When I play my arcade games on my MAME emulator, I mostly play for points, just because it was either meant that way, just for fun, or because some arcade games are just too hard to complete. (I'm looking at you, Ghosts 'n Goblins.) Though I could try to complete difficult games, if I'm hardcore enough.
I play them on their respective settings. For example, normal difficulty and 3 lives.
Yesterday, I was playing the original Space Invaders from 1978 on MAME and the score I got was 5030 points! That's my newest Space Invaders Hi-Score record so far!
Does anyone else play arcade games for Hi-Scores?
Any other systems count too! (NES, SNES, SEGA, etc.)

Dude can you teach me how to get a MAME Emulator to work please? I'd love to know how since I wanna get back into playing classic arcade games.
