Monkey D. Luffy from One Piece: Unlimited Adventure.

Sasuke and Naruto from Naruto Shippuuden Narutimate Accel 2.

Ichigo from Bleach blade Battlers 2nd.

Leon from Resident Evil 4.

Sora from Kingdom Hearts.

Spyro and Cynder from dawn of the Dragon
Fox and Krystal from star Fox adventures.
Argonians from Oblivion-I hope in in the next Scrolls game they allow you to become a Count or Countess and actually get to run a city, get a wife or Husband, etc.. thats about the only thing Oblivion was missing, the ability to settle down and get married..sure you can buy houses, weapons, etd, but you can't get married.. <_<

There are loads of characters I love from the VG universe so I can't tier them one above the other. But I will name some of them anyway:

Red XIII - probably my fav playable FF7 character

Shadow the Hedgehog because he don't joke around. He have that "Don't give a darn attitude" I really admire plus he uses guns.

Wow, once again a tough choice. Out of all the video game characters I know and love, my top three would have to be:

3. Sub-Zero (Mortal Kombat)
When I was five I first started playing Mortal Kombat. Back then, I was in the Power Ranger/Ninja phase, so it obviously appealed to me. Now that I am older, I've come to appreciate Mortal Kombat for all it's violence, blood, and over-the-top characters. Sub-Zero has always been my favorite of the series.

2. Shadow the Hedgehog
What can I say? Shadow is a badass handsdown! He may not be as fast as his blue counterpart, but he makes up for it with everything else. I have always preferred Shadow over Sonic and will continue to every day.

1. Isaac (Golden Sun)
Golden Sun is probably my all time favorite video game so far, which makes perfect sense that a character from it is my favorite. Isaac is cool because he's a kid like me except he can use Earth based magic to defeat his opponents. I don't know how else to explain it, but Isaac has that persona that screams out "awesome hero".
