Iris active in party room? :o

(Taken from another forum)
The rules:
Make a good sentence (or more sentences), which consist in total of at least 10 words. The only difficult in here is that you aren't allowed to use one specific letter. Not in any word of the sentence(s)! The first forbidden letter will be A, followed by B, then C, D etcetera and after the Z we begin with A again.
Numbers are not allowed! With the exception of written numbers of course e.g. one, two , three, etc.
NOTE: If you do include the forbidden letter, the next person must start off with the same letter rather than the next.
So I'll start out.
A:
The vowel is the worst one to begin with... They get used everywhere!
-
B: Hey look at me, I didn't use the letter.....gotcha! ;)
-
C: Dinosaurs are a form of life many people do find interesting.
Think I did it right, by not using c.
-
D: Never gonna give you "Up"!
-
E: This is hard not to put into a word or a group of words.
-
D: Never gonna give you "Up"!
Gotta have at least 10 words Ptyra ;) Otherwise it's really easy.
F: E is the hardest letter in the whole game, so congratulations, Kor!
-
G: One day I was out for a walk and what did I see but The Cat in the Hat who sat on a mat with a bat. Why he sat on the mat with a bat is a mystery that I was curious about so I decided to walk over and ask him about this curious behavior.
-
H: I need to find my little dog's place of residence by tomorrow evening.
-
I: Do you know, the game could be more fun were we to attempt to make a coherent story, perhaps?
-
J: Not using this letter will be fairly easy since not many words do use it.
-
K: To be honest, this letter wasn't much of a challenge either.
-
L: This one is not to hard to avoid using since it is not used very much just as some previous and some that will come after.
-
M: This one is pretty easy to avoid using, even though it is used quite often.
-
L: This one is not to hard to avoid using since it is not used very much just as some previous and some that will come after.
N: What a shame Kor! To fall there after all those previous successes is truly bad luck.
-
O: It is a shame that he didn't make the letter L, perhaps the next time ;)
-
P: This letter is absolutely far too easy, and so is the next one.
-
Q: Do you think that I should do a sentence for "s" as well?
-
R: If you wish to do the next sentence, I will not stop you :D
-
S: Tough, I already called it and already have put my comment down.
-
T: I acquired a hard symbol for ignoring in a group of words.
-
U: I will always never choose the forbidden letter, so nyah! :nyah :nyah
-
V: This letter is pretty easy to ignore using in a sentence.
-
W: This game is much easier than I initially thought at first :p.
-
X: I think i get the most easy part of this game.
-
Y: However could one avoid using the letter I was assigned?
-
Z: Can't say that this was too much trouble to avoid! ;)
-
A: I doubt we will ever know the response to every question.
-
B: Are you kidding me? I could answer almost every question here. :p
-
C: For a letter that is so often used, this one is rather easy to avoid in this game.
-
D: I think that a cetacean with a machine gun is really awesome.
-
E: No doubt this is tough to avoid using any day living.
-
F: Who could not remember this marvoulous letter that sits in the beginning of this post.
-
G: I'm soooooo sad we'll never see the uncut version of land before time 1! :cry
-
H: I can't do it anymore!!! Really difficult...
-
I: Oh man...a really hard one here... really makes me see how much we use that word.
-
J: This one is kind of a freebie. Not many people use this letter. I could write a paragraph without using this letter.
-
B: In my many fandoms, I always seem to like the cool ones.
-
I: Um, you're actually supposed to start at the letter that the person above completed.
-
K: Then you should have had the letter that starts this post.
-
L: Oh, that makes much more sense. Thanks for that, dude!
-
M: Oh, what a day it has been today. A little hectic, fun , strange... And LOUD. Sadly, one of Dr.'s favorite words is banned. :cry Still, I will not use it. Have a great day everyone! Enjoy life as it is! And sorry if this is a bit long.
-
N: I had a really great day today! Wish I could tell more about it but without, uh...[/I]the letter...
-
O: When I am surprised, I use this letter added with an H. Er and Um are my alternatives.
-
P: ^I was quite alarmed at your choice of interjection until I realized I was arranging the letters incorrectly; in other news loss of my letter didn't affect my writing this sentence in the slightest.
-
Q: Thanks to the English tongue losing the "kw" sound from proto-Indo-European, this post's first letter is found only in Latin loanwords and a few Old English words, where "kw" arose as a secondary development. Thus, a common English text needn't use the letter at all.
-
R: Avast, matey, you be so lucky to get that one; ain't nothing that uses 'Q' in typical English talk, while mine be among the top ten most used! (And yes, that's why I'm speaking like a sea bandit, it avoids a decent amount of common lines using that individual...unit of language.
-
S: Aww... One of my favorite letters... Anyway, we can't make many plural without the letter. The forbidden letter can be made into alliteration quickly, and, if you check, you will find it took up a BIG area of the dictionary.
-
(hey, this looks like fun, let's do this!)
T All children go away because a cloud was appearing all of a sudden. (makes no sense but no T, whew that's a damn tough letter!)
-
U: Do not draw on the wall or I will get mad.
-
V: Interesting game! I wonder why I didn't notice it before.
-
W: Let me join in on this interesting game!
-
@Justin: it should contain at least 10 words :p
-
X: Indeed ten words at least it must be though this letter ain't a challenge for me :p
(It's interesting how the common letters are the hardest in this game as opposed to pretty much any game that works with a similar idea :yes)
-
Y: I must have skipped over that rule while reading them.
-
Z: Well, at least some of these letters will be much easier than others. This one, for example, would be considered one of the easier ones, though I won't mind taking on the challenge of some of the more common letters, such as vowels.
(EDIT: fixed a typo)
-
A: Time for one of the more difficult letters to design letterless sentences for.
-
B: The Gang Of Five is a very welcoming and friendly place ^^spike
-
C: Also, unfortunately, Gang of Five is the land where games are abandoned in the same day after its start.
:(
-
D: Some games here are more interesting than others, so it's really a matter of seeing which ones prove to be popular and which ones simply won't catch on.
-
E: Sigh, why is it always yours truly who has to do hard work?
(whew, made it :smile )
-
F: I wouldn't mind taking up the challenge on each and every letter, but I would rather not double-post. :smile
-
G: A bird that cannot fly is a bird doomed to die
-
H: Do we need to keep our sentences on topic or containing a connected story-line between every post, or is it free game?
-
I: Yeah! Let's start and make connected LBT fan story here! That would be fun!!! ^^
-
J: I think that there's already a game like that on this forum.
-
K: Yes, I do recall seeing such a game once, quite some time ago. I'm sure you'll be able to find it, if you know where to search.
-
L: I cannot write what I want to due to certain restrictions :p
-
M: Restrictions like certain letters you're not allowed to use? :lol That's certainly worth a laugh or two.
-
N: Yes, this is exactly what I referred to. Bloody letters, I hate them x(cera
-
O: Yes, it can be quite the challenge at times. Me? I'd say, "Bring it!"
-
P: Now I'm sure you can say what you want, Ducky.
-
Q: I'm hip, I'm cool, I'm a duck and I'm a fool :lol
-
R: Now that's quite the funny quote. What else have you got?
-
S: I would like to have a Threehorn for dinner, but not Cera, Littlefoot would kill me for that (well, Chomper, you may be right about that, haha :p)
Hey, that was easier than I anticipated
-
T: Why would longneck kill you? He would be happy! Or is she his girlfriend?
-
U: Nice to see this game is back again. I honestly forgot it for a while.
-
W: Stabbing victims' flesh by pair of sharp blades of giant scissors is he best method of killing.
o_0
-
V: You just skipped a letter! :o Well, I guess I'll handle this one and we'll keep going after the one you already got.
-
X: Oops... I need to learn English alphabet again. Anyway: why does Ducky cross the road?
-
Y: Native language has a different alphabet, I just noticed (based on what I see in the sig above). Makes me curious how this game could work in Russian.
(And it's amazing how hard it can be to make certain statements without certain letters.)
-
Z: This is probably one of the easiest ones of all!
-
A: So, you didn't respond. Why does Ducky cross the... hmm... river?
-
B: I have no idea how I should respond.
-
B: I have no idea how I should respond.
with 10 words minimum, Chronicler. :sducky
-
<_< fine...
B: I have no idea how I should respond to that question.
-
:D
C: It's bad letter. I wanted to ask one question, but it was ruined. :(
-
D: I, too, cannot answer your question because... uhh blame Rhett :p
-
E: Looking at forum's bumps... That is what I call Ducky's boom!!! XD
-
F: Ducky is crossing the river because she can swim very well :p
-
G: Wait... Why do I hear flapping sound? And what is this big shadow above little swimmer? O_o
-
H: It is Petrie skydiving towards Ducky in order to start a surprise tickle attack :DD
-
I: But she thought there was a flyer sharptooth! She got scared very much!
-
J: This is probably one of the easiest letters of them all to miss!
-
K: Submachine rules! Yeah! Will you be afrad to step inside it? Will you?
-
Come at me bro! What you got man? Come at me :lol
-
M: Now he wants to switch eyes!
[REDO] M: Little lizards leaping lightly in the trees, licking leaves like weirdos.
-
M: Now he wants to switch eyes!
The sentence has to be ten words minimum, Justin ;)
-
and Justin, check Riddles thread.
</offtop>
-
I did a redo :p
-
N: Ducky got duct taped by a duct-taped duck that got duct taped  :lol
-
N: Ducky got duct taped by a duct-taped duck that got duct taped  :lol
O: Cera was laughing. It was she. She made duck ducked taped. x(cera
-
P: Frantically, the little swimmer tried to remove the annoying gluey material Cera had stuffed across her beak, therefore rendering her unable to voice her disdain with the whole situation
(darnit, had to replace a few words with less suited choices for this to work  )
-
Q: Shorty saw this, and started to record it. But since he wasn't able to find Ichy to get his H-tech devices, he used alternate way. He threw big ball of good mud into Ducky. Picture was recorded in mud.
( what the hell? XD )
-
R: I am Ducky, thy most evil queen of the Valley of DOOM, yep, yep, yep :DD
-
S: Gotten a little quiet here lately, but it ain't worth worrying about yet.
-
T: Hello my friends, my friends hello! How are you doing?
-
U: Hey there, Ovie! ^^ (I so like game's letter doesn't give me to call that name!!!!!!!!!!! This likable "Ovie" name. I so like it. :3) Btw, Ovie, what happened with ADfan? He got lost or something?
-
V: I guess he got scared of my duck power, yes he did
(seriously though, I think he finally got the message that he's not welcome here if he doesn't change...)
-
W: Creatures of the night are stalking corridors, searching not for freedom but for prey. For them, it's just payoff.
-
X: Because this letter is very rare, I'm free to write whatever I want...
-
Y: ADFan was quite irritating! Glad he's gone! I'll sleep better at night now.
-
Z: Well, let us hope that he doesn't return after me calling him out... :yes
-
A: Tricky letters here like this one will often tend to be quite tricky to work without.
-
B: It is very hard to come up with a random sentence that makes sense even without the restrictions of the game :p
-
C: Blood drips from teeth and blades of giant mantiss, standing over undefined prey. Otter feared to make any breath, it is able to reveal his hiding spot.
(It's from my projects. don't ask me...)
-
D: it is no use, I cannot
fall get asleep without my mommy :p
-
E: A tricky turn on this activity, most difficult, and hard to finish.
-
F: Little Ducky looking up at clouds, she can't sleep 'cause Spike's snoring so loud :lol
-
G: Duckbill steps on the crack, then screams, then falls, but doesn't break his back, still havin' part of hes luck.
-
I inspired your signature, didn't I? :D
H: Spike, do not eat red treestars, it is going to make you very very sick, yes it is...
(guess who was feeling funny in the tummy a little later ^^spike H is evil btw...)
-
I: Num-num-num! Yum-Yum-Yum! What you say? I don't hear you. Meal can't be overdone by any words!
I inspired your signature, didn't I? :D
yep. :D
-
Num-num-num! Yum-Yum-Yum! What you say? I don't hear you. Meal can't be overdone by any words!
Oops-Eeps :nyah
I: When you tell a banana to bend even more, what do you get? A barounda :lol
(okay that was bad xD)
-
it should be J
now K
(https://static.comicvine.com/uploads/scale_super/0/3133/146720-151495-men-in-black.jpg)
K: Butterscotch Pie is the last method to calm down daemonic child. Use it with all carefulness and integrity.
-
bump?
-
L: Okay, can you stop saying that in so many topics so often? If you keep up this bump-bump-bump madness, I might be tempted to say that it's spam, and that can be a serious issue around here.
(Wow, I really had to reword this a lot while staying withing the limits of the game, so I apologize if it might come across more harshly that I had intended.)
-
M: You can't say that! Threads should not be abandoned! And this "often" is actually "four weeks" So play, or sharptooth would eat your tail!
(wow, 3 seconds random XD)
-
N: There is much I'd like to say here, but it's quite difficult to avoid positive speech without this letter.
-
O: They entered the residence again. Darkness kept trickling from the center of hall, right beneath the spire. Keys were prepared. Their nightmare must be ended right here.
-
P: The next guy or girl will have it very easy, since Q will be the forbidden letter.
-
Q: Yes, you are correct about that, although considering all those Star Trek episodes I've seen over the the years, I can think of a certain someone who might disagree.
-
R: Now with Q not being the one I can't use, I don't have it as easy as the guy above me did. Nonetheless, I managed to meet the challenge.
-
S: I believe that the current letter to be one of the more common non-vowel letter, very difficult for that need for plural.
-
T: One more example of a common non-vowel, so kind of a hard one, however, easier since I can do plurals.
-
U: And this is a non-consonant letter, which comes with it's own challenges, yet not as hard as some others.
-
V: Don't step on a crack or you'll fall and break your back. If you do you will get a boo-boo, yep yep yep :sducky
-
W: If you even think that something you're about to say is something you might later regret, then you shouldn't even bother trying to say it in the first place.
-
X: Oh why are certain letters so boring? I can not even come up with anything creative to write
-
Y: Well, nothing interesting for me to talk about right now, so I guess I'll just move on with something else.
-
Z: Little did the longneck know that the sharptooth had long since caught its scent
-
A: So this is some interesting letter to try to do without, but it looks like I got it just fine.
-
B: I paid an extra one hundred dollars for an earlier release version of Nintendo Switch and I love the emulators I put on it. I also got the Joy-Cons separate since they didn't come with it.
-
C: I've got nothing interesting to say right now. Hopefully, I won't be repeating this statement too often in this game.
-
D: Unfortunately, I cannot spell my username right now. If I spell my username anyway, I will break the rules :D
-
E: I think this is most difficult to try, as it is difficult to talk in a way that most normally would.
-
F: You always seem to tackle all the hard letters so I end up with the easy ones instead.
-
G: I suppose it has more to do with rotten luck, combined with my stubbornness to just try whatever happens to be the next letter.
-
H: I suppose it is true. My luck just ran out because it is a very difficult letter
(not being able to use this, that etc :sducky: )
-
I: Ducky got lucky. Unable to use a common vowel that's also used as a pronoun for oneself, the lovable longneck wasn't so lucky.
-
J: I do not envy you, no no no. Though there are plenty hard letters left to have fun with :)
-
K: I figured for probably wouldn't envy me, but see here! I got a rare letter where it's easy do to a long post and not use it at all!
-
L: You guys sure got chatty today, didn't you? I prefer to restrict my posts here to just one per day.
-
M: That we did. And this guy can use his GOF handle here, which he couldn't have if he had gotten the previous letter.
-Littlefoot505
-
N: This letter seems to be rather tricky, as I must avoid the opposite of yes.
-
O: Yes, run! Run! Spread the news! I came back! And let the village fear! And tell them I will make them burn in fire!!!
-
P: How evil of a letter, won't it let me use my favourite catch- oh fuck I cannot even say that word! :sducky
-
Q: Whoa, easy on the language there. Less intense words like "shoot" or "darn" would've done just fine.
-
R: It seems that bigmouth’s big mouth needs to be washed out with some soap.
EDIT: Lol this is my 666th post! :OhYou
-
S: Nice pun right there. Definitely gave me a good laugh. Anyway, onto the next topic...
-
T: I do like soap. Soap makes many many bubbly bubbles which are super cool, yep yep yep :)
-
U: I've... got nothing to say to that. And no, I'm not implying that I was trying to think of some kind of joke to make. (Or am I?)
-
V: My Online Job has gotten better after Skrill fixed my account. The path to quitting my Offline Job is back.
-
W: Doesn't seem to be very much activity going on lately, isn't there? I'm still here every day, though not for much time each day.
-
X: You are still too young to hear about the bees and the buzzers, children.
(Gang: :( )
-
Y: Littlefoot, do u know da wae to the Great Valle-oh darn. I can’t even do that quote using that stupid meme.
-
Z: I typically never bother with any of these so-called "memes", as I honestly find many of them to be rather pointless and stupid.
-
A: Did Littlefoot505 not follow the rules by using shortened words? I'm not sure here.
-
B: I think that's getting a little too technical right there. As far as I know, the only requirement is a minimum of ten words (and of course, no using the omitted letter at all).
-
C: Horray for me not being in violation of the game’s rules due to my use of a dumb meme!
-
D: Then they set Ozslet Oshir into the cave city, locking it with 10 keys. Only humans can touch keys, take them, open gates. Servants of Iresh cannot.
-
E: I do not know what I want to say right now, so I'll just do this: :add
-
F: Hey! Numerous "E"s were included into your previous post in smile's phrase!!!! :O
-
G: Okay, I didn't exactly think about that one very well. Technically, it was typed up as ";add" (except with : instead of ; ), so I initially assumed it was fine.
-
H: It all began from evolution. Not only primates, but many types of animals became sentient.
-
I: ”Dreams see us through...to forever! As clouds roll by...”
-
J: They repeated path of human history. Further evolution. Enlightenment. Industrial and technical progress. Religion. Union of nations. Friendship...
and WARS.
-
K: Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way! Oh what fun it is to ride on a one horse open sleigh! Hey!
-
L: They repeated humanity's worst sin. they never stopped murdering each others. For thousands years. Was it curse? Was it defect in their genecode that made them do it? Were they free?..
-
M: Ooh! What a great idea. This looks like a fun ga... oh wait, can't use that word. Oh well. At least the forbidden letter isn't 'E'. Now that would be a tough one.
-
N: Hey, I remember this old game. Good to see it have some activity after quite a while.
-
O: This is my first time playing the game. ^_^ And I must say, this letter is tricky to prevent myself using it; definitely trickier than the 'M'. It made me rewrite my message a few times already.
-
O: This is my first time playing the game. ^_^ And I must say, this letter is tricky to prevent myself using it...
O: Stardust already failed the game, and guess what? That wasn’t even his first time playing!
M: Ooh! What a great idea. This looks like a fun ga... oh wait, can't use that word. Oh well. At least the forbidden letter isn't 'E'. Now that would be a tough one.

I apologize that my comments may seem snide or rude. Every time I make some sarcastic remark like that, it is always intended for good fun. I would always think of it as something to lightly take with a grain of salt, so sometimes I wouldn’t realize that I’m taking it too far. My intentions were always good since the beginning, and I hope this doesn’t affect the way that we interact in the future. I will be more careful from now on and double check what I type to make sure that it doesn’t look too offensive or hurtful. I’ve said this again StardustSoldier, and I’ll say it again. You are the first member I’ve interacted with on this forum, and for that you’re closest to my heart. I probably wouldn’t be as active if it weren’t for you. The immediate reaction to your post was enough to drop my mood tremendously. I don’t like to see you upset like that.
-
*sigh* I'm sorry. Really, I am. I lost my temper and I wasn't thinking clearly. I should've realized it was just in good fun.
-
...We’re all human living on this planet, aren’t we? Making mistakes from time to time is inevitable. Let’s forgive and move on towards a brighter future. :)
-
P:
Ooh yes! I can join in this game. My favorite dinosaurs are longnecks...well, their actual classification is sauro- err...wait no. They’re just longnecks :lol
-
Q: Well, I definitely didn’t expect the events that transpired this very night to occur, but at least it led to a nice resolution in the end. :)
-
oh, in coincidence, that's what I am describing in my posts here. Don't repeat someone's else mistakes. Be kind like Ducky! :^^spike
-----------------------
R: Nations fought nations. Hate dominated above sanity. Many animals actuallyattempted to make amendments, to stop this madness. But eventually, all hope was silenced by sound of weapons.
-
S: When did TPAM become a knowledge wizard about the world?
-
T: And so, world was nearly ended. Under explosions of horrific weapons animals ever made - Chemical-biological bombs.
-
U: Roses are red, violets are red...Holy crap, my garden is on fire!
-
V: I ain't got much time to stick around tonight, so this much right here has gotta do for today.
-
W: This letter is easy to avoid as they are pretty uncommon.
-
X: I'll try and do better with this letter. Thankfully, this one is probably even easier to avoid than 'W'.
-
Y: I like to participate in this game a lot it seems. Just look back a few and see the amount of posts I’ve made!
-
Z: Not only participants of great war were doomed. Every greater or lesser animal were affected. Great Poison managed to enter every land, from top of mountains to bottom of oceans. It was the event that would be called Apocalypse... But at the same time, it wasn't. Because life survived.
-
A: This letter will likely be trickier, but I'll do my best. *does 'CTRL + F' in his post just to be sure*
-
B: Animals hide in shelters or the most undamaged areas of planet. Noone managed to escape from Great Poison. All of them, and their children, their descendants, next generations, were gifted with deseases and mutations. Genecode of animals kind was damaged in general level. Since then, no single child came to light of cursed world in perfectly health condition. Still, they continued to live. Earth was still alive.
(hey, I always do ctrl+f too! ^^ Whoa, this sentence also fits with letter! :D )
-
C: It's surreal to me to think that dinosaurs really existed a long time ago.
-
D: I am here to participate in this game, folks. How are you person, who is going to post after me?
-
E: I was actually hoping I'd wind up with what follows 'D'. Tricky and fun, this post-'D' is. Anyway, I am doing good.
-
F: It kinda sucks that I can't congratulate the person above because their award spells the letter that must not be mentioned :DD
-
G: True about that, but who knows, to have synonyms and thesauruses on hand would come in marvelous handy in such a situation.
-
H: And so, years later, animal societies were reborn, no big conflicts anymore. Everyone wanted to return to normal life, peacefully. Old enemies, after meeting, didn't repeat old mistakes, didn't kill. Apocalypse gave at lwast one good lesson. Animals decided to get rid of sin.
-
F: It kinda sucks that I can't congratulate the person above because their award spells the letter that must not be mentioned :DD
I: That okay. Me touched by the accolade. Me thank you anyway.
:)petrie
-
J: Simply genius 300IQ move on your part Stardust, opting to use Petrie's verbal tic to avoid the 'I' limitation. Big brain, indeed. :p
-
K: My gratitude to you for the compliment. I'll admit, I was sorta proud of myself for coming up with that one.
:PCera
-
L: This one is too hard for me, my IQ is trash compared to the one that stands above me.
-
M: For one who posts here only once every day, I have to say it's interesting to see the greater frequency of posts done by other participants.
-
N: This game got popular real fast after its revival. Multiple posts are made here per day!
-
O: It sure did. Hardly any time passed and already we've finished an entire cycle. Well I'm glad I reached this letter again. Redeem myself, I wanted.
... *Checks 'CTRL + F'*
-
P: It was shocking to see Ducky123 change her avatar even though she always had that Ducky avatar since the beginning I assume.
-
Q: You mentioned before that you have a habit of using male pronouns for people by default. Here, however, the one time where you refer to someone as "she", and it turns out that Ducky123 is actually male.
:yum
-
R: Dammit. I wanted to continue my tale, but one special name contained thing that should not be spoken in this post. XD
-
S: I can’t mention the name of that guy above me or the one above that guy due to a letter not being allowed.
-
T: Forbidden one here is surprisingly forbidding so many words I wish I could use now.
-
U: I walk a lonely road, the only one that I have ever known. :cry
-
V: Didn't I get this letter on the last cycle? Twenty six letters and I'm right back to where I started.
-
W: Cuz' I may be bad, but I'm perfectly good at it! Sex in the air, I don't care I love the smell of it!
Yeah, I'm listening to that Rihanna song right now. :P
-
X: Many lands, to prevent future quarrels, decided to forget differneces and unite. With each year, they grew more and more, until more than half of Earth were united to Earth Alliance, single country, under supervision of World Council. For quite long time, they succesfully prevented any conflicts with other countries.
-
Y: Unlike 'X' and 'Z' which are simple enough to avoid, this letter might be trickier, but I think I can manage.
-
Z: Animals reconstructed society, rebuild cities, started attempts to heal their lands from consequences of poinsoning, and little by little returned to normal lives. The biggest problem remained unsolved is problem of constant mutations and diseases that were affecting every creature in more or less state. Main priority of the most amount of countries was find a cure to this great Curse. And this search at some time lead to creation of big corporations that were spead across the world. Animals who worked within corporations were granted with bonuses to use in daily lives, and together they worked to being the world to bright future.

^ A: Is this for story you're working on? Or something else?
-
B: Yes, it is... it is... it is... damn, I can't speak this word! :O Oh, it's information... Urgh, not again, damn letter! D: Well, it's universe, where events of one of my projects would occur.
-
C: Will you elaborate more when the given forbidden letter of this thread end up being kind to you, Sneak? :P
-
D: I hope it all goes well for you, Sneak!
-
E: I also wish it turns out good for you, this guy I cannot say who right now. And it looks as though I wind up with this post-'D' again.
I actually had a story long ago, a story with no post-'D'. But my writing was painfully awkward. I didn't go far with my story and I couldn't finish it. I only got about two paragraphs in. It was too hard to form a story with no post-'D'.
-
F: Hitherto, what unusual tales you all have to tell. Cheerios to y'all, I give thee thanks, as thee maketh my lips curl upwards! Verily, most remarkable an achievement!
-
G: It's a... DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! forbidden letter. XD Well, it's not for text story. It's for more interactive experience. :P
-
H: You better be quiet Anagnos before Sneak goes berserk on you. Just say uncut LBT 1 copy exists and nobody gets injured.
-
I: Yes, you don't want to upset Sneak. Once when he thought the uncut copy was at my place, he chased after me and threatened me. He held some sc... oh, can't say the word here.
-
J: I was surprised to see a party room topic by me, but it turns out that even back then I was not a regular:
Iris active in party room? :o
-
K: yes, do it, Anagos. I don't want to see Stardust sad. Just tell us WHERE IT IS. Because creators of LBT freed Finland from two-years assault with releasing LBT14, we had to remove our forces, or rather, our forces run to their homes by themselves, but this time, even LBT15 would not possibly help...
-
L: It’s sad how this one prevents me from mentioning the very show and franchise that everyone here grew up with to adore and cherish. :(
-
M: No. The TRUE bad and sad thing is that I can't write beautiful and the greatest thing I love. :(

N: I kept my total posts at exactly 5000 for fours days, but I must give it up here, as I have some stuff to report at the topic where I made my 5000th post.
-
o: I can't extend further with my tale! I wanted, but this damn letter ties my hands! D:<
-
P: Such a shame that this issue were to occur to you, but never to fear Sneak, for this game will endure a cyclical cycle for all eternity! :)
-
P: Such a shame that this issue were to occur to you, but never to fear Sneak, for this game will endure a cyclical cycle for all eternity! :)
Q: Or until I capture administrator's position, and with click of magic button would delete this topic! hahahahahahah!
-
R: Sneak, let’s not do anything too hastily now, okay? You should continue the tale. I like to see it. :)
-
S: With the letter I got here, anything in plural will be forbidden, along with many more common a word.
-
T: Help me! I am frozen here. Why did I make myself do one where so many words are forbidden!? :cry
(This one took awhile for me. :()
-
U: Think that was bad? Vowels are especially challenging, as every word has to have them, and there's only five (or six) to choose from.
-
V: Yes, much better now. I can’t help but notice the lack of participation in this game recently.
-
W: Thankfully I'm here to add a ray of sunshine into this thread. :)
-
I noticed that mistake, StardustSoldier. :bestsharptooth “X”
X: Never fear, Pinkie Pie is here! In my opinion, every smile is a ray of sunshine in itself! :D
-
Y: Good thing it was a simple fix. I just had to change 'X' to 'W' and remove one word from the original sentence.
Vowels are especially challenging, as every word has to have them,
Oh wow, I didn't realize that, but it's true. No wonder the vowels are so tough to leave out, 'E' in particular.
-
Z: The cycle of letters is finally complete, and now we start from “A” again. :)
-
A: But of course I'm the one who gets stuck with one more vowel. Just my luck, isn't it?
-
B: Vowels need not necessarily have the moniker of dreaded. Sometimes consonants are just as meddlesome to deal with.
-
C: I don't have anything important to say right now. ::)
-
D: I too lack anything important to say. Oh well. Time to go play Angry Fowls.
-
E: Ah, this horrifying non-consonant. Almost all words in my mind contain this as a subclass within it, and it is driving Owls crazy! :(
-
E: Ugh! Again?! This again?! Talk about dirty bad luck! So bad luck I can't talk any good right now!
(after I finished typing this, I can't help but get a good laugh out of it :lol )
F: Hey, I just got ninja'd by someone! Oh well, it's not like it made a bad situation any worse. At least now I can actually speak proper English. :lol
-
G: It was a rather busy day at work today. I went from place to place when asked to. I am basically the one they call when needed to even turn the printer on! :(
-
H: Is printer itself working better, at least? I recall from a previous conversation it was giving you trouble.
-
I: There's no problem there, thankfully. Shredder's another matter.
-
J: Oh, right, it was the shredder I was thinking of. Have they fixed it yet?
-
K: It's not even supposed to be ''fixed'' as people are expected to dispose of their important papers by another way, which is way more beneficial, if you ask me. Simply throw it into the trash, no one in the building is usually that interested in them anyway. And not like they can get inside the room where the trash is located as it requires a key to get in. So no, they don't plan to fix it or replace it with a new one as far as I'm aware.
-
L: I see. Does that make you want to shred the shredder? :cerahappy
-
M: I already kind of did when I got paper stuck in the darn thing. ::)
-
N: Just so all of you are aware, there's a lower limit of 10 words for every post at this topic. (I saw just 8 somewhere earlier here...)
-
O: I am aware that participants must fulfill this requirement, I am, I am! Very frustrating with certain specific letters, I must admit! Yep, yep, yep!
-
O: It was a rule I was familiar with, but I realize certain members may have been unaware. Ninja'd
P: I found a bit more time today to work on my LBT story. I'm excited to get it done.
:^^spike
-
Q: Sorry for the multiple consistent ninja'd posts when someone else is posting. It is not intentional at all, I must tell y'all before you get mad at me. Just bad timing at work here, unfortunately.
-
R: No damage done. It gave me a chance to do two at once.
-
S: I can’t wait to view your LBT fanfiction, the guy above me! :)
-
T: Awesome. <3 My busy schedule will finally clear up on weekend, so I can make some more progress.
-
U: Is this going to be a long or short story?
-
V: It'll be fairly short. Probably won't be more than fi... 5 or six chapters.
-
W: Ha! Looks like I'm not the only one here that decided to use digits instead of spelled-out groups of letters to bypass the forbidden letters. :p
-
X: Yes. Loophole abuse at its finest. Now that I think about it, I'm almost certain that my story won't go beyond... 6 chapters. :p
-
Y: One shouldn't be too certain about that... I have this unpleasant habit of the scope expanding far past one's original vision whenever it comes to creative writing. Might be at risk of that too, Stardust. :P
-
Z: You may be right. Still, I'll do my best to try and keep this one relatively contained. I also need to do my other story for the December prompt, after all.
-
A: Ooh, I’m so nervouscited! Yes, I did reference Pinkie Pie once more. :p
-
B: Once again, I find myself visiting and posting here much later than I would prefer. I really need to work on figuring out a more appropriate time to finish my gaming progress for the day (and actually sticking to it).
-
C: Pineapples and Bananas are fruit that isn’t spelt with the letter that is forbidden here. :)
-
D: Not so late this time, but still a little later than I might prefer. Just gotta have everything go completely right, for once...
-
E: Looks as though I again fall into a trap with this... thing. This big and bad thing that I cannot say outright.
-
F: This is the letter you never want to see on any assignments or on your report card.
-
G: I want to mention some stuff about today, but this letter has surprised me for how many different words need it for use in present tense.
-
H: Not a vowel, but still a tricky letter too. Anyway, please let us know, topics you were going to mention, if you find a better letter. You've got me curious. :)
-
I: (vowel... well, let's try...)
One of such corps was founded and spread across the world. They wanted to create a new sunny future for Earth.
-
J: And I've already forgotten what I had considered saying yesterday... :rolleyes Oh well, I'm sure it was nothing important, anyway.
-
K: What if it was very important? Valuable information that will be lost forever. :o
-
L: This is why archiving important data is important. Never know what may vanish without a trace... :(
-
M: Or perhaps it was secret FBI files. In that case, probably for the better it vanished. :idea
-
N: Or perhaps it really was just regular everyday stuff that matters little to you guys after all... Or was it?... :thinking Eh, it probably was. :lol
-
O: Actually, I suspect that is the case as well. I was likely analyzing things further than what is standard.
-
P: Better safe than sorry. You never know what might be on there... :)
-
Q: I'm right here. Of course, I'm always here, since here is wherever I am.
-
R: I’m typing this now while in bed. It’s been awhile since I posted in this game.
-
S: Once you drifted off, did you have a peaceful time? :)
I'd been trying to figure out how to refer to "nap time" without my forbidden letter.
-
T: One of such corps was founded in far land, and was named Sunrise Corp.
-
U: Darn, got that vowel again. Maybe not as common as the other vowels, yet still can be rather deceptive if we're not
cautious, careful, eh... non-reckless.
(Yeah, I struggled a little with this one, so I decided to make a joke of it. :lol )
-
V: Of course I did, StardustSoldier! We all know that sleep and meditation are the only ways to experience true tranquility (besides death of course). Although, you might as well die if you have insomnia.
:opetrie
-
W: My sleep schedule is currently so far off that I might practically be considered nocturnal by this point. Really need to try fixing that eventually...
-
X: I feel your pain. Really, I do. I've had many a nocturnal night of my own.
-
Y: Formed in distant land, not joined to earth Alliance, they tried to bring Earth population a new dawn. While their main goal was to find the cure to Great Disease, they started to control different types of industries, like mining, construction, and farming, everything to bring world and its population back to normal.
-
Z: Currently in the middle of watching something on TV. Not exactly easy to come up with one of these when I've got only three or four minutes available at a time for commercial breaks. Then again, maybe I was wrong, since this was a rather easy letter.
-
A: Do you remember the movie/show? Or did you forget this time too? :)
-
B: To test their experemental medicines and other developments that affect elder animals, they used the most dread prisoners that was sentenced to life imprisonment or death. World Council and many others countries used to consider such types of experiments on sentient animals as amoral, "unanimale" and illegal, so Corporation covered them. They even took some old deserted secret facilities and shelters, in distant lands or underground, where they made their experiments.
-
C: Well, StardustSoldier, I'd mention the station that show was on, but alas, this forbidden letter prevents that. :neutral
-
D: I was going to ask if you might be able to say it on your next post. But if you happen to get 'E', that might make things tricky.
-
E: Alas, such a tricky thing, this is. Can't talk good anyway, so moving on... :rolleyes :lol
-
F: How about now? Any better luck this time? I believe in your abilities. :)
-
G: Yeah, the dreaded vowel 'E' has been vanquished to the depths of fire and brimstone. :)petrie
-
H: Until next time it comes around and rears its ugly face. x(cera
-
I: And so, days after days have passed. Planet have moved forward. New future was born. Advanced technology entered the world. But. One day, breakthrough was made. One that changed all they knew so far.
-
J: My first name starts with this forbidden letter, can you guess what it is? :Mo
-
K: I have a few friends whose names start with J, and they have a wide array of names. But funnily enough my first name happens to start with this current forbidden letter too (http://www.gangoffive.net/index.php?topic=16353.msg495925#msg495925). :Mo
-
L: At this time, I'm watching something on TV (the station called just History). Again, just a few minutes at each break for a chance to post this.
-
M: Owls, for you, I will guess 'Kevin'. ID, for you, I will guess 'Jake'. :Mo
-
N: I will refute your guess, Stardust. I doubt you'll guess it, though... it's quite bizarre. Impractical, though, maybe? :p
-
O: Stardust, the first guess made wasn’t a success. Try again. :)
-
P: There's a name to username thread on AM if you genuinely are willing to share and you are okay with revealing your name (as in, it's not too confidential to you), but something tells me that you intend to milk this guessing game out for all its worth. :Mo
-
Q: You read me like a children’s book, OwlsCantRead. I do intend to keep the guessing game going.
-
R: I wasn't expecting to get it on those 1st guesses of mine, but hey, I had to begin someplace. ID, I will guess 'Jesse' next.
Owls, hmmm. Do I at least get a hint? Is it a name I've even likely seen at any point? :idea
-
S: Exactly one point on GoF where you might have had an inkling of it. Very unorthodox name, and hence unlikely that you’ll figure it out however. Unfortunate
-
T: Your second guess is wrong, sorry. Maybe 3rd is your lucky number?
-
U: Too bad 'T' was taken from me. I was hoping to get that letter. However, I can say what I was going to say anyway; 'T' is what my middle name begins with. Care to have a go at it? :! (as for my first name, it's been mentioned elsewhere on GoF)
Maybe third will be when I get it... eh, probably not. :p I'll say 'Joseph'.
S: Exactly one point on GoF where you might have had an inkling of it.
Is it that post that was linked to above on 'K', to Owls' "Ask" thread? Or is it elsewhere on GoF?
-
V: Incorrect again, bucko. Here’s a tip in order to guess my name easier. Keep it simple stupid! (or KISS it). One of my teachers told the entire class and myself that last year. So genius, right? :lol
-
W: Are you going to try and guess my middle name?
:PAli
For my next guess, I'll try 'John'.
Edit: Also, for some reason, at first I thought you meant the rock band KISS.
-
X: I’ll try to, Ian. Let’s see...is your middle name Theodore?
(I have no experience for middle names at all btw)
(John is also incorrect)
-
S: Exactly one point on GoF where you might have had an inkling of it.
Is it that post that was linked to above on 'K', to Owls' "Ask" thread? Or is it elsewhere on GoF?
Y: It's not the linked post. Not gonna make it that simple, haha! :rainbowwave
-
Z: It's not Theodore, but I will give you a clue. It's two syllables.
Hmm... Jack?
Owls: Do I at least get some other hint? It's up to you, but if not, then I'm giving up on yours. :P
-
Owls: Do I at least get some other hint? It's up to you, but if not, then I'm giving up on yours. :P
A: Mighty persistent, Dusty... fine, one hint then. Remember, I'm fluent in not just one tongue. Thus I'm trying to express only one thing: don't think Western-style. :thinking
I will throw in my guess too. Is it Terence?
-
B: Ah, gotcha. Thank you for the hint. I'd momentarily forgotten that fact of yours. Yet now I recall, and in fact I'm also pretty sure I know what post you were referring to earlier. I'm still not sure if I'll get it, yet I'll give it an honest go. Is your name 'Kong'?
Mine is not Terence.
-
C: So, so near, and yet so far. :( It is rather on point, and you probably figured out the right post, but nope it's not "Kong", poor DiddyKF1 need not get jealous.
Gonna throw Jason for ID and for Trevor your middle name then. :P
-
D: One of Sunrise Corporation's new mining sites sent a call. Some sort of anomaly was below the surface. Some sort of cave. Unusual one.
-
E: Hah, I am stuck with post-'D' again. I think it's drawn to Stardust, it is.
:duckyhappy
C: So, so near, and yet so far. :( It is rather on point, and you probably figured out the right post, but nope it's not "Kong", poor DiddyKF1 need not get jealous.
Gonna throw Jason for ID and for Trevor your middle name then. :P
Good try, but no.
Hmm, for you, Kondrat?
-
F: I had no idea that Kondrat was a real name till you guessed it, so alas, nope. This one was somehow closer, though. Who knows... it might be a possibility that you get within guessing distance.
-
G: Perhaps, but chances are you or ID will probably score my name before I score yours.
Konane? Which would've been my pick in my previous post, but the dreaded 'E' prevented me.
x(cera
-
H: Yo, your guess was really, really close. Conan was a nickname of mine! :D By all accounts, I'll consider said guess a victory for you!
-
I: Wow, me not expect to get that close at all. Me pleasantly shocked.
:)petrie
Me would've encouraged you to have another stab at my name, but me let "Jason" have another go next.
-
J: Earth population didn't know that discovery will put their usual lives BEYOND imagination...
And wit hthat, I am finishing storytelling the part of backstory for my story. :P Everything else are spoilers. Good luck with guessing names, guys. :)
-
K: Wow, you guys sure got busy today. Returned all the way to the letter before the one I most recently had! As for me, nothing to watch on TV on Thursdays, so that'll give me plenty of spare time to get caught up on my fanfiction writing. Fell a little behind my self-imposed schedule recently, first time that's ever happened in over five years.
-
L: Excuse me guys, but these guesses are incorrect yet again. For Stardust’s mid name, is it Timon?
-
M: How this turned into a "guess identity" chat, I'll never know.
I'll ident ID (oh, pun) as Jacob, and take a jab at Stardust w/ Tabby, then. :P
-
N: Wow, I really thought that this would be easy to guess, but I suppose it’s the opposite outcome. I bid you guys better luck for your future guesses.
-
Timon
Tabby
O: *shakes head*
With ID, I shall guess 'Jeff' next. Even if I have a feeling that still isn't right. But I'll keep trying.
M: How this turned into a "guess identity" chat, I'll never know.
ID started it. :p
J: My first name starts with this forbidden letter, can you guess what it is? :Mo
-
P: Maybe you guys could take that guessing game elsewhere. Make it its own game? It sure would save you from the constantly changing restrictions of this game.
-
Q: We can take the game elsewhere if you find it irritating, but I personally don't mind the constantly changing restrictions. Makes it more fun that way.
-
R: My name is not Jeff. Want me to give you a hint? I want to guess the next middle name, but I can’t at the moment.
(If your not okay with the game still continuing here Chronicler, then say it in the next post.)
-
Q: The inability to use certain letters in this game tests my synonyms skills. :p
-
S: I'm okay without a hint for now. After all, how many 'J' name can there be... right? :idea
Uh... Joe?
-
T: Joe...oh no. My synonym skills suck Owls, so my vocab is kinda bad here.
-
U: James? I'm a bit shocked I didn't think of this one sooner. If it's still wrong, however, then maybe I will take a hint.
-
V: Nope, nope, nope! Funnily enough, Joe and James are the first names of two people in the Impractical Jokers group.
-
W: Jamie? Before I moved into my current apartment, I had a roommate named Jamie. :cerahappy
If I'm still incorrect, then please give me a hint.
-
X: *literally contemplating how you are still guessing my name wrong* Alright, looks like I’m forced to give you a hint right now. Think of a famous mainstream singer. Does that help?
-
Y: I don't see what's baffling about it. As all these guesses would demonstrate, there are just a lot of common names that start with 'J'.
If we happen to be thinking of the same singer, I will guess Justin.
-
Z: There we go, that’s it! My first name is indeed Justin! Congratulations, the long guessing game is over. I was so baffled because Justin would be one of the first names I come up with when I think of names starting with “J”. But then again, of course I would since it is literally my own name. I also thought that name was pretty common as well, so I expected you to guess it sooner. I thought wrong obviously.
With no restrictions basically on letters, I’ll guess your middle name as “Trevor”.
-
A: I kind of wish I didn't request the hint, just to see how much longer it would've gone on for. :p I do recognize 'Justin' for sure, but of course, it didn't come to me before.
It's not Trevor.
-
B: For what its worth, I knew a Justin in real life. :bestsharptooth
-
C: I think the middle name guessing game will be the longest endeavor. Is your middle name “Taylor”?
-
D: It is not Taylor. Hints are available upon request if thou wishes.
-
E: Ugh, this is too hard, so I’ll skip a turn on this.
(Really, I didn’t want to spend all day figuring this out. This vowel is one of the most restrictive letters in my opinion for this game.)
-
F: I don't blame you. 'E' is the most restrictive letter, in my opinion. I tried writing a short story once without using 'E' and it was so hard.
-
G: Don’t do that to yourself, StardustSoldier. :p
Now, this is a much better letter to work with! Is your middle name, “Thomas”?
-
H: Well I enjoy trickiness of 'E' for my posts. But writing a small post minus 'E' is certainly different from trying to write an entire story minus 'E'. Probably a reason for me not getting far in my story.
^Incorrect.
-
I: A story that lacks 'M' would be even worse! :bestsharptooth
-
J: OwlsCantRead, why don’t you try to help me out here? I’m kinda struggling here you know. :p
Is your middle name, “Toby”? I’ll probably exhaust every T name there is if I don’t ask for a hint soon.
-
K: It is not Toby. Now you can discover how it was for me trying to guess your name and exhausting everything with 'J'.
:evilsmile
-
L: I assumed at first that it easy for you to guess, dang it. Big mistake. Oops-eeps!
“Tanner”?
-
M: Still busy with the convention, but I'll give it a shot. Is it Tenor?
-
L: I assumed at first that it easy for you to guess, dang it. Big mistake. Oops-eeps!
“Tanner”?
N: Yes! You did it! Good job! That is my middle!
:duckyhappy :celebrate
-
O: Yay! I didn’t need a hint either! The middle name perfectly makes sense, especially when paired with the first name. :)
I can finally rest.
-
K: It is not Toby. Now you can discover how it was for me trying to guess your name and exhausting everything with 'J'.
:evilsmile
P: For some reason I didn't think you'd get it immediately after I made that comment, but there you go. Yes, I agree it goes nicely with my first name. My mom and dad did a good job with my names there.
Now, who wants to try and figure out my last name? :p
(jk)
-
Q: Haha, I think it’s time to put the guessing games to rest. It caused this thread to cycle through all the letters, like three or four times by itself probably? :p
(I saw the jk)
-
R: Such a pity. :p
Anyway, have a lovely sleep. I will likely head down soon as well.
-
S: Alright, you too! Have a great and peaceful night! Although, you are 2:00 behind me.
-
T: I'll probably head down anyway, as I'm kinda sleep deprived.
-
U: It's over. Everyone leaves happy. Finally we can get back to normal chat.
-
V: I want to recommend you guys a gaming YouTube channel that is literally the funniest and most genuine guy I watched.
It’s called Let’s Game It Out (https://youtube.com/channel/UCto7D1L-MiRoOziCXK9uT5Q), and I’m 99% certain you’ll laugh at all of his recordings. So far, yes I did. He’s a total maniac, I tell you, but I like it so much. :p
-
W: Don't step on a crack, or you'll fall and break your back! Yep yep yep
-
X: There’s no way ever that this will become a reality for me. VVV :p
Although, I do wish there was a Mo ranking just for me...
Mo agrees with Mud Brother!
Edit: Oh, and instead of “Member+”, it will show “Mud Brother”. :lol
-
Y: Don't mind me. Just passing through with nothing much else to speak about.
-
Z: Don't mind me. Just passing through to say that I really like apple juice.
-
A: Don’t mind me. Just strolling by to yell, “Hi guys!”
-
B: Hah! Looks like I've unintentionally started a new trend. :lol Well, go ahead and call me a party-pooper, 'cause I'm not gonna repeat myself twice in a row. :p
-
C: Home Alone 1 & 2 are very awesome holiday movies to see this time of year! :Mo
-
D: Seems to have quickly gotten much quieter on this topic lately. Eh, not that I care much, seeing as I'm currently a little busy with other things (then again, I seem to use that excuse quite a lot).
-
^E: I got busy for a bit this month, but now I'm back.
-
F: Normally I wouldn't double post here, but I wanted to bump this thread.
:chompysmile
-
G: You sure decided to be busy today. Based on the vast number of topics you posted in recently, I assume you had not much else to do today? I, on the other hand, have been way too busy with lots of other stuff to post much for quite a while.
-
H: For most of December I was less active. And I was busy in general lately. But today, at least, it was a free afternoon, so I cleared out all my old forum notifications I didn't respond to before.
-
I: Ayy… why must the letter after H have to be such a troublesome one?
-
J: By contrast, this is a pretty ridiculously easy letter to avoid.
-
K: Well O...alright, this letter was an easy one to avoid as well, just like most consonants.
-
L: I had a very tasty supper with my mother this evening. Breakfast was pretty good too. As was... oops, I can't say it.
-
M: I feel so happy, I want everyone to see! It’s like the bright circle...is shining inside of...uh...trees?
:PCera
-
N: Petrie should probably take a bath sometime. I'm worried for him if he stays like that for too much. :p
-
O: Hush Mr. Stardust. My client here will be eaten by Sharpteeth if he were to take a bath immediately.
-
P: Take showers instead of baths, I recommend. Either way, no one be hot and stinky now. :)
-
Q: Haven’t you heard? Being hot and stinky is one of the wisdoms! There’s a reason why the Gang survived out in the Mysterious Beyond in LBT 14.
-
R: It's offical, the best fashion choice is stink weeds, hands down! :SmugSpike
(Thank you @ImpracticalDino . XD I can't believe a went over a couple of letters.)
-
Hold on there, @Goldenwind! You have skipped over a couple of forbidden letters. R and T are two for example. You may want to edit your post so that “R” is the main letter your trying to forbid in your sentence. I’m just letting you know, okay? :)
S: I am taking a long time writing here due to the forbidden letter being very hard to avoid.
-
T: How is our flyer friend doing? Would cleaning himself be safe now?
-
U: Technically yes, the Gang has mercilessly killed all the Sharpteeth that were trying to eat them. However, I think Petrie likes his new hair style a lot.
:)petrie
-
V: Wow! The Gang has come so far. It was already amazing to see them take down one Sharptooth in the original film. And now they took down many more Sharpteeth as well. Our heroes.
:PAli
-
W: Yep, yep, yep! Look out, Mysterious Beyond! There’s a great force of nature to be reckoned, and they also happen to live in the Great Valley!
:Mo
-
X: Whoops. Looks like you used your forbidden letter a couple of times there. But it's okay, I forgive you.
:chompysmile
-
Y: Oops-Eeps, Oops-Eeps! I made a mistake. But it’s all good. I edited the previous post. Thanks Stardust for telling me. :smile
-
Z: Hey, that's what friends are for. We help each other out when we can. And with that, it looks like we have reached the end of this letter loop.
-
A: With the end of the letter loop comes the beginning of the new week.
-
B: And with the start of the new week comes... oh wait, now it's the weekend. Oh well. Happy weekend everyone!
:chompysmile
-
C: Speaking of the weekend, have you all listened to The Weeknd's new latest hit, Blinding Lights (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHI8X4OXluQ)?
-
D: My ears have not come across that before. Pretty catchy.
:PAli
-
E: This stinks. I'm stuck with this, for a lack of a good word to say. :cry
-
F: With any luck, your next letter will be a bit easier going.
:duckyhappy
-
G: Hey, it's this old topic! :) Wow, I sure have been quite occupied these last few months. At least now I'll hopefully have a bit more time available for small stuff like this.
-
H: Welcome back people! I'm so glad people are posting again. :)
-
I: And a new player has entered the thread, ready for the challenge! :SmugSpike
-
J: I couldn't help but notice there's been a lot more posting recently compared to previous times. With my obsession of having my post count reflect 1% of the forum's total post count, this means I'll soon have to consider which discussions might be worth my limited available time.
-
K: @The Chronicler It seems that "J" is quite an easy letter to use (or should I say not use) on your turn. :lol
-
@RainbowFaceProtege M: One day we will get out of lock down for I have gotten fed up.
-
^?
Can't see a sentence.
L: Hunter is coming after you. You can't hide... And don't even think about escaping in fourth dimension.
-
:rainbowwave
-
N: I still wish we could see how Chomper met Ruby, but the TV show plus the last movie left that out. :thinking
-
O: And here is a letter that can be a little tricky, but a little thinking might help a little... :thinking
-
P: With ten letters left to go, we'll have finished this round through them all before we know it!
-
Q: It's so hard not to use that letter. We use it so often :lol :lol :lol
-
R: I'm still hoping we'll get news about a fifteenth LBT movie one of these days. :)petrie
-
S: I love Chomper, and hate the current forbidden letter. Very annoying letter to not be able to write with.
-
T: Look how much you used one I'm now avoiding, and you'll realize you were lucky.
-
W: I don't see the point in saying anything for this letter.
-
X: I wish I got in this game sooner, I like the challenging letters, like E, or A.
-
Um, I think we just skipped U and V... :thinking
Edit: Wait, does that count as Y for me? :lol
-
W: Seeing as EV96 didn't have a U in his post and LB didn't have a V in his post, I'll just pretend they simply listed incorrect letters, and I'll ignore RFP as he never specified his letter. Next post should be the letter "X".
-
X: Well, this is an easy letter not to use. :PAli
-
Y: Protege is Big Sis, and I'm Little Bro, like Spike and his sis :^^spike
-
Z: Ah, okay, thanks for informing me. I'll be sure to keep that in mind from now on. :yes
-
A: Wow, this letter is very challenging to not use in one sentence, but I did it.
-
B: Yeah, vowels are always the trickiest letter to work with on this game. Especially when you have to keep in mind a minimum of ten words for each one of these posts.
-
C: That's a neat little robot photo on your profile. I like it.
-
(Don't forget to specify the "forbidden letter" at the start of every post in this topic.)
D: Technically, it's a bio-mechanical species known as a "Matoran". Specifically, he's the character "Takua" from the movie "Bionicle: Mask of Light" from 2003. In case you have yet to notice the obvious, I'm a huge fan of Bionicle.
-
E: What can I do without this? I can't do that much but I may do a good thing without it. I don't know. It's hard. I want to shout, it's so hard, but I did this without it.
-
F: :lol Yeah, I remember my attempts at dealing without a vowel. It really all comes down to just being a little creative.
-
G: I can't write my own sister's username because it has the forbidden letter. Oh well. :lol
-
H: Got a lot of stuff to do and not a lot of time to do it all. Just need to be careful to not get distracted at any point.
-
I: How do you do stuff when you can't use that? makes stuff a challenge and very hard, but that covers the sentence for the game.
-
J: Woohoo, I got a super easy letter to not use in a sentence!!!! :Mo
-
K: Another day, another distraction preventing me from getting any progress done on my project. :lfsadface At this point, I'm not sure what to do to ensure I can actually get something done. :rolleye
-
L: Don't worry, you can finish your project ;)Cera. Whatever it is.
-
M: It's part of a fanfiction series I've been working on for years. While I did get a little done today, there's still quite a lot left to go.
-
N: This is a letter that makes stuff really hard. Chomper is my favorite character. I have the ability to say that without using the letter.
-
O: With this letter lacking, certain negative words are unavailable, but at least there's still a few ways with saying the intended message.
-
O: The letter was in the reply, meaning that I write a sentence with this letter.
(You had "word" in your sentence, and it contained "O.")
-
P: Ugh! :bang And I was so careful to take the time to avoid words like "no," "good," "do," and many others I can't recall.
-
Q: Well, here's an easy one, I'll just type some words in here to use my ten word minimum.
-
R: Not as late to post today as I typically have been lately. Jeez, you guys actually post that quickly as this time of day? I can't even keep with seeing it all!
-
S: Uh, oh. A letter that can be tricky to not write with. I'll be able to manage, though.
-
T: Ah, a surprisingly common one here, as well. So many words considered, so few I can really use...
-
U: Sometimes it can be hard to get the point across when a certain letter is missing from a post. I read my other posts from this game, and they sound bad. :bang
-
V: It's so easy not to use this letter that I can omit it without really trying! :SmugSpike
-
W: I'm pleased to say I've completed the first part of my current fanfiction project, a little later than I had hoped for, but still comfortably before my self-imposed deadline. Just need to keep up this momentum and try my best to avoid any major distractions, and I'm sure I'll be able to stay on top of things.
-
X: Congratulations on finishing the first part of your fan fiction. I hope you get the rest of it completed.
-
Y: And with how much earlier than usual I've been able to check in here, I'm rather optimistic I'll get some further progress done later tonight.
-
Z: The last letter. It seemed like we flew through the alphabet.
-
A: Pretty much going into overtime with my time here, so I'd better finish up now, then move on to the next thing to get done.
-
B: This letter is not very restricting when it comes to writing.
-
C: Yeah... a very late night for me here... Well, at least I took the time to mention something important elsewhere on the forum.
-
D: This is when trying to make a coherent sentence gets challenging. The next letter is E, which is one of the most challenging letters.
-
E: Tricky this is for trying to say anything, but try I must, for today I finally claim 1% of all forum posts again.
-
F: This letter isn't so bad to not have. There are way worse letters you could get.
-
G: Spent much of today on that fanfiction project of mine, specifically a final check before I finally posted the start of it online. Now I just have to keep this up for three more months before it's complete...
-
H: Well, I'm glad to know your first part of your fanfiction is almost complete.
-
I: Much more early today than typical lately, so that's good for me to get more of my project done.
-
I: Sorry, but the letter you couldn't use was somewhere above me.
-
J: :slap Ugh! Should've said "usual" instead of "typical". These vowels are deceptively tricky.
-
K: I know, the vowels are exceptionally challenging. And sometimes, the forbidden letter slips right past when you read the sentence.
-
L: I have not posted here in quite some time, no I have not.
:duckyhappy
-
M: Just need to write words in here to reach ten words. ( Okay, that sounded bad.)
-
M: Just need to write words in here to reach ten words. ( Okay, that sounded bad.)
N: That was the sort of stuff you would expect to come out of Ruby's mouth! :RubyCurious
-
O: Alas, I'm bad at imitating Ruby speech. I'll leave that be. Next member can have a crack at it.
-
P: I think Ruby kinda sounds like a senile old lady, if you ask me. But that'd be a silly thing to ask. (That sound right?)
-
Q: Sharpely, you'll find that this game is kind of hard to speak your mind in, especially when you get a letter like P.
-
R: Indeed it is, fellow Gang of Five dude. As you might've noticed I can't type your name :yum
-
S: Neither can I type your name, truly a tragedy indeed.
-
T: Oh dear. Oh dear indeed. Fully spelling your name is impossible as well.
-
U: I have now realized how very hard it is to write a concise phrase whilst omitting this letter. Yikes.
-
V: Well, so much for my challenging letter. I wanted something hard, like S. :P
-
W: Trying to stay on schedule for my fanfiction project is gonna make the remainder of this month really stressful for me. Believe me, I'm gonna quickly feel so much more relaxed as soon as September starts.
-
V: Well, so much for my challenging letter. I wanted something hard, like S. :P
X: I've found that it's a lot of fun to get the letter 'E'. Challenging, but fun.
:PAli
-
Y: Can't wait to start the alphabet over again. I want some hard letters, like "E" and "A."
-
Z: This is the letter used repeatedly to indicate that someone is sleeping. :^^spike
-
A: Oh boy, I've got one of the toughies...this is incredibly difficult. :sducky Good luck to whoever ends up with E!!
-
B: I am listening to music right now on the computer and having lunch!
-
C:
You brought me unbearable throe
You wanted to bury me in water deep
And now your little rankling shadow
Stalk me every time when I sleep
-
D: Luckily I got this letter, not the next letter that a poor unfortunate soul will get next. :MoEvil
-
E: It is too hard to form a short story without this symbol. But I took out a button with this symbol from my part of PC for symbols input :D
-
F: That is actually very smart Stardisk! I never thought doing something like that. :olittlefoot
-
G: Thank you, ImpracticalDino! (luckily you don't have the current forbidden letter in your nickname)
This... emm.. action becomes more difficult when you tried to chat with somebody and tries not to break rules of this topic :D
-
H: Your strategy reminds me of a funny incident many years ago a fellow member once said. Unfortunately, current forbidden letter prevents me from quoting it right now.
-
I: Quote that now, hope that funny moment doesn't have the next banned letter (J).
-
J: Okay, here is what that fellow member once said: "Yes, one of the keys on my compute is boken. I'll have to fix it late." I'm sure you can guess which key wasn't working. :lol
-
K: This should be a breeze. As long as I don't swear or use modern slang, I'm alright.
-
L: Everyone wants wins, and we strive for them. We won't speak of that other opposite word here.
-
M: What, pray tell, is cooler than being cool? The answer is...ICE COLD!
-
N: Shake it, shake shake it, shake it like a Polaroid picture! :Mo
-
O: Red Claw will slash this letter in half as he hates letters like these! :ChomperOhNo
-
P: Red Claw doesn't mind this letter here, fingers crossed...I don't wanna deal with that scary brute! :GuidoAAAAAHHHHHH
-
Q: Red Claw is perfectly fine with this specific letter. Does anyone even have a name with it, I ponder? :RubyCurious
-
Q: Red Claw is perfectly fine with this specific letter. Does anyone even have a name with it, I ponder? :RubyCurious
A: I don't know
:CeraHAPPY
-
you meant "R:"?
------
S: Do you remember how you got there?
Do you remember where you woke up?
-
T: Kids, nary a happening is as cool as being hugged by someone you like, however, if someone endeavors probing you in a place or in a way which causes you unease, such an occurrence would be no good!
-
U: 2b2t is the oldest anarchy server in Minecraft! Has anyone heard of it?
-
V: I'm interested in playing Minecraft online, but never really found a game style that suited my interests. What's anarchy like?
-
W: Anarchy: a state of disorder due to absence or nonrecognition of authority.
Haha, but basically a server that has no rules.
-
X: Ooh nice, sounds like my kinda game. Wonder if I still have MC installed...ah well, even if not I still have that game that must not be named but rhymes with 'Toad Socks'.
-
Y: Search for the Lighthouse.
The answer is behind the door
-
Z: Lions roaring in the morning sun,
searching for a longer day.
people feeling like the light has just come,
we must never stop the way!
-
A:
Why I don't rememeber about being here?
Why YOU remember?
-
B: There's peeling pooling paint pushing past the purple passageway of poverty.
-
C: Just a reminder, in this game, every post must have a minimum of ten words.
-
D: Ain't know what are you talking about! *whistles, changing previous post while no single person sees*
-
E: Darn my putrid socks until all our rabid animals run off
-
F: School starts tomorrow and I am not one happy camper whatsoever. x(cera
-
G:
Body inside the walls.
Soul inside the stone.
Mind inside the corridors.
What side do you pick?
-
H: Vicious like an electric strike,
Ravenous like a bird,
If you could speak in my ear
you'd tell me tales absurd
-
I: You're so mean
When you talk
About yourself, you were wrong.
-
J:
Why do you solve puzzles so easily?
Why do you progress so easily?
Why do you REMEMBER so easily?
Why IT still didn't take you?..
-
K: Feel the dawn beyond red light,
lost forever, space and time!
-
L: She saunters in despondence down quiet driveways,
content with her thoughts as they hum their uncertain songs.
-
M: You had a bad day,
you taken one down,
you sing a sad song just to turn it around.
-
N: You walked at coast with child...
It was a MEMORY, right?
Memory from the past.
Before you went here...
-
O: Watching the seagulls as they skim the turbulent waves,
seeking a meal that is a careless fish
-
P: When the lights have turned to grey
On the dawning final day
See the sun now fade away
Can we find the words to say
All the times we fought in vain
Though the years and seasons change
But we all still feel the same
As we stand before the world!

Q:
Last summer I went camping under the big waterfall of Kent. I guess this was a great trip for me, however some people do not understand why. Well, I did lose my left arm, but what the hell, I found out that I had a third arm. The invisible one. Since then I started to learn how to use my karma arm, and soon my skills were those of a master. It wasn't a surprise to me when people started turning their backs on me, since I was considered to be a freak and mentally ill. Funny thing, I can't tell them the truth, it would be like explaining the possibility of space travel to a goldfish. So I'm just trying to live my life peacefully not disturbing anyone. The job of a Lighthouse keeper seemed to be just right for me. And I wanted to spend the rest of my life in that lighthouse. But after five months my isolation came to an end when they decided to bury the building. My worst fear ever was to be buried alive. But what about to be buried alive inside of a building? I didn't want to take any chances. So I'm leaving today.
For those who follow me:
I am sorry...
and
m = 432
Sincerely,
Mur
-
R: Just got outta jail,
Plead my innocence to no avail,
Peach couldn't post my bail
Now Koopa's got that female
-
S: I'm only human after all, don't put the blame on me!
-
T: Confide, 'cause I'll be on your side, you know I will.
-
U: Feel the power beyond redline
Lost forever in space and time!
-
V: Hey sailor got my flow free like a salmon to the sea from the LA symphony I'm a paddleboat paddling in their wake a fake freestyler
-
W: You don't even realize... Tell me, friend of leafeaters: do you believe in destiny?..
-
X: It's deep and dark and dangerous, it's scary and it's strangerous, and things could rearrange-er-us!
-
Y: Basement, Lighthouse, Loop, Lab, Root, Exit, Core, Plan, Temple, and EXIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Z: Lamp oil, rope, bombs? You want it, it's yours, my friend!
-
A:
One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Nine. Ten.
Zero
Infinite...
indefinite, beyond the numbers
----
wow, just found out it all doesn't have "A" in them
-
B: Wow, nice discovery there, Sneak. That's not what I would have expected.
-
C: Lurking below in shadowy gloom,
the unnameable horror awaits your doom
-
D: What's with all the poetry in this game lately? Has everyone simply run out of other things to say?
-
E: Nah, it's just a bit of fun is all! And I'm an aspiring lyricist, so it's a fabulous drilling machination ;)Cera
-
F: Wake up in the Basement. Ascend the Lighthouse. Break the Loop. Arrive to the Lab. Go back to the Root. Arrive at the Edge. Invade the Core. Understand the Plan. Descend to the Temple. Discover the Exit.
-
G: Team Terrible has breached the hideout defenses! Ready your defenses, men, this'll work like nothin' if we stick to the plan!
-
H: Many days in summer, one would like to simmer down, relax, and let it flow...
-
I: Summer reaches an end, and then autumn comes. Mo enjoys autumn a lot. :Mo
-
J: Fall makes the world feel a little more lonely. Most people would rather not be outside in autumn weather.
-
K: I enjoy going outside in autumn. I actually appreciate the cooler weather. :^^spike
-
L: It can be nice, to be fair. I'm a fan of rain; you kind of have to be where I'm at :smile
-
M: Oh, I love the rain. :^^spike The only thing is we don't get it too often here and I wish we did.
-
N: October is almost here! Get ready for the spooky holiday! :MoEvil
-
O: That creepy time will indeed be here in a few days. I have a new avatar ready. :P
-
P: The real holiday that I can't wait for to arrive every year would be Christmas! One of the best days ever. :Mo
-
Q: The 4th of July would have to be MY fave, you can't go wrong with a day it's legal to set off mini bombs in your yard!!!
-
R: Halloween is still my fav out of all the holidays. :)littlefoot
-
S: I hope I can come up with a cool outfit even though I won't be going anywhere.
-
T: Your love was handmade for somebody like me
Come on now, follow my lead.
-
U: Some people don't know that it's not smart to move fast while holding scissors!
-
V; would that you knew exactly how confusing writing things is when you are the creator of the world
-
W: Scorchin' like bourbon
slicker than slime
Teacher says
I can't finish this rhyme
-
X: Got a lot of projects going on at practically the same time lately. Good thing I'm now very close to finally being finished with gaming for a while.
-
Y: Ooh, like what kind of projects? For the most part I've just been preoccupied with my college course for this term :p
-
Z: I have been busy with homeworking and am going stirrcrazy over it. how does the sky look... are there still clouds...? What is that bright thing in the sky... help...
-
A: Things beginning to look good for me right here. Will tell more of it by some point.
-
B: Urrrrggghhh, FOCUS, Sharpely...stop tooling around and take some more notes on solving JS equations...
-
C: Lol Sharpely, I fool around as well when I am supposed to be doing my work. I was gonna say the P word, but this letter does not allow it.
-
D: Let's revive some forum games! It will be fun!! Let's play, everyone!!!
-
E: My last participation in this was long ago. And look what I wind up with upon coming back, haha. Tricky this is.
-
F: Sun is burning our skin. Shadow is our home. Listen the voice. We are coming.
-
G: I just wanted to be in this thread, so hello, probably…
-
H: Alas, I cannot wave at you and say... a certain friendly word. But my sentiment still exists. :)
-
I: Today's a day for me to stay at home, eat chocolate and maybe type up a new chapter for a story that's been abandoned for a few years.
-
J: Good for you, however I want to relax instead…after a long day…
-
K: Please play this game more, it's starving for attention! :P
-
L: Never fear, I am here now! This is a tricky one, but I think I can make do.
-
M: Hey, I forgot all about this, thanks for bringing it back, Stardust!
-
N: You are welcome. Stardust is happy to help out however he is able
-
O: We have been blessed by Stardust… Let us celebrate, drinks by me! :cheers
-
P: You know, the next member who does something here is going to get the letter Q, which is one of the easiest letters in this game.
-
Q: And that is absolutely correct!
-
R: What? This is challenging. Not using this makes sentences sound stupid.
-
S: Not too bad when you don't think about it.
-
T: Well, I had many hours for a well-made reply. Oh, so hard…
-
U: I prefer this game when we have the starting letters from the alphabet, since there's more of a challenge to the game.
-
V: Indeed, maybe we should try that sometime. Yep yep yep! :Dducky
-
W: Only three more letters until the game cycles back to the first letters of the alphabet!
-
Y: And I will know that soon, someone will get the other easiest letter of the game.
-
Z: And if by "soon" you mean the very next post, yeah this was quite easy, so I just went ahead and used every letter except the forbidden one. Good luck whoever's next!
-
X: Actually, you guys missed a letter in the sequence, so let's just pretend this one went in the proper order so we can continue as anticipated. By the way, just a reminder that one of the rules of this game is a minimum of ten words for every post.
-
A: Well, I got my wish, so I get to try to post the first letter. It's not going too good.
-
B: Well, our fellow "A" friend, you will have finer luck than others using the later letters.
-
C: This letter isn't too bad, but there are harder ones. There are, there are!
:sducky
-
D: Hey everyone! Now's your chance to try to make a somewhat coherent post without using the letter "E!" Who's up for it?
Anyone?
...
:(petrie
-
E: I will try. It is no straightforward task, but I will do what I possibly can to pass.
-
F: Nice one, Stardust! That has to be the single hardest letter in the entire game. Although, "A" and "O" are pretty darn tough.
-
G: Thank you!
:ChomperImAwesome
And yeah, I have ended up with 'E' before. I would also say that it is probably the hardest letter of all of them.
:duckyOK
-
H: Well, I get a difficult letter. I revised my sentence about ten times because I kept using it! Aaarg! :anger
-
(Edit: I'm an idiot.)
-
J: Seems "I" can be tricky as well, because you used "bright" and "didn't" on that forbidden letter. Double fail! :taunttroll
-
J: Seems "I" can be tricky as well, because you used "bright" and "didn't" on that forbidden letter. Double fail! :taunttroll
(Edit: I'm an idiot.)
:lol I guess "I" is a challenging letter.
K: This is not a letter that is hard. It might be one of the easiest letters.
-
L: What about this one? When I was writing I am finding out that…this one is hard without the forbidden thing.
-
M: Let's get this whole thread revived today everyone, shall we?
-
N: Oh, hey! I remember this old game. :) I also remember the old pseudo-rule here is to write at least 10 or more words for each post to keep it fair for all of us. ;)
-
O: It is great that this game is played again by players, like the user that had multiple smileys in their message!
-
P: Uh oh... Someone's making a CGI remake of The Land Before Time... What will come out of this?..
-
Q: Just taking the easy letter here to thank you guys for picking this game back up. I had a lot of fun with it back in the day :)
-
R: It is awesome to play this game once again and get this topic active, Mumbling! What a fun activity this was, and still is! :smile
-
S: My main query for the topic at the current moment: Why only right now did you decide to bring back the Forbidden Letter game?
-
T: My reason for bringing back Mumbling's game of forbidden keyboard symbols now is because of my lapse of memory! :feelsbadman
-
U: So, basically, just some random digital digging into things on this site, I believe. Eh, whatever works.
-
V: Yep, yep, yep! Isn't it insane that I forgot this game, The Chronicler? I'm quite ashamed that I hadn't resurrected this game sooner! It is one of the most fun forum games here after all, and it would be a shame for this game to be forgotten in the depths for eternity! This is such an easy letter, I can literally keep adding words here infinitely. I won't though, since somebody else needs to go next! :p :lol
-
W: It's all fun and games until it eventually becomes obvious there's only a pair of participants. Hopefully, there shall be continued activity here among some other members, too.
-
X: I agree with you. It definitely would be more fun if there were more than two participants in these forum games. Word Connection, Word Association, Alphabet Game, and now this current game are the main ones that we do. At the very least, there are other forum members here that occasionally play one of these games. This is especially important for Alphabet Game and this game, where we usually keep doing the same letters since nobody else usually interjects. 2019 and 2020 were our most active forum years, but unfortunately those days are behind us. Then again, I don't think the forum was ever as active as those two years, unless there is an older forum member here to enlighten me on that?
-
Y: I've been here since the end of 2007, so I guess that makes me one of the "old-timers". Circa 2010-2015 could be considered perhaps the most active time period, I suppose. Odds are low it'll ever get quite that active ever again. People on the internet at present times just don't use forums much like such people used to.
-
Z: I actually believe that the forum had more activity in 2008 and 2009 compared to the years that followed. Then again, that was before direct messaging programs (like Discord now) had any sort of stable group functions, so many people used the forum to send quick updates about their life to everyone. 2010-2015 was big on Land Before Time fanfiction and general discussions.
-
A: Interesting! Hopefully Mumbling or The Chronicler will be permitted to tell me more in the next upcoming post if the letter in question is not forbidden. Furthermore, would 2019 to 2020 be considered in the group of "most flourishing" forum times, you would pronounce?

B: For the record, I wasn't intending on any specific years. I just couldn't use words like "early" for a more general range I had intended to say, such as "early 2010s". Anyway, I do recall that 2007 was the first year when lots of new users suddenly joined, and while I can't pin down any specific peak years, I do know that quite a few of the prominent old-timers gradually left over the late 2010s, and things have especially declined in the most recent years.
-
C: I had to run the daily stats again to make sure all the totals from previous years were present as well. If you are interested in seeing how many posts there were per year, please visit this page (https://www.gangoffive.net/index.php?action=stats).

D: Only one vowel in last Hangman??? That's unfair!!! :P Burn this structure! :RedclawTerrified
-
E: Too bad, my guy! Hangman should transform into a trivial difficulty for my following word, though!
-
F: Don't like hangman? How about something more simple, like the Alphabet Game? That game could certainly use more than just two players...
-
G: Awesome idea, Chronicler. I want more than one player on that Alphabet Activity in the other thread too. We have been stuck with the same two letters every turn, which is not okay. Oh, no, no, no! Also, thank you so much for the updated stats, admin user! I've already personally DMed you to express my appreciation, but now I can say it here since I'm not forbidden by letters that limit my speech!
-
H: You're very welcome, ImpracticalDino! I always enjoy a good set of statistics myself.
-
I: As the whole data fanfare on the forum comes to a close, we can now go back to our regularly scheduled program of the excluded letter game that has random sentences that do not have to answer one another! You can answer one another though, purely up to each person here. :p :wow
-
J: Alright, with that topic wrapped up, what shall we move onto next?
-
K: Not sure. The universe is our limit when it comes to what topics we can discuss, some of which we can discuss in other threads anyway. However, I will mention that yesterday I passed an exam that earned me a CompTIA CySA+ certification. Hopefully it is money well spent that will help me with job prospects in the Cybersecurity industry.

L: I don't have much time to spare today, so I must keep this post short... that is to say, I have nothing significant to speak about, right here, right now. *shrugs*
-
M: This is one of those instances where you are funny. The way you wrote that post and all. I enjoy your presence. Though that is quite obvious, and I just wanted to say that as I have nothing else to say really.
Edit: Actually, fanfiction.net is down since 7 hours ago. There we go, the topic for the day, all written without the forbidden letter. :D
-
N: Pretty late today, so I must repeat here a quick speech, followed by me proceeding with other tasks I must take care of before bedtime.
-
O: I replied very quickly at this instance, it seems. Free time was lent with huge quantities. I can't argue with that! :cerasmug

P: It's Saturday, so as has become usual for me these days, I had set aside some time this afternoon to assemble yet another Lego set. I've been collecting quite a lot this year, mostly because of a certain theme running this year that I find very fascinating.
-
Q: What's the theme running this year, Chronicler? I'm not a Lego enthusiast, so I wouldn't have any clue. Regardless, I still think legos are very cool and ageless. I should tidy up and organize the goals that I have written down a long time ago by the end of this weekend. I have neglected them long enough, and the only ones I really have numbered and listed are my Land Before Time goals. When will I even get those goals done? Only time will tell, but I won't bet on my attention span.
-
R: It's basically a Space style utilized with many of the typical themes. That means themes like City, Technic, and so on have some sets in those line-ups that fit a space setting (and identified as such with a special label on the side of the box of those special sets that simply says "SPACE" with the iconic Lego Classic Space logo). At this time, I now have most of what I intended to get, but I'm also still waiting on a good chance to get the biggest ones available.
-
S: The theme for Lego in the current year will take place in the final frontier of mankind. The area we want to explore may be a bleak, outer black area of zero gravity, but that won't deter you from completing your goal of aiming for the white dot above. But anyway, nice Lego theme! I like it. Good luck on getting everything you want to get!
-
T: I wish I could share such a weird reason for my brief absence a day prior. Perhaps here is hardly an ideal place. Will share more once I'm more available...
-
U: There was a freak incident with the internet not being available for the person above me. I read that in another thread. I wonder how that happened once The Chronicler is more available to speak on the incident.
-
V: Okay, here's the story. On a national route a few miles north from me, a fuel truck had pulled onto the side of the road directly below some power lines. Somehow, that truck practically exploded, and the resulting fire was so intense that it completely melted those power lines.
While I was lucky to not lose power at my place (unlike those who were closer to the site of the incident), I did lose internet connection, so I had no idea what was going on until my dad got a text from our internet supplier informing him about the reason for our sudden loss of connection. Internet connection in our house was lost at around 3 pm on Monday (forcing both of my parents who work separate jobs remotely from home to end their work day early), and was finally restored at around 9 am the following morning. That left me with not much to really do to occupy my time, so I ultimately decided to do a little cleaning in my room that I had been putting off for months, so at least I'm glad to finally get that taken care of.
Earlier today, I decided to ask for more information regarding this strange incident (so I could tell you what really happened), and it turns out there was an almost identical incident in almost the exact same location just last summer. With that in mind, I can't help but wonder if there needs to be a redesign of that infrastructure so something like this won't happen a third time.
-
W: That is such a coincidence, an incident like that, happening in almost the exact same location?! It doesn't sound like to me the infrastructure needs to be changed necessarily. I mean, fuel trucks having to pull over, then they suddenly explode and damage electrical lines nearby. The fuel trucks themselves are the problem I feel like. Those drivers probably could tell that something smelt rather 'fishy' in the fuel truck that they are driving. That's the reason they pull over in the first place to the side. If it suddenly exploded in the middle of traffic, actual lives could be lost from an incident like that, I'd imagine.
I'm glad the outage did have a silver lining in the end, though! It made me laugh.
-
X: I will say that the sudden loss of internet for an entire evening and night has really got me thinking about which of my daily activities I could probably cut back on (and probably should). Over the last few months, I've been struggling to find enough time to get much progress done on some of my more long term projects. Heck, not only have I continued to get very little done on those projects, it's actually reached a point where it's now rare for me to get a full night's rest in bed.
Now that I think about it, as much as I enjoy participating in games like these, perhaps it's a bunch of little things like this that I should probably step away from for the foreseeable future...
-
Y: It would be a shame that The Chronicler stopped participating in these forum games. It doesn't take much time, I would think. Also, if the person above me is worried that it is distracting their focus from their other activities, perhaps that person should aim to post on the Gang of Five before going to bed. As in, make it a bed time habit so The Chronicler can still participate in these forum games while not taking much attention from the rest of their time awake. This is just ImpracticalDino's suggestion though. The person above me should make the decision that suits them best. I hope that person can continue to participate in these forum games without sacrificing their sleep.
-
Z: This site is hardly the only one taking up my time. If anything, this site is typically the one I spend the least amount of time on each day. With there being very little being posted here anymore, I could spend as little as ten minutes from the moment I log in to the moment I log out, with about five minutes spent on the those other very quick games. However, this particular game has taken up much more of that time, as I always take a lot of time thinking about what I want to say in my posts. I'm pretty sure that as I type this sentence, I've already spent well over ten minutes on just this post alone. There are plenty of other internet activities that I have to reconsider, but as far as time spent on Gang of Five, I think I'm already at an acceptable minimum.
-
A: I didn't think you spent much time doing these fun topics on this prehistoric forum, every sky cycle. To be forthright with you, I only expressed some worry when you spoke "bunch of little things like this." I'm relieved to know you will not stop visiting this website for forum leisure in the future.
-
B: Even so, I am likely to have days where I find myself with not much time to spare. In such cases, I think I shall skip this specific game on such days, while still participating in the much quicker games. Not to mention, I'm not exactly fond of the idea of this being yet another game where the only participants are just the two of us.
-
C: Fair enough. I don't have a lot to argue there. There used to be more than two people partaking in this game, but alas, that was only temporary. But anyways, I played a game with my older brother today on the PS2. That was fun, but he keeps winning unfortunately. Maybe tomorrow I will win some games.
-
D: For once, I have some time to spare at this moment, but unfortunately I cannot think of what subject to talk about next. I might be more busy later this week, so I'll just walk away from this game for now...
-
E: Adios for now, guy that has a colorful robot photo as his avatar! I'll wait.
-
F: Here you have another contributor to this thread, who can continue posting in this game concerning letters.
-
G: Happy to continue here as well, but I'll be a little busy for the next few days. Once I have some stuff taken care of, then I can take the time to keep up with this activity.
-
H: Glad to know it.
-
I: Been somewhat unwell for almost two weeks now. Most symptoms have come and gone by now, but frequent cough hasn't gone away. Hopefully, some cough suppressant to ease that last symptom shall allow recovery to occur rather soon.
-
J: Get well, Chronicler. Meanwhile, I'm trying to create a horror ARG of my life.
-
K: I guess it figures that once I decide to visit the hospital two days ago to get an assessment on my illness, I finally manage to almost fully recover. I explained everything to the doctor about how I had been feeling all month long and pretty much the only issue I have now is a muscle strain in my chest area from how much I had been coughing for the past half-month, which should recover soon now that I'm finally not coughing much at all.
-
L: I am happy to know that everything is getting better for you! Take it easy out there.
