A step in the right direction after all of the bullcrap "copyright claiming" critics have gotten, if you ask me.

Looks like this is more of an example for other people that make fraudulent claims on videos. Like Youtube is hoping this deters some of that.

I hope it does too.

Good idea.  

Maybe also making public everyone who tries to do a copyright take down thing, whether it goes through or not, a simple website that just lists that.  Some would dislike the publicity, though some would likely like that.
