them still.

Grandpa wonders for a while. "Perhaps they could go with Threehorn's group. Threehorn may handle the three, but since what has been happening today, it is hard to expect anything now. But it's your decision, Mr. Strider."
Mutt and Nod look at each other in confusion. (I almost forgot that I'm playing them too. :p )

Petrie turned to look at Cera. "Where we go first? That rock could be anyplace."

"How am I meant to know?" Cera muttered "Take a pick in direction and we follow." Cera stared at Petrie.

"The Valley is a very big place," Grandpa says. "It will be difficult to try to find all the pieces in time."
Guan thinks of something. "How about we all start from the Thundering Falls, and then our group search from there down the flowing water to the Wash, while Mr. Threehorn's group search along the Great Wall back here."
Odon looks at his nephew. "Sounds like a good enough plan to me."
Mutt whispers to Nod. "We should've stayed around him instead."

"If you see Zac between him seeing you" Mike warns "He after the pieces sololy for his own means now."
"Great a human that like that flyer... greedy for power and rulering" Mr Threehorn talks about Petrie's uncle. "But that a plan to me, let us do it your way" Mr Threehorn looks at Guan.

"Then it's settled," says Grandpa. "Let's go to the Thundering Falls and go find the pieces."
Grandpa leads the group to the Thundering Falls, with Guan staying by his uncle's side, and Mutt & Nod staying with Threehorn and Hyp.

"Well there isn't any thing here" Mr Threehorn said as they arrived.
"Because it black you dumbass" Mike said back.
"Why I outter!" Mr Threehorn sneers and Grandpa get between them.

Petrie took off of Littlefoot's head to scan the area. "me not see any piece of rock."

Littlefoot looks around "Maybe we can't because what he said" Looks at Mike. "So maybe we look for a hole in the ground" Littlefoot suggested

"Good thinking, Littlefoot," replies Grandpa. "Now as Guan suggested, we split up and search for them. My group will head down the flowing water to the Wash, and Threehorn's group will cover the Great Wall."
Odon, Guan, Mutt, and Nod nod their heads in agreement. Then Grandpa leads his group down the river, slowly moving and constantly searching for anything. Mutt and Nod remain with Threehorn's group for orders.

"Lets move down the wall and keep a eye out for any holes like Littlefoot suggested... just keep in my sight all I need is your parents having a go at me for losing you kids" Mr Threehorn said to them in a firm tone.

Nod and Mutt nod their heads in unison, and they begin to follow Threehorn, searching around for any holes in the ground.

Grandpa's group moves slowly next to the river, continuing their search. Guan and Odon moved to the other side of the river, sometimes even in the river itself to find anything unusual. Grandpa seems worried but calm as he looks around at his group.
"Find anything yet?" he calls to the spikethumbs on the other side of the river.
Odon shaking his head and Guan's "Not yet!" was their reply.
Grandpa looks to Littlefoot, Cera, and Petrie in front of him. "Find anything yet, children?"

Petrie shoook his head. "No. Me see nothing. You find anything Littlefoot? How bout you Cera?"

Cera scans around "I can't see anything but... ah!" Cera falls without warning and hit her nose on something she looks to see one of the black pieces "I fo...und one" Cera moans

Cera climbs out "I hate this... I want everything normal again" Cera mutters
"Only another 3 to find" Littlefoot said.

Guan and Odon hears this and meets the others back across the river, looking on the black piece.
"Good job," says Odon, "Now we have to figure out how to carry it with us while we search for the others."
Grandpa looks to the children. "Do you think you kids can carry it?"

"Me can carry it" Petrie said. He picked up the piece and began flying with it. "Now we look for other pieces."

"Ok then, I'll scout ahead on the other side of the flowing water. Guan, you stay here and help guard the others. Now that we found a piece, this Zac character might come by to try and take it."
Odon has a good point, so Guan remains with the others while Odon swims back to the other side of the river.
Grandpa looks over his group. "Alright then. Let's continue on."

Something pressed against Cera's head "No one moves or the little Triceratop gets a laser blast in the head" Zac appeared from behind a tree with a odd looking weapon in his hand.
"You and your big mouth" Cera groaned
"Shut it you and no one else raise any voices. now flying dinosaur give me that piece or do you want your freind here dead?" Zac glared at Petrie

Petrie stared Zac down. "No. Me not give you this. You are bad person, and will use it for bad things. You have to take it from me." With that he rapidly flew away."You want it human, you catch me first.' Petrie flew up high into the air until Zac was only a tiny speck on the ground.

Zac smiled "Fine!" Shouts up at Petrie. "Watch this" Zac points to a tree and fires the beam, the blast blows a hole in it. "That will be her head if you don't give me that piece!!!!"
"Now you have one more chance, give me the piece or see her life ends" Zac yelled up at Petrie.
"Give him the black piece!!! please Petrie!!!" Cera yelled with fear seeing what happened to the tree fearing for her life.
"Do as the cry baby says and she will not be harmed!!!" Zac shouts. "I give you the count of 5!"

Petrie is so high up that he can't hear them. But he hears faintly the sound of the gunblast.He zooms down and strikes Zac on the head with the piece as hard as he can, knocking him to the ground and causing him to drop the strange weapon. " Run Cera!" He screeches, and quickly flies back up into the air, hovering near the tree tops.

Like a whip from out of nowhere, a long and slender tail shoots from behind the trees and knocks the weapon out of Zac's hand and into the river. Then an old and familiar diplodicus appears from the trees. Grandpa recognizes the longneck and smiles.
"You still have that lucky timing, don't you?"
The diplodicus smirks in response, then turns to stare down at the human. Odon has already crossed back across the river, and the three adults surround the human. Guan finds the gun in the river and smashes it.
"How dare you try to harm a child, you coward!" growled Odon.

Cera runs and Zac grab the piece and Petrie by the wing "You stupid little brat, now let see how you can do it with a broken wing" Zac gives a pull and hears a snap before dropping Petrie then picking his weapon up turning away walking into the darkness disappearing once again.
"Petrie!" Littlefoot races to Petrie.

Cera and Littlefoot's eyes widened as they saw Doc lifting off the ground all four feet. "I wouldn't believe it if I didn't see it for myself..." Cera looked dumbstucked.
"Handy using the erengy of two of the 6 pieces" Zac laughs

"We Have one too." Petrie scowled. He began rubbing the piece he held with his right claw, and the piece began emitting the same blue light . Petrie then aimed it at Zac."Take this."

Zac smiles "Nice try small frie, one is no match for two" Laughs as he aims at Petrie "Come to the call of the two former pieces" Petrie starts to feel the piece getting very heavy.
"Now watch two beat one" Zac smirks as the piece sliped out of the claws of Petrie's feet and down to Zac. He catches it "Three down, three to go. Thank you for helping me find the thrid piece, now I must go and find the next. I wasted enough time with you losers" Zac disappears like before and Doc lands back on his feet.

"Oh No You don't." Petrie flies after Zac. He flies low after the human , and slowly gains on him.Eventually, he sees the outline of Zac, running. Petrie keeps pace with him, keeping him in his sights, waiting for the right moment to swoop in and seize the half-sphere.

Suddenly out of no where a neat shot out and nabbed Petrie before he could get the pieces landing on the ground he saw two more humans come out from behind bushes with neat guns.
"Good work Sam, Max. Take the little flying dinosaur to a cage at Camp" Zac said. "Don't worry I will keep you safe, for a piece. soon as they find the other pieces I will use you to get the rest of the pieces." Zac laughed as the two carry Petrie in the neat away.

Petrie struggles to get free of the net, but the net is made of a strange substance, and he is trapped.

Zac watches as Petrie try to get free as he was taken away. Zac looks at the three pieces "Now the waiting game begins" Zac walks after the two Sam and Max.

Petrie, in continuing to struggle, nips Sam in the hand with his beak causing him to drop the net. Petrie falls to the ground, but sees an opening. He quickly crawls out and quickly darts off into the bushes.

"You fools!" Zac sneered "Nevermind he can tell them all he likes. I have these" Zac looks at the three pieces. "Lets get a move on" the three walk away.

Cera sees Petrie coming back. "Petrie! what happened!? where the piece?"

"I'll go find him..." Guan started, but his uncle stops him.
"No. I will not let you go off on your own into any danger."
"Then I'll go," Doc states calmly. "I can find your friend better alone."
"You do remember that the human lifted you off the ground with two of those pieces of black rock," Odon responds, "And now he might have the third piece."
"Then I'll keep an eye on him. Rumor has it that there are more than two of those creatures here in the valley."
Grandpa looks concerned. "If the rumors are true, then our search for the final pieces will be much harder, and more dangerous. But as Mr. Threehorn might say, we must not give up yet. As long as this human does not have all the pieces, there's still a chance we might win this."
Doc and Odon nod in agreement. Doc then turns and disappears back into the woods. Then the group continue on their search.

Meanwhile, two very familiar struthiomimus enter the valley from an opening. The darker one looks across the Valley and scowls.
"Those twig-gnawers think they can get rid of us by sending those two blasted sharpteeth after us. Now we can have our revenge."
"But Ozzie," steps in the second one, "How can we have our revenge on those kids if they have a sharptooth for a friend? Besides, I'd like to stay here, since there is so much green food here to ea-"
Ozzie smacks his brother, knocking him down. "I will not hear those two cursed word again!"
Strut looks up. "What words?"
"Green food!" Ozzie pauses and realizes what he just said, then glares down back at Strut, who was actually grinning. Ozzie smacks him again, and strut rolls backwards into a small and hard object.
"Ow...what did I just hit?" Strut looks behind him and sees an odd looking small piece of black rock. He picks it and examines it.
"Strut! Drop that blasted rock and let's hide! I see some sap-suckers coming this way!"
At that, Strut gets up and follows Ozzie into some bushes, carrying the piece with him. It was moments before Threehorn's group enters the clearing.

"Great" Mr Threehorn mumbled. "You human isn't helping much... specially with your human friend turning on you"
"Don't remind me..." Mike gets up and scans the area.
"I would suggest fanning out from this point in a full circle, who ever was here couldn't be far" Mulder the rainbow face suggested to them
"Good idea, lets do it now!" Mr Threehorn demanded.

"Petrie there is no time to rest! We got to find the other pieces before anything else bad happens!" Cera said to Petrie.

petrie groaned "ok. But If we find one and we find bad human, you help Petrie. His pieces were stronger than mine, but you could have hit him while I was fighting him and we would have 3 pieces now."

"Sit on my back, you can get some rest" Littlefoot suggested to Petrie.

"Thank you Littlefoot, you good freind." Petrie collaspes on Littlefoot's back.

"Now where do we sreach?" Cera asks the grown ups.

"We'll keep searching down the flowing water until we reach the Wash," relpies Grandpa. "There's a strong chance we might find another one."
"I'll take the lead this time," adds Odon. "Guan, stay alongside the other kids, so that we could keep that human from getting the jump on them again."
Guan nods and stands next to Littlefoot, Petrie, and Cera, creating a block between the kids and the trees. Grandpa takes the rear, and the group begins moving again.

Nod and Mutt spread out along with the rest of the group. Mutt reaches where the egg thieves disappeared and sees a slight movement in the bushes. "Huh?" was his response.
Nod walks to Mutt. "Did you see something?"
Mutt truly couldn't think of anything to say, but soon shakes his head. Nod and Mutt soon meet back up with Hyp to help him.

Ozzie and Strut were lucky that they managed to slip by without the group seeing them. They keep running until they make it to a small canyon and hide within.
"It would be impossible that those tree huggers knew we are here," said Ozzie in a few short breaths. "They must be looking for something."
Strut looks at the black rock and ponders. "I wonder what they were looking for..."
"You are still carrying that stupid rock when I told you to get rid of it?!" Ozzie began, preparing to hit his brother, but then stops when he reaches him, staring at the rock piece. "That does not look like any rock I've seen..."
Then, Ozzie hears rustling in nearby bushes, and both egg thieves scram in the opposite direction...

Not turning around to see what's exactly behind them, Ozzie and Strut pick up their pace, slowly gaining distance.
"How come...they're...after us?" Strut says between breaths.
"I...don't know... But they're...nothing like...the others...that live here..." Ozzie answered. "We must...split up... We can lose them...easier that way."
"Are you..."
"There's no time! Take right! I'll take left! I'll find you when they're lost..."
At that, both egg thieves split in separate directions; Strut sprints off towards the river, while Ozzie disappears into the woods...

Guan lifts his head towards the woods. "Uncle Odon! I hear someone coming!"
Odon and Grandpa move in to block the space between the woods and the children, ready for an attack...

Sam and Max goes after Strut who still had hold of the sphere piece "His heading to the river, Max head that way and cut him off" Sam says
"Right!" Max heads to the river in a direct route while Same keeps chasing Strut making him try to head into Max.

But as soon as Max separated from Sam, he gets cut off by a hulking shape, which is shown as Doc, blocking the human's way to the egg thief.
"You think it's fun to pick on children?" Doc says, squinting. "Then let's see how well you take me on..."

Strut continues as fast as he could from what's behind him. He makes a daring leap through the bushes onto the banks of the river...right into another group of dinosaurs. Strut stops dead in his tracks, petrified.
"Wait!" yells Grandpa. "I think he's one of us."
"But what's that he's holding?" responds Odon.
"It's another piece!" cries Guan.

Me Get it" Petrie said. He swoops overe and grabbed the piecefrom the surprised Strut. " This Piece me not lose to bad human." He soared with the piece and Landed on Grandpa's head. "me be safe up here."

Mutt looks out at the valley and sees something odd. "Hey!" he calls to the group. "I think I see a longneck floating in the trees near the flowing water!"

Watching Doc floating through the trees, Grandpa's group moves in. Odon takes the lead at a full run, with Guan close behind. Odon sees a large tree nearby the glowing human and rams it, forcing the tree to rock. Like perfect timing, Odon moves out of the way as Guan takes his turn at ramming the tree, knocking the tree down towards Zac...

The Tree is repleaed by another force with blue aura and Sam stood there with two more pieces "Thanks to that flying dinosaur I ran and found these. Sir catch!"
Zac catches them and put them with the three. "Now watch this!" Doc gets pushed away and the arua disappears sending Doc into the water. Zac turns to the other dinosaurs with a massive black arua around him with a dark grin.
"Now I have 5 of 6 I have power to crush anyone" Zac walks towards them with Sam and Max beside him. The black field flowed around them as well. looked to the Great Wall "Deal with me or a rampaging herd of meat eaters? your choice"
Zac put a hand out at it and the wall shatters to a million pieces from inside out leaving a hole "Time for me to go, I will be back for the last piece soon" Zac, Max and Sam disappearing in blackness where they stood. Nothing was there any more.
Cera walked on the spot "Hey they not here! they vanished again into thin air!" Cera muttered.

Nod watches as the Great wall next to them disappears, showing a very clear of the Mysterious Beyond. Moments later, they could hear several roars from the distance.
Mutt turns to see Ozzie emerge from the bushes, who also stopped in complete shock at the sight.
Nod turns to Mike, Mulder, & Scully. "What happened to the Wall?!"

"Wait bad Human summon other piece I had to him. Maybe I can do it too." He shook his head. "No, think smart Petrie. He has all the other pieces, our only chance is if I can keep this away from him. "

Mike shook his head "The energy of those 5 pieces was enough to completely erase the wall... now we all are in danger"
"I can't believe this!!! the wall is gone and now we no safe in the Great Valley!" Mr Threehorn sneered "We need to get on the defenceive at once!"

"Grandpa how did the whole wall just disappear like that?" Littlefoot looks up.

"I don't know, Littlefoot," Grandpa replies. "But we are no longer safe in the Valley. Luckily, we still have another wall where we can get high enough to escape the sharpteeth. We must get there at once!"
Odon turns to his nephew. "Guan! Find your sisters and follow Longneck to the wall!"
"But I don't know where they are!"
"I'll help find them," Doc steps in.
"Come on, children. This way!" Grandpa leads the kids towards the wall.
Guan and Doc heads in another direction, and Guan roars to the sky, calling a warning and to head to the wall.

Meanwhile near Threehorn peak the human camp controled by Zac. He appears with his most trusted men.
"Soon there the last of the pieces will be mine." Zac smiled
Sam sees a cage with two dinosaurs in it Ducky and Spike "Sir I think the men picked something up"
"Good" Zac smiled walking to the cage, "Now who might you two be?" Zac knees down at the cage looking at them with a gentle smile.

"Hey are we missing someone?" Cera questioned as they head to the safety location.
"Yeah... I think so..." Littlefoot said and thought with a widen eyes "Ducky and Spike!!"

Back at where the Great Wall used to be, Mutt hears a call from the center of the Valley. Nod joins him and hears it too.
"Mr. Threehorn! I hear Mr. Spikethumb from the flowing water! He's calling everyone to get to the other wall for protection!"
"But the wall is on the OTHER side of the Valley!" complained Mutt. "We can't make it there in time!"

Mike looks at them "Yes you can! I will hold them off with flash bangs, it will give you extra 5 to 7 minutes. now go!" Mike takes hold of the flash bangs from his side ready to throw them.
"Your crazy but I believe you!" Mr Threehorn turns around "Everyone run!" Mr Threehorn shouts and makes a run for it.

" Wait." Petrie said He pointed the Piece at the approaching Sharpteeth. "Take this you nasty Sharpteeth!": blue Light blasted from it and caused the Shapteeth to lift from the ground. " Run." He yelled to Mike.

Doing as He was told, He turned and flew towards the high wall, trying to ignore the loud bangs, he pointed the Piece downn towards Mike and he was lifted off the ground. Petrie flew as fast as he could, with Mike flying behind him, held up by the Piece.

Mutt, Nod, and Ozzie keeps up with Threehorn as they make a mad dash across the Valley, until they reach the river, where they find Strut and Odon.
"Longneck and the children have already left to the wall," Odon began, "We are the only ones left."
"Come on, Strut!" shouts Ozzie, grabbing his brother by the arm. "We must get out of here!"

Mr Threehorn looks at them "Never mind that lets go!!! now!!!" He told them all.

Back near Threehorn peak.
"Now will you two dinosaurs tell me your names or what? Do I have to guess?" Zac looks at Ducky and Spike who in the cage.

Ozzie yanks Strut onto his feet and pulls him towards the wall. The continuing roars of carnosaurs entering the Valley has made Guan turn towards the wall as well, closely followed by Mutt and Nod.

At the wall, most of the dinosaurs were already there when Grandpa and the kids arrived. Soon after, Doc, Guan, and his two sisters arrived as well.
"Do you see where the others are?" Grandpa asks Doc.
Doc turns his head and peers over the wall to the Valley. "I see them. They're coming here as we speak."

"Grandpa! Me and Cera noticed something! Ducky and Spike are missing!" Littlefoot told his grandpa.

"You think they may have been taken by the human?" asks Guan.
"I don't know, but it would be better that they've been captured by the humans rather than found by the sharpteeth."
"Personally, I don't know which is worse..." Doc stated, watching the Valley below.

Ducky Spoke up. "Me not tell you anything nope nope nope." Spike thrashed the side of the cage with his tail causing Zac to jump back quickly to aviod being gorged by the sharp spikes.

"Why not? I won't do any harm to you. I am so sorry for the action my men taken." Zac acts very kind to them. "Now what is your favoite food. I am sure that Sam and Max will picked them right up at once." Zac looks at them
"Yes sir" Both said at once.

"Well he wouldn't harm those two since he might use them for bait or even trade them for that piece" Mike said to the group on the wall.

"you are a bad creature. Me not tell you anything.Dont tell them Anything Spike." Ducky said. Spike, nodded and thrashed the Cage again, once again causing Zac to jump back.

"That it I had enough of this nice guy acting! fine you know but you will not for long" Zac aims the piece at Ducky and Spike "Look deep into it, listen to me... you will not remember anything about me and this camp, you will forget... you will forget. But after I click my fingers you will find me a nice man that wouldn't harm you" Zac says with a yellow aura forming around the pieces and around Ducky and Spike.
Zac gets ready to click his fingers.

But before Zac could snap his fingers, a terrifying roar splits the air next to their camp.

Odon and the others arrive at the wall.
"We managed to lose the sharpteeth on the way here," began Odon.
"Yes," responded Grandpa, "but two of our children are lost. They may have been captured by Zac."

"Men get those force fields up at once!" Zac yelled and the men activated a group of devices on the wall entraces to the base from the north and south. Sealing the only ways in. "Good now where was I... oh yes"
Zac looks back at Ducky and Spike and clicks his fingers. "Now do you know who I am?"

Spike Trashed the cage again, Due to his small brain size, the spell did not work on him. The bars gave way and knocked Zac to the ground causing him to drop the rock on the ground and broke the Spell. " Let's go home spike. " ducky Picked up the rock and jumped on Spike's back. Spike contined Swinging his tail, and thus kept the humans at a distance while the two young Dinosaurs began thier escape.

They both hit the force field bonucing backwards a few feet, Zac went over to them and took hold of Ducky "Now you will come with me!"
"Sam use the darts and put this Spike back in the cage this time tie him to the floor with seven chains" Sam does what he told and fires two darts into Spike's back.

Ducky Pointed The Rock at Zac blasting him And causing him to drop her. She then turened the Rock at Sam, blasting him in the chest. Sam Crumpled lifeless to the Ground. " I send this Rock to my fRiends." she said and the Rock vanished from her hands. She then Went in the cage with Spike. She said angrily to Zac" when My friends come for Us, That rock will be Whole. And You will pay Yep Yep Yep."

"Oh really? that nothing more then a holo-gram and all this as well" Zac laughs as the rock disapper from Ducky's hand and the cage Zac was in. Sam looks through the glass with many men laughing.
"It in the ship and that you will not find. I profer to keep you in this camp. Till I know what to do with you" the view change again to a lava field.

"Then we should go and save them!!!" Mr Threehorn growled.

" They slowly made thier way across the Illusionary Landscape, avioding the lava flows and making thier way towards where they had heard Zac's voice. 'we get out of here you will pay for your tricks. Spike will see to that yep yep yep." She yelled bravely.

"I agree," says Grandpa, "But not all of us will go. Some of us must stay here and guard the children and everyone else. Threehorn, Doc, Odon, and I will accompany you, Mulder, and Scully to the ship."
Odon looks at Guan. "That means you must stay here and protect the others."
Guan is bewildered. "Uncle Odon, how can I protect them? As you said before, I'm just a kid."
"I never truly said that. I've seen how much older you act when the right time needs it. And that time calls for you here. Plus you have Mr. Strider, Hyp, Mutt, and Nod to help you."
"Alright, I'll stay here..."
"Good. You need to watch out for your sisters too."
"Then we all agreed," Grandpa says. "Let's go."

Doc, Grandpa, Threehorn, and the others of the group depart from the wall to where the ship might be. Guan follows his uncle's orders and remains on guard at the wall, keeping and eye out on the Valley below, hearing the continuious roars of the carnosaurs below.
Mutt and Nod remain by Hyp's side, shaking in fear of the terrifying noise below.
Ozzie and Strut look around for their chance to escape, and begin moving towards a large pile of rock for them to move around and exit.

Suddenly out of no where a metal arm grabs Spike lifting him into the air with Zac appearing around a wall looking at Ducky. "Now he is hung dry..." Zac looks at Sam through the glass "Take Spike to the holding cell in Deck C." Sam nods and walks out of view and Spike is carried by the arm out the room from a upper slot.
"Now it only me and you" Zac looked down at the small swimmer.

"I don't believe this... not again... our friends are in danger we got to go after the adults and save Ducky and Spike!" Cera whispered to Littlefoot
"I know but we could get in trouble... plus the adults left here are keeping a sharp eye on us..." Littlefoot replied.

Just before Ozzie and Strut could make it around the rocks, Guan looks over and spots them. "I wouldn't try that if I were you. We might be surrounded by sharpteeth by now. So going down there won't be a smart thing to do."
Guan turns around and walks to the egg thieves to confront them, not knowingly giving Littlefoot, Petrie, and Cera a chance to escape.

"I don't know if we should" Littlefoot replied
"Come on move it" Cera give him a nudge.

"Ah that would do... if you can't use tricks use brain wash" Zac smiles as the head piece enters the room and lowers on top of Ducky's head a size that fits on her head. "Now power it up! and brain wash her to believe that she only works for me"
"With pleasure" Sam push the button and the power sent down the wire activating the system and messengers going deep into the head piece.

"Sam tap into her mind! if we can't put things in her mind we could remove everything that she has and then put new memiors in" Whispers through the comm. piece not letting her hear his plan.
"Right sir. activating Probing... I got a lock, she thinking about her friends" Sam replied.
"Erase them from her mind, erase her family as well erase everything but her speech, her movement and her name." Zac whispers with a wink.
"Say goodbye to your firends" Sam push the button, not even letting Ducky get a hint what Sam and Zac just planed and did.

ducky's Memory faded., Try as she might, the images of her friends were gone. " You trying to make me forget my friends, you bad creature!" she yelled at him. She Focused on Everything she could remeber of her friends, She had so many memories of them that she could recall several at a moment's thought. While the machine had wiped away a good deal , she still retained some thoughts of her friends. She switched from menmory to memory, fighting against the probe." my Friends mean the world to me, and even if you destroy the memories , I will just make more."

Faster and faster she switched between Friends, Even Bringing in Ali and Mo and Chomper. ' Me have too many memories to forget." The Machine's speed had caught her by suprise, but she sped up her thinking, and soon was creating more memories than the machine was deleting.

"Hit the keyword and watch all those friends she thought of disappear in a millisecond" Zac said
"All names on and gone" Sam push down the enter key and the machine targets all her friends names in one big wipe.

Littlefoot and Cera were partially right. There was someone behind them, and they came around the corner into view as Mutt, Nod...and Guan! Guan comes forward and looks down at the two. "What were you two thinking about going down the wall like that? Do you know what your families would think of if something happened to you?"

"We going to help our friends. We can't save them just standing up there. We always helped each other" Littlefoot protested.
"Yeah we going to!" Cera said backing him up

"Well, you're not going alone." Guan turns to Mutt and Nod. "Do you know how to use that clubtail?"
Nod looks at the club at the end of his tail. "Well...kind of..."
"Good, then you come with us. Mutt, you need to get back to the others. Try not to say anything about us being gone. My sisters already know, so they'll try to help you out. And keep an eye on those two other guys. They may be more trouble than they're worth."
Mutt couldn't be able to protest to the plan. All he could now was say "Good luck" and return up the wall.
Guan looks to Nod, Littlefoot, and Cera. "Now we are ready to go get Ducky and Spike."

"They heading towards Threehorn peak, I know a short cut there and it safe to" Littlefoot said
"Your talking about the vines over the canyon right?" Cera sounded not too pleased hearing Littlefoot say that route

"We need to be careful though. There are sharpteeth here in the Valley," Guan said.
At that, a loud roar is heard from a distance away.
Nod shivers. "If we're going to take the short cut, then we have to go now."
"You're right. The sooner we leave, the better. Let's go. You lead the way, Littlefoot."

As The Machine Did its Work, Ducky tried to fight it. " It's too strong, she thought. A Voice entered her mind, but it was not Zac's A voice full of kindness, and power. "Don't worry. They cannot harm you now. Just Listen to me and ignore his commands. Once the Machine finishes its work, I will restore all your memories.MY powers are far stronger than his puny stone and his weak technology." Ducky tried to create a picture of the voice, biut it was someone she had not met before.'Nor will you ever meet me. Just Listen to my voice. I will make sure they cannot remove any more memories from you. Focus on my voice."

High pitch sound goes off and removes the voice tryiung to her Ducky "Now Sam keep that going at a changing rate of 0.1 seconds. that will keep her away long enough and erase the voice as well from the dinosaur's mind."
"Yes I will." Sam does what he told and blocks the voice from Ducky and erase the messege continuing the job of completly erasing her memoirs.

Petrie Was Lost in his thoughts as he stood on Grandpa's head. A voice came into his head. 'Use The stone and call the other pieces. They are hidden but I will make them appear." Petrie opened his eyes and raised his piece "Other Pieces, come to me!" The beam from the Piece shot into the air and struck the ship. It cut an small opening in the side of the ship. Out of the hole flew another glowing object, zooming toward Petrie. petrie Pointed the piece down at his claws and the object came to a stop before him. "the Other Pieces!' He cried. There they were , lying right before him." We have them everyone!" He Put the piece in with the others. "Now we go get Ducky and Spike." Petrie said, holding the completed sphere.

The voice continued." The sphere is gone. and it will be a short time before he realizes it. Your side has the upper hand now.'Tears began welling up in Ducky eyes."thank you." she whispered.

Computer systems realized before anyone else that the pieces was gone and automaticly activated the primary core of the Ship "Warning... Sphere fragments removed... warning... activating secondary prime systems... planet destruction T-2 minutes."

Mike heard his belt beep he looked at the device and gasped "PETRIE PUT THEM BACK!!!!!!! Put those 5 pieces back!!! it a trap!!!! Whatever happened that you know is a trap!!!! Someone wants everything to die!!!! send them back at once!!!!!!! DO IT!!!!! OR WE ALL DEAD!!!! the pieces together won't do anything in 2 minutes!!! send it back at once!!!!" Mike shouts with fear in his eyes holding his head and then takes action by climbing up Grandpa heading to the top towards Petrie.

All the Flyer needs to do is put the sphere together and Mike will know what to do."

Mike reached Petrie "Get back in the ship!!!! Get it back!!!! get those 5 back in now!!!!" Mike looked at the timer and his eyes widened "5 seconds!!!!! get it back now!!!!!!!!"
"Sandra... you are powerful but you fear the humans the most... you want the sphere for yourself just as much I did. but your going to destory a whole planet for it.." Zac turns to Ducky
"We all going to die... she just tricked your flying friend and now the timer has reached 5 seconds... we now good as dead" Zac dropped his device and closed his eyes and so did the others around him putting their heads down and arms cross their chests.

Mike sighed in relief holding 5 of the pieces glowing white around him "I froze time... by 1 second to spare... I'm sorry Petrie but we can't complete it..." Mike breathed heavily "I can't keep this up forever... so listen carefully... there is someone from generations ago... a creature with power that no one seen before then, she fought against the human race but we won... but I fear she back and more powerful then ever..." Mike falls on one knee feeling the pieces draining him as he holds time in place.

Another voice came into Ducky's mind. ' Out you witch." A Black fog was expelled from Ducky, and came to form in the room. " A Woman stood there. " How did you expell me from her body, Human? I felt a presence that reduced my powers to nothing. Was that you?"

"No I didn't..." Zac looked puzzled but even more puzzling it had been 15 seconds already over the time for the bomb to go. "Whoever did is more powerful then you black witch!"

Ducky found her voice again. " You evil thing! You were controling me too." The evil witch similed. " Yes, I nearly suceeded in destroying that stupid fool Zac. But two things stopped me. First, that other presence, and your companion Mike, who seperated the pieces before the bomb detonated." "Another Presence?' Ducky asked, bewildered.

You can try to get out of there until the world changes, you won't suceed.' the Voice said. Sandra shot Zac a look that had killed grown men, but it did nothing to him. "the bomb... if I take the sphere and put it next to the bomb and destory this ship near the sun the blast will surly blow up the sphere to nothing but star dust" Zac said thinking that a bomb enough to destory a world could destory the Sphere as well.

"Why don't you just hurl the sphere into the Sun? The heat of the Sun is so immense so it can vaporize basically anything in a matter of seconds. And It would save you the cost of a ship. I can understand you are reluctant to trust a stranger with a power like the sphere. That is wise, there are far too many creatures who would betray you."

"I remember. But what if we can use it to chase the sharpteeth out of here and rebuild the Wall?"
"Are you willing to take the risk?"
Grandpa was stopped there, unable to find anything else to say.

Grandpa, Odon, and Doc look around, trying to find the source of the voice. Grandpa tries to be careful not to knock Petrie and Mike off.
"How do we destroy it?" asks Grandpa. "And what will happen once we do destroy it?"

"any way you can. But One way to make sure that no creature can ever use them again is to throw the pieces, one by one, into a volcano. Once they melt, the damage caused by them will be repaired."

"A what? what is a volcano? I never heard such words before" Mr Threehorn sneered. "If your talking about Threehorn peak and the fire river that comes out of it top and bottom. Then you should of just said that." Mr Threehorn muttered.

Grandpa looks concerned. "Into Threehorn Peak? I bet that it's not as safe as the rescue mission for Ducky and Spike."
"Right. It's about as safe as wandering through a Valley with sharpteeth running around..."
Doc stares at Odon for his sarcasm.
"If this is what we must do, then we'll do it. But what will happen to our Valley?"

As Littlefoot and co. reach the canyon, Guan and Nod look around the cliffs.
"Anyone find any sturdy vines?" asks Guan.
"If we do, we can swing them over to you," Nod replies, smirking.
Guan looks over to Nod with a sarcastic look. "Funny... Well then, good luck to you."
Nod stands there with a puzzled look on his face as the group searches for something to get across with.

"Hey guys there some massive ones going right across we can use it as a land bridge..." Littlefoot was saying and Cera butts in
"And don't eat and of the vines either! last time we was crossing Spike ate some and we fell with the last of the vines into a cave..." Cera said coldly and then saw the cave on the other side and the vine hanging down over it the one that Spike ate.

"If it the only way, then we should do it! destorying those pieces might restore our wall and remove those sharpteeth from the valley" Mr Threehorn spoke loudly to them
"I think that is a plan in half" Mike smirked.

Guan inspects the vines Littlefoot pointed out. "It seems safe, but we'll have to be safer. We'll go one at a time." He turns to Littlefoot and Cera. "You two will go first, since you're the lightest. Nod will go next, and I will go last. Agreed?"

"It's the best plan we have," Odon replied.
"And the two children we need to rescue?" asks Grandpa.
Doc steps in. "I'll go get them. Since the human no longer has the pieces, I won't have no problem getting the kids."
"Good." Grandpa looks up to Petrie. "You'll have to stay with us now. It's too dangerous for you to go back to the wall."

Zac, Sam and Max came in a hover craft towards the group of adults which was suprising to see as it stopped and they climbed out the truck with Ducky and Spike.
"Erm... hello" Zac said very nervously
"YOU!" Mr Threehorn growled about to storm at him when some type of force got hold of him and held him in his tracks.

Littlefoot starts to cross and Cera looks down with nervous eyes "Erm... I'll go last"

Grandpa was shocked to see Zac appear with Ducky and Spike.
Odon and Doc stand side-by-side against the three humans.
"Release them at once!" Odon growled.

But just as Littlefoot gets on the vine, a loud roar is heard behind them. Stomping out of the trees, comes a large spinosaurus, its massive jaws dripping saliva as it peers down at the four little dinosaurs.
Guan turns to the others quickly. "Go across the vines!!! Move!!!"
Nod starts pushing Cera to the vines. "C'mon Guan! Let's go!"
"You first! I'll hold it off!" Guan stands his ground, as the sharptooth rears its head back and roars, echoing across the Valley.

Mutt, Ozzie, and Strut listens in terror to the roar, undetermined where it came from.

"They already free" Zac said letting them go to the adults "We here to help get rid of that sphere forever... before Sandra is freed from her prison in my ship..."

"RUN!!!" Cera shouts, running across the vines and Littlefoot runs across as well with the others getting to the other side quick as possible.

Odon and Doc let down their guard little enough to let Ducky and Spike get through to Grandpa.
Grandpa greets the children and looks back up to Zac. "Saundra?"
Just then, a roar emitted from the trees beyond...

Nod watches as the smallest two of the group makes to the other side of the cliff, and then turns to Guan, still standing off against the sharptooth. The monster makes one more roar before charging...and Guan charges as well towards the sharptooth.
"Guan!!" Nod shouted, and watches in horror as the two quickly close in on each other.
The sharptooth opens its jaws wide to catch the young dinosaur, but Guan takes an immediate sidestep, missing the teeth by inches. Then, Guan takes a dive under the beast, falling to one side with his back to the monster's feet. The momentum of the dive drives Guan's weight into the legs, causing the sharptooth to trip and fall with a thunderous thud.
Nod watches and sees the sharptooth stunned, and Guan trapped under the creature's legs, struggling to free himself. Nod growls and charges at the monster's face, swing his club tail into its cheek, knocking it unconcious. Guan wriggles himself free as a tyrannosaur comes romping around the trees, inspecting the noise it heard later. It stares at the two small dinosaurs and bellows in hunger, and it begins its own charge.
Guan and Nod sprint as fast as they could to the vines, the second sharptooth slowly closing in on their position. Nod was the first on the vine, with Guan close behind. They make a few final leaps before landing on the other side, barely missing Littlefoot and Cera. The tyrannosaurus stops at the edge of cliff and roars in frustration. Guan gets up immediately and starts gnawing at the vines, which soon snap and loosen, and then fall downwards into the cliff, sealing of any path across the canyon.
Guan and Nod land on the ground, breathing hard. Guan looks to Cera and Littlefoot. "We might have to take the long way home, but I'm sure it's safer than here now."

"Whoa... that was close glad to see you two are alright" Littlefoot smiled
"Hey why is that sharptooth not even trying to hurt that other sharptooth? is there something odd going on here or what?" Cera blinks in confusion.

"The Black Witch of 2176 the one that almost controled the whole Earth but got driven back when the Rainbow Faces appeared and helped us and formed at 400 year old treaty!" Mike said and Zac nods "Oh crap... she must be real anger with us humans and Rainbow Faces..."
"Sounds like this Saundra is the real enermy here... don't you think so Longneck?" Mr Threehorn looks at Grandpa longneck

" The Spell I placed on her cage is strong enough to keep her imprisoned for a while' the strange voice suddenly said. "Destroy the ship with her inside and she will cease to exist, she cannot survive while she is trapped with the cage."

"You can't be serious" Mike looks at him
"I am... all the crew is leaving the ship heading to the wall that still intact and place forcefield emitters up there to hold off any attacks" Zac said to Mike

"I'll send you all home once the Sphere is destroyed." The voice said to Zac and Mike. "Now, let's get to work. I will stay here with the humans and make sure Sandra doesn't get free of the cage. The rest of you must head to the volcano and destroy the sphere."

"I'll go with the group from the ship to the wall so the forcefield is up." Mike said

Guan steps ahead of the group towards the ship, inspecting the doorway. "That's certainly no cave I've ever seen."
"It must be the 'spaceship' everyone's talking about," Nod responds.

Cera steps in and feels the metal floor "Hey this floor is freezing to the touch!" Cera steps back.
"I don't know... maybe it something that these humans made" Littlefoot looked at the metal floor.

The voice in the ship spoke "They left to the group of dinosaurs moving towards peak... name referencing... Threehorn peak..."
"Threehorn peak!? the adults going there!" Cera said "Lets go after Ducky and Spike. They must be with the adults"

"I agree," replies Guan. "Let's go to Threehorn Peak." He turns and heads back out of the ship, with Nod following.

"The ship is damaged beyond repair in this time... and the rainbow faces ship isn't in much good cop as well. Destorying these pieces must have always been a one way mission... I guess" Mike sighed.

Guan and the others are trying to find a way to reach the adults that are heading towards Threehorn Peak. Guan and Nod stop to take a breather and looking back to Littlefoot and Cera.
"You guys ok?" Guan manages to say. "We can take a few short breaks while making our way to the grown-ups. We can't stay too long because of our luck with the sharpteeth."

Meanwhile the hover craft left at high speed just in time as the ship took off from the ground flying right over the craft and the peak before heading up into space, the size of the ship make the peak look tiny but it travelled so fast that it was gone just as fast it appeared over the peak.

"Hmm...then that means we need a small group that can get up, throw the pieces in, and get down before Threehorn Peak explodes..."
Everyone looks up to see the spaceship fly over the peak and disappear in the blink of an eye.

"Erm if you like to know... your world no longer in danger of a metor impact... the ship just well smashed into it and blow the whole rock up into nothing but space dust" Mike said to them

"But is this change for the better?" Guan asked.
"I don't know," replied Grandpa, "but we normally live life as we normally see it in the Great Circle of Life. But with all that's happened here and how it changed the future, even the Great Circle can be changed by a single event."
Odon does not look pleased. "I just hope this change never happens again. Time is far too dangerous to play with."

"This is one thing we can't do if we dinosaurs then humans. Being trapped in the past is something that would interfer with time being human. But removing the human form putting a dinosaur form in place it would remove that threat by a large number... we both agree that this must be a new start for use three..." Max said walking towards Grandpa looking up at him.
"It up to you dinosaurs of the Great Valley if you accept us to stay or not" Mike stepped beside Max "Our lifes are in your hands... or rather claws"

"Now watch and listen. I'll show you how to move the pieces and which could do what and how the game is won" Sam starts to show and tell Ducky how to play Chess.

Max looks through his scope and saw black smoke still coming from the peaks "How long would a fire burn on rocks?" Max asked Grandpa

Grandpa looks to Threehorn Peak. "Well, Threehorn Peak is what we call a smoking mountain, so it continues to smoke for a long time. We just try to make sure to stay away from it at all times...though today was most likely an exception."

"Well alright... but there is usually dark black smoke like it hovering over the peaks" Max said taking the scope away from his eye then thought of something
"Here have a look through it" Max lowers down and put the scope in front of one of grandpa's eyes and he could see the peaks close and clearly with the hovering black smoke around the tops of the peak.

Grandpa peers into the scope. "Well that's interesting. You can see things more clearly...oh...the smoke." He looks, pondering. "You're right. The smoke never looks like that when it leaves Threehorn Peak..."

"We will have to keep a eye on that... I got some feeling that something else going to happen at sunset" Max said to Grandpa staring at the smoke from on top of Grandpa's head

"Sam. Once A piece becomes a king, the turn ends. Maybe you and Zac played by different rules than I do." Stripetail reset the board, giving a piece to Ducky's king. he then moved his piece nearest to Ducky's king sideways."But a skilled move nonetheless." Ducky moved her king sideways after his piece." King me." He smiled." that 's 3 kings now for me." Ducky put a piece on top of his. Stripetail looked at the board. He moved his middle king down a space. There were three possible moves for Ducky to do. She could move her king towards his king, but he would win the game on the next move. She could move her king toward his other piece, which would be a safe move. Or she could move backwards, also a safe move." Sam could beat me if he were playing right now, but Ducky doesn't yet have the experience that Sam or I have." he thought."Do you remember how you started playing chess with Zac? You always lost, that's how you start with most games. Ducky COULD win, but The odds are against her. Remember, She is still a young girl, without the acquired knowledge that an adult human has ." Ducky moved her king backwards. Stripetail nodded."although she is smarter than most young humans because of the knowledge she has acquired." Stripetail moved his king down again. Ducky responded by moving Backwards again. he moved his another of his pieces into her side and flipped it over. 4 kings to one. She moved her king back into his side"King me again" She said. "Um, Ducky , you only get kinged once.' Stripetail chuckled. Stripetail Looked at the situation. If he moved his king down or sideways, she would jump it on her turn. But he had her cornered. Her only options were to move sideways to the right or left and he would win on the next move. Unless he made a mistake . He moved his last uncrowned piece, "Your turn. " Ducky, looking at the board moved her piece left. Stripetail jumped her, ending the game."For your first game, you played remarkably well. I think it's all that knowledge you acquired." Ducky smiled.' Thank you, Mr Stripetail. I had fun playing you." she said.He gestured, and the board vanished. "let's go see where your friends are."

Guan barely manages to hear to what the two have been saying, and looks out to Threehorn Peak, watching the strange formation of smoke hovering over the volcano.

Max looks at his watch "mmm... only 5 hours till sunset... we will have to wait to then to see what happens... make sure before sunset that all the kids are in a safe place" Max said staring at Threehorn peak still
Mike looks as well then thought for a second. He looked up at Grandpa looking at Max on his head "Where is the book of Mythes of other worlds?"
"In one of those boxes behind the falls. Sam is over there at the moment." Max replied
"Right I'm going to check it out" Mike left to the falls making a dash to it.

Sam clapped his hands "Nice game, good try Ducky, you almost had him" Sam stopped and looked at a book in some dark brown sheeting "What's this?" Sam picked it up taking the cover off.
"This is Mike's Special Edition on Mythes of Worlds. This gives the good, the bad and the unkown of Mythes of 200 planets... including the one that was destoryed where the Black Sphere was made from" Sam said opening the book up flipping the pages.

Sam finds it "Ah here it is... the Planet Gadaro..." Sam flicks to the page about the Sphere.
"The life forms of the planet created the Ulimate Magic that to the sight of humans. But created by someone named Saroiai... later found found that this Gadaroian was evil... they trapped his soul in the Sphere and put in the Tomes of Dark Lights..." Sam continued looking down the line.
"But it was too late for the race, the Sphere had done the damage of no return, the race died off 200 years later to human years... the text found under the seal where the Sphere stood on... it said 'Beware the Black, Beware what it holds, Destory it in the Labs which it was made... travel to the dark under...' that all it says... no one never completed the text" Sam read now very fearful as Mike bursted through the water into the cave.
Mike looks at the shocked face of Sam "What? what is it?" He asked

"Great. Now we have to gather all the kids" Max said to Grandpa.

"Ok then," said Grandpa, looking around the group. "The only children not here are Ducky and Hyp." (is WR still busy?)

"Ducky with Sam at the falls, so he is safe. Hyp I am not sure of." Maz said looking down at one of Grandpa's eyes "I think that we look for him while Mr Threehorn and any other adult dinosaur would help take the children to the cave and keep them safe till we find Hyp" Max suggested.

"I agree. He may still be with his father, so he shouldn't be in any danger." He looks to Threehorn. "You think you can be able to escort the children to the caves?"

"Of course I can. Don't worry a thing, your grandson and the others are safe with me" Mr Threehorn replied.
"Daddy will be able to do it, I'm sure of that." Cera stood up her father.
"Yeah Grandpa, I don't think anything bad will happen to us with Mr Threehorn looking after us" Littlefoot said to his Grandpa.
"That settled, me and your Grandpa, Littlefoot will stay here to keep a eye on that peak." Max said sliding down Grandpa's back to the ground landing on his head at the tip of Grandpa's tail onto the groud.

Grandpa watches in shock at Max's hard landing, and uses his tail to gently help Max up. Guan watches as Odon returns and tells his uncle the news and the plan of action. Odon calmly agrees to the plan and offers to help take the kids to the caves.
Guan, Mutt, and Nod are ready to go to the caves. Strut and Ozzie decided amongst themselves to follow, but would rather hide in a different cave.

"Thanks" Max said looking up at Grandpa "Now where would be the best place to go to get a good look at Threehorn peak?" Max asked him as he watched Mr Threehorn take the group away leaving him and Grandpa alone.

Grandpa looks around. "I think the best place would be the hill with giant rocks, the one we use when we have whirling winds pass into our Great Valley. It's higher than here and just a little bit closer."

"Great, lets go" Max said with them going up there. They come up to it seeing the Peaks a bit closer and the odd smoke now clearer. "Now that is a weirld type of black smoke... What do you make of it?" Max asked Grandpa

"I have no idea," Grandpa answers. "I've never seen smoke look like that before."

While Threehorn leads the group to the caves on the other side of the Valley, Guan often looks back to Threehorn Peak, still able to see the odd formation of smoke.
Odon looks behind to Guan. "Keep up, Guan."
Guan turns back to the others and quickens his pace to catch up.

"Something tells me that destorying that sphere was a bit too easy..." Max said sitting on a rock looking at his watch again. Grandpa sees him staring at the watch,

"So, in order to truly unmake the sphere, we have to travel to this planet. The magma apparently isn't hot enough to unmake it. By throwing the pieces in, we didn't destroy them, instead Threehorn Peak will erupt , ejecting the pieces. We'll have to find them again." Stripetail said.

"Impossible. The planet no longer around. it was destoryed by the rebal factors that disliked the peace treatys between Rainbow faces and Humans. A joint team of scientist was on the planet looking at the ruins when rebals used a Type 12 Blast Fire Bomb." Sam said looking at him
Mike nods "Yes when that thing was let off on that planet, in seconds the planet was blasted in flames then blow to pieces" Mike spoke
"And this text says here... 'once the sphere is in heated... the maker will relive with the power' whatever that means..." Sam looked at the end of the paper reading it out loud.

"So in other words, the creator of the sphere, whose soul was trapped within the sphere, will be freed from his prison. Not good for your world.' Stripetail reached out with his mind." I sense a presence inside the volcano... a evil presence." He sighed. "Not good at all. I could recreate the planet as it was, but creating something that large will take an enormous amount of energy. I can do it but I will need to draw the energy from the sun and moon themselves. The sun will set early and there will be no moonlight tonight." He raised his hands to the sky, muttering strange words under his breath. His entire figure began to glow.

"That would mean Ducky will be back to her normal self and us becoming dinosaurs..." Sam said
"Crap!" Mike shouted "Lets get out the cave now!" Mike said both dashing out the cave entrance and Ducky follows them to Max and Grandpa.

The Sun set quickly, the sky becamed tinged with color. Stripetail continured muttering his strange spell, chanting faster and faster.

Max looks up at Grandpa longneck "Looks like I will be your kind sooner then expected but the main fears is coming"
"Ducky I wish today would of be alright... but we got a darkness coming that no one would like to see" Sam said to Ducky.

Free at last" eyes glow red with pure evillness "Higia! fear it! fear the name of my dark powers" Higia looked around the land "Nice world... hmmm?" looks up and he sense the world that he created the sphere on "So it was destoryed and now someone recreating it. I must find this powerfully force and elimate it" Higia disappears but Stripetail sense the eviliness that awakened

"Whoa what a rush..." Sam looked at himself "Wow" Sam looks at Ducky "I see your back to normal"
"Now this is something" Mike smirked but looks at Stripetail "Jeezs his going to be weak after he recrated the planet"
"I know that why we should help protect him till his stregth is back... no time to feel prude of our new forms" Max saif to them.

Stripetail finished creating the planet and unleashed the pent up energy within him. He braced himself on his staff, and took a moment to recover from his strenous work. He sensed Higia's presence. " So he has been freed from his prison, as I expected. His powers are strong, but mine are stronger still."

Higia looked down at the peak below him "A volcano... a test of a tiny part of my power" Higia let black smoke cover the peak and with little effect the whole thing blow apart with no flames or explosions just rock blow apart from all directions with Threehorn peak falling on top of no more base.
"Such small effect and such power that I have to keep back. I won't let anyone know my true power not just yet" Higia floats towards the ground with the black mist flewing around him.
Duckyin the Great Valley was the only one watching the peak when it blow apart.

His Summoned the magic within him again.: 'Prior Dismica!' a Flash of light , And Threehorn Peak was once again towering over the landscape. " So, It's a game of you destroy, I rebuild, eh Higia? Your powers cannot match mine, and you will learn that the hard way." Stripetail thought.

Higia laughed as his voice echoed "You haven't even sense my full power. this is only a stepping stone of it" Higia appears in front of him moving towards him with the black mist picking up trees by the roots and throw them into the air as Stripetail used his power to return the trees Higia let out a black blast of energy blasting Stripetail off his feet and the staff falling between Higia's black metal feet.
Higia picks it up looking at the crystal "Now this is no more" Higia take hold of the crystal and crushed it to dust and the black sphere on his chest takes the power inside the crystal and his powers grow stronger then Stripetail.

Stripetail gestured and another staff appeared in his paw, complete with crystal. ' He smiled and commanded"Absorbus" Higia face contorted with pain as light streamed out of his body and into Stripetail's staff. As Higia Writhed in pain, Stripetail Snarled" Did you really think that My power is concetrated solely within my staff? You fool, I have destroyed more powerful creatures than you over the ages." He snapped his paws and Higia was imprisoned within a Sphere of light. "Back to your home world with you.' Higia Roared in anger as the Sphere slowly vanished. Once it had gone Stripetail collasped.

Try as Higia could the light protected Stripetail from being sucked in. " Higia roared in fustration.

"Fool" Higia aimed his mist at Petrie but all the sudden a large tail from Max smashed into him sending Higia flying into Mike. Mike caught him by the Threehorn face of his and then throw Higia at Sam who twisted knocking Higia by his tail into a Tree smashing through it.
Higia stood up with red eyes glaring at them "You interfer you d... d..." Higia looked at his chest to see the sphere not there and his powers weaking "No... that flying dinosaur..." Higia felt himself fading away as he watche Petrie fly out of reach to Stripetail

' Thank You.' Stripetail said to petrie who dropped the sphere into his paws. He Pointed the Sphere at the weakening Higia. " Absorbus!" The Black hole opened and the black fog that was Higia was quickly absorbed into the sphere. " Endus!' The Hole closed and inside the sphere Stripetail could see the faint outline of Higia whose eyes flashed, furious at being reimprisoned. " Stripetail put the sphere down and sat on the ground, exhausted from his battle with Higia.' Thank you, everyone. Higia was gaining the upper hand on me, but thanks to your help, I emerged victorious. We must take this back it the place it was made and destroy it for good. It will take awhile for me to recover from spending so much energy."

And within this light, a voice began to speak. "It's not time for the test to begin, but I'm afraid I must intervene... I shall send an avatar to deal with this situation."
Then, a human-like figure steps through the gate, the figure itself illuminates the room until dying down to a more detailed look. Shrouded in a dark cloak and carrying a longbow, the figure looks around with shining white eyes, surveying its surroundings. The gate darkens to its normal state, and the figure departs into the crevaces to the outside world...

Max smiled looking at Grandpa longneck "Thanks... but being this big is going to get time to get use of" Max replied. "Plus talking to you eye level feels strange, if that make any sense to you" Max said.

The cloaked figure makes it out the hidden crevaces into the woods near the Wash. It surveys the night sky and the Great Valley underneath. It hesitates before stepping further into the Valley, its steps lightly pressing the group. The figure quickens its pace into a run, silently moving past a trudging group of dinosaurs as it disappears into the night.

A wave of cold moves through his body as Guan looks to the side into the dark trees, thinking he may have heard something. Pausing for a while, he hears nothing further and moves again to catch up with the group.

"Well what do I call you be?" Max asked Grandpa longneck. "Maybe time will help me out. Would you be able to tell me a bit more about this type of dinosaur we are" Max said.

"Well, I've been known as Longneck by the other adults, and I've been called Grandpa by Littlefoot and his friends."

Odon and Guan look back to where Threehorn was looking. Odon looks hard into the darkness, focus his sight to find anything out of the ordinary.

Odon coudln't find an answer to his nephew's question, and continues to stare at the dark trees...

The figure remains completely stationary behind a large tree. It closes its white eyes to avoid giving itself away to the dinosaurs, but it lets its hearing open wider to the sounds that surround it.

Hearing the triceratops moving closer to its position, the figure extends its bow, and an arrow appears, already strung and ready. With one motion, it springs from behind the trees in front of the three-horned dinosaur and fires, the arrow whistling soundly through the air. But almost as immediately as the arrow was fired, the arrow came apart in midair, hitting the trees on both sides of the triceratops. And withing the circle of arrow fragments, a translucent web blocks the dinosaurs way further into the woods. The figure turns and sprints in the other direction, disappearing into the darkness beyond.

"I see, sounds like chosing this choice with a good taste. Looking forward for my new life as a... Longneck right?" Max replied with a smile.

Odon, Strut, and Ozzie race to assist Threehorn, struggling to remove the web from him. The web couldn't be torn off, so they have to pull Threehorn out. With several tries, and with help from Mutt, Nod, Guan, and his sisters, they got Threehorn free, the web still intact.
"Did you see that, Uncle Odon?" asked Guan.
"I did, and I never saw anything like that move so fast. It looks somewhat human, but I can't be sure."

" Well remember when I said You could change back? Well, the rules state only once, but since I gave you those crystals you could wish to be dinosaurs again." Stripetail said.He was slowly recovering from the battle, but it would take until morning to fully regain hs strength. He got up and slowly walked over toward Threehorn and the net. He touched the net and reached out mentally to the creature that had made it. " So you have decided to intervene eh? Well, Creature the battle is over, and I was the victor. So why are you here?"

Max looks down at him "I'm not taking that chance, I've waited a long enough time to become something that I dreamed of when I was a child. why don't you in the morning just zap the sphere to the planet with it came from?" Max suggested
Sam and Mike nods "We have to agree... what if we do go with it becoming human again and somethng happens that we can't be like this. So me and Mike also agree we will not take the chance... we all have dreamed of being the dinosaur we are. We don't to risk losing it... if we would get the ship rebuilt using magic if you may we could send it off on autopolit into the planet's volancoes destorying the sphere forever..." Sam said.
Mike looks at him "I think we could do that, it would work if you like to do it that way"
The three using their minds came up with a plan that was very clever and might even work without him having to use magic to turn them back to humans.
Mr Threehorn not sure what happening nods "I think they have a plan. And like the way you are Mike. A threehorn that now I could talk to" Mr Threehorn smirked faultly

"Well, You three really have nothing to worry about. Remember the crystals I gave you? Well they will change you back into dinosaurs, no matter what situation you're in, well unless you get killed. If you die the crystals will be given to someone else. As for sending the Sphere back to its home planet and leaving it there, forget it. I'm going to unmake this blasted thing, since its master gave me all I could handle. I hadn't been that magically tested in years, and given that I was weak after creating the planet I was in a vulnerable position." Stripetail paused.

"But there are no ships... all been destoryed or damaged beyond repair" Sam said "It will take forever to rebuild one" Sam stated
"So you could turn us back human but we can't get to the planet"

I Could Teleport you there using magic." Stripetail said. "But we'll have to wait until morning. Teleporting creatures is not easy and the amount of energy needed depends on the size of the creature being teleported , the number of creatures and the distance being traveled. The Farther away a place is, the more power it takes." He looked at Max. "where is that book on that planet the sphere came from?"

Max laughs looking down at his large front feet "And how am I suppose even hold a book with my body being this big and having front feet? Erm... Stripetail could you turn the page to... erm... page 223 I will read it out" Max lowers his neck with his face coming near to the ground. Stripetail turns the page and Max reads it out.
"The planet is called Gadaro. And I think we should stay like this and Sam carry the sphere since he the only one with hands. He could carry it to the Volcano of Light a large crator like hole that lights the sky 24/7 with a red glow. THat will be the place to destory it and me and Mike will use our size and now dinosaur form to protect him since this area had creatures that are about 10ft high and strong. From What the book said." Max tells them and Stripetail. "In the morning we will go and then use the crystals we have to wish ourselfs back here." Max finished saying to them looking at Stripetail seeing if his plan is alright.

"Yes we all do... I will tell you about Duckbills if you like... we good swimmers, we sleep by rivers, we eat plants like treestars and water plants. I would tell you more but it getting late and my children need sleep" Ducky's mum said
"Oh of course. I will leave you be" Sam turns away and Ducky speaks up before Sam could get a foot step away

Grandpa looks worried about the idea of bringing Littlefoot and the other kids. He takes a look at Littlefoot, remembering several times Littlefoot and his friends were found in places where they were told not to go. It takes several moments before he spoke up. "Stripetail is right. The children have a habit of going places where they were told many times not to go. At least with the little ones with us, we can keep a better watch on them."

The figure stops suddenly as the squirrel's voice echoed in its mind. It took around a half hour for it come to. Then it turns around and goes back to the group it left before, following where the voice came from.

Odon steps forward. "My family and I will remain here to keep watch on the Valley. There's no need for too many of us in a small and quick adventure."

While the group talk amongst themselves, the figure waits outside in the trees nearby, looking for the one who sent the voice. It spots a squirrel with a staff in its paw, and realizes that he was the one who spoke to it. It remains hidden in the bushes and waits.

Upon hearing the voice again, the figure focuses out to the squirrel. A voice, not belonging to the figure, speaks mentally to the squirrel.
"I must speak with you privately if we are to talk any further. It is not yet time for the others to know me."
At that, the figure disappears back into the night.

The figure looks at Stripetail with unblinking white eyes as it sets its bow down on the ground. The voice again speaks through the figure.
"You may have won the battle, but it still lives long enough to come back. I have sent this avatar you see before you to make sure the monster does not return. The fate of the future of this valley depends on it. This is all I can be able to do at this time."

Ducky's mum raised up looking down at Ducky awiting the answer of Sam staying or not. Sam didn't want to wait for a answer at first but thought that he wanted to know more about the swimmers.
Sam felt that he should leave and he thought "I should leave... go back to Max and Mike. Even I want to know more don't want to bother Ducky and her family" Sam stop thinking for a moment looks at Ducky "But I was in the wrong to ask about her having a father... not like human turned duckbill could do that" Sam whispered quietly.

He stops and looks back at Ducky and her family but then he phase out seeing a image of his own family a day before the destoryed area of base.

Sam closed his eyes seeing his past 15 years back. waving bye to his wife and family then one day after coming back to the moon a blast happens and he watched as the blast engulfs the dome that his family was in shouting out "Nooooooo" Ducky and her mum heard him cry it out and he almost collapsed with shock.

A spark and gas caused a super heated explosion... it travelled down the main tube that connects to the centre dome and outside dome. The main dome manage to shut the main doors up but the dome my... family was in didn't..." Sam looks down at the water ripples "the whole dome was blow apart and I stood on a ship 2 miles away watching the dome blow up in a fireball into space... I... just can't bare to see anyone else share the same fate as those in the dome... I... I must go..." Sam turns and starts walking off to the other side of the bank.
"oh dear... that is so sad... did seeing me with my children remind you of such?" Ducky's mum asked
Sam stops and looks at her just nodding "after being a while with Ducky in the cave listening to her talk and talking to her it reminded me of so much I had lost... the pain I caused... I don't want to cause anymore..." Sam looks away again

One, that because of the constant disturbance of the time line due to the interference from the future, the rivers of time shift continuously, making the future difficult to read. After watching the conversation between Stripetail and the dinosaur, the figure waits until both depart from the area before it jumps from the tree to the ground. It sneaks into some nearby bushes and watches as everyone heads home. As everyone goes out of sight, it retreats back to the hill near the Thundering Falls.

The voice vanishes as soon as the portal closes. The figure looks around its surroundings and begins sneaking around among the barren rocks, keeping out of sight of the group.

Higia laughs as he watch things move around "mmm lets draw... what is this!? another transportation taken place!?" Higia looks at the view to see Doc moving towards the group
"Another to join the party. Good... now to scan his greatest fears" Higia scans his mind and smiles "A dinosaur worse then Old Sharptooth lets show to them after they fight old sharptooth" Higia smiles.

Stripetail Jumped up on Grandpa and quickly climbed up to the top of his head."Everybody stay together." Out of nowhere he suddenly broke into a smile.

A Figure appeared inside the tunnel. The figure was transparent, barely visible even in the bright light of the tunnel.It went over to the generators that were powering both the spheres and the landscape. It vanished inside the generators and suddenly the tunnel was plunged into darkness. The sound of metal hitting the floor was the only sound that could be heard. Aided by the darkness the figure vanished again.

Try and make something up like. " Higia suddenly stopped. " What is this? The Generators aren't working? Computer, reactivate Generators." " Generators have been disabled. Unable to reactivate them." Higia turned on the intercom." Alright, Stripetail , I want to know how you did that." Stripetail turned at Higia's voice." Um, did What exactly? I haven't used any magic, your spheres would have activated if i had done so." Higia angrily turned off the intercom. " Well there is Plan B>' He said with a smile"

Higia noticed the power failure "Oh well... lucky this planet is the power for back up..." Higia flips a switch and the fusion reactors activate and the heat cells also activated bring power back online through out the planet. "To make sure I activate the solar panels and power the magic dampner spheres at solar wind collection. So I can still have more enough... but one more power plant go down I will show what I am made off" Higia taps on something on his panel.
Higia looked at the panel "Computer repair genraters... now... next time that or any other go down I will do this..." push the side of the sphere

Everyone felt the ground shake and all saw behind them some type of large explosion so powerful that it caused a tremor.

'well now someone or something struck a nerve." Stripetail replied. He had felt the surge of power as Higia had repowered the spheres, and he now had a general idea of Higia's whereabouts. In addition, with the spheres being down, his staff had transformed back, and he could use his magic. " ' The spheres will take a while to fully recover, and my powers aren't as dampened. But I will merely build up my strength rather than take the offensive. Higia may have been foiled,but he will be on guard against another attack' He thought. He pulled out his staff. It had recovered its normal color and powers. He struck the ground with it, feeling the energy flowing through the planet. " I will just absorb a little." He Closed his eyes and began taking in the power through the ground. For a good ten minutes he absorbed the power, and then he put his staff away. " Higia will probably notice soon enough that I helped myself to some magic." He Thought, as he turned towards the Sharptooth. " While don't you bring out the other Sharptooth you have in store for us Higia? He Mocked.

"Warning warning... power drain detected... warning" computer warned
"You idiot... Now I am going to take no chances... time to destory this world..." Higia pushed a button showing a large drain with a bomb on it and it started to drain towards the core of the planet.
"It runs on power not magic. you can't tell what is happening furball. Now in 2 minutes this planet will start to disablize" Higia laughed as he exit the room heading to the dock bay.
He arrives looking at the timer as he climbed in turning the intercom on "You haven't seen the last of me fur ball and the only way you can save your friends is use what power you have sending them home with the wish crystals, stop me see them die or let me go and save your friends and destory the black sphere. your choice" turns it off.

They see a ship blast off into the sky and a mighty bang that came from below them.
"What was that!?" Cera said with a startled voice.

Oh No You Don't. " Stripetail Pointed the Sphere at Higia's ship. " Join the rest of you inside the crystal. "The Sphere glowed and a blast came out of it entraping the ship. Stripetail used his strength to pull the ship apart and draw Higia out of it."Arghhh...." Higia screamed as he was sucked into the void of the sphere. " Stripetail looked down at the sphere and saw two pairs of eyes inside . The Ground trembled. Teleportius!' He Called out And they were sent into the red mountain from which the Sphere had been forged.. The mountain shook and lava shot up into the air. " Let's End this!' Stripetail yelled , as he threw the sphere into the magma. A Hiss came as the sphere began to melt. He watched as the Sphere fell apart, and then a huge piece of rock fell into the lava. " Sam, Max, Mike. Wish us out of here, now!' he yelled as the planet shook.

"We wish everyone back to the Great Valley!" Max, Sam and Mike said at the same time everyone but Stripetail disappeared in a flash.
As the planet disablize and start to fall Higia the real Higia walked up behind him. "So my twin magic and techonos did what I wanted. Now Stripetail after all these years we meet again. For a last time stand... no clear winner out of a dual of technology or magic. We now die on this planet"

" There were three of you. " Stripetail smiled. "But I'm afraid I'll have to disappoint you Higia. I Have enough magic for one last spell." He Pulled Out a wishing crystal from his robes. "You die alone. I wish I was Back home!" The Crystal glowed and Stripetail vanished, leaving Higia alone as Galado Exploded. The Blast Incinerated Higia, and all the technology he had created.
_ As the Dinosaurs returned to the Great Valley, Petrie looked around for Stripetail. "Where is Mr. Stripetail?' he asked.

*The Darkness of the Sphere was over and things went back to normal with new members to the Great Valley living their lives with the Great Valley dinosaurs. Stripetail visited time after time seeing how life was going for the three.
Other then that life was fine and things was great for the dinosaurs and because of the rock never impacted that would of wiped out the dinosaurs the Great Valley dinosaurs and outsider dinosaurs was able to have a life beyond the time that they was meant to die off*
