I think that he's Littlefoot's age, but he's kind of big compared to what I think was his parents. What do you think?

Yeah. Hard to tell since his voice seems to be naturally a bit high-pitched.

I thought he was young adult / teenage  :)  but Im not sure

He might be  a little older, but because of his more primitive, playful culture, he probably has learned less than Littlefoot. ;)
