...That's all I can think of for now. I liked quite a lot of the Night and the Museum jingles, but there wasn't really a theme song...

The Japanese or American version?  The American one has the purple case and the Japanese one includes a booklet and an audio play cd (so the entire package is really thick).

I've got both and they each have merit--the American one is not as mysterious and gives Mewtwo a decent theme and Mew a playful flute theme.  The Japanese ones gives Mewtwo a full-fledged pipe organ and kettledrums and Mew is largely represented by a xylophone in the 13th track.  Don't see why they decided to rewrite the score anyway....same film different music depending on where you live (or what you'll pay to get a copy). ^^
