Title: Copying and pasting formatted text on websites
Post by: F-14 Ace on April 18, 2012, 06:46:59 PM
I was wondering if there is any way to copy and paste text from a word processor onto a message board and retain the text formatting such as italics and bold type.  It is really annoying having to go back and type in those stupid text tags, especially when you have several pages of text to go through.

There is a website where you can paste your text and convert it to BBCode so it can be displayed on this forum. BBCode is much more limited than Doc or HTML (no center alignment or such, at least not on this site), but text properties such as font, size, color or shape from the orignal document will be preserved.

Hope it helps.
