You could create a chatbox on a simple chatbox-host site. And if you see members online you could send them a PM where you ask them to come over to chat a bit. That's what ingster does :) .

Why have your parents blocked msn anyway?

Just remember that you can contact members in every way, mail, pm or chatting programms. And that is easier+less annoying for both you and other members  :^.^:

I'm going to be honest...I really don't trust MSM or any form of IM. Unlike e-mail where you know the people that are e-mailing you, people can just get into your IM and type whatever :p
