Recently drew a picture of Michelle, a Dino Squad fancharacter of mine, entirely in Photoshop with the mouse (I have no tablet).

I also recorded myself drawing the picture. I've been meaning to do at least one of these kinds of videos (ones that show the progress of a picture from start to finish), but never got around to it.

Wow. Liked the video. It was neat to see the process by which you draw. :yes Is this how you usually do your artwork?
Maybe I should try that technique of using circles to plot out joints before drawing limbs. (Actually, you might have even suggested that to me, but I forgot. :oops)
I’m amazed by how little you erase or redo lines. Mainly because I do it constantly while drawing. :p
The picture itself looks a little rougher than most of your artwork I’ve seen, but still impressive :yes (especially considering you did it all with a mouse). For some reason I find myself intrigued by the shading. The legs look a little short to me, however.

I draw somewhat like this on paper. The main difference is that the sketch part is more..sketchy and more closely resembles the finished drawing. Oh and I don't always draw the sketch/outline in this order. Sometimes I start drawing out other parts of the body. Depends.
And yeah I noticed the legs were a tad short. It's difficult for me to draw with the mouse so I anticipated the picture wouldn't look as good as it would have on paper. I had actually redone the picture several times before I started getting the hang of drawing it.
Sometimes I do erase lines a lot on paper if I don't like the way they look. I don't like erasing too much too often though because it kinda ruins the paper I think.

That's the main reason I've started using Photoshop lately; I can use it to remove eraser marks and other unwanted lines on scanned pictures. :p One of these days, though, I'm going to get myself a drawing tablet, and try to learn to create pictures on Photoshop.
