To continue Mario RPG games, let's talk about another great set of games! Paper Mario takes the goofiness of SMRPG and flattens it... unfortunately the music just doesn't seem to affect me the same way as SMRPG

I think its not as great as Mario RPG, but i still love it. I find the 2nd one to be the best and probably the longest (it took me about 30 hours to finish). Super Paper Mario was fun but way to easy.

These games never did appeal to me. I've seen the first one played a tiny bit but that's it.

The paper gimmick has no appeal to me. -_- This would also be some of the reasoning behind my dislike for Mario Party 3. -_-

God I loved this game!  I got the game a long time ago and I lost it so I downloaded the emulator.  So far, I have 149 hours on it. :D I don't really play it anymore though.

yep. As i said before though, the third game is waaay to easy. On my second play through i beat it and i was only lvl 5 or 6.

I Really loved The Thousand Year Door. All three games were great, even though Super Paper Mario was the worst of the bunch. The music's great, the writing is funny and interesting, and they're fun to play, even though they're pretty easy.

Anyone looking forward to the Paper Mario coming out for 3DS?

Paper Mario 2 is one of my favorite games and I LOVE the soundtrack. :D

But I dislike Paper Mario 1 (way too difficult and frustrating) and Super Paper Mario (never played it, but when I saw a YouTube Video of it I was shocked about the battle system, it's like the one of the RPG Maker 2000).

The only difficult part I found in any of the paper mario's was the second ones final boss, and the Pit of 100 trials.

For those that don't know, I am currently doing a Let's Play of the first Paper Mario, and I won't lie about how it's going.

I feel that it's been going well, but I've been having sound quality problems lately.  Once in a while, a static type of noise happens.  I'm not sure what's causing it.  After you record all that, it's impossible to do a re-record, so you have to fix the problem.  As such, this leads to several cuts.  I'm not sure what's causing it, but I hope to fix it soon.

Other than that, I'd say it's going well.  Check it out on Blip and YouTube if you get the chance.
