I encountered a bit of a graphical glitch. When I approached the bank of the river the grey area expanded into the grass, and the further down I moved my camera the further the grey area spread. It faded to green once I moved farther away, albeit the equilvalent of perhaps 700 ft.

Here's a picture.

LBT Multiplayer RPG Project Discussion / Need LBT similar words
« on: July 01, 2010, 04:01:54 AM »
Just my opinion, but at the "character" selection screen, instead of the arrow to begin I'd make two buttons. One would be for "Hatch a New Dinosaur!" and one would be "Continue Journey" that would be grayed until you've selected a character. I know this thread is just for words, but I can't really think of any without envisioning the screen in my head.

Edit: "Journey" of course would be switched out to whatever works best, "adventure" perhaps. Or it could just say "Continue".

Ths is just a thought, but when adjusting the quality perhaps only the in game objects should be affected. The menus would be more readable and better looking, and aren't really relevant when the game starts anyway, right?

I was in fourth grade, the teacher came in and said planes hit the world trade center ect ect. Other than that I remember it being a normal day. I suppose I was too young to understand the political implications and why it was allowed to happen. That's probably all the better. What facinates me to this day is how the effect stretched across the whole country. The 3500 some odd people who died that day had friends and family in every crevice and corner of the country.

General Land Before Time / My theory on the LBT office closing.

Good point, WeirdRaptor.

I kinda agree with the arguement that LBT had just run it's course, and was probably long overdue to be laid to rest. You bring up some undeniable truths though, pokeplayer. I'm sure all those probably had a part in finally stopping production of LBT. It's too bad this fascist you speak of was a hater and not a diehard LBT lover who would've kept making them at a loss. :(

But who knows what the future holds? Maybe some years in the future someone in a big chair will deem it time for an LBT throwback.  :^.^:

Watermarks! Commercial breaks! Closed captioning sponsored by the GOF! :idea

...Well, maybe Petrie's idea is better. :(

My step father would probably think it's typical behavior of me, but my mom has embraced LBT! :) If I'm not mistaken, she saw Alex watching some old VHS tapes of it, so she bought him all 13 on DVD. :D

Silver Screen / District 9

I saw it on Friday as well. I thought it was great, except the main character's accent made him sound ridiculous saying the f word so many times. :lol

I really liked the ending. The main problem I have with a lot of movies is I don't like their ending, but this one was great.

I don't know how many of you have heard of mylifeisaverage.com, but it is a site where people tell short humorous anecdotes which all end with "MLIA" (My Life is Average). I liked this one! All of the comments show their love for LBT too. :)

English isn't your first language, yet you speak it better than me. Did you take any additional classes apart from regular schooling or learn it on your own?
