I will try and make a death count
Film I: Mama Longneck, The creatures that fell to their deaths in the Great Earthshake (quite a few), Sharptooth
Film II: Possibly Ozzy and Strut
Film III: None that I know of.
Film IV: Maybe Dil.
Film V: The two Leaf Eaters grabbed at the beginning; Plated Sharptooth.
Film VI: The two Sharpeeth executed near the end; the Meanest Ever Sharptooth.
Film VII: Pterano's herd; possibly Rinkus and Sierra.
Film VIII: Mountain Sharptooth.
Film IX: None.
Film X: None.
Film XI: None.
Film XII: None.
Film XIII: The Sharpteeth killed by dancing Yellow Bellies.
TV Series: I don't think anybody died.
Film XIV: It's not out yet so we don't know.
All in all, I'd say, barring something happening in Film XIV: It's close between film 1 and film 7. Film 1 might be the winner by a slight edge. Film XIII might also be a contender too.
I know for near deaths, Ducky seems to be getting the brunt of it.
Film 1: Petrie near death.
Film II: Ducky near death (when it looks like she fell to her death)
Film III: Hyp perhaps. Topps and Cera in that fire.
Film IV: Ducky (again), Grandpa Longneck. Ichy also almost got eaten by Dil.
Film V: Chomper, no idea what Chomper had in mind when they are in that canyon, but, if it wasn't just to say hi, then we can include all the kids too.
Film VI: Possibly Littlefoot, being in that mouth.
Film VII: Ducky again, yep, yep, yep. (Many times too)
Film VIII: None that I can recall.
Film IX: Mo.
Film X: None.
Film XI: Perhaps the Tinysauruses when they pushed those rocks at them.
Film XII: Guido (when he went into the Spinosaurus mouth) and also when he was sleepflying. Tricia too when she almost drowned.
Film XIII: Grandma Longneck, Loofah, Doofah, and Foobie.
TV Series: Chomper (when he is about to be trampled), Mama Flyer in the mud, Dara in the Sinking Sand, Skip and some of the kids in that fire. Ducky and her precious stones. Cera almost goes over a waterfall. Chomper and his tooth.
Film XIV: Bron perhaps (I doubt they'd actually kill him off).

Might be some more in the beginning flashbacks of some of the movies. And maybe you could icnlude the eggs in LBT 1 lol? Or well they already had passed away. same with the duckbill on LBT 5 and any number of bone dinos on the earlier ones. Rinkus and Sierra made a oof sound when they hit the small cave. I highly highly doubt they died

I know they probably didn't, which is why I had nasty fates for them in my fanfics. Rinkus is eaten by Chomper's mate and Sierra is killed by Pterano.

It's funny that 9-12 have no deaths and than suddenly 13 had quite a few.
