Hey guys!
Just like the other topic in the Silver Screen section, thought we'd do the same here. So, give us a lowdown on what you're currently gaming on, what you're trying to achieve and how well it's going.
Currently playing Darksiders. Hunting down the third boss having just been reunited with War's horse Ruin.
-
Pokemon Leafgreen. Trying to figure out if there's really any difference between it and Firered.
-
Playing RPG Maker for the Playstation, trying to hopefully finish a game this time.
-
DS: Digimon Dawn
PS2: Secret Weapons over Normandy
I think I'm over halfway finished with both of them.
-
Right now I'm playing Mass Effect 2.
Just got the game a week ago and I'm addicted to it. It's far better than the first game, the combat is a whole lot better.
I actually already beat the game, but I wasn't satisfied enough with the choices I made in my first playthrough, so I'm going over it again. What's awesome is that you can transfer the data from your Commander Shepard from the first game over to the second. Not just his/her face but the decisions you made there as well. As for the romance sub-plot, you can either stick with who you hooked up with, or go after someone else.
In my first playthrough, I went with this character:
*SPOILERS: DON'T WATCH IF YOU HAVEN'T COMPLETED THE GAME YET*
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bb7cvefzNxA (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bb7cvefzNxA)
What can I say? I have a thing for alien chicks...
Everyone Else Reading This: :bang  <_<

am currently wrapped up arkham asylum, have about 85% completed, solved all the riddler challenges and solved the spirit of arkham side quest as well
-
Wii VC: Zelda Ocarina Of Time
PS2: Destroy All Humans 2
PC: The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
-
Just landed Dead Space Extraction for Wii and Sega Megadrive Collection for PS3 for £25 for the pair of them. Can't complain seeing as they're normally £20 each in stores normally. Having played DS: Extraction I can see why they say it is the best game no one's ever played. Despite being an on the rails shooter, it is still quite immersive! Made me jump a few times! :lol
-
am currently finishing the original ratchet and clank..
-
Valkyrie Profile: Silmeria. Very frustratingly difficult game, that.
-
Dragon Age: Origins. A surprisingly good game.
-
Got Bioshock 2 delivered on Tuesday and been playing it since. Really awesome game! Just as dark and creepy as the first one
-
Team Fortress 2. Playing on a modded server called "Prop Hunt", where RED team must go and hide somewhere as a prop, and BLU team must spot and kill them. :smile
-
Playin' Bioshock! ooh rah!
-

I'm busy being a beast at Resistance, thank you very much!

On PS2, I'm playing Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Currently on my 2nd playthrough. I hadn't finished with the first one but I decided to start a new game. This time without using cheats. I actually find it more fun without the cheats although last night, something happened to me in the game that really made me mad. So I had just finished with a mission and was running low on money. So I decided to run over pedestrians for a little loose pocket change (I'm so nice :lol ). Unfortunately for me, this caught the attention of the cops. So I was about two blocks away from my character's safehouse when I get pinned up against a car(I was on a motorbike). I stupidly tried to drive over the front of the car when the bike topples over, knocking my character off which resulted in me getting Busted. I don't even know how that worked! The cop didn't knock me off the bike yet somehow that still counts! Way to take credit for something you didn't even do, copper <_< So I started over since I didn't want to lose either my weapons or my money. Oh yeah. Forgot to mention that I didn't save...
Nonetheless it's still a good, fun game. Great story too if you look past the violence.
On Wii, I'm playing One Piece: Unlimited Adventure. Not a bad game but very repetitive. I may be biased on it since the One Piece manga is probably my most favorite manga. I love being able to play as Luffy and the rest of the Straw Hat Pirates. Story's pretty good, the levels could be more intresting however.
On 360, I'm playing...Nothing! I want to try out the Avatar game but I'm just having too much fun with San Andreas. I'm also waiting to get an RPG called Eternal Sonata. I've heard it's pretty good.
-
am currently playing ratchet and and Clank 2 Going Commando- yeah I'm on a Ratchet kick right now..they need to him a female lombax to befriend ..
-
I'm playing L4D at the moment. Messing with console commands with some friends. :p
-
Left 4 dead 2.Just having fun with my friends.
-
BioShock 2, so far, it's just awesome indeed ^^
-
Just played a little Audiosurf
-
Hello:
I will soon reintall Star Trek: Armada2 :smile . I am misssing the game.
-
I'm playing DragonAge: Origins. It is a very big game. Really. And it can be played so MANY ways.
It reminds me of the old Quest for Glory games. Even the same base classes (warrior, mage or rogue.) are the same, and like that game series, this one has many possible paths for the plot to take.
-
I'm playing Medal Of Honor:European Assault on the Gamecube, its a very epic game and harder then any other MOH game I've played.
-
I'm switching back and forth between Fatal Frame 4, Tatsunoko VS Capcom and No More Heroes 2. Just finished Fatal Frame 4 and now I have TVSC and NMH2 to play with to the end. All three awesome games on the Wii.
-
Right now I'm alternating between Bioshock 2 and Mass Effect 2.
-
Other than playing more of BioShock 2, I'm also playing the new Aliens vs Predator game for the PS3.
-
Call Of Duty 4, killing some people... and stuff. :p
-
Just beat Bioshock, now playing Pokemon Silver. I think it's my favorite overall Pokemon game.
-

There's a Fatal Frame 4,really?
-
Finished Bioshock 2. Overindulging on Re5's DLC. The new episode is kinda short but fun still! :D
-
Paper Mario 64
-
I just switched some games around:
PS2: Warship Gunner 2
DS: Digimon Dawn & Pokemon Sapphire (GBA side)
GBA: Pokemon Firered
PC: Paraworld
-
At the moment, I'm playing Heavy Rain and it's bloody well interesting.
-
I'm playing "Claymates" for the Super Nintendo at the moment. I love this game! :D
But it's very difficult. You aren't able to save your game, and I have this game since my age of... 8? And I've never beat that game... but maybe this time?
-
Red Faction: Guerrilla. It's a lot more fun than I had initially thought it would be. :p
-
Currently, Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing for the wii.
-
At the moment, since I had to take Heavy Rain back sadly, playing DJ Hero and it's not that bad, better than what I had first anticipated.
-
A friend of mine very sneakily got me Battlefield Bad Company 2 as a birthday present (belated since it only came out here yesterday). Gotta say it's good fun and it's satisfying as hell getting campers who snipe from windows by just blowing a huge hole in the wall. :lol
-
I've been playing The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess on the Wii, it definatly lives up being a Zelda game, and its always satisfying to go through Hyrule field on horseback with sword in hand and kill some random enemy if they get in your way.
-
Already racked up 9 hours since I got Final Fantasy XIII on Tuesday. Seems like ages since this game was first announced and now it's finally out! Best part is, there are still 2 other games coming from the same vein as FF13! No formal release date announced but the glimpses that Square Enix have revealed so far look promising...especially graphically
-
Right now, having some fun with Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing and yeah, it's rather fun at the moment XD
Amy so far, is my favourite character to use believe it or not....her vehicle seems to handle nicely ^^
-
Ah, playing God of War 3 right now, and man, is it bloody well awesome, having such fun on it, already killed two of the Gods ^^
-
Bad Company 2
"Get outta the way! I gotta save me some cheerleaders!"
-Newest great quote from George Haggard-
-
God of War 3 is an awesome game, played at a friends place... and it's just brutal, I love it <3.
Between the occasional game of League of Legends and TF2, I'm bunkered down with the Bad Company, yeehaw!
-
Avernum 6 AND Dragon Age: Origins. Two role-playing games at once. It's amazing how much 'game' can be fit into such packages. Gotta love non-linear games. :lol
-
Still am playign God of War 3, trying to get the rest of the trophies at least before I go through the game using my godly possesions....basically, cheating!
Only have, 5 trophies left to get, plus the platinum ^^
-
Dead Space.Long time ago wanted to play this game but couldn't
-

Halo 3
My school started a "Halo for Haiti" campaign. You pick a partner and pay a small fee. Then, you pretty much play a massive game of Halo with 40 other people in the school. The winning team gets $200. I lost... But it was a good game. I think we donated $200 to Haiti. It was a really good idea!
-
Having a go at that new game Alan Wake and so far, it is an odd one....then again, I have only just started playing....and there was an evil killer tornado or darkness on the game!
I had to run from it :(
-
am replaying ratchet and clank a crack in time on hard setting
-

I had to run from it :(
You mean that Silent Hill rip off, its no good.
-
I shall see that for myself. But so far, I see no Silent Hill ripoff at all.
Silent Hill talks about an alternative reality where monsters of all sorts exist. Alan Wake is about him dreaming different dreams that involve darkness and using, so far, what seem to be his creations from his book that he's writting and so far, I am enjoying Alan Wake, it seems to be better than the Silent Hill games, which are rather average might I add.
-
Brutal Legend
-
Mass Effect 2. Again
-
Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2
Helping out my friend with his hard missions at the moment. Both of use actually have regenerating health on....and it's still rather hard as it is XD
-
Gang Garrison 2. (an 8-bit version of Team Fortress 2) :p
I'm bored.
-
Titan Quest: Immortal Throne
-
Far Cry 2
-
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3 Mutant Nightmare
-
Prototype.
Fun game indeed. I mean, I've played it before, but now, I'm actually going to be trying to get the platinum trophy on the game XD
-
Phantasy Star Universe. In particular, the Ambition of the Iluminus expansion.
-
Was just playing Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. I'm kind of a newbie to the series, to be honest. :p
-
Assassin's Creed II,great game although I never played the first one.
-
Watching Ninty's E3 stage display kinda got me wanting to play golden oldies! I d/led Donkey Country 1 and 2 and started working through those. Finished DKC1 and now working on DKC2. :DD
-
Tales of Monkey Island: Chapters 1 - 5
Yeah, I have all 5 episodes of it on the PS3 now and I like it indeed.....always have loved Monkey Island ^^
-
Currently Final Fantasy XIII to get the platin trophy.
After that, either Star Ocean 4 or Sonic Unleashed (getting platin trophies as well). :)
-
Wall-E NDS game. :D
-
Starcraft. Even though it doesn't want me to play it
-
Got Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker for PSP last week. Happily indulging on that for the mo! ;)
-
The Last Stand 3: Union City Alpha09 (http://www.conartistgames.com/flash/TLS-UnionCity-Alpha09.html)
I've found the AK47, the FAL Battle Rifle, the M16A2, the M1911 pistol, the M24 sniper rifle, the M4A1, the M9 pistol, the MP5, the G-17 pistol, the shotgun and the SV SMG (Vector).
The guns I haven't found yet are the XM8, UZI, UMP45 and SCAR-H.
-
Atm, I'm playing SSBB.
-
Been playing some of Transformers: War for Cybertron on the PS3 and so far, it's rather good I must say.
The online aspect of it is good, just takes it's sweet time loading into games and what have you....
-
Rock Band 2
-
Final Fantasy VIII - going to see if it's possible to complete the game without gaining a single level (apparently it very much can be done, but whether or not I'm capable of it may be another matter entirely).
-
Afrika on the PS3, quite a fun game indeed.
-
Starcraft 2 Beta
-
League of Legends. I downloaded it on Monday to see what it's like and I think it's great.
-

Heroes Over Europe, definately the best WWII flight game ever made.
-
Assassin's Creed 2
-
River Raid I & II
-
I just started playing one of my favorites games again. Bionicle Heroes, even though it's nearly four years old now, it's still one of my favorites.
-
Been playing some of Lego Harry Potter, Years 1 - 4 at the moment, and man, is it fun XD
-
Battlefield Bad Company 2
-
Rather stupidly bought what has been labelled one of the hardest games of recent times. It's over a year since its initial release to make it to European shores but I fell for it anyway. Yes... I am referring to Demon's Souls. And so far, they're not wrong. It's the only game I know that incorporates failure as a means of progression. By that, I mean you have to die in order to advance. Weird logic I know but it's still a good game. :smile

I want to play that game.
Been playing Silent Hill 3, Doom 2/Aeod, and smod for hl2
-
Resident Evil 5. Me and my friend and been going co-op styles on it, trying to upgrade all the weapons to unlock the infinite ammo for them all. Doing it on Vetran mode at the moment.
We have agreed that we wont be doing it on Professional mode until we've obtained the inifinite rocket launcher.....which will make the game a whole lot easier.....especially the fights against Wesker....especially hitting the prick
-
Just finished Fallout 3:Game of year edition(Yeah, all achievements http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xKYDLAjLOgo (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xKYDLAjLOgo)))
And started to play Alpha Protocol
-
I've been spending half my time playing Sonic Adventure 2 Battle so I can raise my Chao.
-
Still playing Resident Evil 5....but getting trophies for myself after having helped my friend get the platinum on it.
However, I am aiming for 100% with the platinum, which means, trophies from Versus mode, Desperate Escape and Lost in Nightmares as well.
But working my way through, first playthrough, getting all the BSSA emblems as well, so hopefully, can get all the figurines as well. Although I know I'll be able to get all the alternative costumes at the moment, if we get each and every emblem.
But it still stands that before going for Professional mode....going to have weapons with infinite ammo, mainly a sniper rifle, shotgun and magnum.....as wel as the rocket launcher which makes boss battles a cakewalk on Professional.
-
Playing Resident evil 1 from beginning to end for the first time in over about 11 years or something. Problem is I'm playing a really old PC version that runs the game at about 70 frames per second, so dying is incredibly easy when you don't enough enough time to respond to some of the later enemies in the game. Hunters keep on ripping my head off and jumping all over the place, and the snake is really hard to fight. The FPS gives this game a whole new edge.
Also been playing Resident evil 3. No normal mode available, just Hard or easy, so I picked hard. Nemises is camping outside my safe room. What a noob.
Mrdrake, I'm sure you have beaten RE4 on pro right? Hard as hell, but you can get through it if you master the combat. I hate those moth things, I think RE4 should have had more enemies like that.
-
Nope, sadly I haven't. I lost my copy of the game a while ago. I still hadn't even finished off the storyline myself, got past Salazar and that was about it, got onto that island with those Regenerators....that's as far as I managed to get before I lost the game.
As for what I'm playing, it's Avatar: The Video Game at the moment. Finished off the Na'vi side of the story, now replaying the game on the RDA side.
-
Sounds like the Resi series is getting quite a bit of attention from GOF gamers. I've picked up Resi 0 for Wii ages ago, put it down and started playing again. 0's the only main stream Resi I haven't finished. A bit low on ammo at the mo but reckon I've got enough Resi experience to get through it ;)
How's the 100% completion of Resi 5 going Drake? I've cleared the main plot 100% (all costumes, medals, infinite ammo for weapons, figurines etc) and got the RE5 platinum trophy but haven't got all the additional trophies. If you ever need a hand, I'm game ;)
-
Well, I have to rehire the game at a later date and get through Vetern mode to get the trophies for Normal and Vetern then go through on Professional and that should be the platinum trophy done.
Then of course, it's all the extra trophies I do plan on getting on the game....but man, versus mode will be annoying....especially getting the two different combo related trophies. Main reason is that there aren't enough Majini that show up to get a good combo going, even if it is on the Public Assembly level, still not too many enemies, unlike Mercenaries Mode.
But ah well, I'll be rehiring the game out soon enough,. probabally after I get Avatar finished off....mainly the story mode trophies I have as well as the clean sweep ones for me.
If ya ever want to add me as a PSN friend, go ahead, I wont bite yer head off
My PSN name is in my signature, in case you didn't realize it XD
-

Playing Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2 on my PS3 at the moment. Just trying to get missions done in Mission Mode complete. Using Puru to do so....as I do quiet like her mobile suit. Not far from a trophy on the game, getting my pilot to level 50 as she's on level 40 at the moment.
-
The original ratchet and Clank. trying to get all the gold weapons and skill points...
-
Just got Metroid: Other M and have been playing it.
-
Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection
Was playing some of Sonic the Hegehog 2 on there and god how I hate Tails when trying to go for the Chaos Emerald >.< the little prick got a bit ahead of me, started collecting rings and when I try and move away from the bombs, he got hit and caused more rings from my total to be lost and therefore, in the end, not enough rings to get the Chaos Emrald, and that was only my second one too.
-
tail's isn't as annoying as amy is some of the games...Mary sue alert..
-
I like Amy far better than I like Tails....to me, Tails, even though he was like one of the first characters introduced to Sonic the Hedgehog....is still one of the worst characters around....so yes, I do not like Tails one bit.
And how a fox can do a spin move on the ground and speed off ahead like a hedgehog can....still elludes me
-
Final Fantasy XII, and before anyone cuts loose with "mediocre" that was supposedly was: I don't want to hear it.
-
Birth by Sleep: Terra's storyline
-
Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues
Just finished off the 3rd Crystal Skull level and am going back to the other Crystal Skull levels to mop up before I do the next level. You know, bonus levels, character collecting and all that sort of jazz XD
-
Halo Reach! I love pirated stuffs!
jks, i'm playin all 5 halos while waiting for reach
-
Roland Ahoy!
-
As I have, but two trophies left to get on Lego Indiana Jones 2, two really annoying ones, as one is apparantly rather glitchy, and the other frustrating....I am taking a small break from the game.
I am now playing a non-trophy related game on the PS3....Lego Batman, already done the main story, but I am not stopping until I get 100% completion on it. I've done it on the Xbox 360 a while ago....and I can do it again on the PS3....man how I love me Lego games, such fun they are XD
Can't wait for Lego Clone Wars or whatever it was called, but Lego version of the Clone Wars Saga....oh yes please. Just give me Lego Twilight and I'll be happy <_< :lol
-
waiting for baman Arkham City to come out next year, am currently trying to get the last few stars in Super Mario Galazy 2 befre the green stars get unlocked
-

-
Started having a go at playing Mafia II and so far, it's not bad at all, granted, I'm only on Chapter 3 of the game, so just started....but still
-

EDIT: multiple breaks and cleaning room in between
-
I'm playing Battlefield 1943 and getting killed in the cheapest of ways :lol
-
Getting back into finishing off Kingdom Hearts 2, well, not the story, already done that, just other things, am trying to get the ultimate weapon on it and finish off the cups, up to the Hades Paradox Cup now, already finished the first 10 rounds, waiting for the next 10 rounds to show up....but Hades is refusing to give it to me at the moment, so am trying to get from level 75 to level 99/100...whichever was the top on, as well as trying to get my forms all leveled up completely and the summon level too.
And yes, already defeated Sephiroth on there....did that ages ago, and it was hell beating him up....ended up with 1HP remaining in the end....I was that lucky against him.
-
Pokemon Ruby
-
Just caming off playing probably 30 races in Modnation Racing in which I only came in first in two of them.
-
Lord of the Rings Conquest- and frankly i made a mistake buying the game. the voice actors immitating the characters stink, and i hate the fact that scouts can do one-hit klls.
-
Pokemon Blue
-
Playing my Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection once again and I finally managed to get a few more trophies on it....like the one with Tails, needing to collect 100 rings on Sonic 3.
But man, how I hate playing Fatal Labyrinth....that trophy, getting to the 5th level in the game is going to be a pain for me >.< along with that....*gulps* Altered Beast one, I've attempted the game once before and was terrible at it....I mean, I only need 100,000 point by the end of the first level <_<
And by God's name....do not get me started on the final level of Dr. Robotnik's M.B.M....I've played it....and I could not keep up on it....too fast...and I want that trophy for it, for finishing off the game >.<
-
Word Hang on Amstrad CPC 464 :D
-
Rise Of The Triad shareware on MS DOS(well,DOSBOX really).
-
At the moment, playing a bit of Star Wars: the Force Unleashed and Batman: Arkham Asylum
Trying to get the kill trophies on Force Unleashed before I go onto Sith Master difficulty, while on Batman, trying to at least finish off hard mode.....already locked up Harley Quinn.
-
I'm playing "Mario Super Sluggers" right now, for the Nintendo Wii.
I just can't understand why it wasn't released in Germany, it's a good game!
-
Bit of a clash of the old and new. I restarted playing the Wii version of the JRPG Okami. I realised that this was one of the few games in my collection that I've had for a while and NOT actually finished. I had to start again coz I couldn't remember what to do or any of the powers I had unlocked. Remembering how great it is! :D
On top of that, I've landed a copy of Vanquish (as I promised myself). Nice and stylish but buggerish hard coz there is just so much going on at once. Death can come swiftly if you're not careful. All good fun though! ;)
-
Crash Nitro Kart for the PS2. ;)
-
Mario is Missing! :D
-
Playing Grid Racer on my PS3. It'll hold me till Grand Turismo 5 finally comes out.
-
:D Jack Attack
-
Ecco The Dolphin (Sega Genesis) Although I wish it was the PC or Sega CD version.
-
The Sly Trilogy on the PS3. Already finished off the first game and tomorrow, gonna be playing the second game, then after that, the third.
Then once those are finished with, will have a go at playing Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions.
-
^ i will try and get thatt series..
Batman Begins on the Ps2..
-
Right now, it's:
PS2 = Burnout Revenge
DS = Steel Horison
DS (in GBA slot) = Pokemon Sapphire
GBA = Pokemon FireRed
-
^ i will try and get thatt series..
Batman Begins on the Ps2..
Trust me, it's a good series. I have never beaten the third game, always manage to get to....around the middle of it before I have to take the game back to the video shop....or something happens which prevents me from finishing it.
However, be that as it may....I'm going to be playing it again tomorrow, this time on my PS3....and with trophies to go along with it XD
I am so happy that I've already gotten the platinum in the first two Sly games so far.
I was also playing some of Spider-Man: Shattered Dimmensions and I must say, the gameplay isn't bad in it. The Noir version reminds me much of the predator missions on Batman: Arkham Asylum.
But my favourite so far has got to be 2099 Spidey, just because of his real wise cracks when I was facing off against Hobgoblin....and his moves.
However, normal Spidey....he's voiced by Neil Patrick harris for crying out loud, which automatically grants him awesomeness in my book XD
-
Golden Sun: Dark Dawn. I loved the originals, and this one is shaping up not to disappoint.
-
just bought the Sly collection yesterday and will be playing it sometime this week..
-
Resident evil REmake with INVISIBLE ENEMIES
working my way from easy mode... to hard. and yes I did beat real survivor... with Jill anyway. :p
-
Star Trek: Armada2. And now testing the super mod Fleet Operations. So far, it is way too awesome :DD .
-
Right now, I've got Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood available for the whole week to play, and I do hope I can platinum it in that time....I mean, I've only more or less just started on single player....and I also have multiplayer to take on as well....which is gonna be fun XD
-
Company of Heroes Online.... they made a few improvements to the game, and made it free to play :p... besides that, it's fun to have a few tanks to just roll over your enemy with :)
-
GoldenEye: Source, a mod for Half-Life 2, based on GoldenEye N64. Really fun. ;)

GoldenEye: Source, a mod for Half-Life 2, based on GoldenEye N64. Really fun.
Uhh, is Half-life 2 need or is HL2 deathmatch enough?
-
^
You must have at least one Source game that doesn't come from a free offer, and you must have Source SDK Base 2007 installed. If your HL2DM came from the ATi/Nvidia free offer, then that doesn't count.
-
Nope, my HL2DM came with CSS and DoDS, so... that should work then... must try it in the holidays :p
-
Both Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare and The Sims 3 for PS3.
Alternating between the two of them and all.
-
working on the third and final Sly game as part o f the Sly Collection. Already have the platinum trophies from the first two games.
-
You should send me a friend request at some point :p
Was starting Kingdom Hearts 2 on normal mode last night, want to finally try and get that done then move onto proud mode....while also working on both Red Dead and Sims 3 still XD
-
Little Big Adventure
-
Donkey Kong 64. :)
The original N64 cartridge. Its a little scratched on the outside, but still works like a charm.
-
Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded
-
Sonic Adventure 2: Battle, atm.
-
Dead Space, as I got curious about the sequel which will be released by the end of this month and I wanted to try something new.
Have never played this kind of horror games before and after half a play-through I've come to the conclusion that I love it! :wow
Now I'm looking forward to the sequel.
Also, recently completed Super Mario Galaxy. Jolly fun game. :)
-
Dead Rising 2.
It's good and all, but I so hate those survivors that walk so slowly. I've had to escort two of them so far and waiting for them is just annoying >.<
Granted, had to restart the story cause some psychopath killed me....and I didn't have a more recent save point after rescuing some of the survivors....at least 10 of them.
-
Brutal Legend. its a lot of fun..
-
Just got into Mass Effect 2 PS3 edition. Gotta say I can see why 360 players were loopy over its release. Bioware sure do know how to make a good RPG (even if their character models look like they got stamped in the face with an iron when they talk to each other) :lol
-
Dead Space 2
This game is definitely one that will make you jump.
There was one part though that made me so nervous and squeamish that I was afraid to do it again after I failed in it the first time.
See for yourself. (Video does not belong to me)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6G95Fk6HtYI (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6G95Fk6HtYI)
-
This is where I get my arse in trouble! :oops I got Mass Effect 2 last week and Epic Mickey the week for that. I haven't finished EITHER of them and I went out and bought Dead Space 2 this afternoon... The Gaming Gods will be most unhappy with my lack of commitment to my games :DD :lol
-
Playing some more on Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2 for the PS3. Slowly getting all the story missions complete as well as working on those very difficult, extra missions. Although, I have yet to complete an extra mission....
Already got my main pilot up to level 50 anyway, and she is pretty strong now...and I have most of the liscenes, just need Char's ones, Uso and Haman as well as those two Musha ones, so I have a long way to go yet XD
-
Playing another similar game now, but on the Xbox 360, it's Warriors Orochi.
I'm hoping in that game, I can unlock Lu Bu, which I am slowly working on. I mean, I managed to complete the Shu story line with my character at level 99 to take on Orochi....man was he a pain in the arse to kill, especially when the guy who wasn't allowed to die in that missions, was also helping me take on Orochi....and he was able to die more easily than myself.
-
looking forward to Skyrim when it comes out in november :) Kids will be in this games , for the first time in the series..
-
Still playing the same game, just finished the Samurai storyline and it was awesome, myself and the rest of the officers basically arse-raped Orochi in the end, we all swarmed him XD
Oh, and I unlocked my favourite character too, Zhange He. But I am still slowly working on unlocking Lu Bu, he is going to be awesome to use, next to Orochi of course, too bad to get Orochi, I need every other officer unlocked :p
-
Mega man 2 on anniversary collection
DURP navi mode
-
Enjoying some classic Final Fantasy 9! One of the best final fantasys if you ask me :)
-
star wars the force unleashed, but i love play with codes (no codebreaker)
al powers of the force crushing any enemy. :smile
-
i'm currently playing sly cooper 3.. getting all the trophies on that
-
Test Drive Unlimited 2. Trying to get past the last classic license test without oversteering every single damn time, even WITH the driving aids turned on. Gawd I really hate the handling in this...
-
COD Black Ops.
Trying to learn how to quickscope with a sniper rifle
-
I'm currently playing Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness right now. Since I have already played it twice, this is my my third time playing through it.
-
Playing LittleBigPlanet right now. Going through each level trying to ace them, as in, not dying on the levels.....and it's frustrating....
That, as well as slowly working on my random as level too :p
-
Back To The Future: The Game. Its finally great to see a GOOD game based on the films.
-
Vehicle launching and whatnot on halo 2... So damn addicting just watching these things flip all over the place
-
Belmont, what consoles is that game available on?
-
Belmont, what consoles is that game available on?
I can answer that for you Nick, it's on the PSN Store, like the Tales of Monkey Island and Sam & Max were.
-
thanks Drake I'll check it out..
-
Still haven't finished my back log of games and went out to get Marvel Vs Capcom 3 and Kingdom Hearts Recoded. Clearly I don't learn :p
-
Marvel vs Capcom 3 (360 Version)
Who ever has it we should all play!.
-
don't like the mashup of characters in games like that. superman vs joker would be completely onesides.
-
I've said it before and I'll say it again, only reason I'm playing Marvel vs Capcom 3 is cause of the fact that Wesker is in it. If he was not announced, I would not care so much for the game itself :p
But I know that I'm going to get the Metal Gear Solid and Pirates of the Caribbean addons for LittleBigPlanet soon enough XD
-
I'm going to get Little Big planet 2 in a few weeks.
-
Alternating between playing Disney Sing-It and Marvel Vs Capcom 3.
That Sing-It game is fun and all, but man, singing that Justin Bieber song with my sister...bah, I did not know the words to the song....and I don't like his rapping....
But Marvel vs Capcom 3....that is a good game, managed to finish arcade mode with Wesker so far....since he was the last one left alive to finish off Galactus....
-
Still playing Marvel vs Capcom 3 and I found a good team for myself to use Wesker, Sentinel and Tron. Granted, others can be used who I like including Dante and Chris.
Oh also....Chris' handgun vs Galactus....Chris' handgun wins :p
Seriously, I shot Galactus in the chest with Chris and defeated him that way....that was just too funny for me XD
But dear lord do I hate Akuma....he is terrible in the game, him and Dorumanu(sp?), I don't like either of them....I mean seriously, MODOK is better than them.
-
Pokemon yellow for the lulz, even after I criticized black and white in the other thread.
-
the only game i've played the last few days is minecraft.
-
Bin feeling nostalgic lately so I broke out the N64 and starting replaying Banjo-Kazooie, Perfect Dark and Zelda: Majora's Mask! Gold dust; all of the them! :D
-
Playing a bit of James Bond 007: Blood Stone right now and it's a good game indeed.
Hoping to also finish off Resident Evil 5 in the weekend, well, at least get the platinum on it.
-
Still playing Resident Evil 5. Got the main game platinum, just got to work on the DLC trophies, gonna be starting on 'Lost In Nightmares', doing what I need on that before moving onto 'Desperate Escape'
Well that as well as Sonic Adventure from the PSN.....which I have to say, isn't too bad at all.
-
Pokemon Blue ;)
-
I've recently been playing cave story on the wii. I'm a little disappointed that I never played this game until recently, it's amazingly fun.
-
Spyro - The Eternal Night (DS)
-
Mass Effect 2
Call of Duty: Black Ops - The "Call of the Dead" DLC zombie map.
Homefront- Even though I already beat the campaign in four freaking hours. Jeez it was short! <_<
-
Not too long ago finished Portal 2 and Crysis 2. Both excellent games! I borrowed Golden Sun Dark Dawn from my brother so giving that a go at the mo.
-
Pong
-
Playing Mortal Kombat on the PS3 at the moment. Just finished Kratos' arcade ending....Shao Khan wasn't that hard in the end....even though I was playing on begginer >.>

But the robot wont let me in without either a passport or that I have 2,000 caps on me at the time.
-
Resident evil 2, I beat Leon's second scenario on Hard mode. Feels good man.
-
Advance wars dual strike.
-
Ms.Pac Man,Asteroids and a couple other arcade games.
-
I got LA Noire today, and so far, it's fantastic! I don't think it's for everyone, but it REALLY immerses you in crime solving and being a cop in the 1940s. XD They do a fine job of making you feel like you're really working a case, even though most of us can say we've probably never worked a crime scene in real life. :lol
So yeah, I'll probably give a fuller review once I get a bit further into it, as I'm still working the first case, but so far, two thumbs up!
-
Ps2 Silent hill origins
-
I play in Unreal Return to Na Pali, Gothic II and Warcraft 3. :DD
-

I'm still mostly playing Minecraft.

I've been playing quite a bit of Battlefield lately with some League of Legends mixed in. Finished Portal 2 a few weeks ago.
-
I just completed the German grand campaign in Close Combat A Bridge too Far.
-
Suddenly decided I've missed Max Payne so I d/led a Max Payne Bundle from Steam and started playing thru those again. Forgot how sodding hard the first one was! Can't tell you the number of times I've been wasted so far.
-
Eh, I'm more a casual gamer, but I've been kinda addicted to Minecraft recently.
Just made some iron tools, and I'm currently trying to build a tower as high as I can.
-
Recently I play Stronghold Crusader
-
I got L.A Noire a few days ago - Been addicted to it ever since :D
-
^ It's rather quite good, isn't it? :DD I'm really enjoying it myself.
-
I've been playing Pokemon Black recently. I haven't started playing White yet, but I'll probably get around to it soon since I don't have that much left to do in Black now.
-
Kingdom Hearts 2
-
i've been playing warioware DIY lately. and i find it an very enjoyable game because you can make pretty much every microgame where your imagination ( and 256 graphic points) is the limit!
BTW: what kind of game is L.A Noire? is it the final result of what was supposed to be Rockstar's game 'Cop'?
-
BTW: what kind of game is L.A Noire? is it the final result of what was supposed to be Rockstar's game 'Cop'?
In L.A Noire, you have to solve crimes by going around finding clues and interviewing suspects, and then at the end of the case you get a rating on how well you did. I hadn't heard about 'Cop', but it does sound like a similar game.
-
but it does sound like a similar game.
Well whatcha expect? its rockstar after all...
i suggest that the only difference between cop and GTA would be that you steal then in name of the law!
-
LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean
-
an currently playing playstation heros
its actually not bad, although they could have had more of a tournament feel..
-

I have some other games like:
-Plants vs zombies :smile
-Pokemon Black (yes, i have emulator :smile )
-Pokemon Emerald (emulator again)
There, all of my games in my PC.
-
Besides my PSN+ freebies, I d/led Outland. I've gotta say, for a concept that has been around for donkey's years, the game really does play brilliantly. The switching between light and dark energies adds a nice challenge to the platforming without being overwhelming. And for £8 it's a brilliant indie game to have. I'd reccommend it to anyone or at least try out the demo for free if you're big on your action/adventure 2D platformers
-
Right now I'm playing Secret Of Mana. And I also own Pokemon Black and White.
-
inFamous. Finally finished it on ard Mode and what a bitch that was to do in the end. Just cleaning up evil stuff before I go back through whilst I'm good. Trying to get all shards in my evil playthrough and am trying to do all stunts as well.

Wouldn't call it playing exactly but working up the courage to start playing Amnesia: The Dark Descent that a friend of mine rather evilly gave me as a gift in Steam (the git that he is :p) . If anyone has seen this game they'll know what a creepy experience it can be (it actually recommends playing on your own, in a dark room, at night with headphones on :lol). It's a survival horror in the truest sense. It's just you, in a dark castle with an unknown deadly presence stalking you and your only means of defence is to run and put a much distance between you and it as possible or hide (screaming optional :DD). You have no way of fighting back!
If anyone's curious, there are countless videos on Youtube of people completely freaking out whilst playing this game. The one below is probably the most famous one (warning does contain a shedload of swearing mainly due to fearful freakouts; but it's hilarious at the same time). For the survival horror fans who like things like Eternal Darkness for Gamecube should check this out. It's going quite cheap on Steam at the mo so give yourself a scare if you're into that kinda thing! ;)
Amnesia: Dark Descent - Player Freakout (contains swearing) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=loSzpvq73FY)
Still not sure about it but gotta say it's piquing my curiosity. Considering I used to think Resident Evil was worthy of staying up all night because I was sure a Hunter would bust through my window if I fell asleep :lol
-
Saw the trailer and it's not really scary. But the game looks good.
-

I'm jealous :cry I'd love to play that game, but for some reason my computer crashes whenever I start it....
-

Speaking of which I began another playthrough of Silent Hill II alongside Okami.
-
I'm currently playing TF2, TF2 and... Er... TF2, i guess.

-
Started a playthrough of Final Fantasy IX last night. Man I missed this game. :DD
-
Fallout 3. I cannot believe I just got this for my birthday. I've been missing out!
-
^ In response to that (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYUYlyG7DYk&feature=related)

I'm just playing some good ol' Dino Crisis.
-
Started a playthrough of Final Fantasy IX last night. Man I missed this game.
That's a great game! Always loved the characters, storyline and battle system. A classic battle system is way better than these chaotic action battle systems (as seen in FFXIII. I've got used to this battle system after half of the whole play time. It's not a bad game, but it is not nearly as good as FFIX and FFX).
I am currently playing "Kirby's Epic Yarn". Most people say that this game is way too easy, but I think it's not. If you touch an enemy one bit, you'll lose almost everything you've collected in that level. I think it's even frustrating, but if you want to beat the game without collection everything, it really is very easy. However, I prefer easy games to difficult games, even though I am not a casual player.
-
^ Oh yeah, for sure. :DD The characters, story, music, locations and setting were just so nicely put together. I love the battle system as well. You just can't beat that classic feel. And yes, X was another good one as well. :DD
I'm still working on this game, doing some good old level grinding before proceeding further.
-
Playing Tomb Raider: Legend. It's such a good game, but it is way too short. I do, however, like the look of the Next Gen graphics offered on the PC version.
-
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, as I always do after an argument with a hater.
-
I own and beat that game. It was a decent game not the best of the series.
I'm playing Checkers.
-
Crash Team Racing. I'll probably play Mario Kart Wii afterwards.
-
Playing Nightmare Creatures. I just found all my old PlayStation games.

I'm playing Super Smash Bros. Brawl online with my friends Mr. Papermario, Dario and Captain Folcorn.

I decided to play "Bionicle Heroes" again. I think the last time I played it was about a year ago. It may not be a big name game, but it's still a favorite of mine that I certainly will never get tired of playing, no matter how many times I play it. :yes
-
I'm playing Kick The Square..
-
Just getting into Minecraft.
-
Nice I need to get into that someday.
-
Mortal Kombat. Working on the Challenge Tower, bit by precious bit. That and am still trying to get Arcade Ladder done on expert without using a continue. Very frustrating that is >.>

Very amussing it is XD

I'm playing through Devil May Cry 3, great game but not as good as the original.
-
A Land Before Time Game.
-
While I'm still playing Marvel Super Hero Squad, I am also, once again, playing inFamous, trying to finishoff my good playthrough. But I at least finally, got all those bloody stunts done on the game. Still need to get 100 High Fall Takedowns though....
Not to mention on my evil playthrough, finding that last blast shard as well >.>

Mario kart: Super circuit

Super Metroid.
-
The Elder Scrolls IV:Oblivion.
-
Mike Tysons Punch Out
-
As much as I said I wasn't going to get Deus Ex on release coz of money matters, it's amazing what plans you can come up with when you really put your mind to it. I cashed in £25 worth of pennies I'd been collecting over the years and traded in another 24 quids worth of games I haven't played in ages.
So, to answer the question "Whatcha playin;?" it is indeed:
Deus Ex: Human Revolution (PS3)
Also playing Super Metroid to quell the retro itch I've got atm :D
-
I'm also playing that at the moment.
-
Yep, Deus Ex here too.
-
Mega Man

Banjo-Pilot (GBA)

Mario Remix
-
The Lion King on SNES! Holy crap, I can't believe I found it! More to the point, after so many years lost, it still works!
-
Well I'll either be buying Dues ex 3, or instead, mortal kombat kollection (sic) and perfect dark through arcade to compensate. It's a hard choice
-
Space Invaders.
-
The Lion King on SNES! Holy crap, I can't believe I found it! More to the point, after so many years lost, it still works!
I have that one too. The music is pretty impressive for 16-bit
I'll play some Donkey kong country shortly.

inFamous 2 still. Going through on my second playthrough on Hard Mode while being a good guy. Gonna get all the trophies I've missed on this playthrough, mainly story ones as well as a few good only ones.....and throwing cars at my enemies :smile
After all that, I'll play through 20 more YGC as well, which will be painful to do, since a few of them are rather terrible as it is, but here are some good ones out there.
-
Mega Man X2
-
Tomb Raider: Underworld. After many long days of replaying all the Tomb Raider games to prepare myself for Underworld, I am finally playing it. Oh the beauty of the game. Everything looks so nice and pretty. The (almost but not quite there) non-linear play of the game makes it all the better. The thing that ruins the game are the bugs. Invisible walls, items stuck to floors, magically transporting Lara to a non-existent ledge. I've heard about the Midgard Serpent bug and managed to avoid that game killer. And the game is, yet again, too short. Lara's moves seem a little off. Sometimes they are fluid and nice, and other times they are stiff and unrealistic. The enemy AI is that of a kitten. But I am enjoying it. I'm now at the end of Jan Mayen Island.

Suikoden.

I loved that game. It's very rare to find now.
-
Ah yeah, that's cool that you actually know it. The second game was my favorite in the series. Yes, it's very hard to find now, and rare too. I own all games in the series. Wanted to do a playthrough of each one and try and gather all 108 Stars of Destiny each time.

-
Leaving Ico alone, decided that I'm going to focus on beating Shadow of the Colossus first, which is still one of the best games made in my opinion anyway. Up to the 11th colossus right now.
-
Still trying to beat Mario And Luigi's Super Star Saga
-
Black and White 2
-
Mega Man 5.
-
I'm playing "Nintendo World Cup" right now on the Wii, using a port of an NES Emulator and a Nintendo GameCube Controller. This game is fun as hell!

Skylanders
Is that any good? I've seen ads for it and all that, but it looks bellow average to me....and they screwed up Spyro's look as well >.>
Right now, I'm playing X-Men: Destiny. It's not a real bad game but still.....could've made it so much better.

Super Monkey Ball 2 on the Gamecube

Super Mario 64
-
Space Invaders
-
Super Monkey Ball 3D, Nintendo 3DS.
-
Skylanders: Spyro's Adventures at 4:33 in the morning.
I had my doubts about this game due to it's change, being the result of targeting a younger audience, but I am actually quite surprised at how fun it can be. I still don't like the character designs and the inability to jump is irritating, but I find it fun. I like the musical tracks, too.
-
Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
One of those "wet your pants" games. :P:

Been playing a great deal of Battlefield 3 lately. Mortars are fun ^^

Still Battlefield 3
Mostly playing online. Working on the Medic and Engineer classes.

The new Ace Combat game, sadly, sucks compared to the other Ace Combat games.

Act Rasier.

I just bought a used NAMCO plug and play.
-
That awesome does it have games on it?
-
I just bought a used NAMCO plug and play.
My grandmother has one of those. It has Pac-Man, Galaxian, Dig Dug, and some racing game (Rally-X I think). I used to play it all the time as a kid when I would visit her. I wonder if she still has it.
I'm playing Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. I just unlocked the city of Las Venturas. It's taken me 4 years to do so. :wow
-
Playing Elder Scrolls: Oblivion one last time before Skyrim comes out :D
-
Are you getting Skyrim>
-
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D
-
Are you getting Skyrim>
Oh yeah. Been waiting for it for a looooong time
-
Ah how is the reprint of that game any how?
-
What do you mean by reprint, Petrie? If you mean how is replaying it, then it's torture - makes the wait seem even longer :bang
-
^ He didn't bother quoting Nintendoofah.
I'm still playing GTA: San Andreas. I cannot for the life of me pass flight school. I passed two tests and that's all. :anger
-
Modern Warfare 3
-
I don't think quoting everything is needed in my opinion. I'm still waiting for The new zelda game.
-
Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7
-
Team Fortress 2. Playing on a modded server called "Prop Hunt", where RED team must go and hide somewhere as a prop, and BLU team must spot and kill them. :smile
That sounds so fun! You've got to send me the server address!
I'm also playing TF2. I seem to be the only person not playing Skyrim...
-
Mass Effect 2
-Getting amped up and ready for Mass Effect 3-
-
Wordhang (1984) :D

My Game Boy's have diffrent Pokemon games in em.
I dug out my PSOne and started playing Monster Rancher 2.
I do have Harvest Moon going in the Game Cube, but I have'nt played that in a while.
-
Dragon Age 2 at the moment.
-
Against my better judgement, I went out and got Skyrim yesterday and I'm hooked on that. Well, there goes my social life til the new year! :lol
-
I'm currently playing the Classic Doom games again because I just love the simplicity of them, along with the mindless bloody mayhem :p That, and trying to beat Halo 1 on Legendary again.

Final Fantasy XIII, which I just beat. :DD

The original Age Of Empires.

Alliance of Valiant Arms.
-
Uncharted 3. I have been stuck on "One Shot at This" since Christmas. I've been in tighter spots on this game, yet I cannot pass this one part. :neutral
Really? I didn't think it was too bad, but that of course is just me. What's giving you the most trouble with it? I may be able to help. :yes
I'm working on Mass Effect 2 right now. It's fantastic so far! Loving it! :DD

I just passed it. :smile :DD
I was mainly having trouble with sneaking through the first part without being spotted and having all those reinforcements come in. I'm not really good at the "shooter" part of the game. But I finally got through.
-
I've been kinda naughty with my influx of games :oops Since, Xmas has become a season of indulgence, I made a few purchases of this year's big games that probably could have been spaced out over the course of a couple of months. I landed:
Zelda: Skyward Sword
Rayman Origins (granted this was a present though)
Dark Souls
Modern Warfare 3
It's quite bad that I've spent more money on games this MONTH than I have all year! My argument was the one my sister often uses when she comes home with new clothes. "They were in the sale!" :lol Probably worse is the fact that there are more out there that I want...but I'm gonna be good and wait. Can't complain I don't have anything new to play now :p
-
My friend and I have been obsessed with Skylanders (Xbox 360)! We love it!
-
Elder scrolls Skyram :angel :exactly

Battlefield 3

Right now I'm addicted to the recently released Mass Effect 3 Demo. I'm mainly playing the multiplayer portion of it. Right Now I'm working on a Human Soldier at Level 10 at the time of this writing. And I named the soldier Applejack. XP I plan on naming my avatars off the names of the characters of FiM.
Anyone else playing this on 360?
-
Re-playing Super Mario 64 for the millionth time. Even after playing it so much, I'm still getting joy out of it. I guess it's like a childhood movie I couldn't stop watching. :DD
-
I've only tried the singleplayer side of it, myself - no one on my friendslist was playing it when I was.
Playing Battlefield 3 right now.
-
Played a bit of my tables on Future Pinball(I had made two movie-based pinball tables, one based on Felidae and another based on Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho).
As well Adventure for the Atari 2600.
-
Still playing the Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer Demo. Now working on the Engineer class.
-
Just finished Bioshock (though I've beat it before). Working on Bioshock 2 now (which I haven't) in preparation for Bioshock Infinite later this year, and as a hold me over until Mass Effect 3 comes out.
-
Mario Party 9! I pretty much summed up my opinion on Twitter:
Mario Party 9 - awesome graphics, awesome music, awesome boards, bad gameplay. New game mode sucks. Minigames are okay.
-
Ace Combat Zero The Belkan War
-
Been playing The Sims 3 Pets on the Xbox 360. It's not a bad game at all. Still annoying when the Sims do stuff that you don't want them to do. Such as going to cook breakfast, leaving it in the oven and heading off to work, while the kids are at school and then....having to watch as the house catches fire and there's not a damn thing you can do about it. Even with your kitten just safely watching the house do so.
So glad I saved it before that had happened, so I could reload the save and prevent that from happening XD
-
THe console version doesn't have an idiot mode, where the sims won't do ANYTHING unless you tell them to? The pc versions I've played always had that.
-
Well, it does have that in the options, about setting their free will and all that......but I'd rather at least let them do what they want sort of thing. As in, not have to worry about them all the time 24/7 sort of thing.....otherwise I may just fail at the game as is XD
-
Bubsy 3D - Furbidden Planet.
This is a frustrating game...
-
Spyro Shadow Legacy
-
Got Final Fantasy XIII-2 the other day but promised myself I wouldn't start it til I finished FF13 (despite already knowing the ending). Also got Mass Effect 3 coming. Can't wait to see what all the ranting about this "disappointing ending" is all about.
-
Just downloaded World of Tanks on my new PC. It is awesome! I just need to learn how not to die so quickly.
-
I'm playing an old rpg on my pc called Arcanum.
-
Currently I'm playing through LeafGreen again. Defeating the villainous teams (Rocket, Magma, Aqua, Galactic and Plasma) and beating the main Pokemon games has become far less of a challenge for me now, however. I can't wait for Black & White 2 to be released in the US.
-
I've just completed Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City and I do enjoy playing it but I wish the campaign was longer but I did enjoy it. Also the aiming sucks. You point the gun at the zombie but you have to wait for the red dot to also be at the zombie head so you hit the dam thing. That's fair... What's not fair is the fact you aim at the head for it only to some how miss your target. I hate it so much because you could be right up close and SITLL MISS THE ZOMBIE!
Anyway I'm playing Skyrim for a bit to take my mind of it. And I'm also playing Left 4 Dead. Good times! :p
-
I'm getting back into Halo Reach. Right now I'm Mass Effect'd and Dead Space'd out at the moment.
-
Just picked up a copy of Silent Hill 4: The Room on the original xbox. Never played it before, and I'm loving it so far :D
-
Mario Superstar Baseball. I'm not into the wii version.
-
Gonna be beating all my Need For Speed games in order. Staring with Prostreet, ending with The Run.
-
Right now I'm playing Halo: Reach and Halo Anniversary.
EDIT: 5/15:
Now me and my brother are into Minecraft for the 360.
-
Max payne 3
-
Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition
-
Lost Planet and Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition. I could spend all day on Minecraft. I've been making my own hotel and it's so high the clouds keep going into it. :DD
I hope there make an update soon.
-
Minecraft too,I'm trying to make a jurassic park in surival (I use mods for the dinos)
-
Minecraft too,I'm trying to make a jurassic park in surival (I use mods for the dinos)
That sounds really cool. Too bad the Xbox version can't have mods. :cry
Anyway I wish you luck on making it. :DD
-
Despite stating that it was unlikely I'd land Max Payne 3 on day of release, I gave it about 24 hours and decided it was worth the investment! :DD
Now playing Max Payne 3! ;)
-
You playing on 360? Give me your gamertag bro
-
Playing Uncharted Golden Abyss.
-
Grand Theft Auto IV
-
Twisted Metal 2 and Castlevania: Harmony of Despair.
-
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning
-
Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City
Batman Arkham Asylum
Red Dead Redemption
I'm switching back and forth between these three :D
-
Still playing World of Tanks, and I'm getting better at it as a Self-Propelled Gun. I've been racking points from hitting and destroying enemy vehicles from afar. Last match, my team won, and I had "killed" 3 and damaged 2. My personal best was 3 kills and 3 damaged, although my team lost the match.
-
Now playing Fallout New Vegas a lot now. But still a bit of Grand Theft Auto IV.
-
Tales of Symphonia again.
-
Digimon Masters Online
-

-
Alliance of Valiant arms...for the win.
-
Torchlight, Archer class thing, level 56 on very hard.

Just landed myself a 3DS having thought the catalogue of games was noteworthy enough (now) for me to invest my interest. So zoning out on Kingdom Hearts 3D at the moment. Friends code in the Gamers Unite section
PS3 - Got me Devil May Cry HD Collection.
Steam - Got Cave Story on recommendation and gotta say it's a lot of fun for £7!
Wins all round! ;) :DD
-
The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion(Yes, I still play it even though Skyrim has been out for awhile).
Gran Turismo 5
Soul Calibur IV and V
Assassin's Creed Revelations
Uncharted 1, 2 and eventually 3(I own a copy but I left it unopened for the sake of not spoiling anything).
-
Dust: An Elysian tail
-
Left 4 Dead 2.
I'm about to play Resident Evil 5: Lost in Nightmares DLC as soon as it is done downloading.
-
Finally decided to finish Resident Evil Revelations for the 3DS as well as finishing Rayman Origins this week. Now I'm just waiting to download NSMB2.
Just landed myself a 3DS having thought the catalogue of games was noteworthy enough (now) for me to invest my interest. So zoning out on Kingdom Hearts 3D at the moment. Friends code in the Gamers Unite section
Just added you. My 3DS game code is in Gamers Unite as well. I have Resident Evil Revelations if you want to do some co-op challenges if/when you get it. I also made a Mario Kart 7 community for the gof a while back though it looked like it didn't have much support.
Steam - Got Cave Story on recommendation and gotta say it's a lot of fun for £7!
Yea i downloaded that a year ago on my wii and loved it. Must have beaten it about 5 times now.
-
Ehehe, LBT fans who like Assassins Creed and Left 4 Dead? My favorites almost look too tame in comparison. :p
I like LEGO Star Wars and Portal (and its sequel). And Mushroom Men, which may be the best game I've ever played for Wii. The game I spend the most time on, though, is Creatures Exodus. I'm hoping to get KOTOR next month, and/or LEGO Star Wars III.
-
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon happens to be my favorite game of all time; the storyline's compelling, and so are the characters.
Not to mention the emotional twist at the very end... :cry
-
I guessed I've leaned back to Goldeneye 007 for N64...mostly for the nostalgia. I've also been getting into Pokemon Blue.
-

Loving my 3DS (sorry for gushing guys :smile ). Got myself Resi Revelations and Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D so enjoying both of those.
Just added your friends code to my list Flathead! You are officially my first 3DS contact! :DD I haven't finished Resi yet but I'm well up for going co-op on it. We'll have to arrange a game sometime matey ;)
-
I'm so jealous.. I want the ocarina of time as well :( :p
-
Animal Crossing: Wild World! :DD
Watched the anime movie just recently, so it inspired me to play it again! :D
-
Just got done with my first playing of VVVVVV on my 3DS. Tough game, even on "Easy" mode. Judging by the graphics and simplistic controls, it would've fit in perfectly with the NES era. Also, with the difficulty, definitely would fit with the NES Hard Games.
You want a hard game? Then definitely go for this one. You'll die! A lot!
-
Shin Magami Tensei: Persona 3 FES. No doubt one of the most interesting RPGs I've ever played.
-
Been playin Diablo 3 like mad lately in my spare time . I want to do a video soon of me and my friend attempting the secret pony level on the hardest difficulty, should be interesting :p
-
I'm going retro with a replay of Xenogears. Forgot how much I LOVED this game! :DD
-
I finally installed Command & Conquer: The First Decade!
-
Working on my second playthrough of Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus. Scouring each level for clues so I can unlock all the safes this time. I'm currently going through Panda King's level now.
-
Borderlands 2. It's awesome. Going on my first playthrough as Zer0.
-
Borderlands 2. It's awesome. Going on my first playthrough as Zer0.
My new friend at college has Borderlands 2 and my brother is a big fan of the series. I hope you enjoy it! Right now I'm playing F1 2011. I'm waiting to get Resident Evil 6. :DD
-
I'm playing through a bit of the HD re-release of Medal Of Honor: Frontline on the PS3. So far, I've reached the 'Needle in a haystack' mission.
-
Counter strike Global offensive
-
Still playing Borderlands 2.
-
Borderlands 2 and just landed Resi 6 so flicking between them right now! :DD
-
Resident Evil 6 is so epic right now. :DD
-
Finally managed to pick up a copy of Mortal Kombat. Trying to re-learn how to use Reptile, my favourite character :)
-
I just signed up for Jagged Alliances Online, and it rocks!
-
Finished Assassin's Creed. Working on Assassin's Creed 2 now in preparation for the release of the third game. :DD
-
I'll be starting the first Dungeon Siege game.
-
i just beat Halo 4 on normal difficulty.
-
When I get back into video games, the first thing I want to play is "Soulcalibur II" on my Playstation 2. Best game ever! :D
-
Messing around in Halo 4 Spartan Ops right now, running through them with a couple of friends on Legendary.
-
The video game adaption of "The Amazing Spider-Man". It's actually pretty awesome. Unfortunately the story is real short.
-
I'm probably going to start Hitman Absolution tonight, I've heard some really dumb things with that game but I'm gonna give it a shot anyway.
-
I'm playing a lot of Animal Crossing actually
this isnt a joke kyle that's what ive been playing
-
I've been playing Far Cry 3. Pretty cool game, and looks awesome too. Even Skyim fully decked out with graphical mods cannot top this game's graphics, mainly due to its lighting.
^ Animal Crossing is awesome :D
-
I FINALLY got my Xbox360 hooked up and working, and I just started on Blazing Angels 2!
-
Sonic and All Stars Racing Transformed
-
Star Wars Episode I Racer (Very first video game I ever owned)
-
Final Fantasy III (that is to say, 6) on an emulator. First time I've ever played it; it's fun.
-
Currently working on Dishonored, and getting ready for Bioshock Infinite. :smile
-
Oh, Bioshock is my favorite game. Bioshock 2 was kind of meh. They're clearly putting a LOT of effort into Infinite, though. I remember hearing the reason they delayed its release: "It's currently a good game, but we won't be satisfied until it's a GREAT game." So you bet I'm excited: I got it preordered.
Also waiting for HOTS.
-
^ Oh I've had mine pre-ordered for awhile now. :smile Good to see another Bioshock fan. Yes the first game was fantastic, and the fact they're delaying Infinite's release just shows they care enough to actually beta test it and get all the flaws and glitches smoothed over, as it seems like OTHER certain games haven't had the same treatment done to them. *mutters*
-
Sonic Adventure 1 and 2. Best 3D Sonic games ever.
-
Aliens: Colonial Marines.
Very much a disappointment. <_<
-
Dead Space 3.
I'm really disappointed how Aliens: CM turned out too. From the previews it looked so, so good.
-
Yes Final Fantasy III is 6 in Japan. I'm playing through Mario Sticker Star.
-
@bushwacked: how is Dead Space 3 so far? I loved both 1 and 2 but I hated playing the demo of 3. It had everything I didn't want in a survival horror: Bright environments, necromorph zombies with guns, real people (enemies) with guns, a cover system, and a universal ammo that seems to trivialize ammo management.
For myself I've recently been wasting my life away with Fire Emblem: Awakening on the 3DS.
-
Dead Space 3
Alien Colonial Marines
Hitman Absolution
Those are the games I'm playing right now.
-
Skylanders Giants
-
I'm currently playing through the Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm campaign. Quite interesting so far, I think.
-
Bioshock Infinite, and it is EPIC! :DD
-
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance
-
I've been playing Civilization V for the last three months now, and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon. :D Still got a lot of achievements to unlock.
-
Pokemon HeartGold
-
I'm still playing Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance but I'm stuck on a very hard boss fight so I probably play a bit of Resident Evil 6 and my brother copy of Tomb Raider very soon. :DD
-
I'm more interested in whatever the GOF is playing :confused
-
Tomb Raider. The story may not be engaging and the characters may be forgettable, but the game is incredibly fun.
-
I'm LOADING bioshock infinite. It's taking two consecutive enternities. The original bioshock is my all time favorite videogame, so I'm very excited to see how this one turns out.
-
Tomb Raider! I wish you could have two hand guns and do back flips but I'm still enjoying the game. :DD
-
I just got into playing Skylanders Battlegrounds, and I'm doing exceptionally well with it. :smile
-
I completed Tomb Raider and loved it. Now onto the multiplayer! :DD
-
Had three different games on the go and got the Easter holidays to get them finished before work takes precedence again.
Played and finished Bioshock Infinite and loved every moment of it. The "expected twist" is a good one but it's a bit difficult to follow first time around. Playing it a second time around on a harder setting so I can now see what all the subtle references mean. A very clever piece of work and well crafted too.
Currently working through Tomb Raider and enjoying that too. Reckon I'm approaching end game as things are pulling together and revelations are being made.
Also, about a third of the way through Dead Space 3 but I've been playing this co-op with a friend who has since gone onto other games. Looks like I'm gonna have to finish this one solo.
-
I've completed Metal Gear Rising a few days ago and I'm playing it again. :DD
-
I'm thinking of getting The Last of Us today. IGN gave it a perfect score (I don't believe in perfect scores myself :p) and it's been pretty highly acclaimed. Thinking of checking it out to see what all the fuss is about. I DO like Naughty Dog's Uncharted series, and Jak and Daxter before that, so yeah... the game's probably good.
-
Playing the Last of Us and so far... it's living up to the reviews. 0_0 WOW it's a good game!
-
Playing the Last of Us and so far... it's living up to the reviews. 0_0 WOW it's a good game!
I was expecting a good game, but I was not expecting to be hooked so quickly. That beginning sequence is so well done.
-
^ I know! I just can't put this down! The beginning was fantastic and really set the mood, and the rest of the game is just gripping as well!
-
Checkers
-
Zuma Deluxe in PC. :p :DD :smile :lol
-
^ I know! I just can't put this down! The beginning was fantastic and really set the mood, and the rest of the game is just gripping as well!
I plan to get the game once my operation done next week. So your making me jealous. :lol
-
Just started playing The Last of Us. Only about 2.5 hours in and it's already been amazing. Can't wait to see how the rest of it pans out.
-
Civilization 4. I've never played Civ games before but I've seen people play it. Starting at the easiest level so that I won't get stumped :p So far I still prefer other strategy games (Age of Empires) but it's still good to get into a 'new' game.
-
Dragon's Dogma.
Dear god that game is fun.
So...much...freedom!
-
I'm playing State of Decay and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity.
-
I'm playing State of Decay and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity.
How is State of Decay? It sounded good, but did it execute well?
-
Action 52.
-
I'm playing State of Decay and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity.
How is State of Decay? It sounded good, but did it execute well?
It is really good but it does have a few problems. When you set up base things happen really fast, too fast and you have to act fast too make sure things don't go down hill. I go into it more, Zombies are popping up around your home base. You have a lot of guns so your able to deal with the zombies but people are tired all the time because no one can get to sleep hearing gun shots all day and night.
You also have to take in mind that you yourself will louse stamina and at some point and you need to rest. So you will have to switch to a different character to give the other character a rest but because of the gun shots that character may be tired which means less stamina to run away or attack zombies.
Back to my point to stop the 100 of zombies on the streets and the ones attacking your home base you need to stop the infestations that keep making the zombies appear which can easily become your doom because it only takes one mistake for you to become one or die.
With that in mind you have a lot of side missions popping up all the time which can be very overwhelming. Some of the missions might be saving a survivor or another one might be killing a certain type of zombie with a another survivor helping you out. Of course if you don't do the side mission then the survivors might get killed or get lost in the fight that took place so YOU must do them or take a chance and hope there don't die.
One problem I've notice is that the AI/NPC's can be a bit dumb sometimes and one time I lost one in a lake. Of course the best thing to do is leave them there so there respawn at the base again. I hope undead labs do a update for the game soon because sometimes it does kill the fun. Anyway it's a great game and I would recommend you too buy it but it does need a few patches to fix a few problems and to give out more tutorials so you know how to cope when things do go down hill because in some cases I've had to look online to find out what I had to do next or to stop everyone in my home base becoming an zombie. I hope this helped. :DD

It sounds solid enough. Thanks for the info. :)

Anytime!
-
Neverwinter nights with shadow of undrentide and hordes of the underdark, and also Neverwinter nights 2 with mask of the betrayer and storm of zehir.Yes I could have wrote that with all expansion packs, but those names are cool.Pretty old games but who cares?
-
Sonic 2
-
Tomb Raider: Legend, with Next-Gen effects enabled. It's the first time I have had a computer that could handle them and the game looks gorgeous for the most part.
I'm going to start playing State of Decay after I get my fill of TR:L.
-
Bee 52
-
Animal Crossing New Leaf, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Gates to Infinity, Gale of Darkness, Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection, and Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed
-
How is New Leaf by the way Blitz?
-

Duke Nukem 1+2
Ultimate Body Blows
Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams

Shadow Warrior Complete
Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse
Or, maybe I could actually play some of the GOG games I haven't gotten around to yet, such as:
Miasmata
Torchlight
*cannot play either of the Alan Wake games; they do not work with my graphics chip (BOO! And I got them cheap.... xD)*
Crusaders of Might and Magic
Tomb Raider 1+2+3

One Unit Whole Blood
Spellforce Platinum Edition
Neighbours From Hell Compilation

Ultima IV: Quest of the Avatar
Worlds of Ultima: The Savage Empire
Ultima Worlds of Adventure 2: Martian Dreams
...Yeah....can you see a trend, here? xP ....I'm too social and wrapped up in other things... xD
EDIT: How did I forget about this one? I've also been playing Benjmin "Yahtzee" Croshaw's latest game, Poacher. Everytime Yahtzee releases another game, I remember one of the reasons why I like games. xD
-
Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back.
-
Mario Pinball
-
I'm not playing it YET, but I will be soon: Rise of the Triad (2013)! Man I can't believe this game got remade - one of my old favorites from childhood. Awesome. I'm downloading my purchase from GOG a bit later today. But right now, as for what I'm currently playing - I'm hip-deep in Portal and Portal 2.
-
Oh my god, I love Tyrian 2000. Best shoot em up I ever played: great music, great ship designs, great weapons, great settings-- tell me how you like it, Navigator!
-
I'm also not playing but soon be playing Mario And Luigi's Dream Team. Can't wait for the game. It got great reviews so far. Best 40.00 ever spent.
-
Heroes Call & Puzzle Quest 2, on my tablet.
& some others I play from time to time or a a bit daily, Plants vs Zombies, Dragonvale & Jurassic Park Builder.
-
I'm kind of cheating and going off of something I was playing last night.
BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend on PS3
-
Hay day
-
(God Help Me...)
World of Warcraft.
-
jeporady. just to see how good i am at trivia. turns out. i'm real good at it..
-
I'm playing XCOM: Enemy Unknown right now. A nice change of pace from the standard fare, I say ^^
-
Finally changing my gaming mentality and going to play the first Dead Space.
-
Mario And Luigi's: Dream Team.
-
Portal 2. I absolutely love this game. The main game might be a little on the short side IMO, but the user-generated test chambers provide hours of puzzle-solving fun.
-
Spider Man on the PS1, really good game and its cool to hear Stan Lee's opening monologue for just about every level.
Also, really enjoying Fallout 3 and Bioshock: Infinite.
-
Trying to finish Dead Space. It keeps freaking me out so I have only been playing it a couple levels at a time. On that note, screw Necromorphs.
-

Have you released the Regenerator yet? There's a part with it near the last 3/4 of the game that will freak you out so badly :lol
-
Do you mean that Necromorph you face in the Chem lab? I hate it. I didn't know it could regenerate and when it did, I panicked. I was running around the room yelling profanities at the computer. :lol
-
I've been hooked on SoulSilver, getting ready for X & Y recently. :smile
-
I am now hooked on Puddle. This is an interesting Indie game where you have to guide a liquid across across hostile obstacles by tilting the environment. It is a very simple concept, but some of the puzzles get quite complicated.
-
Just got the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows game. Playing as Donatello is awesome.
-
Lately, I've been playing Portal 2, but as of last night, I've been playing XIII. Oh, and also the new Rise of the Triad, off and on.
-
Dynasty Warriors 7 Empires, and Dynasty Warriors 8.
-
I just failed at Dead Space; no ammo, no health, no stasis, and not enough credits to get any more. I'm on chapter 7, on the Processing Deck, throwing things around with the Kinesis module and failing miserably. :lol
-

Is that the room where you have to throw the asteroids into the blue light thingie? Try not fighting the necromorphs, just keep jumping around to opposite parts of the room and throwing them in. And keep running :DD
-
Made use of the exploders' arms. I have ammo and stasis again, but only two small medical packs. At least I'm progressing. I didn't know you could use kinesis on the dead Necromorphs' appendages.
-
GRAND THEFT AUTO V
Best game of the year.
-
Civilization V: Gold Edition
I had lackluster thoughts about the initial version of this game due to the mediocre AI and the lack of religion, but the Gods and Kings expansion addressed both of those concerns. At the higher levels of difficulty it is quite a challenging and fun game.
At the moment I am playing as the Romans and my religion (The one true faith of Rhombusism ) is currently being spread throughout the world through both missionaries and military conquest.
-
Animal Crossing: New Leaf... I'll admit it's pretty addicting :P:
-
Playing a whole load of Grand Theft Auto 5, and really looking forward to GTA Online :D
-
Haven't really found a game I can get into since I finished the Mass Effect trilogy :<
I am working on Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, though :smile
-
Being inspired by Mumbling's Let's Play video of the game, I have just starting playing Don't Starve. Thus far I am impressed, although I have been annihilated several times. Oh well, practice makes perfect.
-
Tomb Raider: Underworld on PC. My PS3 was ruined by my niece, so I have to resort to playing games on the not-built-for-gaming laptop we have. Surprisingly, it's handling the games I want to play pretty well. But, The Last of Us and Grand Theft Auto V aren't on PC, so... I don't even have Grand Theft Auto V. I would have it, but with nothing to play it on, I ended up not buying it. Oh well.
-
Plants vs zombies 2, on my tablet
-
Civilization V: Gods and Kings
The expansion pack that the Chronicler recommended has really livened up the game and added many interesting gameplay dynamics. Currently, I am playing as the Germans and I am spreading my custom religion of Rhombusism :) across the world through a global crusade. :lol
-
Spec Ops: The Line. Great game so far.
-
Plants vs zombies 2, on my tablet
Awesome, Kor :DD I really liked the original game. Its sequel is well done I think :)
Dominion (http://play.goko.com/Dominion/gameClient.html), a strategy card game. (I was gaming this with bushwacked last night, that was funny.) Highly recommending that game.
Anno 1404, but I'm bad at it, too slow and bad at fighting :rolleyes
-
Kerbal Space Program
-
Sonic - Lost World
Um, what was the complaint about this game again? I'm having too much fun that I don't see why people say it's bad.
-
Soul Calibur II HD Online. I'm getting so much nostalgia by finally playing this game again :D
-
Gallop Racer 2004 on the PS2. Great game and actually amazing graphics for a ps2 and it being from 2004. Oldie but a goldie. I just started a new career on it,it is horse racing but very realistic (expect two of the tracks known as 'dream tracks',they are all real tracks such as. Churchill Downs-USA,Ascot-UK,Moonee Valley-Australia,Shatin-China and so on. You can also breed your own foals and stuff, win titles with your horses. You start out as a level 1 jockey struggling for a win and work your way up to best in the world. It actually easy to win once your a higher level and got the top horses in the game. Old game but great fun,and the 10 year old Gallop Racer 2003 is just as good. (Theres GR 1999,2001,2003,2004 and 2006). I'll stop rambling now....
-
Minecraft. I haven't played the game in about three months, so I figured that the one-week fall break from college would be a good opportunity to get reacquainted with the game.
-
The first Assassin's Creed. I just jumped into an abyss like six times before I figured out that the down key moves you left while climbing walls?
Good times :p
-
finishing up ratchet and clank into the nexus. fun game if short.
-
Working on Assassin's Creed IV myself!
-
Bloody Roar 3. My very first fighting game. It may be mediocre, but I still like it.
-
Emperor: Battle for Dune
After having watched the 1984 Dune film, I have been inspired to play one of my favorite real-time strategy games. Even though the graphics are very dated after 12 years and the acting is hilariously bad in the cut-scenes, this game is still one of my favorites.
-
My BF let me borrow his Wii recently and can't say I'm convinced with th controls. I was hoping for Mario galaxy to sweep me up but it just wasn't doing it for me. I've been having more fun with bit trip runner then anything else
And hey, my 1,000th post, awesome!
-
Commander Keen 4: Secret of the Oracle
I haven't played this game in over 15 years, since I had it on my father's old PS1 PC. I finally got it to work on my dos emulator and am quite enjoying the nostalgic fun of this game. What this game lacks in graphics (256 colors) it more than makes up in gameplay.
-
In between being a lump from the flu, I've been replaying The Walking Dead in preparation for today's release of "All That Remains."
-
Chessmaster 9000
-
Grand Theft Auto 5 :p
-
Dayz
Gran Turismo 6
Euro Truck Simulator 2
Arma 2
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Gates To Infinity
-
Commander Keen V: The Armageddon Machine
After finally finishing episode IV of the Commander Keen series, I have decide to move on to the next game which I have not previously had the opportunity to play.
-
I Am Alive
-
I have gotten really big into horror games. I've just finished Slender: The Arrival, Dead Space, and I'm working on Outlast.
-
Spore. I haven't played this game in quite some time, so I decided to give it a shot before my break ends. Now if only I could keep the Grox at bay...
-
I'm marathoning all the console released Mario RPGs. Right now, I've just finished Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and I'm about to begin the original Paper Mario.
-
Ninja Gaiden 2, I'd forgotten how frustrated this game makes me...
-
I'm marathoning all the console released Mario RPGs. Right now, I've just finished Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and I'm about to begin the original Paper Mario.
Goodness, I remember that game. I probably haven't played it in 10 years, but I still have fond memories of it.
-
In my opinion, it still holds up very well. In fact, I prefer it to many modern games of the genre. Then again, Mario + SquareSoft + Bold and Brazen programmers willing to take Mario where he'd never gone before at that point = Classic Game.
-
Serious Sam 3 BFE. I hate Kleers.
-
Pokemon X
-
Battlefield 4, Dragon's Dogma:Dark Arisen, Pokemon Y
-
Trying desperately to get through a backlog of games I might have neglected to finish as new games came in. Currently working on Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix and God of War: Ascension. Should keep me plenty busy for a while.
-
Super Mario RPG. WeirdRaptor's mention of the game brought it back to my attention for the first time in years. Perhaps it is time for me to beat it for the third time?
-
My dad gave me his old Xbox 360, Kinect, and some games. Besides Left 4 Dead, I didn't think I'd play the rest, let alone a Kinect game. But, I ended up trying Dance Central 2 and now I play it every day.
I also downloaded Tekken Revolution on my PS3. I loathe it because I can't unlock any character I actually want. I've been using Lili as my main but I don't like her small movelist.
-
Final Fantasy VI. I figured that since I was finished with Super Mario RPG that I might as well move on to my favorite RPG of all time.
-
I'm playing The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. I'm absolutely in love with this game. It's literally endless fun! :)
-
Solar 2. I have found that this game is a fun way to kill time when you have a half hour to waste.
-
SoulSilver
-
I've been playing Lego City Undercover. It's my first Lego game, other than that really old PC game with that pizza delivery boy in it. Anyone remember that one? I'm enjoying it so far. The comedy is pretty good, and there's a lot of places to explore.
-
Civilization V: Gods and Kings
I realized that I hadn't played the game for about two weeks and I decided that needed rectifying.
-
Pokemon Link (3DS Version).
Damn it, that's addictive! xD
-
Final Fantasy X HD Remaster (PS3)
-
Super Mario 64.
-
An RPG game for the SNES called Earthbound.
-
On another RPG binge... cycled through and restarted a few but mainly been playing Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster. Currently on my way to Guadosalam across the Moonflow.
-
Road Rash (Nintendo 64 version)
-
An RPG game for the SNES called Earthbound.
That game is phenomenal! It is one of, if not my most favorite SNES game :D
As for me, I've been playing a whole lot of FFXIV A Realm Reborn with my sister (she likes to watch). Man I will say I was not expecting an online final fantasy game to be this darn good. The graphics are the best I've ever seen in an mmorpg and the game has sooo much content it just keeps you busy for hours on end and is a whole lot of fun. Tons of classes, epic party boss battles, and square enix is so great about pushing out updates quickly. And best of all it has flawlessly built-in xbox 360 pc controller support :wow
-

It is also my favorite game. I like that one and Secret of Mana, but Earthbound is much higher on the list. It's MUCH MORE unique. I've never played an online Final Fantasy game, but hopefully I can at some point. I love Final Fantasy, so I'd love to try it.
I'm all the way to Stonehenge base. :DD

Yea Earthbound is for sure a very unique game and I also really like Secret of Mana as well. Ah man thinking about these games brings back such awesome memories from my childhood :angel
And I do recommend trying this new final fantasy online, it is such an amazing game! Only downside is it requires a monthly subscription of 15$ but in all honestly I think it is much better for the integrity and longevity of the game that they have that. I have played so many free games in my life and I can say I have never seen a game receive so much attention and new content updates as this game has. Square Enix is really an amazing company :yes
-
Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis.

Columns for the Sega Genesis

The Final Fantasy X HD remaster. :DD

I'm on the homestretch of Gears of War. Curse Dom's incompetent AI. I can't defeat RAAM with Dom around. :anger

Currently, Animal Crossing: New Leaf. :D
-
Diablo 3 for XBOX. That or just flipping through my old games to fight off my depression.
-
Evil Genius

FTL: Faster Than Light.
A fun and addictive game. I normally am not a huge fan of roguelike games, but I have had hours of enjoyment from this gem. I think that I have only died about 50 times thus far. :DD But that's a roguelike game for ya.
-
Rayman: Origins

I love this game. It's great.
Been playing some more Garry's Mod and Binding of Isaac of lately. Also tried out Sanctum 2 and Dead Island. They're both a bit confusing to me, haha XD
-
Picked up Watch Dogs for the midnight release and so far, it is AWESOME! Well worth the wait! :DD
-
Defcon
-
Skylanders Swap Force (360) and Pokemon X (3DS)
-
Saints Row III
-
Rogue Legacy
-
Forge of Empires
-
I was playing The Last of Us, but then my laser stopped reading dual layer discs.. New PS3, seven months old, and it already has a malfunctioning laser. Anyways, I went out and bought Grand Theft Auto IV to hold me off until I can get me a new laser mech.
-
Pokemon White 2
-
I'm currently playing some rather "old" games I haven't played in a while.
One of them is "Traffic Giant" where your task is to lead and expand a bus company and, depending on the task you have to fulfull, reach certain criteria to win. It's pretty old (2000 I think) but still a game I like playing.
The other is "Garden Defence". It's not that old but I used to play it a lot when I was younger so... Anyway, you gotta defend your garden against extremely tough insects, using weapons, flowers and your very own (artificial) insects. A classical Tower Defence game :)
-
Battlefield 4 (PC Version)
-
After a two-month break, I'm now back to playing Civilization V: Gods & Kings.
-
Civilization V: Brave New World
Just like the Chronicler, I have been sucked back in by this game. :DD Let's see if I can take over the world as the Celts this time...
-
Found this cool new horror called "Timore" I've been playing as well as other horror games, (like The Forest)
-
Luigi's Mansion 2. I loved the original game so I just had to go and buy another 3DS (I believe my stepdad chucked out the last one, along with my Nintendo 64 :anger ) a few weeks ago and get it!
-
I have been playing a lot of Hero Siege lately.
-
Super Smash Bros. Brawl & Pokemon Y
-
Sims 3 Pets (PC)
Sims has always been a relaxing game with it's 'do whatever you want' feel to it. And unlike real life-I'm a millionaire that lives in a mansion, with a couple cats and horses.
I also like how in Sims 3 Pets you can control the animals like regular sims. I've always wanted a game where I can be a horse and gallop around a wide open area-this is close enough.
Though I keep being a total jerk and kicking people that I don't like out of their homes-I love being in power.
Not sure if I'll buy Sims 4,I might if they make Sims 4 Pets..pets the only reason I bought Sims 3 to be honest.
Sims 3 Pets may not be the worlds most exciting game, but it kills time and it can be really fun at times.
-
I have been feeling a bit nostalgic, so I have been playing Spore lately.
-
Journey Collector's Edition. I started out with flOw and flower, both of which were wonderful, and played through Journey yesterday. I played without an internet connection the first time an it was an amazing experience. The second time, I had a guide through the game. It was definitely the experience others were raving about. It's without a doubt my new favorite game.
-
Roller Coaster Tycoon 2
Patrizier II Gold Edition
-
Caesar III
-
The LEGO Movie Videogame
I took advantage of a 75% off sale on Steam this weekend to finally purchase this game. Conveniently, I'm at a good stopping point in playing Civ V to take a break from that so I can play this game. As for achievements on Steam, this game has only 48, and I hope to eventually get them all. At my current pace, it may take some time, but I'm confident that it'll be possible.
-
I have been back to playing Spore again lately.
-
Playing 'Okami'
Adore this game to death.
It's graphics really feel like a Japanese watercolour painting. Which I find really unique.
The storyline is awesome, you really do start to feel for some of the characters,Okami is the only game that managed to make me cry..curse you expected plot twist.
The soundtrack is beautiful,no game soundtrack can compared,it all has this ancient japanese feel.
It has lot of references to Japanese mythology and culture.
Just a beautiful game, wherever it's on PS2,Wii or the HD PS3. You got to play this game least once.
Already completed it but going through it again, just finished Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life which was good as well.
-
Don't hate me guys but I'm on the hype band wagon at the moment.
I'm playing Destiny (flinches and ducks)
If nothing else, it's a very competent shooter with some firm mechanics at its core. As for the MMO parts, they are a bit loose fitting and not that enthralling I'll admit. Don't ask me what the story is about because I don't have a clue. Whatever half-hashed plot that fits around the dry concept of "shoot that thing in the face to win" that goes with most shooters these days is pretty much in play here. Still, it's a good game to play with friends. If anyone's on, feel free to look me up.
-
A few hours ago I was playing Civilization IV multiplayer with Ducky. I am curious to see how the game turns out when we next have an opportunity to resume it. :yes
-
Of course I'm going to beat you :p
-
^^^
Chomper: "Dibs on the loser!" :DD
Anyway, I've mostly been playing the smash bros 3DS demo, waiting for the full game to come out next week.
-
Civilization: Beyond Earth
-
Total Annhilation
-
Team Fortress 2's Halloween event!
-
Alien Isolation (PC)
Playing it with the lights off is always fun.
-
Android Tablet: Dragonvale, Plants vs Zombies, Doctor Who Legacy
-
The Binding of Isaac. Man is this game addicting! :DD
-
Dust: An Elysian Tale (highly recommended) and Far Cry 4.
-
Civilization IV
-
Ahh yes! I hear you and a few fellow GOF members have been banding together and playing old Civ 4. How'd the game go? Anyone win yet? Any major conquests? You'll have to keep us posted on the happenings :D
Anyway, as for my playings now, gone back on a bit of an RPG binge. Got a few on the go and bouncing between them including:
Dragon Age: Inquisition
Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD Remix (who came up with that title? Seriously?!)
Child of Light
Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls
Resident Evil HD (not an RPG but got enough length to it)
And my friend just got me back into Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn again. Figured if I'm forking out for a monthly subscription I may as well be playing it. :p
-
Right now I'm hooked with FIFA 2015... that game is so much fun (if you have a friend to play it with, that is... the online mode it's kind of bad).
-
Stronghold Crusader & Stronghold Crusader Extreme.
-
I just rebought Battlefield 4 for the xbox one. Was suffering from Battlefield withdrawal symptoms :p
-
Just picked up Transistor as one of the PSN's free games this month... great... another 20+ hour RPG to work through atop the rest on the list.
Did finish Resident Evil HD with Jill though... so that was nice :D
-
Team Fortress 2, Primal Carnage: Extinction, BlazBlue and some Worms. If anyone wants to play any of those games with me - feel free to add me on Steam. :)
-
Waiting for Hotline Miami 2...

I've been playing Tekken Revolution for more than a year now and I'm only just getting into the online component. It's not as bad as the people who play it says it is. Obviously, several changes made to the fighting system are in dire need of balancing. Once I learned to properly defend against these annoying mechanics, though, fighting these players became much easier. I even managed to get my first hate mail. Someone called me "pendejo", which is Spanish for "stupid." Also, I managed to complete what i wanted to in Resident Evil 5-not 100% because I'm too chicken to try Professional difficulty, though, I did beat Lost in Nightmares on Professional with only 2 deaths.

I bought Jurassic Park: The Game during PSN's Flash Sale last weekend. The story is okay but the QTEs are killing me, and the characters. During the first episode, in the last scenario, I had to load the tranq gun and shoot the T-Rex before it ate Jess. I failed 12 &#@!&* times before I realized that there was a timing to loading the damn dart in the gun. :anger
I also bought Dino Crisis and Dino Crisis 2.
Edit: Just finished Jurassic Park. Blah. I couldn't see some of the command prompts at certain points, bad framerate making the game misread some of my inputs, that fight with Yoder, most of the characters, and a meandering story are my major complaints. It had some good moments but nothing that really stuck out as memorable.

Just finished the amazingly bombastic Bayonetta 2 and have moved onto Yoshi's Woolly World. Sooooooooo super cute :D and loving the soundtrack! :DD
For PS4 - just picked up the Borderlands: Handsome Collection and started playing with the Enforcer on Pre-sequel and returned to the Mechromancer for Borderlands 2. Forgot how insane and hilarious these games are. See Tiny Tina and Butt Stallion for awesomely disturbing quotes :lol :lol
Favourite quote so far:
Captain Flynt (over a tannoy): At Ethan's scream, the time will be two thirty.
Ethan: WHHHHHYYY?! OH GOD, WWWWHHHYYYY?!?!?!
Captain Flynt: See you again at two thirty-five.
:lol :lol

Since Civilization IV seems to be quite popular among some GoF members I hopped on to Steam and bought it to try for myself.
..and I'm hooked.
I actually never normally play these kind of games, but I'm loving it. It's fun to rule an entire nation with the choice to wipe out other nations or live in peace with them, to be a good leader or to be a total jerk and start wars randomly..hmm..choices.
I swear I'm always going 'Just-one-more-turn' and that 'one more turn' turns into another hour of playing.
One day, when I know what I'm doing and don't suck. I might even try the multiplayer mode, I can destroy the nations of people I have never met, awesome.
Game is sorta hard, but I'm slowly learning what I'm meant to do.
I'm also wondering what kind of girl plays Civilization in the first place, well besides me but I'm not a normal girl to begin with. I'm sure there is some girl players out there, it just this genre isn't really a thing lots of girls go for. Though the games targeted for girls suck most the time, like Fashion Designing, Babysitting, Dressing up some kind of animals in stupid outfits. Is that really what game developers think ALL girls like?
Anyway, I currently have a serve case of "one more turn" syndrome..send help please.
-
I spent the better part of the last three days playing ANNO 1404 (after my friend asked me to copy my game on his laptop, he kinda made me give it a try and I got hooked :p) and a modification of Civ 4 with some... interesting features :lol Playing with 43 instead of the usual 18 opponents is truly something :p
-
The emulator says that I have been playing Banjo-Kazooie for more than nine hours and I honestly hadn't noticed that... I have been wanting to play that game every-since those awesome commercials in the late nineties and, honestly, they didn't disappoint. The game is amazingly awesome and I'm terribly hooked.

Lego Racers (1999)
I used to play this game quite a bit when I was a kid, so when I discovered the old CD in the basement about a month ago, I decided to install it on my desktop computer (thank goodness it still works properly) and see if I can finally complete it. Out of the seven circuits, it took me a while to get past the second, and I never managed to get past the third. In addition, I don't recall even attempting any of the time trial tracks.
As of today's progress, I have not only successfully beaten all of the time trial tracks, but also finally got past the third circuit. To advance beyond the furthest point I had ever previously reached is definitely a good feeling (especially considering that I did this just hours ago, in the afternoon of my birthday).
Here's hoping that I can continue from here and go all the way to the end.

I've been playing GTA V for about two weeks now. I finished the story yesterday. Now I'm working on collectibles. Trying to get all the spaceships parts but some of them are in stupid places. Yesterday we organised one of our regular drunk retro gaming parties with my friends in the Moscow suburbs and I had a chance to familiarize myself with some classic games from the NES (more commonly known here under the name of "Dendy") library, including several titles from the Megaman series, Castlavania I and III and also the original Punch Out! which turned out to be very fun. I've never once faced off against Glass Joe and subsequent opponents in that game, but somehow made it to Bald Bull on my first try. Too bad he crushed me and I didn't get the chance to spar with the USSR representative Soda Popinsky.

It works like the board game Risk, except you don't have to worry about rolling and counting any dice. Just tap the territory you want to attack and boom, then the smoke clears and you see who lost some armies. You also get to play on a lot of different maps, each with their own challenges requiring a different strategy to win. I've been playing both the PC version and the mobile version, and it's been very fun. I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes playing Risk.

Wow, I'll check that one out for sure. I always find the board game to take way too long :p

Are you by chance a fan of Sonic as well? ;)
Me and my friends were playing a lot of Armello, PayDay 2 and Broforce this week. Plus I kinda want to do another stream, this time - Star Wars related. Empire at War maybe?
-
Sonic is a awesome game. Well not every sonic game was good and awesome. There where a few horrible sonic games as well.
-
I liked (and still like) Sonic because it was one of my first games in my life. Sega's Sonic 1,2,3,&K. Sweet memories... They both with Sonic CD are only games I like in this series. :) And I still replay them some times per year. Together with Dune II, Zero Tolerance, and dozens other old 2D classic games. They're osom! ^^
Though I don't call myself as retro-gamer. As well as nope, I don't consider myself as Sonic fan.
Freedom Planet is... something bigger. Dozen times bigger...
Can't wait for second game!
-
Freedom Planet is... something bigger. Dozen times bigger...
Well, I always kind of regarded it as an odd Sonic fan game that grew into its own thing, but still kept the same graphic design. A weird specimen to say the least. :)
Sonic however is one of my all-time favourite franchises. I can pop any of the classic MegaDrive (Genesis) games in and play it for hours on end and they always cheer me up. And I have really high hopes for the next game in the series called Sonic Mania. So far it looks... Dreamy.
-
I saw some of the fan made sonic games aren't that bad. They put a lot of work in making those games. So I support all of Them they look really fun to play.
-
Sonic mania. YES.
Can't wait for it too! ^^

It's scheduled for release sometime in early 2017, right? Well... Not long now, heh heh. :D

I'm playing Rise of the Tomb Raider. Golly gee is it a bore. Everything I found dull in Tomb Raider are carried over to this sequel. Hopefully it gets better.
I have also been playing Minecraft with my niece and nephew.

After taking a break for a few months, I'm now back to playing Civilization V. This time, I'm now playing through the second expansion pack, Brave New World. My goal is to unlock as many achievements as I possibly can (realistically speaking, which means I'll probably not even bother with some to avoid frustration). With how extremely time-consuming this game can be (even on the smallest and quickest maps), I would honestly not be surprised if it ends up taking me all of this year to reach my goal. Good thing I've already decided that this will be the last game in the Civilization franchise that I plan to ever play, because I just can't continue to dedicate so much of my time to a game like this. I will certainly celebrate the day when I can say that I've done all I can on Civ V and will be finally ready to move on to other things.

I've recently been playing Galaga Arrangement which is part of Namco Classics Collection Vol. 1 on MAME (Arcade Emulator) just to play for the hi-score. I got 134310 pts. Got two perfects on the challenging stages.
I'll have to admit, I did pretty well. Love me some arcade once in a while. Anyone else love playing the arcade?

Still grinding my way through Civilization V with hopes that I'll be completely finished before the end of the year. The good news is that I've already unlocked most of the rather easy achievements. Once I can get some of the harder ones, that'll leave me with just the scenarios and the maps from the Scrambled Nations and Scrambled Continents packs. The map packs have no achievements to unlock, but since they were DLC that I had to purchase, I might as well not waste my money and try those maps at least once for each and every one of them.
The sooner I can finish with that game, the sooner I can finally move on to trying all those Lego games I've got on my Steam account. Speaking of Lego games, I recently became interested in Lego City Undercover, which was released in 2013 as a Wii U exclusive, but will be releasing to other gaming platforms (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC through Steam) sometime next month. From the videos I've seen on YouTube, I am really excited that I will one day get to play this game (though it may be some time before that happens for me).

I've been playing that game occasionally throughout the last three months, thanks to me getting my very first smartphone last December. I have only just recently completed as much as I possibly can without purchasing any additional content or needing a facebook account. In other words, full maximum scores on everything, so now it's time for me to move on to some other mobile game.
-
That's awesome that you made very far in the game. I got somewhat fair it's still a very fun game to play
-
I'm committed to beating Ganon any day now in Breath of the Wild. I've beaten all 4 Guardian bosses, (The camel one was a pain in the a--.) I got the Master Sword and I am now infiltrating Hyrule Castle. I've got plenty of healing and have the powers ready. Wish me luck!

Been playing Stellaris lately... Can't wait for the Utopia DLC to finally hit the virtual market shelves next week. Also been busy exploring stuff in LEGO Worlds, probably my favourite sandbox ever now. I only wish they'd include bigger vehicles and railroads in that game and my life would be complete.
With that said however, my new job leaves me very little time to spend playing video games. My "Recent Activity" counter on Steam went from "60-70 hours in the past 2 weeks" to the meager 20-25. :(

As a Lego game that's available on Steam, that is definitely among the games I hope to eventually play sometime in the future, once I'm finally finished with Civilization V.
-
Never played a Levi game they look fun and enjoyable tho
-
I wanted to try this game that has been on my mind. It is Namco X Capcom.
For those unaware, it is a tactical role-playing game where you play as characters from Namco and Capcom.
This game was never released outside of Japan, which is quite a shame because I am enjoying it so far, thanks to PS2 emulation and the people who released an English Patch for the game. It is sometimes slow since my PC can't handle the awesomeness, but still fun nonetheless.
I am aware that many people may already know this game, and I wanted to give it a try for myself. And as I already said before, I am enjoying this game.

I've been playing Tekken 7 since release. Just bought Crash Bandicoot: N'Sane Trilogy and Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection yesterday.

I've been playing Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege on my PS4 recently.
What's so special about Crash Bandicoot: N'Sane Trilogy though? I heard a lot of people talking about it and I've been seeing it everywhere.
-
What's so special about Crash Bandicoot: N'Sane Trilogy though? I heard a lot of people talking about it and I've been seeing it everywhere.
I am not the best explainer, but I'll try anyways.
If you are unaware, Crash Bandicoot: N'Sane Trilogy is a compilation of 3 remastered Crash Bandicoot games, Crash Bandicoot, Cortex Strikes Back and Warped, which were originally released for the Playstation. The big and noticable thing about these three remastered games is the hugely improved graphics. I think the reason people love and talk about these three remastered games a lot is because they play just like the original games, stays true to it's source material, and gives those who played the original three games some nostalgia.
You play as Crash (and sometimes Coco), a Bandicoot who has to save the world from the evil Dr. Cortex, a scientist who plans to, you guessed it, take over the world. (Of course!) Crash has a sister named Coco, and a mask named Aku Aku.
The games are platformers. You jump, you spin to attack enemies, (sometimes sliding, or jumping on top of them) and breaking crates as well, and collect crystals, gems, and relics to progress through the game.
I hope the infomation I gave you is good enough. I'm trying to improve my describing skills.
If you need any more info, please let me know. I'll try my best to help.

I'm replaying The Last of Us with the boyfriend. It's his first time playing through it so it's a fun time.
Also I just started the remastered Crash Bandicoot because hello childhood!

I played WWE 2K17 with one of my friends yesterday. We played a Hell In A Cell match and I wrecked him :lol
Then I played Minecraft with that friend from earlier and another friend. A friend of the latter also played with us.
You know what I like about that friend's friend; they love LBT!!!
-
I am continuing Namco X Capcom. I am now playing the final five chapters of the game! The heroes will prevail!
Let's do this!

Decided to play Metroid: Zero Mission this morning and try another any% single segment speedrun. Managed to pull this off.
I got 48 seconds faster than my previous PB and I was only off my segmented PB by about 31 seconds! I never planned on going for a sub 30 single segment but now that I'm so close I might give it a shot.
You know what I like about that friend's friend; they love LBT!!!
That's awesome! Have you and your friend's friend ever tried to coerce your friend into watching LBT? I've done that in the past and it can be quite fun.
-
No, I only met my friend's friend recently, and not in real life, my friend moved.
-
Well I finally had the chance to play through Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. I'm not sure why it took me so long to decide to play it since it's my favorite genre. Better late then never I guess.

W40K: Dawn of War (original)
-
Still grinding my way through Civilization V. The good news is that at the rate I've been going, I just might actually meet my goal of finally being finished with that game once and for all by the end of the year. All I have left to do now is to play as all playable civilizations on the three scenarios included with the Brave New World expansion pack.
-
I have recently completed Namco X Capcom! It was an awesome story! The ending did not disappoint! I loved it! It was a long journey but I have finally finished the game!
-
I've been working on completing Crash Bandicoot 100% in the N'Sane trilogy. At this point, I'm close to pulling my hair out and having a heart attack from the stress. I've never played the first one, and I'm kind of glad I didn't when I was younger; probably would've broken my PlayStation at the time.

Working on the new Hey! Pikmin! game. I love Pikmin, and though this is a 2-D platformer and a departue from the usual gameplay, it's thoroughly charming with some fun and interesting puzzles.

Battlefield 2
Snik, you also got BF 4? I have it but I'm super noooob
That's also what I've been playing mostly these last few days + the usual bit of Civ4 :p
-
I think Battlefield 1 is the most interesting.
I was playing COD Black Ops 1 earlier. Wanted to go back and play an older COD. I kinda just felt like it.
-
Playing Terraria, the Calamity mod. Trying to defeat every boss in 'Prepare to Cry' mode, (Basically every boss is made 5 times harder than normal, if a boss had 400k hp it would then have 2 million hp, etc. Enemies deal more damage and stuff) So far i have reached around 3/4 out of all the bosses.
-
I just bought Alien: Isolation. I'm a little nervous to play it. I'm easily stressed and, from what I hear from others, it can get very stressful and anxiety inducing.
-
Snik, you also got BF 4?
nope...
Only Battlefield 2. Was bought ~10 years ago, I still play it and ONLY it.
I reinstalled this game as training lessons before playing Player Unknown Battle Grounds. :p
-
Playing Alien: Isolation and I met the xenomorph tonight. My heart felt like it was going to thud right out of my chest! I held my breath pretty much all the way to the next save point! I quit when I got there. :lol :wacko I imagine things will be much more stressful from this point on
-
finished Undertale after spending 36 hours. phew
-
Been playing Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Overcooked on the Switch with family. I just bought Overcooked yesterday, since it looked like a fun co-op game that the family could play together, as we're still waiting on the flood waters to go down to actually leave the house. I'd say really consider the game if you have a system that has it, and are gonna have other people to play it with. :)
My oldest niece is good at it, and working together in the game, but the younger kids just end up yelling a lot, and not listening to each other. :p
-
Now that I'm done with Civilization V, I can finally get started on all of those Lego games I've been holding onto for a few years now.
First, I'll be playing the only one I've already played before: The Lego Movie Videogame. Even though I had already completed this game five times back when I got it in late 2014, I'm going to play through it one more time, mostly so I can refamiliarize myself with the gaming style (all keyboard and no mouse, the complete opposite of Civilization), and also to see how long it'll take me to reach 100% completion so I can have a rough idea of how long it'll take for me to complete all the other Lego games.
-
now:
Act of War
Serious Sam 3
Dice Wars
Fran Bow
-
Just finished The LEGO Movie Videogame. It took me just over 30 hours of gameplay to reach 100% completion.
As impressed as I am by how quickly I was able to complete this game, I have a feeling it'll turn out to be more of an exception. First of all, I had already completed this game multiple times, so I already knew where to go and what to do for everything. Second, based on the glimpses I've had of many of the other Lego games, this one appears to be rather small and simple by comparison, so it will likely take me a longer amount of gameplay time to complete the other games. Finally, I had done this game by playing an average of three or four hours each day for ten days and was able to spare time for almost every day of the week to do that, but once I get to the other games, I seriously doubt I'll be able to frequently spare that much time, so it's possible it could take me well over a month to complete each of these Lego games.
I'll wait until January before I get started on any of the other Lego games, since there's a chance that I'll be quite busy with other things next month.
-
dammit, I still didn't finish Lego Star Wars on 100%, because my stupid comp likes to turn off after 2 hours, so I can't finish last mode! :/
-
Finally getting around to playing Doom. Got it on the Switch since my PC is garbage and I haven't bothered to get a new one yet. I miss older style arena FPS like Unreal Tournament so I'm glad that this game went with the run and gun over the top action that awards aggressive play.
-
updated Stronghold Crusader (my first ever RTS and PC game beside card games) to 1.3 HD version. Now I have new company + 8 characters.
Just wow. I didn't know about that.
-
I recently picked up No Man's Sky. As bad as everyone says it is, I have played over 60 hours in the game. I'm also planning to pick up Uncharted 4 again. It wasn't my copy, my sister's and she traded it in before I could finish. Also have been playing Tekken 7 and Minecraft with my nieces and nephews.
-
Playing Monster Hunter 3rd Portable on PPSSPP emulator
-
It's start of the new year, which means it's time for me to finally get started on all those Lego games. (I'll be playing only two days per week, so it'll probably take me over a month to complete each game, and with well over a dozen games to go through, it's fair to say that I'll be quite busy for a while.)
First up; LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean - the Video Game
I've only just started playing today, but I'm already liking it so far. I'll share my thoughts on it once I've finished the game and reached 100% completion.

I finished LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean last week. Overall, I really liked this game. In many ways, it's a rather small and quick game like the Lego Movie Videogame, and although I did need a little help from a guide to find some of the bonus items, everything was rather easy to accomplish once I figured out where to go and what to do. The only real frustration I had was due to some occasional glitches, but they were rare and unlikely to be repeated. In fact, this is a game that I would love to eventually come back to and play through all over again, which is high praise from me on a Lego video game. However, I've still got a lot of other Lego games to try, so it may be a while before I can come back to this one.
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO Harry Potter - Years 1-4.
I've got this and the other Harry Potter Lego game early on my list because I've anticipated that I won't like them very much, so I'm essentially just trying to get them out of the way so I can move on to the better games. Not to mention, I've heard that both of the Harry Potter games have some of the most notorious glitches of all the Lego games, so I'm really hoping I can avoid that kind of trouble. I just started playing today and things seem to be okay so far, but of course the only way to be sure is to simply complete the game, so I'm hoping it won't take me too long to accomplish that.

I finished LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 last week. To put it simply, I'm not impressed at all. First off, it doesn't allow me to actively save the game whenever I want to; it only autosaves whenever I accomplish something like complete a level or collect a bonus item, so that really restricts where I could find a good stopping point for the day. Also, in order to obtain all the character abilities I would need to complete the game, even with the help of a guide, I still had to really figure out where I could unlock such characters. As a result, while in other Lego games you could play each and every level a minimum of twice (once in story mode and once in freeplay mode), in this one I had to play some levels three times just to unlock the characters I'd need to access other areas. Switching between characters is also ridiculously difficult, so if you don't enter certain rooms with the right characters already selected, then you're pretty much going to end up trapped in there with no way out. And don't even get me started on how frequently this game crashed on me. Although I'm pleased to say that I did indeed successfully reach 100% game completion, the fact that there are certain points where it had a potential to become technically impossible to do so is just unacceptable. I would even go so far as to say that it was thanks to my OCD that I was able to make sure I could be very careful to avoid the issues that might've made the game impossible to complete. It took me more than 50 hours to complete the game, so if anything had happened at a later point that would've forced me to restart from the very beginning, well that would've been just absolutely infuriating, so I'm really glad it didn't happen to me (this time, at least). Needless to say, this is one Lego game that I won't be interested in ever playing again.
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO Harry Potter - Years 5-7.
Since this is the other Harry Potter Lego game, I'm anticipating that it will also be not that great. I started playing it today and first impressions are that maybe a few issues from the previous game may have actually been dealt with for this later game. Of course, the only way I'll ever know for sure is to simply play through the whole thing and see for myself what it's really like.
-
I finished LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7 last week. This one thankfully didn't turn out quite as bad as the previous game, though it's still one I'm unlikely to ever play again. There were definitely some improvements compared to the previous game, such as no situations where a minor mistake could leave you trapped, which means no fear of having to completely restart from the very beginning. Switching between characters is a little easier than in the previous game, though still not nearly as easy as in the other Lego games I've played so far. And unfortunately, the system of unlocking new characters is just as problematic as with the previous game, though at least many of the necessary ones for reaching new areas are a bit easier to find and obtain in this game. I was able to reach 100% completion in the same amount of gameplay time as it took me with the previous game. Although I seriously doubt any other Lego game will be as bad as Harry Potter Years 1-4, the fact that Years 5-7 uses many of the same questionable mechanics means that I'd have to rank it as my second least favorite of all Lego games. Overall, this game definitely had some serious improvements compared to the previous game, but it just wasn't enough to really satisfy me.
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO Indiana Jones - The Original Adventures.
This is the second oldest game on my list, so I'm sure there will probably be a number of things that will make this one seem not quite as refined as later games, but I seriously doubt it'll be quite as bad as the Harry Potter games were. Based on my first impressions after I started playing today, this could turn out to be a rather small and simple game like Pirates of the Caribbean, so I'm hopeful that it won't take me long to complete this game.
-
It's start of the new year, which means it's time for me to finally get started on all those Lego games.
I used to play those games a LOT. I had and beat LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga and LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars, Lego Batman 1/2/3, LEGO Indiana Jones 1 and 2 (2 is awesome), LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 and 5-7, LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, LEGO Movie Video Game, and most recently, LEGO Jurassic World (which is high on my favorites list). Haven't played many of the recent ones, like Ninjago, Avengers or Marvel Super Heroes 2.
I'd say that all of them are really well done; you just feel satisfaction whenever you buy stuff with the studs, and when you reach 100% completion.

Oh yeah, that one is kinda small. There's this one level in the Temple of Doom part of the game that takes literally forever though.
I'd say Indiana Jones 2 is a lot better, since it feels newer and has a level editor, something that was in Harry Potter Years 1-4 as well (after that game it was removed though, bummer).

I've got a list of all the Lego games I could possibly get on Steam, and interestingly enough, you managed to identify nearly all of them. The only ones you did not mention are Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Lego Worlds, and Lego City Undercover. (That last one is the one Lego game that I'm especially excited to eventually play.) Even more interesting, the recent ones you say you have not yet played are also the ones that I have not yet purchased. (It's very tempting to wait until Steam offers sales for up to 75% off, which is how I got my copies of most of these games for as little as $5 each.) Considering that I've got ten years worth of Lego games to catch up on, I'm sure I'll end up purchasing some of the newer ones by the time I eventually finish the older ones.
Either way, I'm glad to see that there's at least one other person here who's very familiar with (and enjoyed playing) the games that I'm playing through these days.

Extreme is like...
you don't really need to build units, they just spawn in camps. Created a pretty awesome own map. Me (mostly using knights) and 6 AIs with smaller amounts of units vs one super strong AI with various sorts of troops... in that game I discovered that there's a limit of 10000 troops (it won't spawn more than that) and that it might very well crash the game ot make it lag :D
Should totally record some game play :P

Playing Castlvania: Symphony of the Night again. This time going through on Richter mode.

I am about to start my 3rd playthrough of Horizon: Zero Dawn. I love the game! The story it tells, the characters and their voice actors, and the world it builds are enough to make me overlook the flaws it has.

I finished LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures last week. Much like Pirates of the Caribbean, this game was rather small and quick, though there were definitely some moments where I had quite a bit of difficulty. There were some areas where the endless attacks by enemies made it very difficult to make much progress, and don't even get me started on how frustrating some of the bonus items were to collect, even in cases where I knew exactly what I had to do. Even so, at least it was easy to not only unlock new characters, but also be able to use the right characters for each area (even if I don't exactly have the option of choosing any particular character at any time), so that definitely makes this better than the Harry Potter games in my opinion. Still, the number of frustrating moments I encountered are enough that I'd rank this one somewhere in the middle of my preferences. In other words, I wouldn't mind playing this one again, but there are a few other Lego games I'd rather play again instead of this one.
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO Indiana Jones 2 - The Adventure Continues
I just started playing today, and my first impressions are that this is definitely a rather unique type of Lego game. I can't yet say for sure if it's something I like or not, so we'll see once I eventually finish it.

I've finally started to play some more Xenoblade Chronicles 2 again. I can't believe the game has been out for 8 months and I haven't gotten around to beating it yet.
-
I managed to finish Xenoblade Chronicles 2 just in time for Octopath Traveler, so now I'm playing that. So far I'm really liking it. It plays kinda similar to Bravely Default but with a neat 3D environment/2D sprite pixel art style.

I finished LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues last week. I have to say, there is definitely no other Lego game out there that is structured quite like this one. Each of the different areas feel like their own separate game, such as characters and vehicles that are unlocked can only be used in their respective areas and nowhere else. Another thing that makes this game so unlike any of the others is that rather than the levels having the option of story mode or freeplay mode, there are different types of levels, such as story levels (which follow the story events with no bonus items at all, unlike other Lego games), treasure levels (where the objective is to simply collect the bonus item at the end), and bonus levels (much like the treasure levels, except they're designed as if they were made in the game's level builder). This game also comes with a level builder, where you can create your own levels, though the only drawback I see in this particular case is that it's necessary for 100% completion. I think that such a feature should've been optional, so that those who are interested could use it, while those who are not interested wouldn't have to use it just to complete the whole game. (As much as I disliked Lego Harry Potter Years 1-4, at least the level builder in that game was entirely optional.) Despite the required level builder and a few frustrating levels, I actually liked this game quite a lot and wouldn't mind playing it again, though much like the first Lego Indiana Jones game, there are a few other Lego games I'd rather play instead.
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO Star Wars - The Complete Saga
I just started playing it today, and although I'm already familiar with the story content due to watching some videos a while ago, I've already seen a few things that surprised me, now that I'm actually playing this game myself. This is the oldest game on my list, so it should be interesting to see just how how different it is from some of the later games I'm already familiar with. Even though this game has a lot of levels, many of them are rather short (just today alone, I was able to complete all the levels of Episode I), so completing this game might not take quite as long as I had feared.
-
I just got done playing some Spore Hero. It's not a game I would want to play too often, but since it's not too long, I do enjoy going through it again every so often. It's pretty limited compared to Spore, though the fighting sequences are a bit better in my opinion.

Carmageddon 2: Carpocalypse Now
Just finished this game about a week ago for the very first time. Up until now, i always used cheats to get past the whole game because some of the missions are darn hard. (or just has a very short time limit)
And i even bought the (extremly tough) Mining truck, which costed me a nice 8.800.000 credits.

I finished LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga last week. Since this is the oldest of all the Lego games I'm playing, I knew it would lack some features from later games, but I was quite surprised by just how clunky it felt in comparison. When it comes to attacking, there are three basic ways; a lightsaber, which tends to pause a little too long after most swings, leaving you more vulnerable to getting hit; a blaster, which you can't really target, so you pretty much have to just face the correct direction and hope you actually hit the right object; and nothing, where such characters can't even attack at all, which is obviously worthless when surrounded by enemies. This game not only obviously lacks features found in later games, but also includes features not found in any later games (probably because they proved just too frustrating for most gamers). In addition to story mode and freeplay mode, there's also a challenge mode (find ten canisters within twenty minutes) and super story mode (complete all six story levels of a movie within one hour while also collecting over 100,000 studs). I found the challenge mode interesting, but the super story challenge was just too much for my gameplay style, so the only way I could make sure I could actually complete them was by watching a walkthrough video on my laptop while actually playing on my desktop (always pausing one or the other at a time, of course). Oh, and it seems I was wrong about how long it would take me to complete this game, because while many of the other Lego games took me anywhere between 40 and 60 hours, this one took me well over 80 hours. As much as I found this game interesting, reaching 100% completion was just such a ridiculous challenge that I'd rank this game rather low on my favorites, with only the two Harry Potter games currently even lower.
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO Star Wars III - The Clone Wars
I just started playing today, and already I'm liking this game much more than the one I just finished (especially since the methods of attacking are much more reasonable than what I mentioned above). In my view, this one feels much more like a proper Lego video game than the first Lego Star Wars game. Hopefully, this game won't take me quite as long to complete as the previous one did.

Just started playing Midtown Madness 2. Quite a hard one (especially the Crash Course) but an otherwiser very enjoyable crazy racing game from 2000. And Definetly brings back some memories!

I have LEGO the Hobbit, based on the recent Hobbit trilogy, but the game stops at the end of the second film. I'm guessing WB planned tp add in the events of Battle of the 5 Armies but never got around to it.

I finished LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars last week. This game definitely felt more like a proper Lego game than the first one did, and I liked some of the features that were introduced (such as using a lightsaber to cut a hole in a wall). But I think what made this game especially interesting was how some of the levels are designed like some kind of RTS game, where you have to build bases and destroy enemy bases. There's much more than just the levels, there's also bounty hunter missions (just like what Complete Saga had), ground assault missions (more of those RTS type of levels) and space assault missions, all of which must be done within a time limit that I found to be rather reasonable for most of them. I suppose my biggest issue with this game is how some unlockable items must be obtained in order to even gain access to certain other unlockable items, so you really need to figure out what you have to do if you really want to go for 100% completion. Of course, with all this additional content, my total gameplay time came in at almost 80 hours, but I'm sure I could've had maybe ten less if I hadn't repeated the same mistake I had made with Lego Pirates of the Caribbean (spending a lot of time between levels collecting studs in the hub area to be able to purchase unlockable content, unaware of just how much studs I ended up getting from completing the levels in freeplay mode). As much as I really liked this game, the fact that some of the freeplay content must be done in a certain order means that while I would definitely rank this game above the other Lego Star Wars game, I would not place it above either of the Lego Indiana Jones games.
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO Batman - The Videogame
I started playing it today, and despite having less available time than usual today, I'm already liking what I see. Sure, being among the oldest of all Lego games (only Star Wars Complete Saga and Indiana Jones Original Adventures are older) means that actions and controls are a little awkward, but I've got a good feeling that this game will end up being one of those relatively small and simple Lego games that I've enjoyed the most so far.
-
I finished Octopath Traveler a while back and I must say, it had a satisfactory final boss fight. After that I played some Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate since I could transfer my 3DS save. More recently I bought Megaman 11, though I've only beaten 3 robot masters so far. Gotta get back into it at some point. Other then that, I've done a few playthroughs of Super Metroid.

Recently got back into Rimworld now that it is officially released. Been experimenting with some new stuff in my colonies and finally making use of the caravan functionality!

There's a warning for Deltarune... Or at least its uninstaller, be careful!
https://www.criticalhit.net/gaming/warning-dont-use-uninstaller-surprise-undertale-follow-deltarune/

^I read it, and wow, I thought it was a joke. Like, if you launch uninstaller, something happens with game, and Chara destroys your world or something like this. Like c'mon, such game devoper like Toby Fox couldn't put some file that removes entire root directory. Or could he?..
-
Just a bug he missed in the uninstaller I'm afraid! But it's being worked on (and you should be totally fine if you installed the game in a separate folder, rather than C:\Games or the like :D )
-
I read many comments - it seems it is not a joke... :/
Actually I was highly surprised how almost all of people on planet consider this situations with humor, because it's deadly serious situation. For example I am not kind of person who reads news about games I buy/download and play, so I could find out about this "bug" decades years later. And I clearly remember times when I installed some games in general folders, or place some other folders inside game folder... And I didn't read any negative comment so far. :/
sigh, nevermind. I hope novody would fall victim of this "bug".
Today I got "great" news, so next week I guess I won't find any free time to play this or any other games. :(
I'm hyped wit hthis game a lot! Can't wait to continue to play!

I finished LEGO Batman: The Videogame earlier this week. Much like the first Lego Indiana Jones game, this one is almost entirely just the content of the levels, with not much else going on in the hub area. What makes this game more interesting is that there are a group of levels for playing as the heroes (Batman and Robin) and another group for playing as the villains (various DC villains, but mostly Riddler, Penguin, and Joker), so it feels like observing the same series of events from both sides (and since this is the only one of the older Lego games not based on any movies or TV shows, trying to figure out what's going on without any dialogue is an interesting challenge). It's also neat that Batman and Robin can change outfits to use different abilities. I suppose a minor downside is that some of the bonus items to collect in freeplay mode can be really difficult to obtain, so don't expect this one to be simple just because there's not much else to do outside the levels. I would consider this another rather good Lego game, but not among my favorites.
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO Batman 2 - DC Super Heroes
I just started playing today (first time I've ever seen any content from this game at all, in fact), and while I knew that this one was going to be different from all the earlier Lego games (it's the very first one where the characters actually speak), I'm quite surprised by just how much different it already appears to be (so I guess the dividing line between the eight oldest Lego games and the ones that came later is much sharper than I had anticipated, as if 2012 was the year where the developers suddenly decided to go in a completely different direction). Let's just say that the hub area is so vast that I'm a little afraid I could end up getting frequently lost once I complete the story levels and try to go for 100% completion.
And since I seem to be ranking how much I've liked the Lego games I've played, here's the list so far, with most favorite at the top and least favorite at the bottom:
The LEGO Movie Videogame
LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean - The Videogame
LEGO Indiana Jones 2 - The Adventure Continues
LEGO Star Wars III - The Clone Wars
LEGO Batman - The Videogame
LEGO Indiana Jones - The Original Adventures
LEGO Star Wars - The Complete Saga
LEGO Harry Potter - Years 5-7
LEGO Harry Potter - Years 1-4

Been playing the Spider-Man game, and it is epic.

I finished LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes last week. As I had previously mentioned, this game is so dramatically different than all the previous Lego games, and yet very similar to most of the later games, so this is the one where many of the now common features first appeared; the characters actually speak, all fifteen levels are in a single series rather than being divided into separate series, you can actually save your progress through levels by activating a save point in certain locations (very useful in case if the game crashes, so you won't have to restart from the beginning), and the hub region is a single very massive area to explore. My fears of getting lost in exploring Gotham City were quickly erased when I discovered that I could pull up a map and use the "scan" feature to check exactly which items I had not yet collected and where they are. But as much as I loved this game, there are two significant downsides. First, like most previous Lego games, this one is auto save only, which means you can't manually save whenever you want to, and the only way to save your progress is to actually accomplish something, like complete a level or collect or purchase something while exploring Gotham City (I really hope I'll soon reach the point where manually saving the game became a standard feature of Lego games). The other downside involves switching costumes while playing levels in freeplay mode; unlike the first game where you could easily switch to any costume at any time (as is also the case later in the third game), here you can only switch to certain costumes in certain locations, so if you switch to another character and then switch back to Batman or Robin, you'll need to backtrack (sometimes quite a long distance) to retrieve the costume needed to get past certain obstacles, which I find to be highly inconvenient. Aside from those two things, I really loved what this game had to offer, and I would very much enjoy playing it again if I ever get a chance to do so.
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO The Lord of the Rings
I'm actually going to wait until next week before I start playing this game (which will be right after new year's day). As of right now, it is the only Lego game for which I have never seen any content of (either by playing myself or watching someone else play), so this should be an interesting experience. I should probably note that, of all the franchises featured among all of these Lego games, Lord of the Rings is the one that I have the absolute least interest in, so if I end up not putting this game at the bottom of my rankings list, then at least that'll show the game was structured in a good way. (Also of note, this is the earliest Lego game for which Steam offers achievements to unlock, so from now on for all of the Lego games I'll play next, I'm not just going for 100% completion, but also for all of the Steam achievements to unlock.)
And as I'll continue to include with all of my future updates, here's my rankings list of all the Lego games I've played so far:
The LEGO Movie Videogame
LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean - The Videogame
LEGO Batman 2 - DC Super Heroes
LEGO Indiana Jones 2 - The Adventure Continues
LEGO Star Wars III - The Clone Wars
LEGO Batman - The Videogame
LEGO Indiana Jones - The Original Adventures
LEGO Star Wars - The Complete Saga
LEGO Harry Potter - Years 5-7
LEGO Harry Potter - Years 1-4

I am currently playing Fifa 19 pro..i love the game..so poor on the field but in this world
i dominate the possession..the goals..i make and break the rules. :D
-
I finished LEGO The Lord of the Rings earlier this week. To start off, I've already stated that this franchise is the one I am least interested in among all the Lego games. Thankfully, unlike the Harry Potter games, this one is actually structured quite decently, for the most part. One feature I miss from the older Lego games is the ability to pick up and use items laying around, and this game sort of brings that back by finding and collecting items throughout the levels (much like the minikit parts) that in freeplay you can then select from a list and use them at any time, many of which come with abilities that otherwise could only be done by certain characters. In addition, the system of collecting gold bricks (known in this game as mythril bricks) is similar to Lego Batman 2, but with the addition of being able to craft a certain amount of these bricks to create special items you can use like the other items, with the designs to be able to craft these items also being items that you must find and collect. Also, the map for the hub exploration is similar to Lego Batman 2, except all the items to find are always visible once you've activated the marker points in each section. My biggest issue with this game is how difficult some items are to collect, such as minikits to grab in areas where you're just running (so if you miss them, you can't go back and you'll have to repeat the whole level all over again), and some of the mythril bricks in the hub world being very difficult to reach (such as at the end of obstacle courses that you'll have to repeat from the start if you fall off anywhere). If I was a fan of Lord of the Rings, I'd be willing to overlook those very difficult moments, but I'm still not a fan, so I'll rank this game near the bottom of what I consider to be among the better games, so not bad at all.
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO The Hobbit
As I mentioned last time, I have already watched the story content of all the remaining Lego games I have not yet played, so I'll be going into the rest of these games with some familiarity. For this one, I know that there's some new features that did not exist in the one I had just finished. What I do not yet know about is all the freeplay content that will come after the story, so if Hobbit is anything like Lord of the Rings, I'll expect to see some interesting things to find, though some of which might be a little tricky to find.
My rankings of all Lego games I've played so far:
The LEGO Movie Videogame
LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean - The Videogame
LEGO Batman 2 - DC Super Heroes
LEGO Indiana Jones 2 - The Adventure Continues
LEGO Star Wars III - The Clone Wars
LEGO The Lord of the Rings
LEGO Batman - The Videogame
LEGO Indiana Jones - The Original Adventures
LEGO Star Wars - The Complete Saga
LEGO Harry Potter - Years 5-7
LEGO Harry Potter - Years 1-4

Did you get the disco phial? We had loads of fun just making enemies dance in the most unfortunate situations :lol
Personally, I found LEGO LOTR a lot better than LEGO The Hobbit for a multitude of reasons. The Hobbit felt like a quick cash grab, at least when I played it. Very buggy (though I assume most of that is patched out now), literally animating the LEGO characters scene by scene to reflect the first two movies. Very little of the usual funny moments in LEGO games. Oh yeah, and they promised a DLC for the 3rd movie - never came. It is an unfinished game. I'm interested to see your list once you've played all the games and compare it to mine (though there are several I haven't touched).
I'm personally also playing through a LEGO game. Some might find it the ultimate one: LEGO Dimensions. Each new level brings a new surprise as you have no idea what they got the rights to this time around haha. I have yet to buy any of the level of character expansions, so let's see how I fare in this toys-to-life game without investing in the toys.

I briefly used that disco phial only once, immediately after hitting a few enemies with a skeleton sword, because those were the requirements for unlocking one of the achievements. (I probably should have mentioned that in addition to 100% completion, I also unlocked all 48 achievements.) Because I have so many Lego games that I want to go through, I'm only interested in 100% completion and unlocking all achievements, so it's unlikely I'll do any additional stuff for fun.
I saw hardly any parts of any of the LotR or Hobbit movies, so I'm not that concerned about story accuracy in these Lego games (after all, I ranked the second Indiana Jones game higher than the first, despite the story content being far less accurate). My main concern is pretty much about how quick and easy it is to complete these games (which is why I still consider the Harry Potter Lego games to be the worst of them all).
As for Lego Dimensions, the tragic irony for me is that while that is the one Lego game I'd really love to play, it is also the only Lego game I'll probably never get a chance to ever play, because I do all of my gaming on a PC, through Steam. Instead, I had settled on simply watching YouTube videos of other people playing this game. No spoilers, but I can at least assure you that all of the main story levels can be completed with only the three characters and one vehicle provided by the starter pack (though you'll have to purchase other packs if you want to collect all the bonus items along the way, as well as unlock additional hub worlds to explore).

Ah fair enough! Still, going for all achievements can be quite a pain in the ass. Props to you for taking care of that! I think the only one I 100%-ed was LotR.

Fair point - I hope it doesn't feel unfinished to you then not having seen the movies. To me, as both a Tolkien and Harry Potter fan, these games actually rank pretty high for their recognizable story. The first Harry Potter game is clunky and buggy, I'll give you that, but I do enjoy both of them quite a bit, especially in multiplayer.
As for Lego Dimensions, the tragic irony for me is that while that is the one Lego game I'd really love to play, it is also the only Lego game I'll probably never get a chance to ever play, because I do all of my gaming on a PC, through Steam. Ah bummer! I was in the exact same situation for a long time. Now that I finally have some systems I could play this on, it is pretty much impossible here to find the game. Got it secondhand off someone and luckily the whole package was complete. It is good to know I can play through all the main story levels without additional content packs, thanks!

Man it's nice to see this thread still going =)
I'm actually hitting up Pokemon White version. I think I may have misjudged it coming off my Soulsilver high.

I haven't been playing a whole lot lately.
Played a lot of Smash when it first came out but I've relaxed on that now. Did a second playthrough of Celeste to prepare for the new DLC level that's supposed to come out soon. Just recently picked Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate back up a bit to play every now and then.
-
I've been pretty much binge playing Red Dead Redemption 2 lately. Game's an absolute masterpiece and it surpasses the first game in almost every way. That's saying something because I absolutely loved the first game.

I finished LEGO The Hobbit earlier this week. As expected, this game had a lot of features similar to Lego Lord of the Rings, such as collecting items that any character can use, collecting mythril bricks to forge into special items, and collecting designs to be able to forge those items, but from that previous game structure, this game expands on it quite significantly. Breaking objects gives you not only studs, but also various materials called "loot" (like wood, stone, metals, gems, or food) that you have to spend on crafting tables (which work like the instruction builds of the Lego Movie Videogame) and in addition to the mythril bricks to forge the special items (but unlike the previous game where you just had to spend the mythril bricks, here the forging process is its own minigame, with a goal of timing the button prompts just right to get a "perfectly forged" item). When it comes to exploring the hub world, the previous game just had everything always available so long as you have unlocked the necessary abilities, but this game has mostly quests, which not only are unlocked as the story progresses (not an issue for me, as I typically wait until after completing the levels in both story mode and freeplay mode before exploring the hub world) but also often come in numerous series, so that completing one quest unlocks the next one (a little more troublesome for me, as it prevented me from immediately obtaining some of the red bricks that I find useful, such as stud multipliers, and also forced me to go back and forth across all of Middle Earth a few times rather than just slowly progress from one side to the other). Some of these quests even required you to used the custom character creator, a feature that has always been part of every single Lego game, but never really required for game completion, so this was my first real experience with it (the only previous game to require the use of a customizer was Lego Indiana Jones 2 with its level builder). Although I will acknowledge that the story content is incomplete due to covering the events of just the first two movies, I found the loot system and the challenge of completing series of quests such an interestingly unique experience that I would consider this a good Lego game, but again since its for a franchise that I still have little interest in (let's just say this game made it much easier to tell apart each of the 13 dwarves than the movies ever could), I'll rank this one only just above Lego Lord of the Rings. Oh, and I should probably mention that in addition to reaching 100% completion with this game, I also unlocked all 39 achievements (as listed on Steam).
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO Marvel Super Heroes
Much like with the previous Lego game I just finished, I'm aware of the story content of this game (totally unique and not based on any movies), but not with the freeplay content or much of what there is to see in the massive hub world (which apparently covers much of New York City), but now that I'm finally done with one of my least favorite franchises, I'm definitely looking forward to see all of what this game has to offer. (It is also now the only Lego game prior to the Lego Movie Videogame I have not yet played, so I'll be glad to finally close that gap.)

I guess that depends on what genres you enjoy playing? Also do you just have a PC or any consoles?
If you enjoy platformers I would highly recommend Celeste. It was easily my favorite game that came out last year. If you're into FPS then Doom 2016 was great as well and pretty much the only FPS that I've played in years.
-
I've been playing Baba is You on my Switch, a darn good puzzle game.
Also been playing the co-op game A Way Out, pretty good so far :)
-
I play on PC, and genres that I currently enjoy are; action, adventure, FPS and horror.
I've heard about Doom being a great game by many, and have thought about buying it. :SmugSpike
-
Definitely do if you get the chance! As good as the Halo series was, I really don't like the influence it has had for the genre with regenerating health and a limit of 2 guns. I was always into the arena shooters like Unreal Tournament where it's fast paced jumping all over the place carrying as many guns as possible haha. Regenerating health can encourage hiding whereas Doom's health drop mechanic forces a run and gun approach. Plus, you don't have to wait too long for Doom: Eternal as well!
-
Oh, there is a new Doom game coming? Wow, I've really been out of the loop of gaming for awhile now. Time to fix that! :SmugSpike

Decided to give Hollow Knight another go. I had finished the game before hand and found one of the 2 pieces of the Kingsoul on my own but was too lazy to wander around trying to get the other so I just looked it up haha. Then got brick walled by having to do some real tough boss re-fights to get enough essence to continue on for the true ending.
After playing again I managed to beat the bosses and get the true ending! Definitely worth the trouble as it feels like some of the story elements start to finally come together (the games story is still a little vague to me though :PCera )

@crazyg Of course, can't forget that. :bestsharptooth

Indeed. I don't know BF3 very well but watching my friend play it was how I discovered the franchise. I've only played 4 so far and probably won't buy 1 since I'm a noob at aiming and probably would only get frustrated with that game :P Haven't seen much about 5 yet.

I finished LEGO Marvel Super Heroes a few days ago. Although I'm not exactly a huge super fan of the Marvel franchise, I do like much of it, so I found the totally unique storyline presented in this game to be very interesting. No spoilers for what happens, but I will say that the featured heroes include the Avengers, Spiderman, the Fantastic Four, and the X-Men, and among the featured villains are Doctor Doom, Magneto, and Loki. In addition to the main story, there are also a dozen bonus levels (all narrated by Deadpool), which you have to find throughout the hub area after collecting certain various amounts of gold bricks. And then there's the hub area of the entire island of Manhattan to explore (not quite as extensively massive as I had feared, but it is a little harder to divide into manageable sections, unlike the hub worlds of the other Lego games I've previously played), with all kinds of things to do like collect gold bricks or tokens to unlock characters or vehicles (thankfully unlike the Harry Potter games, you don't need to collect tokens of characters you've already played as), either by finding them hidden around, completing quests (many of which have to be done in series, like in the Hobbit game), or completing races. While many character abilities are similar to most previous games (levitating objects into place, only explosives can destroy silver objects, only heat-based attacks can destroy gold objects), this game also introduces some new ones, such as the strength-based abilities of "big figs" (like Hulk and Thing). Also, much like the Harry Potter games had students in peril or the Batman games had citizens in peril, this game has Stan Lee in peril, and you have to rescue him from all kinds of crazy situations. Perhaps the most difficult aspect I found in this game is the races (especially the ones that involve flying, because even though the mechanics of flying characters are much better than they were in Batman 2 (the only previous Lego game to have flying characters), it can still be rather tricky to maintain enough control to complete these races), but I was able to get the hang of them pretty quickly with rather little frustration. So, after completing this game (and unlocking all 45 achievements on Steam), I have to say this one is very high among my favorite Lego video games, not quite my most favorite (that still belongs to the Lego Movie Videogame), but definitely good enough for second best (surpassing even Pirates of the Caribbean, which I honestly didn't think would happen, but I guess that's why you have to actually play these games to truly get the full experience and thus determine accurately just how bad or good it actually is).
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO Batman 3 - Beyond Gotham
As with the previous game I just finished, I'm aware of the story content (completely original, also like the game I just finished), but not the freeplay content. This is also the first Lego game to have some DLC (downloadable content) levels (apparently based on some movies and TV shows from the DC universe), for which there are some Steam achievements, so of course I had purchased them all back when I bought this game. Speaking of which, back when I first got interested in Lego games and wanted to try them all (back in late 2015), this was the most recent game available at a low enough price, so completing this game will mark a huge milestone for me (even though I've still got a few more Lego games left to go after this one).

Played a serious amount of Trials of Mana now that it's finally available (officially) outside of Japan! Just finished the play-through of it yesterday.

I played New Rally X for hours this morning. It was pure joy and nostalgia honestly. I'll never get tired of those bagpipes in the music.
I would randomly start playing on my Jakks Pacific Retro Aracde Pacman Plug N Play after stopping for a long period of time. Then I'll play on it for weeks before taking another long hiatus.

I'll sometimes switch between Out Run and OutRun 2006: Coast 2 Coast on days when all I feel like playing is Out Run. Not only have I managed to "acquire" the PC version of Coast 2 Coast, but I also have more than one method of playing the original Out Run on PC (I do have a couple of PS2 versions as well). I have the wondrous arcade emulator called MAME, which emulates arcade games, and then I have this recompiled version of Out Run called Cannonball, with lots of enhancements (60 fps, widescreen, and more exclusive play modes). It'll work on PC, Android, you name it!

I heard it had some performance issues on Switch. Did you notice this?
Currently trying to play my way through the campaign of They Are Billions.

Well first off it only runs at 30fps but yeah I've noticed a few hiccups every now and then. Nothing major so far though and not enough to ruin the enjoyment of it (not sure if it will be worse down the road or not). It seems like they seem dedicated to improving the performance though so hopefully it will get ironed out fairly soon.

Playing Gran Turismo Sport. New update came out today, and I tend it turn it on every time the game is updated so that I can try out the newly-added cars and tracks.

I finished LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham just a few hours ago. After how much I had enjoyed the newer Lego games I had played through so far, I had high expectations for this one, but instead it turned out to be one of the biggest disappointments of all the Lego games I've played. My main frustration is that once you get to freeplay mode, you don't have all the different character abilities available, and you have to really figure out where to collect certain character tokens to unlock the ones you need to access other areas (which was one of my biggest complaints about the Harry Potter games, my absolute least favorite Lego games). Another issue I had is that the "map" is just a featureless globe with all the levels and hub areas scattered around randomly, making it very difficult to keep track of your progress (would've been much easier if they were simply arranged into a list). But as much as I hated the disorganization, I will admit this game had some good features. Not only do Batman and Robin have up to seven different suits with all kinds of abilities, but so do Cyborg, Joker, and Lex Luthor, and unlike the previous Batman games, you can freely switch between any of these suits at any time. Also, as you progress through the story, you'll eventually reach a point where five levels are unlocked at once and you can play through them in any order but all five must be completed to unlock the next level, which is an interesting first for Lego games (I did them in the order they were listed on the achievements list). (I'd also like to mention that my favorite level in this game is the bonus level, based on the 1966 Batman TV series, which I found to be quite a lot of fun.) And when you play these levels in freeplay, you have the option of starting at a later point so you don't have to replay the entire level just to get one thing you missed (this feature was introduced in the Lego Hobbit game, and it proved especially helpful in this game due to the complaints I've already mentioned). Another interesting feature is that among the hub areas are the "Lantern planets" which are literally spherical worlds that you can walk and fly around (though all this emphasis on the seven Lantern colors in both the story and freeplay did give me the impression this game should've been alternatively titled the "Lego Green Lantern Videogame", so that's another complaint against this game). This game has a total of 70 achievements (including 30 for the DLC packs, 5 for each of the six), and I was able to unlock them all. Overall, as interesting as this game was, it was a huge let-down to see it seem to repeat many of the issues I had with my least favorite Lego games, so I have to rank it very low on my list (still better than the Harry Potter games, but that's really not saying much, and especially disappointing considering how highly I had ranked the second Batman game).
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO Jurassic World
From what glimpses I've previously seen of this game, I think this one could turn out to be quite enjoyable for me. I was also lucky enough a few weeks ago to have a chance to watch all four Jurassic Park movies featured in this game, so now I'll be able to identify any moments where the story content is different from what was seen in the movies.

F1 2018 on PS4, although I do plan to get F1 2019 once I can pick up some PlayStation Store cards. As my name suggests, I'm a true F1 fanatic.

I finally downloaded the "City That Never Sleeps" DLC pack for Marvel's Spiderman. Waiting for my controller to recharge so I can play it. I swear, I miss the days when you could just pop new batteries in the thing and keep playing.
-
Ran a full-length Chinese Grand Prix in career mode on F1 2018, and now my hands are gonna hurt for the rest of the day. :opetrie It's a shame I'm still having to use a generic PS4 controller because the Thrustmaster T80 has been universally panned by the F1 gaming community.
-
I spent two straight days locking up plenty of hours on F1 2019 and Gran Turismo Sport combined on PS4 (which explains my absence over the last few days). I must say that the new career mode seems initially intriguing with the new F2 intro, but once you get into F1, the career is practically a copy-and-paste of last year's game. Still, it's arguably the best F1 game yet. Codemasters has done it again. :)petrie

:opetrie "SO ... TIIIRRRED!"
After running two full-length races in career mode on F1 2019 on the same day, one of which was a complete nightmare. Honestly, I can barely move my finger muscles right now.

Towerfall is perhaps one of the best couch co-ops I've ev3r played. It's a snappy and slick 2D arena shooter with arrows and a ton of unique mechanics. There is also a delightfully chaotic versus mode.

I finished LEGO Jurassic World a few days ago. I have to say, I really enjoyed this game quite a lot, as it seemed to combine quite a few elements from many of the Lego games that just happen to be rather highly ranked on my list. The game is divided into four sections for each movie, and completing all five levels for each movie unlocks freeplay for its respective hub area (kind of like Indiana Jones 2, except you're also free to use any characters and vehicles anywhere). The four hub areas are large enough for a map to help check my progress, but small enough that I can easily keep track of where to go and what to do. But what makes this game really special is that in addition to the characters, you can also play as various kinds of dinosaurs (especially getting to play as the raptors at certain parts of the story of the fourth movie), and this also includes a room where you can create customized dinosaurs (although I normally prefer not to use customizers, demands of 100% completion required that I made a small dinosaur with the loud roar ability of a large one, so at least I got some experience with it). Although there were quite a few levels that had parts in a constant run (meaning you have to grab bonus items as you pass by or you'll have to completely restart again), I somehow managed to handle them all good enough that I never had to repeat any level more than once. Overall, I really loved this game, enough that I honestly can't wait for an opportunity to play it again many more times.
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO Marvel's Avengers
Although I had enjoyed Marvel Super Heroes, I'm concerned this one could turn out more like Batman 3, and a quick look at my rankings list shows my widely different opinions on those two games. As usual, I won't know for sure until I actually try it out, but I'm keeping my expectations moderately low. (And hopefully my old desktop computer can handle this game, as I plan on getting a new one by the end of this year so I can feel more comfortable with trying any of the newer Lego games.)

Yeah it's a pretty fun game! I remember that I wanted to get the game on the Switch but Matt Makes Games wanted to finish Celeste before porting it over. I figured that since the trailers showed Celeste to be similar mechanics wise (minus the bow) to Towerfall in a single player setting that I'd get it in the meantime. I was surprised to see all the glowing reviews for the game, and even more once I got hooked playing it!
Nothing really new in my world as of yet. Haven't played as much Bloodstained due to watching my brother play through a good portion of the game already. Other then that it's been more Monster Hunter: World. Hoping to pick up Fire Emblem: Three Houses somewhat soon though.

I've been playing A Short Hike (https://store.steampowered.com/app/1055540/A_Short_Hike/) which is an exploration game with a lovely set of graphics. You play as a young bird who needs to get to the top of a nearby mountain, and discover many interesting things and people along the way. I technically finished the game, but feel like there is still a lot to do and discover. Short and sweet game for anyone who just wants to fill an afternoon! :)
-
I finished LEGO Marvel's Avengers a few days ago. Although this game is structured much like Batman 3, it managed to avoid some of the issues I had complained about in that one, such as being much easier to unlock all the character abilities needed for completion. While the overview globe is not featureless, it is a little frustrating that you have to leave whatever hub area you're in just to view it, and it is the navigation maps for each of the hub areas that are featureless and tell you only which direction to go to find various items (which makes it especially difficult to figure out how to get around the massive Manhattan hub, which is almost identical to the hub used in Marvel Super Heroes, which did have an actual map for it). Those issues aside, I did like some new features like being able to actively use a finishing attack or even a team-up attack (some of which even look rather amusing). It was also interesting how the story levels were arranged so that the three bonus levels were unlocked after completing the events of the first movie, giving you the option to either do those levels or simply continue to the events of the second movie. Overall, while not exactly a terrible game, it didn't really stand out much for me, so I'll rank this one around the middle of my list.
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO Star Wars - The Force Awakens
This game seems to not only reintroduce some features from the previous Lego Star Wars games, but also introduce some entirely new features. And considering how much more I liked Clone Wars over Complete Saga, I have a feeling I might like this game at least as much as Clone Wars. (One thing I'd also like to note is that even though I still have a few more newer Lego games left to go through, this one will be the last one that I'll play on my current desktop computer. I'm hoping to get a new desktop by the end of this year, partly because I'm concerned my current desktop won't be capable of handling those newer games very well, and I'd like to be able to play them without having to suffer through any technical issues.)

I finished LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens just yesterday. I have to say, I actually liked a lot of the features introduced in this game. By far the most notable of them is the multi-build system, where you can build a pile of parts into an option of two or three different objects, and in many cases can then break them to build one of the other options, creating a whole new level of puzzle-solving. Also new to this game is the "blaster battle" minigame, where you try to shoot at enemies while avoiding getting hit by them by hiding behind barriers. While the levels have the usual bonuses of minikits and red bricks, the hub worlds have plenty of new features, such as quests that only certain types of characters can start, battles with miniature vehicles, and collecting "carbonite blocks" to unlock various classic Star Wars characters. The only issues I encountered had nothing to do with the actual game, but rather with the achievements on Steam being a little glitchy and sometimes forcing me to repeat something a second time to unlock it (most heartbreaking being the one for 100% game completion not unlocking, despite the game clearing indicating I had reached 100% completion, and I fear I may have to repeat the whole game (which took me a total of 70 hours) just to get that only achievement I have been unable to unlock as of now). Overall, a rather good game I wouldn't mind playing again (though as I just mentioned, I may feel obligated to do that sooner than intended if I want that final achievement (currently the only achievement I've been unable to get on any of these Lego games, even though I technically should've gotten it)).
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO City Undercover
I'm actually going to wait until after New Year's Day before I start playing this one, as I'm hoping to get myself a new desktop computer with Windows 10 within approximately the next month, so that I can be hopefully more capable of playing the newer Lego games I have yet to try. But it'll be worth the wait, as I've mentioned before that of all the Lego games that are out there, this is the one I've been most excited to try, and could potentially become my absolute favorite game of all.

I finished LEGO City Undercover last week. I had been so looking forward to finally play this particular game, and once I actually got to it, it did not disappoint me at all. The game's story is played out both in the separate levels (called "special assignments" in this game) and in the massive hub world of Lego City, which is divided into districts to help keep track of your progress in certain areas. Having previously watched a bunch of YouTube videos of this game's content, I thought I would know what to expect, but there were a few pleasant surprises, such as hearing funny bits of dialogue from the various characters standing around if you just bother to wait and listen to them. For the gameplay, unlike most Lego games, you have just one character who can switch between up to eight different forms known as "disguises", each with their own range of special abilities (such as a firefighter to extinguish fires, a farmer to grow plants, and a miner to smash boulders). The combat system is also unique to this game, where instead of simply hitting enemies until they break into pieces, you have to dodge attacks and throw them around so they end up down on the ground so you can defeat them by slapping handcuffs on them. And of course, there's the huge range of vehicles available to use, such as police cars, small cars, high performance cars, boats, and even helicopters (and I like how each vehicle have their own names, as if they were created by certain brands). Pretty much the only negative aspect I have to say about this game is just how long it takes to complete, especially all the things there are to collect and complete in the hub world (according to my Steam account, I've spent a total of 90 hours playing this game, which beats the previous record holder of Lego Star Wars Complete Saga (which, keep in mind, was a 2-in-1 game)). Other than that, I loved this game so much, and if I ever manage to get a ton of free time available in the future, this will probably be among my first choices of games to play again and again.
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO Worlds
This game is very much unlike all the other Lego games I've played so far, most notably how it's structured as a sandbox type of game (like Minecraft), so it's actually the only Lego game I have that doesn't even has a 100% completion to reach for. Instead, my goal for this game will be to try to unlock all the achievements available on Steam. This could prove a little difficult, as I've seen in the stats that quite a few of those achievements have been unlocked by lest than 1% of all players (compared to other Lego games, where even the one ranked at the bottom of the list was unlocked by at least 2% or 3%). In fact, if there's any Lego game where I have any chance of being unable to unlock every single achievement, it's this one. Well, here's hoping I can complete my goal for this game.

I've been playing LEGO Worlds, and decided a few days ago to stop playing for now and will come back to it at a later time. That's right, unlike other Lego games where I could simply declare a game fully complete and then move on to the next one, this game is much more open-ended, enough that I've had to arbitrarily say to myself that I'm done for now. Basically, this game involves exploring randomly generated "worlds" that are square blocks of certain sizes (yes, it's possible to fall off the edge of these worlds), consisting of various "biomes" such as savanna, swamp, arctic, desert, volcanic, wild west, and even giant candy theme. This game also mostly involves using various "tools" to alter the terrain, paint objects, build things by individual bricks, and most significantly to "discover", purchase, and/or add or remove all kinds of object, characters, creatures, vehicles, and special large builds. As for objectives, there are plenty of quests available to complete, some of which reward you with a gold brick. Collecting certain amounts of gold bricks will improve your ranking, rewarding you with either a new tool or access to slightly larger maps, with the ultimate goal of 100 gold bricks allowing you to directly create new worlds for you to explore (rather than just randomly generating them). As for my personal goal with this game, I said I wanted to unlock all the achievements I could, and out of a total of 71, I got all but four of them (two require a certain activity with another player (not quite ready yet to try the online multiplayer feature), and the other two require so much long-term grinding that I'd rather put it off until after I've finished with every other Lego game I've yet to play). Although I'm halting my current progress with those four achievements not yet unlocked, I'm optimistic that I'll get them eventually. Either way, once I'm finished with all the other Lego games I have yet to complete, this will definitely be the very first one I'll come back to. Although it's so immensely time-consuming, I definitely like the unique experience this game offers, and would rank it among my highest favorites.
Next on my list of Lego games to play; The LEGO Ninjago Movie Videogame
This game is obviously based on the Lego Ninjago Movie, which I have seen a few times. From what I've seen, this game also promises to be uniquely structured unlike any other Lego game. I've also heard that, at least in free play mode, this game will also make references to the Ninjago TV series (which I had been really hoping to get around to finally watch at some point, but I've unfortunately been a little too preoccupied in recent months to really have a chance to do so). I've already greatly enjoyed the other Lego games that were not based on any particular licensed theme (just look at the top of my rankings), so I'm certainly hopeful that I'll end up liking this game just as much.

I finished the LEGO Ninjago Movie Videogame a few days ago. After spending a total of just 30 hours, this is by far the quickest I have ever fully completed any Lego video game (though I can't remember how long it took me to complete the Lego Movie Videogame, so that might be debatable). This game was also uniquely structured in such a way that, instead of a bunch of levels and one or a few large hub areas, this game has just eight "areas" that you must first progress through in story mode, then you're allowed to further explore in free play mode. This game also has a unique combat system where you're encouraged to attack enemies in as many different ways as possible, and progressing through story mode allows you to obtain certain bonuses to improve your combat abilities. While the story mode focuses on the events from the movie, free play provides access to "training dojos" where you battle against various foes from the TV series (yet another reason for why I really hope I can soon get a chance to finally watch the Ninjago TV series sometime within the next few months, if only so I could actually understand all the references being made). Overall, I definitely loved this game, and would rank it as my absolute favorite if not for the fact that the top two already hold a very special place among my rankings.
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2
I'm actually going to take a break from gaming this week while I get other things sorted out, so next week will be when I'll start playing this game. I have to say, after going through three very differently designed Lego games in a row, it'll be interesting to finally go back to a more traditionally designed Lego game. Even so, from what I've previously seen of this game, there's a good chance it could take me quite some time to complete it, but after how much I liked the first Marvel Super Heroes game, I look forward to see what this game will be like.

I’ve watched my nephew play the Rachet and Clank games. But I have not gotten to play them.

I personally have not played the games, though I've heard that they are quite good.
I've been recently playing the remaster of Xenoblade Chronicles. Loved that game when I finally got a hold of it back around 2012 so it's nice to come back to it. Other then that I've just been playing more Celeste haha

Finally getting around to playing Final Fantasy 7 Remake and loving it for the most part.
That's off the back of finishing Resident Evil 3 (also remake). Really need to finish Luigi's Mansion 3 and Astral Chain on the Switch as well. So many great games to choose from. Spoilt for choice! :chompysmile

I finished LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 a few days ago. The fact that it has taken me nearly three months to finish this game proves that it really was such a huge and time-consuming game to complete. In fact, at over 100 gameplay hours according to my Steam account, this has by far been longest it has ever taken me to complete any Lego game (beating the previous records from Lego Star Wars Complete Saga and Lego City Undercover). This game is so massive because it has 20 story levels (as opposed to 15 in many previous Lego games), along with 10 bonus levels, and 6 DLC levels as well. On top of all of that, the hub world is huge, not only in area but also in terms of all the various tasks and quests there are to complete. There are also various "challenges" that involve doing a similar task in multiple places all over the hub area, which can sometimes be a little difficult to keep track of. (In fact, if not to the fact that I had used a guide to help me figure out where to find and complete every task for game completion, I could've easily spent one or two dozen more hours on this game.) And finally, some completed quests can also be repeated a few more times for a stud bonus, providing even more things to do, despite not really contributing to game completion. With all of that aside, I definitely liked the story presented in this game, where various locations throughout the Marvel multiverse are brought together into a single realm called "Chronopolis" ruled by Kang the Conqueror, and the objective for the heroes is to defeat him so they can return all the various places back to where they belong. I absolutely loved playing this game, and if not for some certain collectible items proving to be particularly frustrating to obtain, I would easily rank this among my favorites of all Lego games.
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO The Incredibles
This game is based on both of the Incredibles movies (though I've yet to see the second one), and from what I've previously seen, this one should go by a bit more quickly than the one I just finished. I used to love watching Pixar movies, and the first Incredibles movie was definitely one of them, so I have a feeling I could like this game as well. (Note to self; find an opportunity to watch Incredibles 2 sometime soon.)

I finished LEGO The Incredibles a few days ago. I'm glad I was able to have an opportunity to finally watch that second movie, because it turns out the story content in this game takes some interesting creative liberties, especially for the sake of always providing at least two playable characters everywhere (as all Lego games must always do so). I definitely liked the new feature of group builds, where you must collect a certain number of special bricks before you can begin, and then have all of your active characters participate together to rapidly complete the build. And I especially loved how some of these special builds in the hub area also came with the bonus of unlocking certain characters from all of the other Pixar movies. I also liked the "crime wave" feature where each district on the map turns into a sort of mini level where you have to complete tasks to defeat the villains. And best of all, at just over 30 hours of total gameplay time, this is among the quickest of all Lego games to complete. Overall, I really loved this game, and would definitely enjoy an opportunity to play it again sometime.
Next on my list of Lego games to play; LEGO DC Super Villains
This is the fourth Lego game in the DC franchise (and the first without having Batman in the title), so this will likely feature many of the same familiar characters within a different story setting. From what I do know of this game so far, one of the key features is that literally the very first thing you're required to do is crate a custom character (something that in previous games was either totally optional or was needed to complete certain quests that required certain specific parts included on the character). I've already got some ideas in mind, but I'll have to wait to see what option I'll truly have available.

I finished LEGO DC Super-Villains a few days ago. In a lot of this ways, this game was actually quite similar to Marvel Super Heroes 2. While they both had 20 story levels and 6 DLC levels, this game lacked any bonus levels (which is good for those who would rather spend less time on any game). For the hub exploration, both games also have various quests and challenges to complete across different regions, but this game not only has a slightly smaller map that's more manageable, but also the challenges are labeled as checklists with hints for each item, making it way easier to keep track of your progress. The story content was interesting, especially with how you immediately start off by creating your own custom character (I named mine "Doctor Blast") who actually appears in the cutscenes interacting with all the other characters, albeit incapable of actually speaking (which I suppose makes sense, given the immense number of options that the character could be). Not to mention, your character also has the ability to gain new super powers (some of which you can customize how they appear when used) as you progress through the story, so that really makes the interactive aspect of this game very interesting. As for the achievements, I was rather annoyed that all of the ones for the DLC content were "hidden", meaning that I had to do some searching on the internet just to find out what the requirements were, and while some others were a little tricky, I once again managed to unlock all of them. Ultimately, much like with Marvel Super Heroes 2, despite some collectibles being particularly frustrating to obtain, I would rank this among my favorite Lego games, especially since I got it done in a more reasonable amount of time (75 hours total, as opposed to over 100 hours with Marvel Super Heroes 2).
Next on my list of Lego games to play; The LEGO Movie 2 Videogame
This is officially the last game left on my list of Lego games I have yet to play, and I'm glad that I'll get to finish this off with a game based on my favorite movie franchise. It's actually quite fitting, considering the very first Lego game I had played on my list was the first Lego Movie video game, and I'll be ending this three-year gaming marathon with the game based on the second Lego Movie. I've certainly looked forward to playing it ever since I first saw the movie, and I can't wait to finally try it out.

I've been mostly playing Ori and the Will of the Wisps! it recently got released on Switch a few days ago. amazing game and I highly recommend both that and it's first and equally amazing Ori and the Blind Forest. both are on Xbox and Steam too
-
Grand to see a fellow player of the "Ori" series. I too have been playing Ori and the Will of the Wisps. Haven't gotten too far but liking the changes to the original game as well as the beautiful aesthetic, music and art style.
As well as that, I'm also playing Hades which is a fantastic roguelite from SuperGiant games (makers of Bastion and Transistor). The playing loop is great, combat is slick and fast-paced (not quite Bayonetta or Devil May Cry quick but still got to retain your focus), the player-boss encounters change up so just when you get familiar with tackling one boss, a new variant comes into play that forces you to change up your battle strategy. Zagreus is a brilliant protagonist, as bold and brash as he is charming as are the supporting cast. Even the snide and damning remarks from the titular Hades himself (he's your dad just for context). A worthwhile look for anyone interested.
As well as (as well as) that, I also fell into the nostalgia trap of getting the Super Mario 3D All Stars collection. Yeah, I know it was a baited pitfall playing on the nostalgic grip of old gamers dangling the treat in front of us whilst calling "C'mon puppy! Jump! Who's a good boy!" but hey, I remembered it fondly back then and playing them now, with a few visual and gameplay tweaks, makes me smile :ChomperPOG Mostly...
That penguin slip-n-slide race on Cool Cool Mountain and burn for all I care! Cheating git! :petriemad

I finished The LEGO Movie 2 Videogame earlier today. I was quite surprised to see this game is essentially structured like Lego Worlds, such as scanning objects, placing objects and vehicles where needed, different abilities provided by numerous special items, and a huge range of characters available. This game also had some significant differences from Lego Worlds, such as not having the ability to alter the landscape, destroyed objects can respawn, a much more involved storyline to follow which even includes boss fights, and most significantly of all is that there's an actual 100% completion to accomplish. Not to mention, this is definitely among the quicker Lego games to complete, as it took me a total of just 30 hours (compared to Lego Worlds, which I've easily gotten over a hundred hours into, and still counting), and unlocking all 50 achievements for this game is perhaps much easier to accomplish than for virtually any other Lego game. As for the story itself, while this game's unique structure unfortunately causes it to be significantly less accurate to the movie than the first game, I did like the DLC worlds that essentially provided additional story content that took place prior to the events of the movie. While I didn't like it quite as much as the first game, this one is still definitely among my absolute favorite of all video games, and much like I did with the first Lego Movie game, I will more likely than not end up playing this game several times in the near future, if only to see how much or how little can be done by certain points in the story progress.
So where do I go next? Well, technically, I'm not quite done just yet, as I've still got just two more achievements left to unlock on Lego Worlds. Those last two achievements will essentially involve a lot of grinding, but now that I'm finished with literally everything else, I can take as much time as I need to in order to unlock those final achievements. Hopefully, I'll have that done sometime within the next month. After that, I think I might just simply take a break from gaming altogether. I've been at these Lego games for almost three years now, so perhaps it would be a good idea for me to step back for a little while and dedicate more of my time to other things I'd like to get done these days.
Anyway, here are my final rankings of all the Lego games I've played:

Been back at LEGO Worlds for some time, and today, I managed to unlock the last of the achievements. That's right, I have now unlocked every achievement of every Lego game (at least among those available on Steam), fulfilling a goal I had set out to do nearly three years ago. And today just so happens to be my birthday, so that felt especially satisfying.
Even so, I still don't feel quite finished with LEGO Worlds. I'm still missing a few objects to unlock, but now that I've unlocked all the achievements, I'm now free to check out the game's Sandbox Mode (in which you're unable to unlock any achievements, which I guess might explain why a lot of achievements have apparently been unlocked by less than 1% of all players) so that I can find out exactly what it is that I'm missing. I'm even considering writing my own guide with the intent of listing every obtainable object and possibly even many if not every quest to be found in the game.

Was playing Cyberpunk 2077 a few hours ago.

Last few games:
Europa Universalis IV- Last few times, I created custom nations, like Ireland in 1444, independent Perm(Russia), Kingdom of Two sicilies in 1444. Custom nations can be made easily by El Dorado DLC. I simply enjoy trying to expand as much as possible, and overcoming hard difficulty of enemies. I may try multiplayer.
GTA Vice City- I am trying to complete the storyline, as usual, last mission I finished, was first Mitch Baker mission. I am also trying to collect as many hidden packages, and rampages on my own, without using map of whereabouts, where I can find all of them.
Age of empires III:Definitive edition- Mostly multiplayer games. I did win a few times, but mostly I lose, because I do not play it that much often.

Monstrum 2 Early access is out...
hmm, that will be a problem. Who will want to play with me, take me into their team, if I will sit inside locker in starting location for 4 hours...

Currently playing and streaming Control on PS4. An excellent, mind-trippy "ac/ad come shooter" from the same studio that made Max Payne back in the day.
A little miffed that I picked up Control in the "End of January" sales on the PS Store only to be told a week later that Control: Ultimate Edition will be coming to PS+ members FOR FREE this month (Feb 2021). :facepalm
So I bought an inferior (in terms of additional content) version of a game that, had I waited a week longer, could have gotten a better version for free. Well, so long as your PS+ account stays active. Never mind eh? :thudstonk
-
I have just finished YIIK: A Postmodern RPG (both endings). I've also finished playing the Spyro Reignited Trilogy with a friend of mine and we are currently playing Spyro: Enter The Dragonfly. Fun games... even though I knew Spyro was a thing, I - for some reason - never cared about that franchise all that much - up until a few weeks ago.
-
I just started playing Stardew Valley and I regret it. It's my newest addiction.
-
Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection on the PS4. Reliving a lot of memories. I'm near the end of Brotherhood now.
-
Mostly Mario Kart Tour. I am no longer paying for special characters. They eventually end up in the daily selects in months.
-
Upon the audience's request, I've gone back to Castlevania: Symphony of the Night to try and tackle the Inverted Castle (or Reverse Castle depending on your take).
A few cheap deaths but apparently I was super lucky and found a weapon that fundamentally breaks the game because of how quickly it hits.
Looking to finish the Inverted Castle up soon so I can move on.
-
Mario Kart Tour.
Trying to level up Blue Yoshi.
-
I played Age of Empires III: Definite edition not long ago, I finished Blood, Ice, Steel, and one Warchiefs campaign. Most challenging mission was defending redoubt against British, I tried approximately 10 times, before I finally made it.
-
Mario Kart Tour.
Unlocked Ninja Shy Guy, and Green Shy Guy.
-
Miles Edgeworth Investigations.
-
Mario Kart Tour, as usual.
Getting ready for the Sydney Tour.

I’m playing Mario Golf Super Rush on my Switch. So far, the Speed Golf mode is the COOLEST, and grinding to get a better Mii character in Golf Adventure is fun!

I've spend the last few days playing Lux Delux (https://sillysoft.net/lux/), which basically works like the board game "Risk", except it goes by much faster since the part that involves the use of dice is done instantaneously; just tap the territory you wish to capture and boom, battle's over and there's your outcome. There's also a lot of different maps you can play on (you start with about a dozen maps already available, with the option to download hundreds more, and there's even a map editor where you can create your own maps). And of course, you play against either various types of AIs, a multiplayer with other people, or both.
This game is also available to purchase on Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/app/341950/Lux_Delux/), and thanks to the massive ongoing sale on Steam (which ends on Thursday), you can get it for only $2.29, if anyone is interested in trying it. I certainly wouldn't mind having an opportunity to play some multiplayer rounds of this game against some familiar names around here.
I had also recently purchased Lux Alliance (https://sillysoft.net/vox/), which is currently on sale for $2.49 on Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/app/595660/Lux_Alliance/). I have yet to try this game, as I'm currently busy with the first Lux game, but I do intend to try it out sometime soon (and also would welcome an opportunity to try multiplayer games with some familiar names around here, so if you're interested, be sure to get it before that sale ends).

I've been mostly been playing a lot of Metroid games for the build up of Metroid Dread coming out in October. So far I've gone through Zero Mission, Prime 1, Prime 2, AM2R, and Super Metroid: Redesign. Will probably play through Samus Returns as well in the near future.
Also gone back to continue my playthrough of Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night since I stopped playing that years ago haha.
-
I've been playing a lot of Zelda recently. I just finished Skyward Sword HD so now it's back to BotW to go Korok seed hunting.
-
Been a while since I last updated here.
A medley of games really so everything from: Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, Street of Rage 4's "Mr X's Nightmare" DLC, Returnal, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart and Nier Replicant (insert stupidly obscene number here for some reason).
Just recently kicked off playing Neo: The World Ends With You today so figured I'd give that a try.
Been a fun time on the old gamer's front to be fair :)littlefoot

Ah nice, how was the remake? I enjoyed Skyward Sword back in the day, but probably won't be picking up the HD version. Also good luck on getting all the Korok seeds! I managed to get around 720 of them without using any guides (though using the DLC Korok mask after it was released). Was also a few Stone Talus short of getting the medal before finally giving up haha.
Just finished Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. Gotta thank LF1616 playing the game to realize I need to finish it :PLoofah
I suppose the next on my to-do list would be to play more Monster Hunter Rise before Metroid Dread comes out, we'll see if that ends up happening though haha

Last week, I played "Lego Builder's Journey", originally created a few years ago exclusively for Apple Arcade, but was recently made available on Steam, which made it possible for me to obtain this game. When I noticed in the reviews that the entire game took only a few hours to fully complete, I decided to spend last Tuesday (August 10) by purchasing, installing, playing, and unlocking all 13 of the Steam achievements, all in just a single afternoon, and I was able to accomplish that (despite having a little difficulty with some of the puzzles at a few places). It was a fun puzzle-solving game with a rather compelling story, so I would recommend it to anyone with access to Steam or Apple Arcade.

Mario Kart Tour. Didn’t get Fire Rosalin. Sigh.

Just started to play Wii U games again after many years. And looking at those games now, it makes me sad how a console that has a perfect library of games didn’t sell well.

Over the past 6 months I can't bring myself to play anything except RDR2 and Rocket League. i am however plannning to switch to witcher3. i am addicted to both of them since i first played them! They never get old

I've been playing a lot of Classic Doom and Doom II on Steam recently, it's lots of fun after getting back into Doom after many years ago, where I only played Doom but not Doom II. It's sure a fun experience to go in blind!
And speaking of nostalgic experience, I've also been playing the Rehydrated Version of Spongebob: Battle for Bikini Bottom. The gameplay is as fun as I remember, but with better graphics! A good PS2 classic for sure.

To The Moon is amazing. Get some tissues ;)
Let's see... Currently playing through A Hat in Time, though likely picking up Oldschool Runescape again starting later today, as they are finally introducing group ironman mode :D

Starting NieR replicant. I also went back to play some Halo MCC.
Also I didn’t play this recently but I’d recommend the game ABZU to any nature, animal, art lovers which I suspect many of us here are lol. It’s more about taking in the experience than it is about gameplay, which is usually not the kind of games I like but I really enjoyed this one. It has a really beautiful art design and feel to it. Essentially you are a diver in an ocean and you can discover and interact with the sea life. You progress through different depths and area of the sea using different animals to navigate. It’s short and simple but I’d check it out if you enjoy those types of things.

Been obsessing over Monster Rancher Advance for the past three days ever since Monster Rancher 1 & 2 DX were announced to be released around December this year on systems like Switch and Steam. I was rather infuriated due to me not realizing I was forgetting to face a specific tournament in the final parts of the game to have my then current monster to be eligible for the invite to the Emperor Cup AKA the final boss fight. Earlier this morning I had managed to effectively bum rush my way through the game to get not only strong enough to actually face the final boss overall, but also doing so quickly and efficiently enough to ensure I beat each individual tournament I needed to beat just in time for the Emperor Cup Invitation to be able to be received.

I just started playing Stardew Valley and I regret it. It's my newest addiction.
Same...I first tried it in 2016 and it didn't really click. But life's gotten a lot more hectic since then, and now I'm adoring it as a peaceful "turn brain off, farm plants" mental relaxation break.
-
I'm currently playing Spiritfarer even though I've finished the game because it is so freaking cozy and relaxing, now i'm just fooling around by gathering more resources, sometimes cooking and also revisiting different islands. (They still have a few additional story updates to add seasonally till winter this year)
I'm also into Murder By Number, I'v been very on and off with the game but it's a nice puzzle-mystery-detective game.
On my switch in the other hand I've recently for a few months back gotten a bit addicted to a game called Ninjala, it's a very creative and fun game, good thing they don't have chat so you won't get raged at by other players if you contribute too poorly in team battle :lol .

I have been playing The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom since it came out.
I absolutely LOVE this game. (STILL don't approve of the "durability system". YOU'LL NEVER CHANGE MY MIND THAT IT'S A BAD THING! NEVER!) I've had a lot of fun with this game. I only have the end game for the main story, but I don't want to end it! I keep exploring and finding new things. I love the references to the previous Zelda games, especially through the armors. The shrines are a lot of fun and are a great challenge in some cases. The new Sages actually feel like real characters. I didn't care much for the champions of the previous games, but these characters I can really get behind. (Save for the final Sage, but that's a whole other can of worms.) I also like the abilities you get from them. (Again, save for the last one.)
There is so much I love about this game,... and then there's gloom. Gloom is one of the most dangerous status effects in any game ever! And I hate it! Gloom basically cuts off access to your hearts. You can't heal until you cure yourself of the Gloom. Luckily, there's two main ways of doing it. To cure yourself of Gloom you either bathe in sunlight, (Praise the sun!) or you use Sundelion to cook Sunny Food. Even then, your hearts become empty, so you still have to normally heal. Yeah, not a fun time.
On top of that, late game enemies hit like a truck. Seriously, 15 hearts aren't enough by then. You will be killed easily if you don't get enough hearts. I am not looking forward to how much damage the final boss will do to me.
Despite the problems, I am having a fun time. This is definitely one of my favorite games of this year. I will continue to see what it brings to me.

Yesterday, I fully completed the game LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. It is by far the biggest Lego game I've ever experienced, and not just because it covers all nine movies of the main Star Wars series. It also has a lot of worlds to explore (24 in total, if I counted correctly), each with a fair amount of puzzles to solve and quests to complete. As for the story content, you start out with the option to choose which of the three trilogies to begin (so Episodes 1, 4, and 7 are your staring options), and each movie consist of five levels with some traveling around the various worlds in between each level, and the bonus content of the levels consist of not only minikit canisters to collect (like all other Lego games have), but also three special tasks called "challenges" that require a wide variety of conditions to complete, some of which can only be done by bringing in other characters while replaying the levels later in free play mode. The characters are organized into different classes, and collecting special bricks (which most previous Lego games did little more than track your game progress) will allow you to purchase upgrades to make improvements on each character class. And since there's so much to explore and so much to accomplish, the game even comes with its own list of precisely which tasks, quests, puzzles, and so on that you've completed or yet to explore, making it much easier for you to track your progress throughout the game at practically any time you want. If not for how long it took me to finally complete this game, I would be eager to try playing it again sometime soon, so it's definitely a great Lego game that I would recommend.
Well, time to bring up my old list of Lego games ranked by how much I liked them, and include where I've decided to put this one...

Last week, I played and completed LEGO Bricktales. It was a fun and unique little Lego game, and while it had elements of other Lego games (such as bonus collectible items to find in all areas after obtaining all abilities from completing the story), it has other features that really made it stand out on its own. Most notably was the places where you build models with certain requirements (such as making the structure not collapse when you walk across it), but otherwise can build them in whatever way you want, which is very suitable for a game based on Lego. The major downside to this game is that it does not have the ability to save multiple games (unlike most other Lego games), meaning that if you want to replay the game from the beginning, you would have to wipe out all of the progress you had previously made, and since I really don't want to lose some of the models I built, that means I'll probably never get another opportunity to play this game again.
I also started playing LEGO Brawls the week prior and I'm still playing it as of now. The actual gameplay is rather quick and simple, and also can be quite fun. You select (and can customize) a character to play as and you participate in brawls with other players in either teams of 4 vs 4 or an 8 player free for all, depending on which map everyone votes on to play at. Depending on how well you do in each brawl, you make progress towards unlocking additional content such as characters, weapons, and powerups that you can add to the character you play as. There's also the additional challenge of mastering "champion" characters to unlock some more aforementioned content. While this game also cannot be replayed from the beginning without erasing all of your previous progress, I see little reason why I would want to restart from scratch, as this game is all about playing in all kinds of various battlezones against just about anyone, and that doesn't change no matter how much progress you've made. (Plus, I'm already perfectly satisfied with my character of choice and will happily continue to use him as I continue to make progress towards unlocking everything there is to unlock.) Another nice feature of this game is "Party Mode" where you can invite other players to play along with you (so you're playing with people you know rather than a bunch of totally random other players), and I'm cautiously optimistic that I can eventually enjoy an opportunity to make use of it to actually play this game with other people I know.
With that, I will now include both of those games on my list of favorite Lego games (and even throw in LEGO Builder's Journey which I had already talked about earlier in this topic).

I'm having so much fun with BG3  The combat was initially quite complicated for me but I think I'm a little better with it now haha - I can tell that once you have it totally down there's so many ways to approach different situations. The amount of effort you can feel the team put into everything is amazing!
AW1 was also one of my favourite games! I'm not too far through 2 but you'd definitely like it I reckon - it keeps what made the first so good but bumps it up a notch. I'd recommend playing Control too, or at least reading a summary - it ties quite heavily into AW1 and 2 :)

I normally don't bother sharing any non-Lego games I've played, but since it's probably well-known by now that I still watch the new generation of My Little Pony, it was really only a matter of time before I decided to try playing the game My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Advanture (released less than two years ago). I've read some reviews say that it's a rather small and quick game, so I waited until I could get it on sale before purchasing it. Earlier today, I decided it was time to finally give it a try. Despite initially struggling to figure out the controls (I use my PC's keyboard rather than a controller), it was a rather fun and easy game to play, though one of the minigames in particular proved to be a little challenging. Despite its simplicity that took me only three hours to fully complete, I was pleased with some features that reminded me of many of the Lego games I've played before, such as an interesting story to follow, things to collect along the way with the option to find them later even after completing the story, and even a way to customize your character's appearance (though I typically don't bother with using such a customizer). Overall, I probably won't be playing it again anytime soon, but it was a fun way to spend an afternoon with nothing else to do.

I finished a second run of Subnautica: Below Zero recently

Aside from Bloons Monkey City that I've recently started playing a lot again, another game I've played quite a lot is a 2008 game released for the PC called Fishdom.
No-o-o-ot shocking, is it? :Mo :petrieLOL
A match-3 type game, much better than the cash grab mobile version, (the one you've probably seen in those misleading, stupid mobile advertisements) which is unfortunately the most popular version out there. :(
-
I recently finished Tomb Raider 1 Remastered. This is my first time playing the PS1 games. I did play TR: Anniversary so I had a bit of a blueprint to go off of. It was different enough though that there were enough new things to discover. There were some parts that frustrated me, but overall I really enjoyed it. Gonna start playing Tomb Raider 2 Remastered after a small break.
-
Here's the update on my Bloons Monkey City playtime, hehe-hahaha! :Mo
Mo-o-o is normally against games where it may be inevitable shutdown with no recourse because it is hosted server-side, but there are just some exceptions such as this game. And besides, seems like there's some offline functionality to this game whenever it can't pick up an Internet connection. Maybe no events or contested territory, but at least the base game would still work alright! :)

How often did you play this game? And assuming you haven't played everyday, how much faster you think you would've completed that game if you played everyday?

Art has been a downtime for me, but slowly working back into it. I just went over Morrowind, gotten the hang of doing the dice roll gimmick and learning about the settings. Before it was LBA, or other names as Relentless: Twinsen's Adventure, extremely difficult game.
I also somewhat touched River City Tokyo Rumble for the 3DS, and some indie Touhou games as an honorable mention.

I'm playing through Bioshock Infinite for the first time since 2013. Unfortunately I find that a lot of my issues with it when it first released still stand. Gorgeous game with fun gameplay but the story is a convoluted mess and it doesn't really feel like a Bioshock game.
-
Congratulations! :celebrate
How often did you play this game? And assuming you haven't played everyday, how much faster you think you would've completed that game if you played everyday?
I could have done it sooo much faster, there were some ginormous breaks in there, even yearslong ones. I needed to be in a certain headspace to want to play, usually when my real life was too complicated to distract myself with anything more strenuous to play. In total I only played ~350 hours, I've hit that in a year on other games, so I imagine if I'd played daily/nonstop I could have finished within a year. (Though the Perfection endgame wouldn't have been released yet so this is almost a temporal Catch 22 of a question! :lol)

going through Ace Combat 7 again but this time with just the canonical aircraft of the player character.

Red Dead Redemption 2.

Sucks that Mo-o-o not feeling like playing much games anymore on the computer.
However, every weekend Mo-o-o still play Soul Calibur II with my older brother on the PS2. Quite fun. The traditional Street Fighter type style game if Mo-o-o were to best describe it, idk.

This time last year, I had played "My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Adventure". This past week, I decided to play the sequel that came out last year, "My Little Pony: A Zephyr Heights Mystery". If the first game had somewhat reminded me of the Lego video games, this one really showed me a lot more similarities. Among those similarities; you can switch between different characters to use their unique abilities to get through certain obstacles (a feature that did not exist in the first game), some areas are more linear that are relevant only to the story but you have the option to replay them after completing the story (much like levels in Lego games), other areas are more open world with side quests to complete and hidden bonuses to be found (much like the hub areas of Lego games), and you can customize what accessories your characters wear. Another feature that I've rarely seen in Lego games (yet absolutely would fit in with such games) is that you're also able to customize the Brighthouse (the ponies' home) with all kinds of flooring, wallpaper, furniture, appliances, and so on. All those accessories and furnishings are unlocked as you progress through the game, either by completing side quests or purchasing them from shops. Perhaps the most important aspect of this game is that not only is the story much more interesting that what the first game had, it also actually lasted longer. (First game took me only three hours in a single afternoon to fully complete. This game took me three sessions with seven hours to complete the story, five more hours to technically reach 100% completion by doing all the side quests and finding all the hidden items, and two more hours obtaining all the remaining things with purchases and bonus unlocks from completing the minigames on higher difficulties, so that's a total of over fourteen hours to fully complete this game. Not nearly as much as most Lego games, but definitely better than the first game had been.) With this game being far less linear than the first one was, I'm actually tempted to possibly play it again someday (if only to see how many side quests I can complete while progressing through the story, rather than saving them all for after completing the story).
-
I played a little bit of Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus and Sniper Elite 4 earlier

Slay the Princess. No, this is not a typo. It's a horror game. It's also a choice driven game. Good luck getting the true ending.
