Music of the Night - Phantom of the Opera is also pretty creepy.
Metroid Prime Menu theme (Smash Brothers Brawl Varient) is also pretty chilling. There's something about the shrieking synthesizer and wierd high synthesized vocals that just feels weird.
Lost World (Custom Robo) - is pretty creepy. Like I said, shrieking synths and undulating percussion really wierd me out.

Not to get too off topic, but Phantom has a run for its money with Oklahoma or Sound of Music in my opinion. ;)

I never really thought of it being creepy. The lyrics yes, it can be viewed as just that, but still, I always thought of it as a nice song to sleep to.

Speak to me, by Pink Floyd, scared me out of my wits. Theres no lyrics, just some random noises, creepy slow bass drum, some maniacal laughter, then some screaming.

"Threnody for the victims of Hiroshima" is probably the scariest song of all time. Other scary songs would be "Drzava" (Slovenian for "The State"), a song about the near-divine power of the state and the abuse of that power (a critique of Yugoslavia, but can be applied to any modern state), "Der Zivilisation" (German for "Civilisation") about nuclear war, "Brat moj" (Slovenian for "My brother"), about the suffering of ordinary people under communism and "Panorama", an instrumental depicting a post-apocalyptic landscape, all by Laibach. "Brat moj" is more of a depressive song than a really scary one though.
"Jaruzelski", an instrumental about 1980s Poland, is also quite scary and is reminiscent of the works of an author I'm about to mention.
Works of Alan Schoenberg also come to mind, but it's a long time since I listened to any of his works so I can't name anything specific.
