Probably burnt himself out.  You know what happens when you get too much of anything, no matter how good that thing is that you need a break every once in a while.  He practically lived on this forum, which isn't good.  I try to resist spending all my time here like I used to in order to avoid getting burnt out on the land before time.

Yes, I noticed his absence too  :(
I do hope that he can get things sorted out and I do hope that we will see him again. Sometimes members who haven't been around for a long time return after a while. Hopefully Manny too will return and be able to get GOF and real life healthily balanced.

I feel lucky I don't get burn-outs. I have a high tolerance for anything except jerks at my school. Why are they still there? They are wasting tax dollars.

I don't burn out on anything.  The worst I can get is taking a break.  Usually a day or so is enough, some stuff may take longer.

Whatever Manny Cav's reason I'm sure it's a good one. Manny was a frequent poster here so whether it be burnouts, a break or whatever else, I'm sure he'll come back ;) Most members who do go AWOL for a bit tend to return at some stage

I have his email.  We chatted a few times on gmails chat service.  I don't want to pressure the guy.  He'll come back when he's ready.  It's not like he forgot the web address or anything.
