Title: Minecraft: The Great Valley Project
Post by: PanickyPetrie14 on August 09, 2011, 08:40:42 AM
I've thought about this project ever since I saw Minecraft for the first time, and now, I'm going to the extreme and make this difficult project. I have a video here that shows what I've already done in the project.

And yea, I uploaded it on youtube :smile  Here, I've made a house, the part where Littlefoot stood before seeing the Great Valley be revealed by light, the waterfall, the cave and outside the cave.

Gee... I may finish this in a couple of weeks or months I think, including the characters' sleeping areas, some parts of the Great Valley (e.g. rock circle, ravines, small ponds, lots of trees, etc.)

Interesting. So far, I like the little waterfall scene you made. Are you going to make the entire valley? Keep up the good work.  :goodluck

Yes!  :exactly
I am going to make the whole valley  :smile in fact, I'm thinking to expand it once the Great Valley is complete. I will add some places that are in the movies (e.g. the crater from TLBT X, the mysterious island from TLBT V, saurus rock from TLBT VI, etc.)

Awesome! You should also add the pond where the gang defeated the sharptooth in the first movie :)

Hmm...it would be very cool to see our current Minecraft server members do something like this or something similar to that.
