On Sunday, August 2nd, HBO Family and HBO Family HD will be running an all day Land Before Time Marathon. They will only be airing 1, 2, 3 and 5, but they'll be doing them repeatedly.
You can find the information at the following sites:

We await the special day. :)

Why are they skipping 4?
Thats like doing a Star Wars marathon and omitting The Empire Strikes Back.
-
Or better yet, why not feature all of the films ?
-
Yeah, why do they skip 4..
-
Maybe the folks there were to drunk to find 4.
-
That might be Kor, or it might be just an oversight..
-
A new link I put up shows it's not quite an all-day deal. Certain airings will be exclusive to a certain Time Zone. On top of this, there will be some other movies and shows airing in between some of them. So yeah, not quite all day, but comes close.
As for why they aren't airing LBT 4, I don't know. Your guess is as good as mine. :)
-
Maybe they're doing a test to see if LBT can bring some popularity.
Whatever the case I can't watch it. We only have basic channels (I don't really watch TV) and don't have access to HBO. Remember to turn to the channel if you have it people! They're probably going to be looking at the watchers stats and every extra number will help!

same here we don't get the channel as well.
-
I hope some here can enjoy that marathon.
-
They've been doing those "marathons" for quite a while now, surprised no one noticed until now. :o
-
I wish I had HBO Family.
-
Let's not look a gift horse in the mouth. We're getting a Land Before Time marathon. Who cares if they skipped a movie?
-
HBO Family is a channel I"ve never even heard of. I don't think its even offered where we live. You'd have more of a "viewers impact" if Cartoon Network gave it a marathon. Offering these on specialty channels don't do anything for the show.
-
I've got Dish Network and don't even have this channel. It is available, but it costs extra.
Yeah, it's one of those channels.
