Title: Size of the LBT characters

Hi!
What do you think, how tall are the LBT characters in meters / centimeters, respectively feet and inch?
I'm going to create more tinfigures of them (might take a while to finish the moulds though). Most likely I'm going to create them by estimation, but still it would be interesting for me to know how large most people think they are, so I may be able to use a scale.

I guess if you want to keep them in scale, the best place to start would be to look at the respective sizes of adult dinos of their species.  :yes   If you can get one measurement from the facts you find, all you have to do is start dividing all the numbers by 2 or 3 until on hits a number that can't go any smaller and use those for reference. ;)

That's probably more work than it needs to be.  :lol:

This however would make the characters really tiny. Even tall Littlefoot would measure  distinctly less than a meter if one sees that he is smaller than his grandparents' heads and how comfortably he fits into a sharptooth's mouth (not to mention how large the teeth are compared to him. Ducky would be about twice as tall as a rat (Petrie). And the fruits that hit Petrie in LBT 8 and 10, would probably prove lethal to him  :unsure:
The problem is that in comparison with elements from the landscape (trees etc.) the characters often don't appear as small as they do if compared to other dinosaurs.

I dunno about an actual real-time scaling of the gang but what if perhaps you scaled them according to each other. I mean, scale Cera against Littlefoot and Spike against Cera etc. Wouldn't that be a lot easier than trying to model them against their actual counterparts? Just food for thought

That's what I meant when I wrote that I'll most likely create them by estimation. Still the question just interested me.

Littlefoot is probably as tall as a 6ft tall man. I don't lnow if that helps you malte.

Looking at a T-Rex skull I'm positively sure he wouldn't fit into it's mouth (like he did in LBT6) if he was 6ft tall. Much as I would like to have him about that size I'm afraid he would be smaller. Also remember that Ducky (about twice as big as Tickles) reaches up to his knees.
