i won't be on gof much anymore.......this sucks balls! why did my mum have to cancel our internet? why?

Well if you have an active phone line (which I don't have), you can get FREE dialup interenet.  NetZero has a monopoly on free internet services so you have to go with them, but they'll give you 10 hours of free internet per month and a free 1gb email account:

Didn't know they still offered that.  Most people would use up 10 hours in three days or less.

I had posted a link to a place that lists free internet on another post like this, don't recall where.  But there'd likely have to be some sort of agreement to leave the phoneline open to receive calls ect, and be on the internet for only say 30 minutes or something like that at certain times sort of agreement maybe.

Most will have ads on the computer while you surf.  I'd guess most are limited to x hours a month, so you'd likely have to use several or more isp's for a month's surfing.

I don't know if the service works outside the United States.  I know 10 hours really isn't a lot (especially when you're waiting 5 minutes on each page with dialup), but it's enough to keep in touch at least.  20 minutes per day on GOF.  You might get 3 or 4 replies per day. :p

Or use more then 1 isp.  I don't know if they tell you how much of your time you've used up.  Have maybe 2-3 or 4 of the free isp's that you use. Ok netzero is used for the rest of the month, now it's on to .....  A hassle, but it would give one more time to be on per month.

There is at least 1 there that is available for Canada only on the page I linked above.  No idea what country you are in.
